Notre Agence Ineo Littoral-Atlantique-Vendée propose ses compétences en installations électriques CFO/CFA et en automatisme, auprès de clients industriels et tertiaires. Prêt(e) à relever le challenge ?
Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Affaires, vous intervenez dans le pilotage des affaires.
A ce titre, vos principales responsabilités s’organisent de la façon suivante :
- Respecter et veiller au respect des règles de l’entreprise,

Participer au chiffrage et à la rédaction des réponses aux appels d’offres (dont les mémoires techniques),

Assister le Responsable d’Affaires dans le suivi technique, administratif et budgétaire du chantier,

Maintenir une relation de proximité avec le client, anticiper ses besoins et participer aux réunions de suivi,

Votre profil ?
Vous êtes issu (e) d'une formation Bac+2/3 type DUT GEII, ou Licence professionnelle en génie électrique.
Vous avez acquis une expérience significative de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire en qualité d'assistant responsable d'affaires.
Vous êtes rigoureux, vous avez à cœur d'accompagner vos clients et savez faire preuve d'assertivité pour piloter la relation client, vous aimez entreprendre et travailler en équipe !

VOTRE MISSION
Sur le centre de travaux de Saint Jacques de la Landes (35), Bouygues Energies & Services (Groupe EQUANS) réalise des travaux d'aménagement de réseaux souterrains : électricité (basse et haute tension), éclairage public (dépannage et travaux neufs), télécom et fibre optique, gaz, de réseaux aériens (levage de supports béton/bois, déroulage et raccordements de lignes basse et haute tension) et des opérations d’effacement de réseaux. Eclairage urbain, signalisation lumineuse tricolore et infrastructures de recharges pour véhicules électriques complètent ces activités.
Pour la rentrée 2025, nous sommes à la recherche d’un alternant Monteur Réseaux Electriques H/F.
Sous la responsabilité de votre tuteur, vous réaliserez divers travaux électriques en réseaux extérieurs, tant en maintenance, qu’en dépannage et travaux neufs.
A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Réalisation de tâches électriques souterraines : Effectuer du déroulage de câbles, Effectuer des travaux de raccordements sur réseau électrique basse tension (BT), Réaliser des travaux basse tension, Préparer et faire des reprises de branchements, Equiper les postes de transformation électriques, Réaliser des accessoires et boîtes.
- Réalisation de tâches électriques aériennes : pose et dépose de poteaux ; déroulage & dépose de câbles / lignes aériennes, pose & raccordements de câbles électriques & poste de transformation, mise en place d’équipements (boîtiers, coffrets…) / renforcement des réseaux
- Réalisation de tâches électriques d’éclairage public : travaux de maintenance, rénovation, dépannage et travaux neufs d’éclairage public.
Vous apporterez une grande attention quant au respect des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers sur lesquels vous serez affecté(e).
Prise de poste : Septembre 2025 – adaptable selon l’école
Profil :
Vous souhaitez intégrer une formation en Bac pro métiers de l’électricité et de ses environnements connectés ou équivalent en alternance. Vous aimez le travail en équipe, dans un environnement extérieur et n'avez pas peur de la hauteur : cette alternance est faite pour vous ! Permis B indispensable + véhicule.

Votre rôle au quotidien
- assister le Chef de projet senior dans le suivi commercial, logistique, opérationnel et financier des projets d’installations industrielles de tri bagages
- avant-projet : analyse du cahier des charges, préparation d’offres technico-commerciales, négociations avec le client
- préparation : définir les besoins techniques, les plannings et les ressources nécessaires à la bonne exécution des projets
- suivi :

Au sein de la division Industrie Sud d’Equans à Fleurus, nous recherchons un·e Site Supervisor Maintenance HT (haute tension) prêt·e à piloter des projets techniques clés en Wallonie. Vous organisez, dirigez et garantissez la bonne exécution des chantiers tout en veillant à l’optimisation des ressources et à la satisfaction client.
Votre rôle au cœur des chantiers :
- superviser et réaliser des projets de maintenance et mise en conformité d’installations Haute Tension
- organiser et gérer équipes et matériel, en respectant budgets et délais
- prendre en charge tout ou partie des tâches selon l’ampleur du chantier
- garantir le respect strict des règles de sécurité, qualité et environnement
- élaborer des offres commerciales et assurer leur suivi efficace
- assurer la productivité et le résultat des chantiers, et participer activement à l’amélioration continue de ceux-ci
- assurer un rapportage régulier sur l’état d’avancement de chaque projet et les actions correctives en cas d’écarts au planning
- rapporter les besoins de votre équipe (formations, matériel…)
- gérer le suivi administratif : choix de la main-d’œuvre, matériel, préparation des réunions de chantier
- rédiger plans de manœuvre et analyses de risques pour les interventions
- préparer le chantier : qualité, accès, sécurité, mode opératoire, planning, constitution des besoins en personnel, rédaction des réquisitions

