a degree in industrial/civil engineering (electromechanical, civil construction, or architecture)

Salesforce Field Service Business Partner

As part of the rollout of Salesforce Field Service across our various sites, we are looking for a Salesforce Field Service Business Partner. This role will help digitize our service processes and improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction within our organization.

What will you do?

As Salesforce Field Service Business Partner, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the Salesforce Field Service solution within our organization. You will ensure an efficient and standardized rollout of the tool to both existing and new teams. You work closely with various stakeholders to optimally align the application with the needs of our technicians, managers and customers. You do this by analyzing the process, identifying adjustments and further improving the tool.

onboarding and implementation: familiarize yourself with the existing Salesforce Field Service application and learn the processes and systems
analysis and optimization: investigate the needs of different departments and stakeholders, identifying improvements to make the tool more efficient and user-friendly
uniform rollout: ensure that the tool is rolled out uniformly across all teams, aiming to create consistent working methods
stakeholder management: collaborate with technicians, team leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the tool exceeds expectations and helps solve any issues
customer-oriented processes: improve the customer-oriented functionality of the application, including maintenance planning, reporting, and SLA tracking
training and support: provide training and support to employees so they can make the most of the tool
continuous improvement: monitor the tool’s performance and constantly seek opportunities to improve both the application and processes

Mechanical Engineer (Days)

Equans is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The post holder will very much be involved with the maintenance and minor works service covering a wide and varied range of mechanical equipment servicing large industrial units such as dual fired boilers and heating and ventilation distribution equipment.

What will you deliver?

Undertake fault finding on complex medical gas systems, MTHW /LTHW pressure heating water systems, critical systems and equipment and pressurised steam systems
Using cause effect analysis and detailed examination to gain a solution and use of all relevant drawings and schematics
Carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, commissioning and testing in accordance with published procedures, completing all report sheets and test certificates as necessary and mark up any drawing alterations
Use of all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works ensuring full compliance with EQUANS Guidelines and Controls e.g. Risk Assessment, Site Safety, Fire Safety, Control of Infection and Hazardous Substances
Work involves the use of analytical test devices, specialist tools, workshop fixed equipment, portable electrical equipment, welding equipment, emergency generators, medical gas equipment (patient use) suction units, geared drives

What will you deliver?

Support the Estates Management in the provision of a 24hr maintenance Service within the Portsmouth Hospital Trust for the service provider.
Undertake any training as required

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our facilities team working on our Greater Manchester Police maintenance contract based at Eccles police station providing administrative support to various police stations across Greater Manchester. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

The role:

Reporting to the Business Performance Manager
To provide effective and efficient administrative compliance support for the contract
Identify client requirements through telephone, CAFM Helpdesk system, and e-mail communications.

Part Time Morning Cleaner

Equans is looking for a part time Morning Cleaner to join our team in Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court, Central Ave, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 5RT on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday 07:00 to 09:00

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

BPSS Quick Guide

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.

These checks typically include:

Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.
Employment History (past 3 years): Any gaps will require HMRC statements for the period in question.
Right to Work Status in the UK: Citizenship or valid share code.
Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.
Significant Periods Abroad: Any periods of 6+ months spent abroad in the past 3 years.

At least one years experience within customer focused environment.
Current DBS (Ideally no older than 12 months)
Ability to acquire BPSS vetting
