Vos activités au sein d’Equans
- vous établissez des offres pour les projets en électricité industrielle
- vous établissez et gardez de bonnes relations avec :
- les clients et bureaux d’études
- les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants, avec la gestion et la comparaison de leurs offres
- vous êtes responsable du contrôle technique et de l’analyse du cahier de charges
- vous faites les études de conception quand il n’y a pas de cahier de charges
- vous formulez d’éventuelles propositions d’amélioration et de solutions d’économie
- vous êtes autonome et capable d’imaginer des solutions techniques qui permettent à votre offre de se différencier
- vous analysez la situation existante via des visites de chantier
- vous rédigez l’offre finale avec toutes les annexes nécessaires
- vous négociez l’offre avec le client et le Project Manager
- vous faites les reportings nécessaires

Automation Engineer
Dans le cadre des activités d'automatisation du département EIAD (Fleurus/Ans), Equans est à la recherche d'un Ingénieur automation.
Et concrètement ?
- en collaboration avec le client, le responsable de projet et le responsable d’équipe, vous suivez les pannes de près :
- diagnostique de pannes
- analyse, développement et coordination de solutions
- remise en service conformément aux spécifications contractuelles du projet
- analyse de l’impact avec modifications si nécessaire
- le tout se fera avec un suivi administratif et dans le respect des délais, des budgets, des règles et des normes de qualité imposées
- vous assurez un suivi de vos activités sur le système de ticketing, prenez en charge les demandes venant du client, suivez l’avancement en faisant un rapport des actions prises
- vous êtes très rigoureux et précis : suivi, vérification et validation de vos propres documents
- vous suivez de près les petits projets de conception, programmation et mise en service de systèmes automatisés en parallèle de votre mission de maintenance
- vous participez aux réunions de priorisation avec le client ainsi qu’avec le responsable d’équipe pour pouvoir proposer un planning d’exécution
- vous participez activement aux rôles de garde et d’assistance client pour différents projets
- vous approfondissez en permanence votre expertise technique. Vous recherchez et rassemblez des données concernant les nouveaux produits en termes de fonctionnement, afin de permettre aux Projects Managers et aux clients de faire des choix judicieux. Vous vous maintenez en permanence en « veille technologique ». Suivi et anticipations de l’évolution des systèmes
- capacité d’apprendre le fonctionnement et la configuration de nouveaux produits et d’en maîtriser toutes ses spécificités en autoformation ou en formation interne/externe
Sommes-nous un "match" ?
- vous disposez au minimum d’une formation technique en automation, d’un Bachelier en automatisation industrielle, d’un master d'ingénieur électricien, d’un master d'ingénieur électromécanicien, d’un master d'ingénieur automaticien ou toute autre formation équivalente

- système de régulation PID, topologies de régulation
- programmation Grafcet
- base de données SQL
- vous êtes habitué et adepte des méthodes de travail collaboratives (One Note, Sharepoint, Team,…)
- capacité à rédiger des documents techniques de qualité (analyses fonctionnelles, modes opératoires, fiches techniques, rapports, cahier des charges)
- vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques
- vous avez un respect total des règles en matière de sécurité

