Afin d’accompagner notre développement et notre croissance dans les services à nos clients industriels, nous recherchons un Chef d’équipe Travaux / Transferts Industriels H/F rattaché(e) à l'agence de Champforgeuil (71).

Sous la responsabilité du conducteur de travaux ou du chargé d’affaires, vos missions principales seront :

- Encadrer une petite équipe de 2 à 3 personnes, voire travailler en binôme

- Anticiper les besoins afin de permettre au responsable du chantier de planifier et d’organiser les interventions

- Respecter les consignes de prévention et de sécurité.

- Participer aux réunions quotidiennes de sécurité

- Réaliser, effectuer des repérages des métrés pour permettre l’établissement de devis  

- Réaliser des travaux électriques et mécaniques 

- Lire, comprendre les schémas et plans

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer quotidiennement chez les clients. 

La possession des habilitations travaux en hauteur et un permis type CACES A/B est souhaitée.

Titulaire d'un diplôme type CAP/BEP/BAC Pro électrotechnique, électromécanique ou équivalent, vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire.

Votre mission :

  • Gérer les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires au chantier
  • Encadrer vos compagnons sur le chantier
  • Superviser les travaux électriques de préparation et de raccordements
  • Suivre l'avancement du chantier et assurer le reporting
  • Réaliser le relevé des travaux et s’assurer de la qualité du travail exécuté 
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement

Des déplacements seront à prévoir pour gérer les chantiers entre Perpignan et Lézignan-Corbières (proche de Narbonne).

 

Votre bagage :

 

Titulaire d’un CAP à BAC Pro en électricité, réseaux ou TP, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans sur des chantiers de travaux publics, de réseaux électriques extérieurs et en terrassement. Une compréhension approfondie des marchés liés à Enedis est indispensable.

Capacité à travailler en hauteur, Habilitations B2V - B2 - B2TH2V- H2 – BR, Permis B requis

Autonome, doté d'un excellent relationnel, vous avez le sens du résultat.

Rigoureux, votre esprit d’équipe et votre sens de l’anticipation seront de vrais atouts pour évoluer sur ce poste et au sein de notre groupe.

Industrial Safety Manager

Equans is looking for an Industrial Safety Manager to join our team at Sizewell on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

The role holder will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the Safety strategy in line with the objectives and direction of the UKBU

What will you deliver?

  • Interpret the strategy in promotion of the Equans/EDF Industrial Safety, environment and quality model at an individual Station and within the wider Unitary EDF Safety framework, so that physical and emotional wellbeing is our most critical priority.
  • Work closely with the Industrial Safety Director and the Site Leadership Team outputs to contribute to development of a plan and strategy to improve safety performance and manage high potential risks related to the site.
  • Responsibility for the collation of monthly reports and policy/guidance/operating procedure development to support operational delivery of all health and safety programmes.
  • Ensure that the site under their responsibility operate to the highest standards of health and safety management through being responsible for the delivery of the BU SAFETY strategy and through engagement at all levels to ensure continuous improvement, world class performance and the development of a positive SAFETY culture.
  • Support RCA incident investigations: Ensuring sites are supported in the prompt closure of all actions related to these incidents.
  • Subject matter expert in key areas of Safety compliance for the contract, owning the procedure and associated documents for the area of expertise and enabling the operations team to have embedded SME’s

Plumber

Equans is looking for a Plumber to join our team in Blackburn on a permanent basis at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview: 
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated Plumber/Heating Engineer for maintenance work across Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital and Burnley General Teaching Hospital to join a team of onsite engineers who will integrate into the technical team as a whole. The individual will have the desire to expand their professional qualifications portfolio, ensuring the contract always provides robust and reliable authorised / competent person cover for our client.

Based at primarily at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital, the Plumber / Heating Engineer will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards within the hospitals. They will provide guidance to others on site, showing technical expertise in mechanical (Plumbing / Heating Systems) and water systems. Ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery. The Engineer will have advanced technical knowledge in more than one skill or technology area and will form part of the out of hours on call rota (additional allowance paid for on call). Working hours are 40 hours per week.

Basic Duties will include:
1st Fix Reactive Response and Rectification duties – Including fault finding and resolution
2nd Fix Reactive Response– Providing support to colleague and technical advice to resolve open problems and encourage a learning culture within the technical team.
Planned Maintenance – Pre planned works within the Hospital to ensure contractual compliance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Industry guidance and rectifying faults.

- Ensure workload is planned, delivered to customer specification, and agreed service requirement.
- Plan, prioritise and resource projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H&S and environmental regulations, and helping us to achieve our No Life at Risk targets.
- Install commission and service plant and equipment.
- Diagnose, fault-find, commission systems and monitor facility performance, through PPM programme, identifying any additional works required.
- Flexible working hours required.
- Administer and complete relevant paperwork.
- Understand and meet ongoing customer requirements, develop effective working relationships with business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Fair, consistent, and courteous attitude in all dealings at all levels.
- Assist other members of the work force as required
- Willing to attend training in line with the business requirements and personal development
- Full driving licence required
- At all times maintain a smart appearance and professional manner that is representative of Cofely in the workplace.

AC Engineer

Equans is looking for an AC Engineer to join our team covering 2 sites in Chelsea & Sutton, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is competitive salary and benefits package. 

 

What will you deliver? 

  • Ensure all PPM’s is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works
  • Reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made
  • Plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order
  • Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works
  • Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments and used for all tasks undertaken
  • Undertake mandatory training and skill related training as required by the business

Equans Data Centers are seeking to appoint a Design Manager, to support our growing Data Centre business.

We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Center facilities and are recruitment a Design Manager to join our innovative team in projects based in the UK. The Design Manager will be focused on the management of design and technical support services to our data center projects and will support the teams in the resolution of design related issues in a timely manner, ensuring there are no delays to the construction and fit-out process.

What you will deliver?

  • Take full responsibility for the design coordination within the project.
  • Liaise with the client to establish information flow and platforms to be utilised.
  • Work with the programmers to establish timelines and take responsibility for the production and control of the design programme and report against it.
  • Manage the uploading of the design information in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the Design management tools to ensure all information is available and is in the correct location.
  • Organise, control and manage the design team meeting with the client and their teams.

Shift Electrician

Equans is looking for a Shift Electrician to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and in addition you will receive an excellent shift allowance & benefits package. 

What will you deliver?

  • Working directly to the Electrical Supervisor, the post holder will have the required skills to ensure the safe and continuous operation of mechanical, electrical engineering services and building plant as part of a flexible maintenance team, including specialist subcontractors to deliver work to the highest of standards for our clients.
  • The main responsibilities include efficiently and effectively performing electrical maintenance of all relevant assets. Work will be assigned from a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule or in response to a reactive work order raised by our client representatives or our own personnel on site. All planned and reactive tasks will be managed through to completion, including fault diagnosis and sourcing parts where applicable. Must be able to demonstrate that awareness of best working practices and that these are always followed. Additional duties to include, working and managing backlog works, assisting when required for specialist projects.
  • Working as part of a wider M&E team, there may be a requirement to undertake other tasks that may not be specifically related to electrical systems.

Who are we looking for?

  • Must have successfully completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship and have a proven experience in a similar role carrying out electrical maintenance duties.
  • Hospital maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Be competent to undertake/assist work on the type of building service systems and equipment for which the appointment is sought.
  • Be familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken.
  • Possess technical knowledge and sufficient experience to avoid any danger that may be presented by the work to be undertaken.
