This is a full time role to carry out repairs and maintenance work to the homes and properties repaired and maintained by the Company.

What will you deliver?

  • Carry out safe isolation in accordance with industry standards and company processes and where necessary documenting it 
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems, equipment, and accessories, ensuring compliance with the electricity at work regulations 1989 (EAWR), BS 7671 the wiring regulations (latest edition), and the relevant guidance notes
  • Inspection and testing of fixed wiring systems in accordance with BS 7671, guidance notes three and company & client processes
  • Inspection and testing of In-service electrical equipment
  • Design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire detection and fire alarm systems in domestic premises to BS5839-6 (Latest edition
  • Finding, repairing or rectifying faults on fixed wiring systems using a multifunction tester and other relevant equipment
  • Providing high-quality customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally

Who are we looking for?

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification
  • AM2
  • Or qualifications that predate the above, however, you must be able to obtain an ECS gold card with the qualifications you hold
  • Level 3 Award in the requirements of electrical installations BS 7671 (latest edition)
  • Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair within the construction industry
  • Full UK Driving licence

Commercial Manager

Equans are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team in Belfast on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Demonstrate a high level of commercial and technical knowledge and work as part of the Project Delivery Team in early review of techniques and solutions to meet the business and customer objectives
  • Early identification of business risks in projects throughout their lifecycle, from pre-contract to close out, and ensure that risk management, risk registers and contingencies are in place to manage and minimise the risks

Helpdesk Operator

EQUANS is looking for a Helpdesk Operator to join our team based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 35 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, shift allowance and benefits package. 

 

Reporting to the Workflow Supervisor and will be responsible for receiving, logging, and updating Workflow requests, whilst ensuring that the operation supports and complies with the Birmingham New Hospitals Project Contract specification. The Helpdesk Operators play a Crucial role within the Birmingham Hospitals project, they are responsible for planning and dispatch all work that comes through the helpdesk and will be the first point of contact for all Customers requesting repairs for any service we provide.

What will you deliver?

HR Data Administrator

    • Monitor and maintain the organisation hierarchy in Employee Services systems, ensuring line management and costing structures are aligned with current business structure.

    • Co-ordinate the authorisations process within Employee Services systems, ensuring employees have the appropriate and relevant access rights within the boundaries of Data Protection.
    • Work with the Business Change team to ensure contract mobilisations and demobilisations are updated in Employee Services systems in a timely manner.
    • Co-ordinate the month end Payroll Controls process to ensure timely payments are made to third parties and liaise with third parties in relation to the breakdown of such payments.  
    • Provide support to the Team on Winshuttle activities such as building scripts and loading/verifying data. 
    • Lead the Annual Leave & Annual Salary Review upload processes, ensuring timely accurate delivery.
    • Appreciation of National Minimum Wage legislation and the impact on employees pay during the processing of National Minimum Wage uplifts. 
    • Ability to calculate salary and allowance payments when processing Annual Salary Reviews and Gender Pay Gap reporting. 
    • Co-ordinate audit activity for own work area, with timely monthly sign off.

Second Line IT Field Engineer - Mobile

Equans is looking for a Second Line IT Field Engineer - Mobile to join our team in South East London on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

As the face of IT to the business, the successful candidate will be required to resolve IT issues with a focus on customer satisfaction, whilst minimising downtime; in addition, other teams in IT will require your eyes, ears, expertise and site knowledge to ensure that day-to-day operation continues smoothly.

Field Engineers are responsible for keeping our users going, at our offices where there is no dedicated IT staff member. They take a personal approach to each ticket and work with the affected users to understand the impact of their issue and prioritise accordingly.

The role is customer site based so travel around the designated area will be expected, while adhering to company health and safety measures and advice.

What will you deliver?

  • Onsite and remote ticket completion with excellent customer service skills
  • Ensure timely completion of tickets that have been passed from the Service Desk
  • Liaising with other support teams for additional expertise where needed
  • Knowledge sharing and participation to ensure the team deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Assist with the requirements of other teams within the IT function

Station Reception Officer

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Station Reception Officer to join our operational team at Lewisham Police Station on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a shift based position working an average of 40 hours per week both days and nights, 6 days on, 4 days off with a 30 minute unpaid break.

