En tant que Project Engineer E&I

… vous contribuez activement à toutes les étapes des projets, de la conception à la livraison finale :

  • analyse et conception :
    • étudier et préparer les dossiers régulation et électricité
    • mettre à niveau techniquement les offres fournisseurs et garantir leur conformité avant transmission au service achat
  • gestion opérationnelle :
    • rédiger les bons de commande régulation et électricité
    • vérifier, corriger et valider les schémas électriques et de régulation
    • suivre de près les sous-traitants régulation et électricité jusqu’à la fin du chantier
  • support technique et coordination :
    • collaborer étroitement avec le Project Engineer/Manager HVAC pour garantir le respect du planning
    • coordonner avec les techniciens pour la mise en service des installations
  • documentation et reporting :
    • préparer les documents "as built" pour clôturer le dossier du chantier
    • informer régulièrement votre Project Manager de l’avancement et signaler les éventuels défis rencontrés

Votre expertise technique et vos qualités personnelles feront toute la différence :

  • vous avez un diplôme en régulation, électricité, HVAC ou informatique
  • vous disposez de solides connaissances en E&I
  • vous êtes reconnu·e par votre sens de l’organisation et votre gestion des priorités

Commissioning Officer Senior

Et si vous pouviez devenir le chef d'orchestre des installations HVAC, garantissant leur performance optimale avant la remise au client ? 

En tant que Commissioning Officer Senior chez Equans à Nivelles, vous jouez un rôle crucial en supervisant les mises en service et en réglant chaque détail pour que nos systèmes HVAC fonctionnent à la perfection sur les sites de nos clients en Wallonie, Bruxelles et même jusqu’au Luxembourg.

Votre rôle d’expert ? Vous préparez, rédigez et faites le suivi jusqu’à la fin des dossiers commissioning, suivant nos critères et ceux de nos clients. Vous mettez en service et faites l’ensemble des réglages nécessaires sur nos installations et vérifiez qu’elles fonctionnent à la perfection avant remise au client !
Vous avez également un rôle de superviseur pour les sous-traitants et les techniciens en vous assurant de la qualité de nos performances.
Il s’agit d’une fonction de terrain prestée sur les différentes installations en cours de réalisation chez nos clients.

Commissioning Officer Senior chez Equans ? Mais de quoi s’agit-il ?

En bref, vous prenez le rôle de « metteur au point » des installations HVAC : vous entrez en action uniquement à partir du moment où les équipements sont installés.

Premièrement, lors des mises en service, vous collaborez avec tous les intervenants (techniciens, sous-traitants…) afin d’arriver à une installation correcte dans les délais prévus. De là, plusieurs responsabilités vous attendent :    

  • la mise en service de l’installation, raccordements, démarrage et derniers réglages. Et ce, sur base de : diverses instructions, planning, contexte, plans P&ID schémas électriques et de régulation
  • les mesures (électriques, aérauliques, hydrauliques) et tests nécessaires : vous vous assurez que l’installation fonctionne parfaitement
  • valider les différentes séquences de fonctionnement des installations
  • pouvoir localiser les défauts si la mise en service ou les tests ne se passent pas comme prévu et agir en fonction, effectuer les éventuelles corrections
  • les explications et instructions d’utilisation au client
  • s’assurer de votre sécurité sur le site, ainsi que celle de votre entourage, avec un respect strict de toutes les consignes de sécurité (les nôtres et également celles de nos clients)
  • participation aux réceptions finales de nos installations avec le client, bureau d’étude et Project Manager du chantier concerné
  • s’assurer de la formation journalière des Commissioning Officers Juniors
  • suivi et reporting des heures allouées aux tâches de votre équipe et vous-même

Avant, pendant et après toute intervention, vous restez en contact avec le client, le bureau d’étude et le Project Manager Commissioning. Vous leur envoyez vos commentaires et rapports concernant les : tests, contrôles, réglages.

De quoi avez-vous besoin ?

  • un diplôme de bachelier en électromécanique OU un A2 électromécanique
  • minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans ce domaine
  • une excellente connaissance en électricité et HVAC
  • savoir utiliser les automates de régulation
  • savoir lire des plans et schémas P&ID (HVAC), de régulations…
  • pouvoir travailler de façon analytique

En plus de parler parfaitement le français, vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais ?  C’est encore mieux !