Are you up for IT?
- working together with the IAM teams to handle functional and technical requests, resolve incidents and answer questions from local IT with regards to IAM services
- managing and maintaining the corporate IAM architecture (single forest multi-domain setup, AD, Entra ID, IGA, PAM, …)
- maintain the overall security of the architecture, following the standards and guidelines of the Cybersecurity team
- help create and maintain SOP’s for the IAM teams, leveraging stakeholder feedback to improve them
- participate in small and large IAM projects such as user migrations, carve-in and carve-out projects, …
- maintain technical documentation and guidelines
Are we a match ?
- bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT environments, preferably within an IAM or Cybersecurity team
- strong communication skills, ability to work in a corporate environment and with external IT partners
- knowledge and hands-on experience with market leading identity solutions and security best practices
- technical knowledge and skills:
- good knowledge of IT and system administration (servers, networks, firewalls...), Cloud services (AWS, Azure ...)
- strong knowledge of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle management (on/off-boarding), identity governance, role & access management (RBAC...), AuthN, AuthZ and more
- hands-on experience managing or implementing one or more identity solutions (IDM, IGA, AM, PAM, ...)
- hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra Connect, Entra B2B are considered a major plus
- hands-on experience with IGA solutions such as Saviynt, PAM/PIM solutions such as CyberArk/BeyondTrust are also a major plus
- experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, PowerBI, ...) is a plus
- understanding of federation protocols (OAuth, OpenID, SAML), Single Sign-On (SSO) and API security
- knowledge of PKI infrastructure & cryptography
- knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO27001, MITRE ATT&CK, …)
- knowledge of Microsoft IAM security concepts (MS-500, SC-300, …)
- knowledge of ITIL, Prince2, Agile are a plus

Wat zijn zoal jouw dagelijkse taken?
- Thermoco zorgt ervoor dat je ’s ochtends rechtstreeks van thuis met de nodige materialen naar de werf vertrekt. Via je tablet ontvang je de planning van de dag
- het takenpakket is erg gevarieerd. Zo sta je in voor zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud van technische installaties (verwarming, koeling, elektriciteit, HVAC, sanitair etc.). Op de baan en toch iets tekort van materialen? De dichtstbijzijnde vestiging van de Groep helpt je graag verder
- je werkt vooral zelfstandig, maar voor grotere werken, werk je samen met collega’s

Wat heb je nodig?

Multimechanisch Technieker
Equans is looking for a Multi-mechanical Technician for the site in Desteldonk.
Your day at Equans is filled with the following tasks:
- you are responsible for solving mainly mechanical issues for customers on-site
- your daily activities include assembling machine parts, seals, measuring parts, fits, replacing bearings, axles, assembly, and disassembly of production-related parts: motors, pumps, valves, structures,...

Technicien instrumentiste
Dans le cadre du département Industrie Sud, basé à Fleurus, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Technicien instrumentiste.
Ce job consiste aux missions suivantes :
- vous effectuez des travaux d'entretien, de dépannage et modification dans le domaine "instrumentation"
- vous effectuez des réglages de capteurs, d’instruments électriques ou électroniques en fonction de spécifications techniques et mode opératoire
- vous assurez la maintenance et la mise en service de chaîne de mesure et de commande
- vous diagnostiquez les causes des pannes, y remédiez et proposez éventuellement des améliorations et programmes de fiabilisation d’équipement
- vous vérifiez la conformité des lignes d’impulsion des chaînes de mesure de pression, niveau débit, température…
- vous êtes capable de placer et raccorder des équipements électriques en zone ATEX ou en zone blanche
- vous mettez à jour les documents : schémas électriques, plans de pose, hook-up…
- vous remplissez les protocoles de test suivant les résultats obtenus lors des contrôles
- suivant la demande, vous établissez un rapport technique écrit détaillé portant sur le travail que vous avez exécuté ainsi que sur des remarques et suggestions d’ordre technique

Service Koeltechnieker
Wij zoeken voor ons filiaal in Antwerpen een Koeltechnieker. Als technieker sta je vooral in voor het opzoeken en herstellen van defecten bij koeltechnische installaties. Eveneens voer je onderhoudswerken uit aan bestaande installaties.
Wat houdt deze job precies in?
- volledig zelfstandig een installatie onderhouden volgens een ongeschreven "code van de goede praktijk" en rekening houdend met alle voorschriften inzake veiligheid, gezondheid, hygiëne en zin voor het milieu
- installaties in bedrijf stellen, afregelen en verbeteren
- fouten in installaties opsporen en herstellen
- door analyse van de fouten acties ondernemen om deze te vermijden
- de verschillende onderdelen van installaties demonteren en monteren
- het volledig onderhoud van een koelinrichting uitvoeren
- opstart van koeltechnische installaties (vacumeren, vullen, afregeling)
- kennis van elektrische aansluitingen
