Nous intervenons pour un client unique, le ministère de la justice, dans le cadre de l’exploitation de 6 établissements pénitentiaires.
Nous recherchons un Technicien Courant Faible/Électricité (CFA)
Poste en CDI 35h, basé à Annœullin (59) au sein du centre pénitentiaire.
Rattaché au Responsable Technique, au sein d’une équipe de 10 techniciens, vous intervenez prioritairement sur les installations et équipements en courant faible et les systèmes de sécurité pénitentiaire (VDI, vidéosurveillance, interphones, serrures électroniques, fibre optique…).
Vous traitez les actions préventives et correctives.
Vous établissez périodiquement, avec le Responsable Technique, le plan de maintenance concernant les prestations en courant faible et veillez à son application.
Vous identifiez les besoins en matière d’achat.
Vous pouvez être amené à gérer et animer les équipes de détenus classés au service maintenance.
Vous veillez à la qualité de service et appliquez les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité en milieu carcéral
Vous effectuez des astreintes (1 semaine toutes les 4 semaines)
De formation technique de type BTS, spécialité électronique, courant faible, vous disposez de vos habilitations électriques BT et idéalement HT.
Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans)
Permis B nécessaire

Premises Officer
Equans is looking for a Premises Officer to join our team in COLAT, Enfield Lower site – 50 London Road, Enfield, London, EN2 6EL, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £30,000 per annum and benefits package.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday 0630 - 1530 flexible to work evenings where required. 1 hr unpaid break
Please note an enhanced DBS is required for this position.
What will you deliver as a Premises officer.
To provide a focal point for the resolution of facilities requests reported either onsite or through the dedicated facilities management helpdesk. To ensure the satisfactory completion of any assigned tasks including installations, repairs, planned maintenance tasks and also general premises checks.

EQUANS Services Ltd are recruiting for a Facilities Operational Manager to lead and deliver a Workplace Solutions and Face-to-Face service to Cheshire West and Chester council. This is a permanent full-time role and will report into the Head of Service Delivery. This role requires you to oversee all aspects off Workplace Solutions delivery within the scope of the contract. The post holder will be required to deal with various challenges that arise as part of the contract and resolve any challenges as they present. The post holder must be able to provide assurance of service delivery to Senior Management, client and customers.
What will you deliver?

Semi Skilled Operative M&E
Equans is looking for a Semi Skilled Operative (M&E) to be based at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, based on a shift pattern that includes days, evenings and weekends. On offer is a salary banding of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience, a fixed monthly unsocial allowance and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Support the Estates Management in the provision of a 24hr maintenance Service within the Portsmouth Hospital Trust for the service provider
- Promote a culture of customer service to both internal and external customers and partners and to liaise with other departments regarding maintenance issues if required
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post
- After suitable training and guidance diagnose faults, repair and maintain complex equipment in accordance with Health Technical Memorandum (HTM’s) and other specialised hospital equipment
- Carry out the work of other trades where there is an interface to the work in hand with a level of competence that’s outside core trade
- Carry a radio or pager to facilitate immediate response
- Work in highly unpleasant working conditions, unblocking drains and sewers, which include biological hazards of body fluids and noxious fumes
- Carry out replacement of lamps and cleaning of all types of light fittings
- Carry out cleaning, labouring and driving tasks associated with Estates maintenance as instructed
- Observe statutory and other relevant requirements at all times in particular those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations and Electrical IEE regulations

Key activities
- Will be responsible for monthly project(s) financial results including the identification and production of variance analysis against the relevant forecasts, via detailed understanding of project expenditure, risks and opportunities

- Act as a business partner to ensure early identification of risks with successful mitigations
- Conduct finance reviews at project sites to support adherence to company procedures (i.e., stock, goods receipts) and conduct general and financial audits where relevant
- Review and drive the contract for general auditing of financial and non-financial obligations as well as for responding to operational queries
- Produce year end the statutory audit justification as required

- CIMA/ACCA part/fully qualified. Degree in relevant field preferred

Dit ga je doen als Servicetechnicus Beveiliging
Jij bent één van onze experts die iedere dag onze klanten tevredenstelt. Op pad met jouw eigen auto, gevuld met de juiste materialen en alle benodigde gereedschappen, weet jij iedere klus te klaren.
Voor je binnenstapt bij de klant bekijk je op jouw tablet nog de laatste details van de klus. Vervolgens stem je met de klant de werkzaamheden af, zodat de klant weet wat hij kan verwachten. Dit breng je mee