Architectural (& Facades) Technician
Equans is looking for a Architectural Technician (Retrofit Designer) to join our team in London or Manchester. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, and benefits package.
The Architectural Technician supports the technical development, detailing, and coordination of building envelope and architectural elements. Working under the guidance of the Architectural and Facades Lead, the Technician assists in preparing high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models, ensuring compliance with planning, sustainability, conservation, and regulatory requirements.
This role is instrumental in delivering sustainable retrofit strategies - particularly Warmer Homes projects - supporting innovation in material use and maintaining the design intent throughout project delivery.
What will you deliver?
Architectural & Facade Design
- Manage the design process and design development of the architectural elements of retrofit projects, aligning with heritage constraints and conservation guidelines, where applicable, and ensuring compliance with structural, thermal, fire and aesthetic requirements.
- Support the implementation of sustainable solutions, integrating low-carbon materials, passive design principles, and advanced retrofit systems.
- Develop technical detailing, ensuring durability, airtightness, and thermal performance using BIM and CAD platforms.
- Assist in developing specifications, schedules, and technical reports.
Design Management & Coordination
- Support design development across RIBA Stages 2–4, ensuring accurate and coordinated outputs.
- Provide ongoing technical support across RIBA Stages 5 to 7, ensuring design intent is upheld during construction and post-occupancy.
- Assist with technical reviews, clash detection exercises, and model validations.
- Update technical documents in line with client feedback, regulatory updates, and project developments.
- Develop and maintain 3D models and CAD documentation, ensuring alignment with multidisciplinary teams.
Retrofit Expertise
- Assist in the preparation of retrofit strategies including external-, cavity- and internal wall insulation, roof insulation and room-in-roof systems, over-cladding, and high-performance glazing.
- Conduct condition assessments and material studies, ensuring sustainable preservation of existing building fabric.
- Engage with local authorities, and planning consultants (and heritage bodies where relevant) to secure necessary approvals.
- Aid in integrating circular economy principles and sustainable construction techniques.
Project Delivery
- Work closely with the project delivery teams, contractors and suppliers to resolve architectural and envelope-related challenges during construction.
- Support technical site queries, RFIs, and minor design adjustments during construction phases.
- Attend site inspections and assist in the preparation of inspection reports.
- Support quality assurance processes, including on-site inspections, performance testing, and commissioning of architectural retrofit and façade systems.

Who are you?
Experience:
- Exposure to architectural projects, particularly Warmer Homes (SHDF) projects requiring PAS 2035 Retrofit Designer duties.
- Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary design team.
- Experience with retrofit, refurbishment, and sustainability-led projects involving external-, cavity- and internal wall insulation, roof insulation and room-in-roof systems, over-cladding, and high-performance glazing.
- Knowledge of climate-responsive energy-efficient retrofit strategies.
- HNC/ HND or Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related field.
- CIAT membership (Associate or Technician level) desirable.
- Retrofit Coordinator/ Designer certification or willingness to achieve it is advantageous.

Mechanical Design Engineer

The Mechanical Design Engineer (Intermediate) contributes to the design and delivery of low-carbon mechanical systems across a range of retrofit and energy efficiency projects. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the role includes developing HVAC, heat pump, and BMS designs; supporting project documentation; and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
This role offers the opportunity to build technical expertise, develop project delivery skills, and actively support the UK’s decarbonisation and net-zero goals through innovative engineering solutions.

The Electrical Design Engineer (Intermediate) contributes to the design and delivery of low-carbon Electrical systems across a range of retrofit and energy efficiency projects. Mobile M&E Supervisor

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an M&E Maintenance Supervisor to join our facilities management team working on our Metropolitan Police contract based at Lewisham police station and covering two other police sites at Sutton and Bromley. This is a permanent full-time mobile role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1700.
The role:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- To oversee/manage PPM and Reactive maintenance duties to assets on the contract either with direct labour or subcontractors for the Hard FM services working across Metropolitan Police South East London and Gravesend sites
- To supervise staff and contractors to ensure that the Mechanical and Electrical elements of the contract are delivered. This will include input to the CAFM system (Maximo) and KPI monitoring
- To make recommendations of replacement parts and materials in order to ensure the highest levels of equipment and building availability
- To ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards and that all statutory legislation is complied with.
- To develop and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements as required. To undertake a proactive approach in ensuring all plant and equipment is fully operational to maintain operational efficiency.
- To be trained and appointed in at least 2 x AP/RP roles and attend training as necessary to maintain the roles
- Working 40 hours per week from 0800 to 1700, Monday to Friday, plus participation in the on call rota and out of hours activity
The person:
- Must hold a recognised electrical or mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant electrical or mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience.
- Experience of building maintenance essential
- Good organisational skills, able to prioritise workload
- Good communication skills together with a first class customer service ethic
- Ability to use initiative and judgement to solve problems
- Must hold valid full UK driving license
