Votre Aventure Quotidienne :
Rattaché à la Division Industries des Procédés et au sein d’AXIMA CPS - Segment Advanced Technologies, vous rejoignez une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes. Votre mission consistera à réaliser des études (phases APS, DCE ou exécution) pour des projets dans des environnements liés aux nouvelles technologies (microélectronique, gigafactories, photovoltaïque....).
Les principales disciplines couvertes incluent la tuyauterie de process et le CVC, ainsi que le supportage associé. Vous serez également amené à intégrer d'autres disciplines liées aux bâtiments, telles que l'architecture et le second œuvre.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Réaliser les schémas de distribution, de principe et plans d'exécution,
- Réaliser les Dossiers d'Ouvrages Exécutés,
- Valider la conformité des DOE,
- Assurer les relevés et métrés sur site,
- Être l'interface avec les équipes chantier,
- Réaliser les études de cheminement,
- Modéliser l’environnement proche (bâtiment ou autre lots),
- Réaliser la nomenclature,
- Participer à la synthèse.
Ce Que Vous Apportez à l'Équipe :
Vous êtes diplômé en génie thermique ou mécanique, avec au moins 7 ans d'expérience sur des postes similaires.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement REVIT et AUTOCAD.
Vous avez des compétences en HVAC et/ou tuyauterie/fluides process, et souhaitez élargir votre expertise à d'autres disciplines.
Vous aimez le contact avec le chantier et les relations avec nos clients et partenaires.
Votre sens du détail et votre capacité à anticiper les besoins feront de vous un atout précieux pour l'équipe.
Vous êtes curieux des dernières évolutions techniques et réglementaires de votre secteur.

Leader Technique Equipement Appareils Chaudronnés (F/H)

Tu es passionné(e) par la chaudronnerie et souhaites être référent(e) dans votre domaine ? Ne cherche plus, ce poste est fait pour toi !
Ce que tu feras :
- Suivre un ou plusieurs lots de chaudronnerie avec des équipements tels que : réacteurs, colonnes, silos et trémies, bacs de stockage, sphères, filtres, séparateurs, ballons, échangeurs thermiques...
- Se coordonner avec les autres services techniques (projet, achat, procédé, sécurité, installation générale, calcul de flexibilité, génie civil & structure, instrumentation, électricité, construction) et avec le client.
- Réaliser un prédimensionnement mécanique des équipements chaudronnés en utilisant des outils de calcul analytique et/ou d'éléments finis.
- Préparer les documents qui font partie de l'appel d'offre et qui sont inclus dans le cahier des charges techniques : datasheets / spécifications techniques, plans guides, spécifications particulières (incluant la description de la fourniture, les exigences techniques…).
- Analyser les offres techniques envoyées par les fournisseurs d’équipements et réaliser les clarifications techniques nécessaires afin d'aligner les offres techniques entre elles.
- Préparer des tableaux de comparaison techniques pour aider le client à sélectionner le fournisseur.
- Préparer les documents qui font partie de la commande.
- Réaliser le suivi technique des fournisseurs après commande en s’assurant que les documents émis par les fournisseurs sont disponibles aux dates contractuelles, en vérifiant leur conformité par rapport au cahier des charges inclus dans la commande, en diffusant les informations nécessaires aux autres services techniques et en recueillant leurs commentaires, en transmettant les commentaires aux fournisseurs, et en s’assurant que les commentaires ont bien été intégrés dans les documents des fournisseurs.
- Réaliser les différentes inspections des équipements chez les fournisseurs avant livraison sur le site client.
- Apporter un support lors des activités de construction et de démarrage des usines.
Ce que nous recherchons :
Formation : Diplôme Bac+5 en génie mécanique ou équivalent.
Expérience : Une expérience réussie de 5 ans dans le domaine pétrolier, chimique, agro/pétrochimie et vous avez la connaissance des milieux ATEX. Une bonne connaissance des normes et standards relatifs aux équipements est nécessaire (ASME, TEMA, EN, CODAP, AD-2000, CODRES, API 650...).
Logiciels : AutoPipe Vessel, AUXECAP, ANSYS, Autocad, Solidworks.

