Vos activités en tant qu’ Électricien·ne chez Equans :

  • vous effectuez le montage de cellules haute tension et le raccordement de transformateurs
  • vous réalisez la pose et le raccordement de câbles de grosse section
  • vous êtes responsable du montage de chemins de câbles et d'équipements électriques
  • vous gérez le raccordement et la mise en service des installations

Vos aptitudes et compétences :

  • vous êtes en possession d'un diplôme A3/A2 en électricité ou électromécanique
  • vous détenez un certificat BA4 et/ou BA5 et/ou VCA
  • vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire
  • vous avez une très bonne connaissance de l’électricité
  • vous êtes apte à la lecture et à l'interprétation de plans de cheminement en deux ou trois dimensions
  • vous savez suivre et exécuter les notices de montage des différents matériels utilisés

Account/Project Manager

Votre quotidien en tant qu’Account/Project Manager ?  

Vente et négociation : 

  • gérer les appels d'offre en collaborations avec les différents services (opérationnels, secrétariat, juridique, chiffrage)
  • présenter nos produits et solutions de manière convaincante lors des visites clients, en soulignant leurs avantages techniques et économiques 
  • négocier les contrats et les conditions commerciales  

Développement commercial : 

  • prospecter de nouveaux clients et identifier des opportunités de vente  
  • entretenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants en comprenant leurs besoins et en leur proposant des solutions adaptées 

Reporting et suivi : 

  • documenter les activités de vente, les opportunités et assurer une communication transparente avec l'équipe

Equans est à la recherche d’un.e Chef.fe de chantier en mécanique et chaudronnerie (Fleurus).

En tant que Chef.fe de Chantier, vous réalisez des projets en construction métallique. Vous organisez et dirigez un chantier tant au niveau des travailleurs, que du matériel nécessaire, et ce en ligne avec les moyens financiers mis à votre disposition. En fonction de l'ampleur du chantier vous êtes responsable de la réalisation d'une partie ou de l'entièreté des tâches.

En plus de l'organisation et de la coordination du travail sur chantier, vous en assurez également le suivi administratif, comme par exemple le choix de la main-d’œuvre et du matériel pour l'établissement de l'état d'avancement des travaux ou par la préparation des réunions de chantier. Vous rapportez au Chef de projet.

 

Vos challenges au quotidien :

  • vous préparez le chantier (qualité, accès, sécurité, mode opératoire, planning, constitution des besoins en hommes, rédaction des réquisitions, etc.), assurez le suivi (conduite des équipes, relation avec le client, qualité de travail, respect des procédures, état d’avancement, amélioration du résultat, participation au réunion de chantier, etc.) et le repli du chantier (rentrée du matériel, nettoyage du chantier, réception du travail, obtention des suppléments et claims, etc.)
  • vous êtes responsable de la productivité et des résultats des chantiers
  • vous assurez un rapportage régulier quant à l’état d’avancement de chaque projet ainsi que les actions prises pour corriger les divergences par rapport au planning
  • vous respectez les objectifs budgétaires (pointages directs et indirects)
  • vous participez aux actions permettant l’amélioration des résultats
  • vous rapportez les besoins de votre équipe (formations, matériel, etc.)
  • vous êtes responsable de la bonne œuvre du respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité et les règles liées à l’environnement dans le respect des procédures en vigueur
  • vous vous déplacer sur l’ensemble de la Belgique pour assurer une présence assidue sur vos chantiers

De quoi avez-vous besoin ?

  • vous disposez d'une formation technique ou d'une expérience suffisante dans un rôle dirigeant sur les chantiers
  • vous avez de l’expérience dans le secteur de la construction métallique, de la chaudronnerie et de la soudure
  • vous êtes orienté solution et efficacité
  • vous avez un sens technique aigu et vous aimez rechercher des solutions. En même temps, vous ne tolérez pas les comportements dangereux ou la qualité médiocre
  • conscient qu’un chantier n’est pas une science exacte, vous faites preuve de dynamisme et de flexibilité dans vos heures de travail et vos tâches
  • bon communicateur, vous collaborez aisément avec les clients, les entrepreneurs et les inspecteurs
  • la connaissance de l’anglais et/ou du néerlandais est un plus

Process Engineer

What if you could take control of energy processes and play a key role in projects that will shape the sustainable future of energy?

Join Equans as a Process Engineer in the Sustainable Energetic Solutions (SES) department in Grimbergen or Fleurus. With your expertise, you will optimize the core of energy installations while participating in innovative projects.

In this role, you will be based at one of these two sites, depending on the projects and your preference.

Ready to transform energy?

  • you coordinate the process activities and basic design for large-scale energy projects involving thermal and electrical energy production
  • you ensure compliance with contractual design conditions and performance guarantees at each stage, from the quote to the final acceptance by the client
  • you design a concept for a safe and properly functioning installation
  • you perform the heat and mass balance of the installations, ensuring their efficiency
  • you create the Process Flow Diagrams and adjust its key parameters (fluids, flow, pressure, temperature, …) for various operational conditions such as normal operation, startup/shutdown, and process upsets and trips
  • you supervise the establishment and revisions of the P&IDs, ensuring consistency between design and implementation
  • you provide process data for the technical sheets of the various equipment necessary for the installation
  • you plan and lead HAZOP and LOPA sessions
  • you write the functional description of the installation
  • you define the process values for the piping list
  • you support the commissioning team during the hot startup of the installation on-site

Electrical Project Engineer

What if you become the driving force behind innovative electric solutions?

Equans is looking for an Electrical Project Engineer for the Sustainable Energetic Solutions (SES) department in Grimbergen or Fleurus. Become a crucial link in our E&I team and lead the electrical aspects of various projects. From engineering to site coordination, your expertise ensures that every project is executed perfectly. In this position, you will work at one of the two locations, depending on the projects and your preference.

Are you up for it?

You are responsible for managing the electrical part of the assigned projects.

  • you report to the Project Manager/Engineer coordinating the various disciplines within a project
  • develop electrical engineering while considering customer requirements and specifications, in accordance with applicable standards and legislation
  • based on this, create specifications to send to subcontractors (internally or externally)
  • select suppliers and subcontractors according to applicable procedures
  • assist the purchasing department during the procurement phase
  • organize project tasks to achieve quality, time, and cost objectives
  • support the project manager in drafting and following up on the engineering and execution schedule
  • coordinate the work of subcontractors in the different phases of the project, from engineering to commissioning, considering all specifications and applicable standards and legislation
  • actively participate in the commissioning of installations (cold, hot & start-up)
  • contribute to the safety policy on site (including supervision) and actively support the quality policy
  • participate in HAZOP sessions and perform SIL calculations

With the following competences & talents you will make a difference

  • a technical engineering degree or equivalent through experience
  • proven experience in industrial projects (high voltage, low voltage, instrumentation, control systems (PLC, DCS))
  • a broad electrical culture; training is provided for any missing experience
  • participate in safety follow-ups and act accordingly
  • result-oriented work ethic
  • an innate sense of organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • a sense of responsibility and genuine leadership skills
  • you know how to work independently but value teamwork and can demonstrate true listening and empathy
  • your communication and reporting are clear, concise, and effective
  • the human aspect is important to you
  • you are mobile, flexible, and willing to travel abroad (Belgium and neighboring countries) during project execution
  • you speak French, English, and Dutch
