- Analyser le dossier technique d'un projet (dimensions, contraintes techniques et réglementaires
- Réaliser et adapter les plans en 2D ou en 3D, en plan et en coupe
- Dimensionner des réseaux hydraulique chauffage, ventilation, plomberie (Eau froide, Eau chaude, Evacuations)
- Sélectionner le matériel et en passe commande

De formation supérieure (DUT, BTS, Licence) dans le domaine du génie climatique, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire.
Vous avez une expérience professionnelle similaire sur de l'installation CVC ou BET Fluides CVC.
La planification, l’organisation, le suivi technique, ainsi que la maitrise d’AUTOCAD et REVIT font partie de vos compétences.

Rattaché(e) au chargé d'affaires, vous participez au suivi de nos chantiers de génie climatique et plomberie.
Votre challenge à nos côtés sera de :
* Participer à la préparation et la réalisation technique des affaires
- Participe à l’analyse des besoins clients et des données techniques afin de sélectionner les équipements et matériaux en fonction des contraintes terrain, du coût et du contrat
- Assiste le responsable d'affaires dans le déroulement des procédures d'achats ( matériel et sous-traitance)

* Maîtriser la rentabilité et les délais de réalisation de l'affaire
- Participe à la rentabilité financière des affaires et contribue à l’atteinte des objectifs de planning
- Propose au RAF des variantes techniques en privilégiant les solutions économiques, dans le respect des conditions de qualité, de sécurité et de délai. Si validées, il gère les modifications et les devis afférents.
- Gère et suit les approvisionnement chantiers des groupes de fournitures qui lui ont été confiées
* Garantir l'application du système qualité, santé et sécurité
- Participe à la mise en œuvre et veille à l’application de la politique santé et sécurité de l’entreprise (Réalisation de causerie et de visite de sécurité…)
- Développe une culture santé/sécurité au sein du service/Antenne, afin d’atteindre les objectifs de visite sécurité, de causeries sécurité et d’analyses des accidents de travail
- S’assure de la mise à disposition des moyens nécessaires au personnel Service pour intervenir en toute sécurité (formation, protections collectives, protections individuelles…) et du respect de la procédure d’accueil des nouveaux embauchés
Votre profil :
- De formation supérieure dans le domaine du génie climatique, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire.
- La planification, l’organisation, le suivi technique et financier d’une affaire, ainsi que de solides connaissances techniques du métier font partie de vos compétences.

Vos missions principales :
Rattaché au Directeur d’Agence, vous avez pour mission d’animer nos affaires actuelles et de participer activement à la gestion des contrats obtenus.
Vos missions seront réparties sur plusieurs niveaux :
Gestion relation client/commerce :
- Comprendre, recueillir et analyser les besoins du client,
- Participer à la création, au développement et à la promotion de nouvelles offres de services,
- Mettre en place les organes de gouvernance et en menez le suivi.
Gestion de projet :
- Piloter la réalisation technique de projets dans les délais impartis et proposer des pistes d’optimisation technico-financière,
- Être l’interface entre les études d’exécution et l’installation, à travers le management des équipes affaires, études et chantier,
- Permettre l’atteinte des objectifs financiers et de gestion en conformité avec le budget établi,
- Assurer la tenue des états de reporting et tableaux de bord des projets,
Gestion des ressources humaines et matérielles :
- Définir les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à la réalisation de vos projets,
- Diriger l’ensemble de vos équipes opérationnelles,
- Evaluer, conseiller et faire progresser les collaborateurs intervenant sur le projet,
- Assurer la sécurité des salariés et des tiers et des équipements,
- Être garant de l’ensemble des règles d’hygiène, qualité, santé-sécurité, environnement,
- Diriger les sous-traitants et des éventuels co-traitants.
Votre profil
De formation Supérieure de type Ecole d'Ingénieur, vous justifiez au minimum de 10 années d'expériences en pilotage de projets en CVC acquises sur des projets d'envergure et/ou des projets exigeants.
Doté d’un bon sens relationnel, de l’écoute et une orientation client (interne/externe), vous avez également de fortes aptitudes à manager des équipes.
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à trouver des solutions seront des atouts essentiels pour mener à bien vos missions.

Vos missions principales
- Analyse des données d’entrée
- Identification des solutions techniques avec les Directeurs d’Agence et les Responsable d’Affaires
- Consultation des fournisseurs/sous-traitants en coordination avec le Service Achats
- Validation des choix techniques
- Etablissement des métrés et quantitatifs de matériels
- Etablissement des minutes de chiffrage
- Rédaction des mémoires techniques et commerciaux ;
- Participation aux présentations des dossiers auprès du client
- Support aux équipes pour la prise en compte de ces modifications
Votre profil
Vous avez acquis une expérience minimum de 5 ans dans la réalisation de projets/suivi d’affaires ou sur un poste similaire.

In the role of Project Claim Manager at Equans in Brussels you play a critical role in supporting project managers by addressing financial discrepancies and claims that arise during the lifecycle of complex projects. This role is essential to ensuring that Equans can effectively manage its projects while mitigating financial risks and enhancing its operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities:
- claims assessment: analyze project-related events and deviations to assess their impact on the original project plan and budget
- documentation: compile and maintain comprehensive documentation of all relevant project events, including deviations, communications, and evidence supporting claims
- collaboration: work closely with project managers, legal departments, and contract managers to understand the contractual obligations and legal implications associated with claims
- reporting: develop clear and concise visual summaries and reports that effectively communicate the findings of claims assessments, supported by storytelling techniques
- stakeholder engagement: present claims to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and comprehension of the claimable amounts
- continuous improvement: provide insights to improve project planning and execution to mitigate future claims. Share best practices and learnings across projects
Your work environment may involve collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, Contract Management and Legal) and require occasional travel to project sites.