Shift pattern is as follows:

2xET: 0600-1600

2xLT: 1200-1000

2xND: 0830-0630

The role:

  • Reports to Facilities & Services Manager
  • Providing an efficient first point of contact for members of the public
  • Answer calls promptly and clearly before re-routing callers accordingly
  • Operate computer systems accurately to record enquires
  • Receive and administer property
  • To be responsible for the security, safety and tidiness of the station reception areas
  • Working an average of 40 hours per week on a 6 on 4 off shift pattern, 10 hour shifts, earlies, lates and nights.

Resident Liaison Officer

Equans is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Saffron Walden and surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent role. On offer is a salary of £26,000 - £31,000 depending on skills and experience, company vehicle and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • To provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Managing the customer/resident journey whilst following the client and company engagement procedures
  • To develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, the local community and the Customer Care Department
  • Carry out choice events, consultation events and individual consultation with residents regarding future work.
  • Carry out individual resident inductions to include – introduction to Equans, the CLO/RLO
    process, scope of works, property and personal belongings condition surveys inclusive of photographs for evidence
  • Complete resident profiling and work with the site management team to implement effective working practices and discuss with the Client’s customer care team where appropriate
  • Agree access arrangements with the resident and book appointments to enable the work to their home
  • Organise and provide support needs: packing boxes, dust sheets, storage and other facilities
    as required and agreed.

Static site supervisor

Equans is looking for a Static Site Supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

 

Harwell is Moderna new Innovation and Technology Centre (MITC) site which is responsible for the development and manufacture of its pharmaceutical products. The site consists of manufacturing, clean rooms, laboratory, office and plant rooms. The nature of their business requires their Lab and manufacturing areas to meet clean room standards. The maintenance of their HVAC equipment is of the upmost importance to ensure their production and science always remains operational.

As Equans representative and first point of contact with the Client, the importance of this role cannot be overestimated. It is essential that all works are carried in a cost effective, timely manner, maximising revenue, where possible.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the site’s engineer team and ensure PPM targets are met on a monthly basis, as well as, ensure the site remains statutory complaint and critical infrastructure remains operational.

What will you deliver?

  • Manage both customer and team expectations
  • Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests and coordinate quotations Provide monthly reports if and when required and attend client meetings and close down audit reports and actions
  • Review Engineering Job Sheets in timely manner for accuracy, legibility & remedial works
  • Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work
  • Update customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and provide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works required
  • Ensure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. Identify and record all plant failures using quotation forms and issue to line manager. This is to be indicated and recorded within the CAFM system
  • Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. In accordance with the delegated authority with the applicable contract or authorised by the client
  • To undertake electrical test and inspection of electrical systems
  • Carryout regular site audits
  • To attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours (call outs). Take part in the on-call rota
  • Ensure toolbox talks are carried out
  • Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance

Dit ga je doen als Klantteammanager Areaal Overstijgend bij 4AMS:

In de functie als Klantteammanager Areaal Overstijgend In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van contact met zowel klanten als collega Klantteammanagers. Het doel is om ervoor te zorgen dat de uitvoering van het contract soepel verloopt en dat alle gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de klanttevredenheid en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.

Daarnaast draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige facilitaire aanvraagproces. Dit betekent dat je het proces vanaf het moment van aanvraag tot en met de uitvoering zorgvuldig coördineert en begeleidt, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat alles tijdig en volgens de gestelde richtlijnen wordt uitgevoerd.

Je hebt ook de leiding over de operationele uitvoering van het meet & regelproces. Dit houdt in dat je ervoor zorgt dat de benodigde maatregelen en procedures correct worden uitgevoerd om de operationele systemen optimaal te laten functioneren en eventuele problemen snel worden opgelost.

Een andere belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid is het beheer van het onderhouds- en werkvergunningsproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden en noodzakelijke vergunningen correct worden aangevraagd, goedgekeurd en uitgevoerd, zodat er geen vertragingen of complicaties ontstaan in het werkproces.

  • verantwoordelijk voor de klanttevredenheid van de aan hem toegewezen divisies van de klant
