Contexte :
Dans le cadre de notre croissance continue au sein des activités de la Haute Tension au Service de Transformation d’Energies et Contrôle Commande (STECCN) nous créons un poste Chef de projet Automation
Ce rôle est essentiel pour contribuer à des projets de Centrale Solaire, Eoliens, BESS (Batterie de stockage), Poste Sources dans un secteur porteur. Vous aurez la chance d’interagir avec le responsable du service et les chefs de projets EPC.
Vous rejoignez une équipe de 20 personnes dirigée par Yasser, un manager passionnée par les sujets relatifs à l'ingénierie électrique et l'automation. Nous avons une équipe de 5 personnes dédié au SCADA basé en France et à l’international. Vous pourrez vous épanouir sur des sujets de transition énergétique au sein d’une équipe bienveillante.

Votre challenge à nos côtés :
Rattaché au Service de Transformation d’Énergie et CCN, vous aurez l'opportunité de vous expertiser sur la gestion des projets dans le domaine d’ingénierie électrique et CCN.
En tant chef de projet, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la gestion de projets liés à l’ingénierie électrique et contrôle commande numérique des postes électriques centrale de production et de stockage. Vous intervienez sur l'ensemble des phases du projet, depuis la phase d'étude de prix jusqu'à la mise en service, en passant par la gestion des équipes techniques et la coordination des partenaires et de sous-traitant (tableautier, fournisseur système secondaire etc.).
Dans le cadre de vos principales missions :
- Gestion de projet : Piloter les projets CCN des poste électrique et des centrale de production et de stockage, depuis l'avant-projet jusqu'à la réalisation.
- Coordination technique : Assurer la coordination entre les équipes d’ingénierie, les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants, tout en garantissant le bon déroulement technique du projet en s’appuyant sur les cellules d’expertise interne.
- Suivi budgétaire et administratif : Suivre le budget alloué au projet et veiller au respect des délais et des coûts, ainsi que la gestion des achats /logistiques
- Supervision des tests usines et mise en service : Superviser et participer aux essais techniques chez les tableautier, puis assurer la mise en service des installations sur site.
Ces missions sont non exhaustives, et pourront être modulées selon les besoins du service.
Basé en région Parisienne– des déplacements en France et à l’étranger sont à prévoir.

Votre challenge à nos côtés :
En lien avec les Chargés d’affaires, vous êtes responsable de l’élaboration des plans nécessaires à la conception et/ou à la réalisation des installations des groupes froids et des unités de traitement d’air pour le secteur nucléaire. Ceci dans le respect des délais, de la conformité technique et des budgets alloués.
A ce titre, vous exercez les missions principales suivantes :
- Réaliser des modèles, assemblages et plans (schémas, plans d’installation, plans de fabrication, de détails, plans de montage, isométriques…) sous Solidworks,
- Prendre en compte et être garant du respect du cahier des charges pour la partie technique,
- S’assurer du respect des règles de l’art, des normes et règlementations en vigueur dans la réalisation de ses plans,
- Etudier l’intégration des dispositifs sur les châssis des machines,
- Réaliser les nomenclatures de matériels,
- Participer aux revues de conception ou d’études,
- Prendre en charge la collecte d’informations techniques nécessaires à la réalisation des plans (auprès des fournisseurs, du client, organismes externes),
- Rendre compte au Chargé d’affaires de l’avancement de ses études, des problèmes techniques rencontrés, des écarts par rapport au cahier des charges,
- Assurer un support technique auprès des Chargés d’affaires,
- Être en relation avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants pour les aspects techniques,
- Echanger avec les partenaires Européens en anglais et avec les bureaux d’études internes,
- Participer aux études et au développement des nouveaux produits.
Votre profil :
De formation technique Bac+2 en Génie Climatique type BTS FEE spécialité CAO/DAO, vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience de 3 ans au sein d’un bureau d’études spécialisé en CVC.
Vous connaissez les logiciels Autocad et Solidworks.
Vous êtes rigoureux.se et avez le goût du détail. Vous faites preuve d’aisance relationnelle et d’esprit d’équipe.

