M&E Supervisor
Equans is looking for an M&E Supervisor to join our team in Uxbridge, Middlesex working on our contract with Coca-Cola on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. It is also expected that should a Shift Engineer be on leave or absent, the M&E Supervisor will cover those hours.
On offer is a salary up to £54,000 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package. An Electrical bias candidate is preferred.
What will you deliver?
- Ensure that works are conducted in line with the EQUANS SSoW & Permit to Work system, ensuring adequate procedures and processes are in place
- Issuing of Authority to Work and conducting Contractor reviews
- Provide input into the management of the planned maintenance schedule, ensuring associated work tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed PPM planner, SLA and KPI targets, including first hand support (where required) for contract update meetings with the client
- Complete PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirements, and arrange for the site team to complete tasks in line with the company competency appointment(s)
- Prepare Authorisations to work (as per Permit System) and Supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the FM Manager/ SHEQ Manager
- Supervise contractors and EQUANS Engineers

Mobile Plumber
Equans is looking for a Mobile Plumber to join our team in Birmingham. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, based on a two-week rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm & 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. There is also an on-call rota. What will you deliver?
- Carry out planned preventable maintenance (PPM) on plumbing, and all water systems; plant and equipment in accordance with the PPM programme
- Respond in a timely manner to breakdown requests

- Work in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices and Method Statements ensuring relevant paperwork is completed in an accurate timely manner

Retrofit Coordinator
EQUANS is looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to join our team in Manchester on a permanent basis. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsible for the management of the retrofit assessment and coordination process, including Survey Software Tool Development, Customer Journey and Trustmark Compliance on both survey and technical solutions.
This position is a crucial role to enable EQUANS to continue to deliver energy efficiency schemes in accordance with PAS2035 process, and in turn access funding schemes such as SHDF, LAD and ECO for our partners at scale.
It is essential that any candidates have experience as a Retrofit Coordinator within a PAS2035 project and also have a Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
What will you deliver?
- To have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes.
- Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the northern region, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process
- Work with Sustainability Manager & Sustainability Team in establishing EQUANS as the partner of choice in energy efficiency retrofit solutions through SHDF, LAD, ECO and any other available funding streams.
- Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria.
- Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
- Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on trustmatk in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down of funding.
- Ensure that the entire end to end surveying process and customer journey provides the highest standards for both our ‘traditional customers’ (RSLs, LAs etc) as well at the end user customers (House Owners, tenants etc)
- Ensure that the surveying of schemes exceeds targets in terms of survey quality, maximising outputs, and compliance with Trustmark
- Be the main technical point of contact for Retrofit Coordination and energy modelling and manage relationship with key client stakeholders delighting and exceeding customers expectations
- Work closely with operational teams to maintain timely and accurate survey information and specification solutions
- Set up, implement and work with external survey partners on delivering retrofit surveys.
- Work closely with external solution providers and designers to ensure high quality technical solutions to be passed on to delivery teams
- Implement and manage an audit programme on both internal and external Assessors to ensure high standards of surveys
- Assist the Bid Team on quality submissions for tenders ensuring that high standards of technical and process solutions of conveyed
- Provide a single source of technical knowledge and leadership for the business unit.
- Disseminate regular updates and briefings to teams, in line with technical developments.

Je komt te werken op de afdeling Technical Inspections & Solutions (TIS). De afdeling zorgt voor een volledige ontzorging over inspecties en keuringen van technische installaties op het gebied van wet en regelgeving en normtechnische vereiste. TIS groeit hard en heeft de ambitie om de grootste inspectiedienst van Nederland te worden. Wij werken samen met toonaangevende klanten zoals ABN, Ahold en Havenbedrijf Rotterdam, KLM, Schiphol en diverse datacenters.
Als Installatieverantwoordelijke ga je op pad om de elektrotechnische beleidsvoering bij klanten te implementeren en/of operationeel uit te voeren. Dit kan zowel binnen de utiliteit als de industrie zijn. Je krijgt ook vanuit heel Equans vraag om hulp en vraag naar kennis over installaties of werkzaamheden. Echter werkt de afdeling Technical Inspections & Solutions (TIS) onafhankelijk binnen Equans om kwaliteit van werk en specialisme te waarborgen.
Dit ga je doen als Installatieverantwoordelijke
- je beoordeelt de risico’s voordat er met de bedrijfsvoering van en werkzaamheden aan elektrotechnische installaties wordt begonnen
- je legt schriftelijk procedures vast voor elektrotechnische werkzaamheden en verleent toestemming om met werkzaamheden te beginnen
- je voert regulier overleg met de opdrachtgever waarbij je technisch adviserend optreedt
- jij bent eerste aanspreekpunt van een eigen klantenportefeuille
- je schrijft elektrotechnische veiligheidsplannen, toetst de inspectieplannen van de installatie en bent in staat om complexe schakelhandelingen te verrichten
- je voert inspecties (NEN3140, thermografie, netanalyses) uit bij opdrachtgevers waar je niet als installatieverantwoordelijke bent aangesteld
- verder verzamel en beheer je de volledige keuringregistratie en je ondersteunt monteurs op het gebied van (internationaal) geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen
Dit breng je mee
Je bent uitstekend op de hoogte van de geldende regels en normen en je wordt regelmatig om een elektrotechnisch advies gevraagd, waar je niet alleen deskundig, maar ook klantgericht mee omgaat. Je bent een graag geziene gast, jij kunt immers menigeen voorzien van onderbouwde, (elektro)technische adviezen. Daarnaast:
- beschik je over een afgeronde, elektrotechnische MBO-4 of HBO opleiding
- heb je dit aangevuld met ongeveer 5 jaar werkervaring als inspecteur of met 10 jaar werkervaring als beheertechnicus of inbedrijfsteller

