- contractbeheer van A tot Z: je bewaakt de contractuele afspraken en reageert snel en doelgericht op wijzigingen
- budgetbewaking: door gedetailleerde rapportages en slimme budgetcontrole verminder je financiële risico’s
- coördinatie: samen met collega's, supervisors en externe partners regel je de installatie en het onderhoud van hoogspanningslijnen (70 tot 400 kV)
- offertes & calculaties: je bereidt nauwkeurige offertes voor en werkt samen met leveranciers en onderaannemers voor een optimaal resultaat
- veiligheid & kwaliteit: veiligheid, kwaliteit en deadlines zijn jouw focus, zonder het financiële aspect uit het oog te verliezen
- leidinggeven: zelfstandig beheer je kleinere projecten en bij grotere projecten stuur je assistent-projectmanagers aan
- klantvergaderingen: je neemt deel aan overleggen in België, met een focus op Vlaanderen, om samenwerking en voortgang optimaal te ondersteunen
Wat breng je mee?
- een masterdiploma in industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur (elektromechanica, automatisering, bouwkunde) of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring
- minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, met nadruk op contractbeheer en budgetcontrole
- ervaring in hoogspanningsprojecten of industriële projecten is een meerwaarde
- sterke communicatieve, commerciële en financiële vaardigheden en beheersing van het Frans en Nederlands

De divisie Networks is actief binnen drie domeinen:
- Lines

Het departement Lines installeert, onderhoudt en herstelt hoogspanningslijnen (70 tot 400 kV).

Small Works Operative

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a time served Small Works Operative (Fabric) to join our team providing fabric maintenance at Southmead Hospital in Bristol working from 08:30 t0 16:30, Monday to Friday.
The role:
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- Undertake joinery repairs, maintenance to fire doors, non-fire doors, partitioning work, shelving, hanging doors, minor furniture repairs, furniture assembly, ironmongery, building fabric repairs in connection with doors, general building fabric repairs and any other ad-hoc tasks as required
- To apply trade skills to carry out scheduled and reactive tasks as needed
- To immediately report any potentially dangerous situations to the Supervisor
- To order materials and services using ordering system and to update records and job sheets to certify satisfactory delivery/completion
- To carry out the maintenance and repairs to all fire and non-fire doors within the Brunel Building as directed by line manager.
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08:30 t0 16:30, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break
The person:
- Time served Carpenter – desirable to be qualified to minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Desirable to hold a current ECS/CSCS card
- Must be proactive with a flexible attitude
- Experienced in both team and lone working
- Able to demonstrate experience in the FM sector (preferable) – ideally in a hospital environment
- Must be client focused, with the ability to respond professionally and efficiently
- Willingness to undertake further training

Operations Manager (Hard FM)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager (Hard FM) to join our Facilities Management team based on our PFI hospital contract at Southmead Hospital in Bristol. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role:
- Reporting to the Head of Estates
- Manage cost effectively the directly employed and outsourced labour resources and assets required to deliver a compliant and high-quality service covering all M&E and Building Fabric disciplines.
- Responsible for the maintenance team to plan, organise and co-ordinate the Planned and Reactive Maintenance works and arrange appropriate shift cover with the support of the supervisors.
- Joint responsibility will extend to management and implementation of specialist service contracts together with the day-to-day performance of the service.
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. This may be subject to change depending on operational needs.
The person:
- Must have significant experience in a similar role i.e. hard services FM background, ideally in a similar environment
- Will hold an industry qualification to ONC, HNC or have equivalent experience in either electrical or mechanical engineering
- Desirable to have held previous AP Duties – e.g. HV/LV, Vent, MGPS.
- Ability to manage workforce teams
- Strong knowledge in HR managed processes
- Previous small budget management; high level of commercial awareness
- Hold a minimum IOSH Health & Safety qualification
- Desirable to have healthcare experience and knowledge

Electrician
Equans is looking for an Electrician to join our team at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
*The role will require you to work on a shift basis covering Early, Backs and Nights - this will be covered at interview stage. You will receive a shift allowance in addition to the annual salary.
What will you deliver?
- Provide delivery of Planned & Reactive maintenance activity of HV, LV, and Electrical Systems & Equipment, in accordance with the Schedule of Programmed Maintenance.

M&E Supervisor
Equans is looking for an M&E Supervisor to join our team in Uxbridge, Middlesex working on our contract with Coca-Cola on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. It is also expected that should a Shift Engineer be on leave or absent, the M&E Supervisor will cover those hours.
On offer is a salary up to £54,000 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package. An Electrical bias candidate is preferred.
What will you deliver?
- Ensure that works are conducted in line with the EQUANS SSoW & Permit to Work system, ensuring adequate procedures and processes are in place
- Issuing of Authority to Work and conducting Contractor reviews
- Provide input into the management of the planned maintenance schedule, ensuring associated work tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed PPM planner, SLA and KPI targets, including first hand support (where required) for contract update meetings with the client
- Complete PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirements, and arrange for the site team to complete tasks in line with the company competency appointment(s)
- Prepare Authorisations to work (as per Permit System) and Supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the FM Manager/ SHEQ Manager
- Supervise contractors and EQUANS Engineers

Mobile Plumber
Equans is looking for a Mobile Plumber to join our team in Birmingham. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, based on a two-week rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm & 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. There is also an on-call rota. On offer is a salary of up to £36,500 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience, a company vehicle and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Carry out planned preventable maintenance (PPM) on plumbing, and all water systems; plant and equipment in accordance with the PPM programme
- Respond in a timely manner to breakdown requests
- Be proactive in reporting faults to equipment, buildings and fittings
- Assist with installation works involved in minor upgrading and adaptation works
- Work in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices and Method Statements ensuring relevant paperwork is completed in an accurate timely manner
- Safely operate all types of access equipment, hand and power tools in accordance with health & safety and manufacturers’ guidelines
- Carry out on call duties as part of a rota

Who are we looking for?
- Recognised apprenticeship in relevant engineering discipline
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing and Heating
- Legionella awareness
- Valid driving licence
- School/commercial experience is beneficial
- Effective communication skills as you will be working in operational sites, where your awareness will be tested
- Prepared to work out of hours as necessary
This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check therefore ability to pass is essential.