Technicien essais / machines frigorifiques H/F
Au sein de notre atelier de Jarrie (38)
Votre mission :
En tant que Technicien.ne Essais / Machines Frigorifiques, vous intégrez une équipe à taille humaine de 5 collaborateurs, dédiée à la fabrication d’équipements sur mesure pour le secteur nucléaire. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement de l’atelier en occupant un poste polyvalent, et intervenez principalement sur les essais des équipements fabriqués à Jarrie (machines frigorifiques, centrales de traitements d’air etc…)
Rattaché.e au Chef d’atelier, vos missions se répartissent entre des activités de tests et d’essais ainsi que sur des missions polyvalentes telles que : du montage/assemblage, du contrôle technique des étapes de fabrication sensibles, pilotage de la fabrication / essai d’un projet et d’organisation de l’atelier.
Vous prenez part également à des missions transverses (pilotage de fabrications comprenant des opérations de montage/assemblage, d’essais, participation à l’organisation de l’atelier…).
Vos responsabilités :
- Réaliser des essais techniques sur les machines développées par Axima (machines frigorifiques, centrales de traitement d’air, tours de refroidissement, etc.) pour en assurer le bon fonctionnement ;
- Mesurer divers paramètres : frigorifiques, aérauliques, hydrauliques, électriques et mécaniques ;
- Analyser et interpréter les résultats des essais ;
- Participer au montage et à l’assemblage des équipements ;
- Assister le Chef d’atelier dans la planification et la gestion de l’atelier ;
- Former et accompagner des collaborateurs sur les essais ;
- Effectuer certains tests dans des laboratoires spécialisés (sismiques, CEM…) ;
- Proposer activement des idées pour le développement de nouveaux projets et l’amélioration du fonctionnement de l’atelier.

Votre parcours professionnel vous a permis d’acquérir rigueur et autonomie. Vous possédez également une bonne capacité relationnelle et êtes force de proposition.

Sub Contractor Manager
Equans is looking for a Sub-contractor Manager to join our team in West Kilbride on a 12 month FTC basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role holder will coordinate subcontractor activities on site. By setting and maintaining a high standard of SHEQ compliance from all subcontractors who operate on behalf of Equans at Hunterston B Power Station
What will you deliver?
- Manage Equans SMOC process and ensure any subcontractors working on site are fully approved on SMOC with relevant SMOC documentation in place.
- Conduct subcontractor inaugural meetings with subcontractors before work can commence. (Every annual)
- Oversee / manager any subcontractor supervisors/field supervisors, ensuring supervision is meeting expectations. (Suitable setting to work, pre job brief, spot checks etc)
- Meet/greet subcontractors working on behalf of Equans on day of work.
- Update subcontractor manager board
- Conduct a robust setting to work and pre job brief with subcontractors working for Equans. (Where required)
- Review subcontractor RAMS prior to work and review on day of work with subcontractors ensuring subcontractors understand their RAMS/SSOW and sign off stating they understand and will follow their RAMS when working.
- Ensure any high risk works subcontractors undertaken are approved to complete by local ISM, ensuring local ISM has reviewed and approved subcontractor RAMS prior to task commencing.
- Supervise and oversee works in the field by completing regular spot checks on subcontractor working. (active supervision)
- Liaise with operations manages/supervisors planning subcontractor works and build strong relationships with teams to support subcontractor works.
- Review subcontractor performance on regular basis and feedback to operation managers and local ISM on any Health & Safety concerns/issues.
- Core focal point for site overseeing contractor management on day-to-day basis.

Who are we looking for?
- NEBOSH General Certificate or working towards completion within 6 months of the starting the role.
- Minimum of 2 years in a compliance/Health and Safety/Subcontractor management role.
- Experience in managing subcontractors.
- Display an ability to drive Health and Safety performance in subcontractors.
- Ability to own and facilitate a safe subcontractor management system ensuring safety remains number one priority.
- Experience in Health & Safety systems.
- Communicate across all levels working within performance management systems
- Effective and decisive organisational skills with experience in introducing new ideas and approaches
- Understanding of a Technical requirements preferably with certification or a good knowledge and background of facility and domestic disciplines.
- CITB – SMSTS/IOSH Managing safely as a minimum.