Elle conçoit des solutions globales et performantes dans le domaine du Génie Climatique, de la Réfrigération et de la Sécurité Incendie pour accompagner la transition énergétique et numérique des bâtiments, des environnements et des process de ses clients.
Leader en protection et prévention incendie, notre Pôle Sécurité Incendie accompagne ses clients au plus près de leurs installations et équipements de sécurité, dans le respect des exigences réglementaires.
Vos missions :
Au sein du bureau d’études de l’agence, vous assurez, en collaboration étroite avec les responsables d'affaires, les études d’exécution inhérentes à la réalisation et au suivi des extensions des chantiers d’installations de sécurité incendie (réseaux sprinkler, RIA, colonnes sèches, etc.).
A partir des solutions techniques définies au cahier des charges, vous avez pour missions de :
- Concevoir les plans (Autocad/Revit) et les schémas d’exécution (implantation de tuyauterie dans le bâtiment) suivant les demandes en respectant les processus,
- Réaliser les calculs de dimensionnement des réseaux hydrauliques (pertes de charge, débit, etc.),
- Consulter les fournisseurs et sélectionner le matériel en accord avec les responsables d’affaires,
- Procéder à des relevés sur sites.
Votre profil :
Idéalement issu d'une formation technique (BAC PRO/BTS/DUT), spécialisée dans le bâtiment ou la tuyauterie industrielle.
Encore mieux ? Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie en Bureau d’études, idéalement acquise dans le domaine de la Protection Incendie par sprinkler, le CVC ou la Plomberie.
Vous maîtrisez les logiciels techniques (calculs hydrauliques) et la DAO (Autocad ou Revit).
Votre rigueur, votre méthode ainsi que votre aisance relationnelle sont des atouts essentiels pour une intégration réussie à ce poste.

Axima Réfrigération France, recherche son futur Dépanneur Cuisiniste H/F, rattaché(e) à l’agence d'Orléans.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable SAV, vous intervenez en autonomie pour assurer la maintenance et le dépannage des équipements auprès d’une clientèle variée (collectivités, restaurants professionnels, cuisines collectives) pour assurer la maintenance curative et préventive de leurs équipements.
À ce titre, vous serez en charge de :
- Diagnostiquer les pannes et dysfonctionnements sur les installations et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Réaliser les interventions de dépannage, maintenance et réparation sur divers équipements : cuisson (fours, plaques, friteuses…), froid (meubles et vitrines réfrigéres, chambre froide..., lavage (lave-vaisselle, lave-verres…), matériel de préparation (robots, trancheuses…).
- Effectuer les réglages et tests nécessaires pour garantir le bon fonctionnement et la conformité des équipements.
- Rédiger les comptes rendus d’intervention et assurer le suivi des actions correctives.
Idéalement issu d’une formation technique spécialisée en Réfrigération (Bac à Bac +2, tel que Bac Pro MFER, IFFI, BTS FED…), vous possédez une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire dans laquelle vous avez su démontrer une réelle capacité à entretenir une relation de confiance avec vos clients.

Axima Réfrigération France, recherche son futur Technicien Dépanneur frigoriste Froid Commercial H/F, rattaché(e) à l’agence de Joué les Tours.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable SAV, vous intervenez en autonomie pour assurer la maintenance et le dépannage des équipements frigorifiques de nos clients du secteur du froid commercial (grandes et moyennes surfaces, supermarchés, hypermarchés, restaurants, cuisines professionnelles, petits industriels…).
À ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
- Maintenance préventive et curative des installations frigorifiques (chambres froides, vitrines réfrigérées, centrales frigorifiques, meubles réfrigérés, groupes froids…).
- Dépannage et diagnostic des pannes, recherche de fuites, remplacement de composants défectueux (compresseurs, détendeurs, évaporateurs, sondes…).
- Contrôle et réglage des installations pour garantir leur bon fonctionnement et optimiser leur performance énergétique.
- Manipulation des fluides frigorigènes dans le respect des normes en vigueur et des réglementations environnementales.
- Intervention sur les systèmes électriques, hydrauliques et aérauliques liés aux équipements frigorifiques.
