Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Affaires, vous occuperez le poste de Chef de Chantier intervenant sur des marchés à bons de commande.
Votre rôle principal consistera à assurer l'organisation technique, l'exécution et le commandement des chantiers, tout en respectant scrupuleusement les règles de sécurité, de qualité, les délais ainsi que les conditions contractuelles.
Responsabilités :
Gérer les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires à la réalisation des chantiers.
Encadrer et superviser le personnel d'exécution et/ou les chefs d'équipes sur le terrain.
Garantir le strict respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité et de la législation du travail.
Planifier minutieusement les travaux en coordination avec les différents intervenants.
Surveiller l'avancement des chantiers et prendre les mesures correctives adéquates.
Assurer le respect rigoureux des plannings et des délais convenus.
Être l'interface privilégiée entre le client, les partenaires et l'entreprise.
Informer régulièrement le Responsable d'Affaires sur les éventuels travaux supplémentaires sollicités par le client.
Encadrer et superviser les prestations de la sous-traitance.
Profil recherché :
Formation de type Bac Pro en électricité et/ou expérience terrain similaire.
Première expérience confirmée dans le domaine de l'électricité tertiaire indispensable.
Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et aspiration à fournir un travail d'excellence dans un environnement exigeant sont essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste.

Security & Audiovisual

Summary
The Technician II, Maintenance will be responsible for maintenance and repairs of GMP/non-GMP process and support equipment. This position will also support troubleshooting, investigations and reliability engineering for GMP/non-GMP process and support equipment. This position will be the first responder to equipment issues and must follow through to ensure resolution by either self-performing the work or directing the activities of service providers.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities including simple calibrations as directed by schedule on all process equipment and systems, with established procedures and/or approved practices. Lead efforts in developing remediation for follow-up and emergency work.
- Troubleshooting on equipment and systems, including development of remediation activities for issues with multiple systems and equipment and repair malfunctioning equipment. Work with equipment owners/engineers and direct the performance of work by equipment vendors.
- Maintain cGMP records, both paper based and electronic.
- Understand Asset Management and routine reliability concepts.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing and support systems/equipment such as autoclaves, washers, TFF, Chromatography Columns and skids, mixers and stainless tanks.
- Lead performance of maintenance activities and small projects.
- Provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis. Support regular 24-7 operation of facility and respond to facilities issues as needed.
- Maintain Qualified Trainer qualifications on OJTs assigned. Develop OJT records.
- Ensure that spare parts, tools and equipment are available to complete all assigned tasks.
- Manage contract service providers; including scheduling, training on required SOP’s, coordination and ensuring all work and documentation is performed in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Administer and perform hazardous energy control procedures and confined space entry.

Senior M&E Engineer
Equans is looking for a Senior M&E Engineer (Mechanically Biased) to join our team at Barnet General Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, based on a shift pattern of 6am to 3pm and 9am to 6pm rotating weekly. There is also an on-call rota which will include working on the Saturday and Sunday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role of Senior Engineer is part of the Contract Management team and as such you will be expected to be responsible to support the Management team in ensuring that the M&E/Fabric team delivers the contracted service to the highest quality whilst being committed to safety and following all company protocols.
What will you deliver?
- Undertaking Responsible Person/Authorised Person duties required by the provision of the contract for the disciplines for which you have been appointed. To act as a role model for the operation of the Safe Systems of Work. To participate in the on call rota. To undertake training as required
- Manage approved contractors as required; to ensure that all work undertaken is covered by a suitable and sufficient RA/MS in compliance with the Safe System of Work; and to monitor all activities as delegated to ensure that they are completed in full and to the agreed standard
- Take an active role in the AP/RP/CP matrix by taking on required discipline/s.
- Assume responsibility for overseeing the M&E team at an engineering level, identifying areas for improvement and escalating any issues identified to line Manager/Management for resolve
- Assist with overseeing works to capital projects, variations and lifecycle works as required by Management team – with support

Who are we looking for?
- Proven operational management experience within a hard services environment, with sound knowledge of procedural and legislative frameworks
- Mechanical Engineering qualification to Level 3
- AP/CP roles or willingness to take these on
- Computer literate and capable of using Microsoft and CAFM packages
- Valid Driving Licence
- Experience in one or more AP disciplines (i.e. Legionella Management / Natural Gas / Ventilation Systems / Pressure Systems / Medical Gases (Desirable)
- Previous experience working in PFI contracts in a healthcare environment beneficial (Desirable)
- Experience of quoting/costing for rechargeable works (Desirable)

M&E Technician
Equans is looking for two M&E Technicians, one Electrical Biased and the other Mechanically Biased to join our team at Barnet General Hospital on a permanent basis. These are both full-time roles working 40 hours per week, based on a shift pattern of 6am to 3pm and 9am to 6pm rotating weekly. There is also an on-call rota which will include working on the Saturday and Sunday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
This a leading role requiring a thorough understanding of engineering building services installation and maintenance techniques. To apply trade skills and experience to ensure the satisfactory completion of allocated maintenance, breakdown repairs, installation, new and refurbishment works.
What will you deliver?
- Take responsibility for all works issued and to ensure that all attendance and rectification times are achieved. Where not possible, to escalate to line Manager in good time in order that appropriate action can be taken to mitigate financial penalty risk
- Ensure that all works assigned are managed so far as attendance and completion times, and that works orders are completed and update to the CAFM system (Maximo). Reports should be concise and include all relevant information to ensure that the workflow process is seamless
- Responsible for the safe operation, planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems, associated plant/equipment installed throughout the Site
- Maintain and carry out repairs on HVAC systems, gas appliances, Piped Medical Gas systems, steam plant/equipment and all other equipment in plant rooms, patient areas and other departments
- Works will involve working in a live Hospital environment, working at height (Podiums), using hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery/equipment for larger repairs (Doors etc). All PPE and training as appropriate will be provided