What do you need to be successful in this function?
- bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, law, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
- minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, claims management, or contract management within industrial construction projects
- strong understanding of the triple constraint in project management (scope, time, cost)
- familiarity with legal aspects of contracts and compliance
- ability to navigate complex operational realities and turn them into actionable insights
- proven capability in storytelling to aid in the understanding of claims and their justifications
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex project scenarios
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

Multi site Caretaker
EQUANS is recruiting for a Multi Site Caretaker to be based out of Tamworth Belgrave Fire and Police Station, B77 2JN. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is salary of £24,835.20 per annum and benefits package.
Shift times:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 16:00pm.
What you will deliver:
• Be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and COSHH laws or regulations to make certain that all company Health and Safety policies, procedures are adhered to.
• Carry out first line investigations into building faults and isolate / make safe where necessary and arrange referral to engineer or specialist contractor through the Helpdesk.
• Carry out minor maintenance works and planned maintenance tasks.
• Rolling on-call rota, attending emergency events out of hours, covering all 10 x Fire Stations and 89 Stoke Schools sites
• Completion of audits, ensuring all on site documentation is current and complete
• Snow clearance and gritting in the winter months, providing support to other Fire Stations where required.
• To provide ‘Meet & Greet’ service external Community Groups who utilize the Community Facilities within the Fire Station, to always ensure their safety. This will include the set up and tidy away of any required furniture.
• Reporting building misuse or damage to the Mobile Operations Supervisor in a timely manner
• Understand the operation of the building to maintain a positive on-site relationship with customers and be aware of any potential or existing customer dissatisfaction or circumstance and ensure that management are suitably informed in a timely manner.
• Provide cover for holidays, sickness and emergencies when required at all 10 x Fire Stations.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Site Manager
EQUANS is looking for a Site Manager to join our refurbishment team, this is a full time permanent role. Our head office base is Hatfield, this role will be working on sites across Hertford. We offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
To undertake the day to day management of construction activities of a designated project in order to maximise the company’s profitability and client satisfaction whilst ensuring programme, Health and Safety and Quality Control are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.
• To assist the Contracts Manager with pre-start details and attend pre-start meetings with the client as necessary to ensure smooth site set up and full knowledge of the project to manage it through to completion.
• To issue monthly site progress reports to the Contracts Manager and client to monitor progress against the programme schedule.

Security Supervisor
Equans is looking for multiple Night Security Supervisors to join our team, working on the Southern Water contracts in BURHAM, Rochester, ME1 3YA on a permanent basis. This role involves working 42 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £29.484 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package. Shift Pattern:
4 on 4 off
Night shift 7pm - 7am

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Supervisor to join our team, this crucial role involves maintaining high standards and ensuring the smooth operation for our facilities, you will manage our team of Security Officers . And will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access, conducting regular patrols (up to 10 km), responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, deterring criminal activities, and preventing unauthorized access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily security operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with protocols.
- Conduct security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders during incidents.
- Train security personnel on protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices to maintain readiness.
- Lead security operations, ensuring only authorised personnel access the site.
- Respond swiftly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring effective resolution.
- Experience with access control and patrolling systems ie “redetrack” and other security technology,
- Maintain situational awareness, addressing on-site security challenges proactively.
- De-escalate conflicts professionally, resolving confrontational situations calmly.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols at all times.
- Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel are granted entry.
- Operate and monitor security systems and access control software to detect potential risks.
- Conduct regular foot patrols over varying terrain, covering distances of over 10 km per shift.
- Communicate with members of the public as required, ensuring a courteous and professional approach.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) License.
- Proven experience in a security role or a related field.
- Managing a security team
- First Aid Certification.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience with access control systems and other security technology.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for logging reports and accessing security systems.
- Advanced experience and comprehensive reporting.
- The Security Supervisor should consistently seek improvements in security
- processes and team efficiency.
- Flexibility is required to manage security operations during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.

Planner
EQUANS are recruiting for a Planner to be based in Oldham. This is a 6-month FTC full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
The role of the planner is to support the contract supervisors by scheduling and planning the work for a team of multi-disciplined operatives/ engineers, ensuring the operatives / engineers are fully utilised, jobs are closed in a timely manner and appointments are booked in for any works not completed at first visit.
Key Accountabilities
Carry out various tasks to a high standard as instructed, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments through Equans IT system currently Castleton Maintain
- Ensuring the operative / engineer is fully utilized throughout the day
- Arranging follow on appointments for any jobs not completed on first visit.
- Closing jobs in the system complete or cancelled as the day unfolds.
- Clear critical numbers report daily
- Communication with operatives / Engineers on site
- Written and verbal communication with MCC / Northwards
- Dealing with the repairs chase mailbox
- Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Work in any workstream as required
- Any administration task to support the planning role
Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:
- Compliance with Equans procedures and processes
- Maintain and care for all Equans property
- To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
- To ensure areas of work areas left clean and tidy at the end of the day
- Liaison with all stakeholders
- Material co-ordination
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant documentation
- To oversee/assist in the training of new starters as required