Fitter / Plumber

EQUANS are recruiting for a Fitter / Plumber to be based at the Queen Alexandra Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £34,000 to £36,000 plus a shift allowance of £3,581 per annum. In addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Support the Estates Management in the provision of a 24hr maintenance Service within the Portsmouth Hospital Trust for the service provider.
  • Undertake any training as required
  • Promote a culture of customer service to both internal and external customers and partners and to liaise with other departments regarding maintenance issues if required
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post
  • After suitable training and guidance diagnose faults, repair, and maintain complex equipment in accordance with Health Technical Memorandum (HTM’s) and other specialised hospital equipment.
  • Carry out the work of other trades where there is an interface to the work in hand with a level of competence that is outside core trade.
  • To carry a radio or pager to facilitate immediate response.
  • Work in highly unpleasant working conditions, unblocking drains and sewers, which include biological hazards of body fluids and noxious fumes.
  • To work safely on steam and hot water systems
  • To always observe statutory and other relevant requirements those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations and Electrical IEE regulations.

Main Purpose of the Role

The Multi-Skilled Operative is responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on homes and properties. This role operates in a multi-skilled environment, delivering high standards of customer care and satisfaction. What will you deliver?

  • Execute all types of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks in a multi-skilled capacity. 
  • Complete repairs and maintenance across various trade disciplines where competent. 
  • Attend and complete repair appointments punctually and within target times, aiming for first-time resolution. 
  • Ensure the safe use and condition of company tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles.
  • Diagnose necessary remedial work, organise appointments, and arrange required materials as needed. 
  • Minimise disruption to customers' homes, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness during and after tasks. 
  • Participate in the company's out-of-hours emergency repair and maintenance rota as required.

HR Advisor

EQUANS are recruiting for a HR Advisor (12 month FTC) to cover our sites in Yorkshire, predominantly working from our Regional Offices in Leeds and Rotherham. This is a fixed term (12 months) full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:

The role holder will be responsible for the provision of HR advisory guidance, supporting the business with its people agenda by delivering a commercially focused pragmatic service throughout the employee journey.

  • Be an internal expert, providing generalist HR advice and practical support to managers on all people management and employment law issues whilst ensuring these processes are conducted in accordance with the ethos and values of EQUANS

  • Advice on early-stage grievance / disciplinary action including attendance at hearings
  • Ensuring attendance management is pro-actively monitored, agreeing plans to improve with line managers, supporting delivery of plans and escalating issues as required
  • Support the delivery of HR objectives, taking ownership of ad hoc projects as and when directed, such as talent planning, TUPE, employee engagement programmes etc
  • Update and maintain the HR system, as appropriate, and ensure new starters and existing employees are trained on system functionality
  • Robust onboarding programme and provision of relevant support provided to employees throughout the employee journey
  • Act as a change champion, supporting the successful implementation of engagement programmes
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, facilitate the recruitment process by providing advice and support on the best way to resource

Facilities Administrator

Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our facilities team working on our Greater Manchester Police maintenance contract based at Eccles police station providing administrative support to various police stations across Greater Manchester. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

The role:

  • Reporting to the Business Performance Manager
  • To provide effective and efficient administrative compliance support for the contract
  • Identify client requirements through telephone, CAFM Helpdesk system, and e-mail communications.
  • Raise and manage to completion PPM and reactive work orders in the CAFM System to deliver KPIs.
  • Produce quotations, chase approvals and arrange for work to be carried out via raising purchase orders to subcontractors and arranging for access to the Site.
  • To prepare reports and documents as required and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • To work along site the management team to provide support as required on the contract

The person:

  • Experience in a similar role providing effective administration support
  • Knowledge of Maximo database or similar CAFM system an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to work as both part of a team and autonomously
  • Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
  • Experience of production and maintenance of reporting
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment

Apprentice Electrician

Equans is recruiting for an Apprentice Electrician on our HMCTS contract. You will be based onsite at Bristol Civil Justice Centre. This is a 48 month fixed term contract, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and work towards completing your electrical qualifications.

What will you deliver? 

  • Actively participating in learning, personal development, and apprenticeship training.
  • Assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across a variety of properties.
  • Developing the ability to interpret design drawings, diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintaining and caring for company tools and equipment.
  • Supporting a wide range of operations, including building maintenance, site management, and customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing quality checks and contributing to site compliance standards.
  • Supporting operational performance and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Managing small project works and contributing to helpdesk operations, including client requests and relationship management.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and skilled staff.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance documentation.
