Votre mission : En tant que bras droit des Directions de Projets, vous assurez un pilotage contractuel avec un sens de la planification sur des opérations complexes et multi-interfaces dans le domaine du bâtiment.
Vos défis à relever

Votre profil
✔ Ingénieur (Bac+5) avec une expertise en projets bâtimentaires ou industriels
✔ Expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion contractuelle et/ou planification
✔ Bonne maîtrise des codes des marchés publics et privés, et des enjeux multi-interfaces
✔ Aisance avec les chiffres, Excel avancé, et la visualisation des données

Summary
P3 Projects:
- Manage the technical aspects of the commercial phase of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
- Manage the technical aspects of the lifecycle development and energy management processes during the commercial phase.
- Lead the FM aspects of design, construction and commissioning review and approval process for secured projects in accordance with operational requirements.
Non P3 Projects:
Provide technical and pricing support to the bid team during the commercial bid phase.
Description
Design and Construction Interface Management
- Liaise with on-site teams at existing projects. Gather and collate information from existing operations. Identify and develop design considerations and lessons learned. Prepare project specific “Facility Management Guide to Design and Construction” to inform the Design Build Team in relation to Facility Management (FM) project requirements on new projects.
- Liaise effectively with the design builder team, design consultants, architects, in-house operations team, and clients in the design preparation and evaluation on behalf of Equans.
- Liaise with the Client and understand their FM requirements ensuring design development is suitable and effective for efficient in-house FM operations.
- Ensure FM requirements are incorporated into the design during planning and development stage. Sign-off design at each stage and ensure building design can deliver FM operational and lifecycle requirements.
- Provide mechanical, electrical and IT design input to Design Build to ensure FM operations team can meet building performance objectives (Payment Mechanism).
- Input FM data and design updates in FM design checklist. Modify design checklist for submission to Project Co Design Team to satisfy tender bids for social infrastructure projects.
- Maintain register of FM services and lifecycle changes which were agreed to during the design and construction process. Calculate cost impact of agreed changes throughout the project. - Provide support to the site based, operational team in the following areas:
- asset collection and tagging;
- mobilization of operations;
- participation in commissioning process;

Lifecycle Development
- Provide technical input to the bid team in development of the lifecycle model in P3 projects using a combination of personal experience, published sources, lessons learned on operational projects and sub-contractor / supplier information.
- Attend client and design development meetings as required to assist in lifecycle and services solution development. Provide technical input to the bid team in development of the lifecycle model in P3 projects.
- Conduct analysis of competing design options to arrive at the optimal solution for the life of the project from a net present value (NPV) perspective. Attend client and design development meetings as required to assist in lifecycle and services solution development.
FM Technical and Pricing Support
- Represent FM at client CCM meetings and lead technical aspects of bid/design development.

- Prepare maintenance asset lists from site surveys of existing buildings and drawing reviews. Conduct analysis of competing design options to arrive at the optimal solution for the life of the project from a Net Present Value (NPV) perspective.
- Apply industry maintenance practices to determine the staffing levels (labour loading) required to meet FM specifications. Prepare maintenance asset lists from site surveys of existing buildings and drawing reviews. Ensure lifecycle model is updated in line with design development.
- Under the direction of the Bid Team, seek, obtain and collate maintenance quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers. Apply industry specific maintenance practices.
- Maintain and keep up to date database of labour efficiencies and relevant metrics by asset type for use on future project.
- Manage the inputs into the project Energy Model to ensure that project objectives are achieved in compliance with FM commitments.
- Comply with Company Policies, Procedure, and QA requirements and ensure a safe and healthy working environment within the post-holder’s span of control.
- Fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans.
- Support the Company’s Quality Policy Statement and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives.
- Undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in Canada;
- FM bidding and pricing experience.
- Good understanding of design/construction process within large public and commercial projects.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or environment.
- Previous Public Private Partnership (P3) experience and /or working within an ISO structured environment in a similar role
- Familiarity operating within the P3 contractual model and procurement process.
- Familiarity working on projects with complex interfaces.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical FM operations background
- Familiar with energy management principles and energy models.
- Must be comfortable entering and manipulating data within a moderately complex spreadsheet environment, including NPV analysis.
- Analyze and summarize data from several sources in a logical manner to make informed decisions.
- Team player committed to working in a quality environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in order to lead by example.
- Previous experience working with a CMMS
- Proven excellent Reporting skills, preferably within a P3 environment
- Must possess excellent communication skills - written and oral, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to effectively interface with clients, facility users and internal department employees
Preferred:
- P.Eng or equivalent qualification an asset