Dit ga je doen als Ontwerpleider
Als Ontwerpleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het ontwerpproces, zodat het ontwerp voldoet aan de eisen van de opdrachtgever. Je verzamelt zorgvuldig informatie over randvoorwaarden, uitgangspunten en geldende voorschriften en zorgt voor een optimale afstemming tussen deze eisen, technische mogelijkheden, planning en budget. Je leidt een team van engineers en modelleurs, bespreekt het ontwerp met de opdrachtgever en andere belanghebbenden en bewaakt de voortgang en kosten. Dit ga je doen als Eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek
Als eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek Utiliteit (in dagdienst) bij Equans ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig installeren of onderhouden van gedeelten van elektrotechnische installaties, panelen en besturingskasten. Deze werkzaamheden voer je uit conform relevante normen en richtlijnen alsmede specifieke eisen van de klant. Uiteraard is het van belang dat de werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde tijd en conform werktekeningen, specificaties en (veiligheids-)voorschriften en KAM-procedures worden uitgevoerd.
Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- je verzorgt de installatie en montage van elektrotechnische installaties
- je verzorgt de inzet en begeleiding van monteurs
- je verzorgt de inzet en gebruik van materiaal en gereedschap
Jouw werkomgeving
Equans helpt klanten in het realiseren en versnellen van de 3 grote transities: de energie --, digitale en industriële transitie. We zijn wereldleider in de technische dienstverlening en maakt onderdeel uit van de internationale en beursgenoteerde Bouygues groep. In Nederland werken we samen met 6.000 collega’s vanuit 29 locaties. Samen zijn wij Equans!
Onze afdeling Services bestaat uit het Klussenteam (KSW) en het Onderhoud & Services team (OBS). Waar het Onderhoud & Services team zich focust op het uitvoeren van preventief- en correctief onderhoud middels de onderhoudscontracten, focust het Klussenteam zich op kleinschalig project werk bij onze klanten voortkomend uit de onderhoudscontracten. Voor dit Klussenteam zijn wij nu op zoek naar uitbreiding.
Dit breng je mee
Als Eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek ben je technisch natuurlijk goed onderlegd. Je kunt zelfstandig werken maar ook in teamverband. Jij bent het type dat het beste uit zichzelf en anderen kan halen als de druk wat hoger ligt. Je overziet waar de prioriteit ligt en behoud de rust die nodig is om kwalitatief hoogstaand werk af te leveren. Voldoe je ook nog eens over het onderstaande dan is dat helemaal mooi meegenomen.
- je hebt een elektrotechnische MBO 3-opleiding Elektrotechniek
- je hebt aantoonbare ervaring opgedaan als Monteur Elektro Techniek
- je bent in het bezit van een VCA en NEN 3140 certificaat
- je kunt je, naast de Nederlandse taal, goed verstaanbaar maken in het Engels
- je flexibiliteit om op termijn in ploegen te willen werken wordt zeer gewaardeerd
- je beschikt over een ‘glas halfvol’-mentaliteit en een gezonde dosis humor

Dit ga je doen als Werkvoorbereider Services Installatietechniek
Als werkvoorbereider bij Equans verzorg je de complete voorbereiding van projecten binnen de utiliteitsbouw. Jouw takenpakket is breed en je werkzaamheden komen voort uit storingen, preventief onderhoud en aanvullende klantwensen. Je bent verantwoordelijke voor het op tijd en juiste wijze verzorgen van materiaal en materieel, vraagt offertes aan bij toeleveranciers, houdt de projectadministratie bij, stelt planningen op en bewaakt de kwaliteit en de kosten van uiteenlopende werken.
Daarnaast hou je je bezig met calculeren/offreren, het opnemen van werkzaamheden en het aansturen van monteurs. Je werkt intensief samen met andere disciplines en coördineert de werkzaamheden samen met je team. Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de adviseur voor klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.
Dit breng je mee
Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie ben je proactief, heb je verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en ben je bekend met het werken in een dynamische omgeving.
Verder heb je:
- een afgeronde MBO4 opleiding richting MIT (Installatietechniek) of soortgelijk
- je hebt een werktuigbouwkundige achtergrond en hebt daarnaast affiniteit met elektrotechniek
- je beschikt over meerdere jaren werkervaring in een technische omgeving
- communicatief vaardig, gestructureerd, gedisciplineerd en je hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen in het vakgebied
- talent voor het plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden en hierbij de juiste prioriteiten stellen