Installation Operative

We have a great opportunity for an Installation Operative to join our solar project delivery team. Our Installation Operatives are crucial to supporting our wider energy business to deliver a wide variety of ambitious solar and other energy renewable projects across the UK. This role will involve working anywhere in the country but we do provide accommodation and other expenses while working away from home.
Key activities:
- To ensure all quality procedures are followed and adhered to
- Collaborate all relevant documentation
- Report all findings with relevant photo’s
- Assist around site when required in all general labouring duties
- Implement all quality procedures as specified by site management
- Ensure that the full co-operation and best customer relations are maintained at all times, specifically on site.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Must have experience working on solar projects
- Desirable to have a current ECS card or CSCS

Plumber
EQUANS is looking for a Plumber to join our team in Liverpool on a permanent basis at Knowsley Schools. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
•Carry out the delivery of Planned & Reactive Maintenance relating to all plumbing and drainage infrastructure. For example, TMV, Thermal Balancing Valves, Shower Head clean & disinfection, Pressure Reducing Valves, replacement of toilets and cisterns, Temperature Monitoring, etc….
•Carry out the delivery of Planned & Reactive Maintenance to all building services, Heating, Ventilation, Closed Loop and Domestic Water systems.
•Carry out the delivery of Planned & Reactive Maintenance of pipework, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
•Carry out the delivery of Projects in support of Small Works and Variations as requested through line management teams.
•Ensure good understanding of systems to enable swift resolution and minimise downtime of assets. Have the ability to be dynamic in diagnostic assessments and effecting temporary repairs if so required.
•Understand and follow specified job plans and manufacturers specifications relating to all works undertaken.
•Maintain accurate electronic & hard copy records of all works undertaken, ensuring accuracy of job plan timings, log notes, and information supporting corrective/remedial works.
•Ensure all Installations, Maintenance and Repairs meet the requirements of the appropriate SHTMs and related regulations such as Scottish Water Byelaws.
•All work to be carried out to the relevant trade standards.
•Assisting and advising management on Statutory compliance.
•Provide regular updates to the helpdesk & management teams on the progress of open work orders.
•Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessment prior to starting work evidencing it is safe to proceed.
•Risk assessments and Methods statements (RAMS) are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken.
•Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment, which includes the wearing of PPE and ensure the professional image of EQUANS is presented to the client at all times.
•Promote a positive Safety Culture and embrace Equans Health & Safety policy & procedures.

Impact:
The position is part of an mobile site team for 8 schools in Knowsley with Electricians, fabric and HVAC engineers
There is a varied selection of mechanical systems to maintain such as heating, cooling and domestic hot water and cold-water systems.
EQUANS have a strict set of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators to meet within the contract which means the Planned & Reactive Maintenance task(s) must be delivered within the SLAs to ensure successful adherence to the contract deliverables and performance parameters.
Proactive, Motivated and Effective team working is important to facilitate the required on-site culture and ability to succeed in the delivery of a first-class service to our client.
Complexity:
A thorough working knowledge and understanding of water distribution systems and is required to enable the job holder to not only maintain but also to competently investigate, diagnose and implement repairs/alterations to these systems.
Technical support for more complex problems on these systems will be provided by the technical managers on site, Authorising Persons, Responsible Persons, Authorising Engineers, and specialist subcontractors where required.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
Completed a relevant apprenticeship and be qualification to minimum of NC (or equivalent) level.
Have an adequate knowledge & experience of all the relevant Scottish Hospital Technical Memoranda (SHTM) and to work within Equans Permit to Work procedures. Knowledge and suitable understanding of SHTM 04-01, ACoP L8, HSG274, D08 and Scottish Water Byelaws.

Part Time Afternoon Cleaner
Equans is looking for a part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Kingsland Primary School, 51 Bandywood Cres, Kingstanding, Birmingham B44 9NA, on a permanent basis working 12.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.44 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.