Station Reception Officer

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Station Reception Officer to join our operational team at Lewisham Police Station. This is a permanent full-time shift based position working an average of 40 hours per week, 6 days on, 4 days off with a 30 minute unpaid break.
Shift pattern is as follows:
2xET: 0600-1600
2xLT: 1200-1000
2xND: 0830-0630
The role:
- Reports to Facilities & Services Manager
- Providing an efficient first point of contact for members of the public
- Answer calls promptly and clearly before re-routing callers accordingly
- Operate computer systems accurately to record enquires
- Receive and administer property
- To be responsible for the security, safety and tidiness of the station reception areas
- Working an average of 40 hours per week on a 5 on 3 off shift pattern, 10 hour shifts, earlies, lates and nights.
- May be required to provide occasional cover at other sites within SE London
The person:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a good standard of written/spoken English

Facilities Manager
Equans is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team in Sidcup on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary bonus and benefits package.
The role holder will be responsible for all aspects of TFM service delivery at the site.
Lead the engagement with building users groups and employee forums to understand perceptions of performance of the services and how the services could be better tailored to the client for the future. In addition to this will also be the responsibility of the delivery of Additional Works that are identified as a result of our delivery.
Liaising with the Customer, on-site Teams, internal Equans departments/teams and Sub-Contractors to ensure the TFM contract at site level is delivered within the terms of the contract. This role will have a emphasis on customer service and will be point of contact for all site related activity, making sure the service is delivered and compliant with company procedures.

- Responsible for all PPM programme's to deliver full scope of services within SLA / Additional Works WIP to be completed on time and on budget
- Responsible for all corrective and reactive works to be correctly recorded within the company’s asset management system

M&E Supervisor

Key activities:
- Supervise the M&E team to ensure all work is carried out to contract specification and client satisfaction
- To undertake PPM and reactive works ensuring that all jobs are completed in line with SLA’s, KPI’s and CPI’s
- To ensure the speedy and correct allocation of work so that jobs are completed in accordance with the performance monitoring system
- Assist with the planning and organising of work for both direct and contract labour to ensure cost and time targets are met including allocating and controlling overtime organising out-of-hours emergency works
- Order materials and services, maintain records, control stock, provide engineers reports, etc
- Assist with estimates, site measurements and cost control information; to identify chargeable works and ensure these are properly recorded
- Liaise with the client when required to resolve any issues
- To organise and participate in the out of hours on-call rota
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
Skills, qualifications & experience:
- Must hold a recognised electrical or mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant electrical or mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience.
- Must have supervisory experience and good people management skills (appraisals, training, recruitment, team briefings, )

Technical services supervisor
Equans is looking for a Technical Services Supervisor to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The primary purpose of the role is to supervise and manage a team of static/mobile engineers, making sure that all PPM and Reactive Works are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and EQUANS processes and procedures.
The position is to ensure that all required Building Engineering services as per the Engineering Building strategy is carried out. The position will require you to provide engineering support in emergency situations to ensure business and operational continuity.

What will you deliver?
- To effectively manage a team of engineers carrying out all aspects of maintenance in accordance with KPIs/SLAs in a safe working manner
- As a Technical Supervisor, provide timely support to maintain the highest standard of statutory compliance. Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in accordance with the EQUANS Environmental Health & Safety policy, quality, sustainability and energy efficiency related standards, including Legionella Management

EPM Controller
Equans is looking for an EPM Controller to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Provide a single, secure, accurate, timely & trusted source of actual & planned financial performance information for the entire Equans UK BU as a member of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The core EPM solution is SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC).
The post holder will support the adoption of the group data platform, Palantir, to drive data driven analysis and machine learning efficiencies. Responsible for the complete, accurate & timely collation & reporting of the Equans UK BU, with turnover in excess of £2 billion, within the EPM solution.
The EPM Controller will need to work closely with other team members & 3rd party consultants to deliver the goals of the role and interaction with the Data Services Team to ensure data pipelines are robust & reliable. The EPM controller will liaise with Finance Business Partners from all divisions (to support 150+ solution users) and have regular contact with senior finance staff including Group Financial Controller, FP&A Director, FP&A Manager, Head of Financial Reporting, Divisional Finance Directors, and Financial Controllers.
What will you deliver?
- Apply high-level problem-solving skills to critical, complex combined datasets, sourced from multiple ERP systems, with differing underlying principles and approaches