Summary
The Information Technology Business Partner plays a key role in bridging the gap between business teams and IT services. Acting as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, central shared services and the local IT teams, the IT Business Partner ensures that business needs are understood and translated into practical IT solutions. Finance Business Partner
Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our team working flexibly under a hybrid model both in the office and at home. The role can be based in our Welwyn office but we are happy to consider other base locations – London, Cambridge, Kent, Birmingham and Manchester. The role will involve travel to various sites when required.
Key activities
- Will be responsible for monthly project(s) financial results including the identification and production of variance analysis against the relevant forecasts, via detailed understanding of project expenditure, risks and opportunities
- Ensure accounting in line with Equans policies and IFRS standards
- Will be responsible for the production and analysis of key performance indicators based on all business areas
- Notify managers of trends and work with them on options/ways to achieve company targets
- Budgetary control. Support project sites (Project Manager, Operational Excellence, Quantity Surveyors, etc) to keep the project cost model and local risk register up to date
- Review the model (integrity + reconciliation with SAP) and constructively challenge forecast assumptions
- Key participant in project point reviews
- Provide forecasting, leading with input from relevant budget holders, the preparation of budgets forecasts, using a clear and driver-based approach
- Act as a business partner to ensure early identification of risks with successful mitigations
- Conduct finance reviews at project sites to support adherence to company procedures (i.e., stock, goods receipts) and conduct general and financial audits where relevant
- Review and drive the contract for general auditing of financial and non-financial obligations as well as for responding to operational queries
- Produce year end the statutory audit justification as required

- CIMA/ACCA part/fully qualified. Degree in relevant field preferred

Equans is looking for an Industrial Operative to join our team in Heysham 2 Power Station, LA3 2XN on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,943.45 per annum and benefits package

Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Cardiff Magistrates Court, CF24 0RZ on a permanent basis working 35 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £22,367.80 per annum and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
A key operational role as the Cleaning Supervisor for Equans across the HMCTS portfolio.
Reporting to the facilities supervisor for HMCTS, the Cleaning Supervisor will be the lead for the cleaning teams for their HMCTS site.
Responsibilities
• To manage the standards to meet our contractual obligations
• To manage the standards by supporting in self-auditing
• To support in stock management/ordering
• To deliver of toolbox talks
• To lead and motivate the cleaning team to enable contribution to the best of their ability and maximise their potential

Equans is looking for a Part time Morning Cleaner to join our team in Bristol Civil Justice Centre, 2 Redcliffe Street, Bristol, BS1 6GR on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Equans is looking for a Part time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Bristol Civil Justice Centre, 2 Redcliffe Street, BS1 6GR on a permanent basis working 15 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £9,586.20 per annum and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
• Act as ‘hands on’ lead and front line supervisor for the cleaning team to deliver a quality service.
• Respond in a timely manner to any issues with the delivery of routine and non-routine cleaning services. Provide cover and undertake remedial cleaning tasks as necessary.
• Complete and submit overtime timesheets for the cleaning team, manage/approve cleaning team holidays
• Monitor the quality of work and complete quality control sheets as necessary.
• Ensure cleaning materials and power cleaning equipment are operated in a safe and economic manner, and in accordance with their instructions for use.
• Ensure that cleaning equipment and designated storage areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and safe condition.
• Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning materials and other consumable items are available.
• Ensure personal tasks and the duties of the cleaning team are carried out in accordance with safe working practices within statutory, Company and recommended guidelines.