Document Controller
Equans Data Centers have an opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join on our Document Control team to support our growing Data Center business. This role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.
Based in our project site in Newport the Document Controller will be responsible for managing the control of all administrative and technical documents in accordance with Project Specific and Company Procedures. The Document Controller will ensure that all users have access to the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
What you will deliver?
- Assist in the implementation of the document control system and management during the projects life cycle.
- Manage SharePoint, including creating folders, issuing invitations, updating and maintaining.
- Issue 4project invitations to new users, including assigning them to the correct permissions: security groups, updating the folders structures, custom fields and the workflows if required.
- Ensure all technical documents and comments are recorded on 4Projects e.g. drawings, technical submittals and manufacturers literature.
- Monitor and control with guidance from the project lead/ design manager via the approval responsibility matrix the roles and responsibilities on 4projects to ensure security of confidential material is not breached.
- Create new project and set up workflows with subfolders and distribution groups. Ensure that workflow progression is monitored and all relevant documents are correctly allocated.
- Support the Design Manager(s) / MEP managers in their design approval process/commenting as per the Company Procedures, with regards to managing Technical Documents.

Operations Manager
Equans Embedded Energy operate multiple customer sites with large-scale embedded energy capacity across the UK, providing specialist management of onsite generation for industrial processes and the ability to export to the Grid. We combine multiple technologies to meet our customers’ specific needs, and provide design, build, operate and maintenance services. Our skills and expertise can help industrial businesses to achieve their carbon reduction goals.
We are experts in many technologies, including combined heat and power (CHP), biomass, and energy from waste. By locating generation on customers’ sites we provide our customers with industry leading safety management, reduced energy costs and carbon footprint and assured energy security for their operational needs.
Currently we have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to oversee a generating station in Leeds and will involve working with and improving the site systems as well as having responsibility for the site operations and maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis. The Operations Manager will also produce weekly documentation to report on KPI’s to the customer and manage the day-to-day budgetary spend.
Key activities
The individual should be able to lead, think logically and respond quickly and confidently to problems with minimum supervision and have the ability to lead and supervise the team employed on site.
The Operations Manager will be a self-motivated, flexible individual, able to work alone, lead others and use initiative and be willing to accept responsibility to deliver the companies requirements whilst maintaining a good relationship with the customer to meet their demands and KPI’s associated with the O&M contract.
- Operating the plant to ensure compliance with appropriate safety and environmental standards, and statutory requirements including BG01/BG04, HTM’s.
- Ensure plant-related routine duties and plant performance, availability and reliability are maintained to a high level.
- Managing the legislative maintenance activities on-site, including ensuring that PSSR inspection requirements are undertaken, functional Safety tests are carried out, Legionella management, and ensure that statutory routines are programmed and carried out in line with the maintenance plan.
- Application of the safe systems of work and undertake the role of Location Manager within Embedded Energy Safety rules.
- Planning, organizing and supervising maintenance activities utilising the CMMS.
- General day-to-day management of the operations and maintenance engineers on site.
- Leading the site engineers for maintenance, project work and outage preparation activities.
- Responsibility for producing weekly reports and reporting to EQUANS customer.
- Ensure contract data and reports are compiled to the required standard, are retained and managed in a suitable electronic document management system or equivalent.
- Responsibility for producing and maintaining identified site documentation and procedures
- Managing safety and any emergency response plans in line with EQUANS and the end users policies.
- Liaising with internal and external customers.
- Maintain a professional attitude, an appropriate level of communication and courteous behavior to all colleagues, host site personnel, contractors, and visitors to the Generating Station.
- Managing the procurement of spares and consumables in line with the budget.
Skills, qualifications & experience
- Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline (preferably Degree.)
- Industrial Steam Boiler operations and maintenance experience (BOAS desirable)
- NEBOSH Cert, IOSH Managing safely or similar safety qualification (desirable)
- 18th Edition qualifications (desirable)
- Knowledge of Steam Boiler, Boiler chemistry and Water Treatment Plant
- Knowledge of chilled water system including evaporating cooling towers
- Knowledge of Gas fired CHP engines
- Knowledge of rotating plant (Pumps, Motors and Compressors)
- Knowledge of Pressure Systems Safety Rules and functional safety standards

Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities team working on our Metropolitan Police South East London FM contract based at Sutton police station and covering Bromley and Lewisham police stations, as required. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1700.
Key activities:
- Reporting to the M&E Supervisor
- To provide the safe operation, planned and reactive maintenance of M&E plant and equipment across MET Police South East London sites
- To carry out the installation of new M&E equipment as required i.e. minor new works, refurbishment and capital works replacement programme
- Investigate, trouble shoot and rectify defects for all M&E systems and associated plant / components
- Oversee/escort any specialist contractor works as required
- Proactive identification of defects and faults outside of specialisation and escalate accordingly
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all associated paperwork
- Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with participation in the on call rota and out of normal working hours activity.
Skills & qualifications:
- Must hold a recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience
- Must be able to undertake unsupervised non-routine maintenance and complex repair/installation work
- Good communication skills and customer focused with a proactive, flexible, can-do approach
- Must be able to produce technical/incident reports
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Successful applicants will be subject to Metropolitan Police security vetting

