Notre agence Grands projets recherche un Responsable études de prix H/F en charge de la réponse aux appels d’offres des projets confiés et qui étudie les affaires soumises à des contraintes techniques et financières et a un impact direct sur l’obtention de ces affaires.
A ce titre, vos principales missions consistent à :
- Analyser et réaliser les appels d’offres en lien avec le responsable du bureau d’études,
- Effectuer les métrés des installations à partir des plans,
- Réaliser l’analyse technique incluant les méthodes et le planning prévisionnel,
- Consulter, analyser et choisir les sous-traitants et fournisseurs,
- Estimer le coût des travaux en définissant les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à la réussite des projets dans un souci de rentabilité,
- Rechercher des variantes de conception ou de choix de matériels afin de satisfaire les attentes des clients et d’optimiser la rentabilité des affaires,
- Rédiger le mémoire technique,
- Participer à la soutenance afin de défendre votre offre auprès du client et du bureau d’études,
- Assurer le bon transfert des dossiers techniques au bureau d’études d’exécution et aux équipes travaux.
Ces tâches ne sont pas limitatives.
Profil recherché :
De formation Bac+2 minimum de type BTS électrotechnique vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle acquis en conduite d’affaires ou en chiffrage en électricité tertiaire. Vous maitrisez au moins un logiciel de devis (idéalement Optima) ainsi que Autocad. De bonnes connaissances sur Caneco BT serait un plus.

Vos activités sont entre autres les suivantes
- vous installez des équipements électriques comme des appareils d’éclairage, des caméras, de la détection incendie, de la ventilation sanitaire, transformateur, de la climatisation…
- vous tirez des câbles et raccordez des armoires électriques de basse tension
- vous montez et raccordez des cellules haute tension
- vous utilisez des moyens de communication mobiles (tablette, smartphone) pour informer clairement vos clients et vos collègues de l’avancement des interventions
- vous travaillez de nuit une partie du temps

You report to a Head of procurement operations.
What do you need to excel in this job?
- university master or equivalent by relevant experience
- minimum >7 years of experience in multi-technical domains
- proficiency in procurement tools (SAP, Coupa)
- proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- expert procurement skills and knowledge: negotiation, contracting, financial and cost management, contracts and purchase law
- expert in leading and motivating a team of multiple teams that work on different sites
- good understanding of the business deployed in the operational entities

The Multi-Skilled Operative is responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on homes and properties. This role operates in a multi-skilled environment, delivering high standards of customer care and satisfaction. The operative ensures that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, often in a single visit.
What will you deliver?
- Execute all types of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks in a multi-skilled capacity.
- Complete repairs and maintenance across various trade disciplines where competent.
- Attend and complete repair appointments punctually and within target times, aiming for first-time resolution.
- Ensure the safe use and condition of company tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles.
- Diagnose necessary remedial work, organise appointments, and arrange required materials as needed.
- Minimise disruption to customers' homes, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness during and after tasks.
- Participate in the company's out-of-hours emergency repair and maintenance rota as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in line with client specifications and requirements.

Who are we looking for?
- Level 2 Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or equivalent.
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- NVQ level 2 / City and Guilds qualifications in key trades (Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Joinery etc)
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in Construction
- Current valid driving license
- Appropriate level of experience within building construction and repairs and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

Roofer
Equans is looking for a Roofer to join our team in Leeds on a Permanent basis. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
General Overview:
The Roofer is accountable for carrying out roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance on properties managed by the company. They are responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of roofing systems while upholding high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
What will you deliver?
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify necessary repairs.
- Repair leaks, renewing felt, refix or replace damaged concrete, clay or slate tiles including ridge, hip, verge, valleys and vertical tiles. To further include repairs to flashings, verges and RWP.
- Repair flat roofing to plain, mineral or torch on felt
- Repair and replace roofing materials using appropriate tools and techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors regarding job requirements and progress.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Use personal protective equipment and safety protocols to ensure safe working conditions.