Sub Contractor Manager
Equans is looking for a Sub-contractor Manager to join our team in Heysham 1 Power Station on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role holder will coordinate subcontractor activities on site. By setting and maintaining a high standard of SHEQ compliance from all subcontractors who operate on behalf of Equans at Heysham 1 Power Station.
What will you deliver?
- Manage Equans SMOC process and ensure any subcontractors working on site are fully approved on SMOC with relevant SMOC documentation in place.
- Conduct subcontractor inaugural meetings with subcontractors before work can commence. (Every annual)
- Oversee / manager any subcontractor supervisors/field supervisors, ensuring supervision is meeting expectations. (Suitable setting to work, pre job brief, spot checks etc)
- Meet/greet subcontractors working on behalf of Equans on day of work.
- Update subcontractor manager board
- Conduct a robust setting to work and pre job brief with subcontractors working for Equans. (Where required)
- Review subcontractor RAMS prior to work and review on day of work with subcontractors ensuring subcontractors understand their RAMS/SSOW and sign off stating they understand and will follow their RAMS when working.
- Ensure any high risk works subcontractors undertaken are approved to complete by local ISM, ensuring local ISM has reviewed and approved subcontractor RAMS prior to task commencing.
- Supervise and oversee works in the field by completing regular spot checks on subcontractor working. (active supervision)
- Liaise with operations manages/supervisors planning subcontractor works and build strong relationships with teams to support subcontractor works.
- Review subcontractor performance on regular basis and feedback to operation managers and local ISM on any Health & Safety concerns/issues.
- Core focal point for site overseeing contractor management on day-to-day basis.

Regional SHEQ Manager
Equans is looking for an Regional SHEQ Manager to join our team in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Based from our Royal Infirmary of Edinburg the role holder will provide guidance and leadership to ensure that contracts in the Sustainable FM division meet their statutory health and safety requirements and to assist contracts in delivering business initiatives.
This role will identify and deliver solutions to improve operational Health and Safety management and performance in contracts Scotland and Cork. Working closely, and in partnership, with the operational teams this role will ensure the EQUANS H&S objectives and safety culture are embedded and improved across the operational sites across the region.
What will you deliver?
- Management of Health And Safety across the Regional Operational area to ensure all work is undertaken to external and internal standards and guidelines.
- Work with the Sr Health And Safety Managers, SHEQ Solutions, CDM and Central SHEQ to utilise and maintain adequate systems to meet all statutory and EQUANS obligations.
- Ensure all reportable data (Near Misses, Accidents, RIDDORs, HiPos, LTI’s, Incidents, LSV/MSV) is recorded accurately on the contract – coach contracts, sites and individuals where required.
- Establish Health And Safety Action Plans for each contract with the Contract Director/Manager – these outputs will deliver safer workplaces, improved employee engagement, culture and support our work-winning activity as models of best practice.
- Act on the findings of Health And Safety audits – providing guidance to the sites and feedback to SHEQ Solutions on tools, processes and systems that made be needed to improve the safety and quality of our work.
- Mentor the Safety Ambassadors within the contracts that you will be responsible for.
- Lead by example in following the company’s Responsible Business values and objectives
- Ensure that each contract has a Training Matrix or Learning Management System to ensure that all colleagues within the region have the appropriate H&S training, qualifications, and development. The delivery of training that impacts safety should be monitored and prioritised.
- Lead investigations and liaise with stakeholders, ensuring detailed investigations are undertaken and full reports/ recommendations are provided – these reports will adequately identify the root causes of incidents.
- Hold close out meetings, to ensure incidents/ investigations are fully closed and firm action plans with recommendations are presented to the Accident Incident Review boards to prevent further occurrences across the division and UKBU.
- Support other internal functions to ensure systems and resources are appropriate to manage the risks across the area.
