L’enjeu principal est d’assurer le delivery du RUN sur SAP – à la fois technique et applicatif - dans le respect des niveaux de qualité / coût / délai attendus par EQUANS France.
Missions :
- Le/la Lead SAP assure et coordonne les services techniques sur SAP délivrés par la ligne de service ERP, comprenant l’administration et l’exploitation des environnements sur SAP RISE. Il/elle pilote les projets associés, en particulier l’archivage des données.
- Il/elle manage une équipe interne composée de 8 collaborateurs, portant l’expertise en termes de développements (SAP ECC, FIORI, …), d’administration des habilitations et d’intégration applicative (SAP PI/PO). Il structure l’activité.
- Avec son équipe, il/elle pilote les prestataires externes, au travers d’instances de suivi organisées à fréquence régulière et sur la base de SLA qu’il définit et dont il s’assure du bon respect. Il/elle assure la relation contractuelle.
- Avec son équipe, il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les business analysts, en charge des domaines fonctionnels, qui identifient les besoins de correction et d’évolution sur SAP. Il/elle mesure leur satisfaction vis-à-vis des services rendus et définit les plans d’action associés.
- Il/elle pilote le budget qui lui est alloué, il/elle challenge et contrôle les coûts.
- Il/elle s’assure du respect des règles de contrôle interne, cybersécurité, DRP et données personnelles.
- Il/elle sécurise le passage au RUN lors du déploiement des projets impactant SAP.
- Il/elle est le garant du maintien des connaissances techniques et de la documentation associée.

L’enjeu principal du poste est de piloter la relation avec les directions fonctionnelles des domaines Finance, RH et Contrôle de Gestion, d’établir et délivrer la feuille de route des projets applicatifs et de porter auprès d’elles l’expertise IT
Missions :
- Le/la responsable SI est l’interlocuteur privilégié des directeurs fonctionnels Finance, RH et Contrôle de Gestion (rôle de Business RelationShip Manager avec les Business Owners). Il/elle anime la relation avec eux et prévoit des comités stratégiques à fréquence régulière.
- Il/elle assure le management des Business Analysts en charge des domaines « Finance, RH, Contrôle de Gestion » (équipe de 5 collaborateurs internes). Les Business Analysts portent l’expertise fonctionnelle associée.
- Il/elle pilote les chefs de projet qui interviennent sur ces domaines fonctionnels et s’assure que les projets sont pilotés selon la méthodologie en place et avec le bon niveau de reporting (planning, budget, avancement des coûts et avancement physique, gestion des risques…)
- Avec son équipe, il/elle pilote les prestataires externes qui intervienne sur son périmètre de responsabilité.

- Il est en relation avec les interlocuteurs de la DSI Corp pour les lignes de service applications.

Senior Technical Services Manager
Equans is looking for an Senior Technical Services Manager to join our team in Wakefield on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week.
On offer is a salary of £68.000 dependent on skills, knowledge and experience, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

The Senior Technical Services Manager will report directly to the Account Director. You will lead, motivate, support, and provide direct guidance to the Site Facilities Managers, Supervisors and operatives in providing the technical service delivery across all the CCEP sites across the UK.
Ensure delivery of effective and efficient maintenance services encompassing mechanical, electrical, building fabric and small project management. Core elements will include management of the National Electrical Testing and Inspection Team, Health & Safety, communication between the internal technical team and client contacts on day-to-day activities, owning statutory and mandatory compliance.
The role holder will support in the procurement, setting to work and monitoring of key service providers, ensuring inspections, maintenance, testing, verification and repairs are carried out to the correct standard and corrective actions are raised and completion documentation received and verified in accordance with statutory and regulatory compliance.
What will you deliver?
- Provide assurance of contractual and statutory compliance, identifying areas of technical risk, and ensuring these are highlighted and solutions sought and train our staff in compliance management best practices.
- Ensure defined policy and procedures are adopted by the business, to evidence compliance with all engineering standards including Legislation, ACOP, British, European and International Standards and industry best practice inc SFG20.
- To work closely with operational and other business teams to put in place the appropriate standards, systems, processes and ways of working, to deliver excellence in all engineering disciplines.
- Ensure Equans safe systems of work, in line with contract specification and recognised codes of practice and carry out the duties of Authorised Person, as designated, in accordance with Company standards for the multiple systems designated to you (following training, assessment and formal appointment)
- Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both Equans and subcontractors’ activities and are regularly reviewed.
- Manage compliance and ensure it is fully up to date from respective Facilities Managers/supervisors.
- Manage and oversee external sub-contractors and professionals following company contractor management processes
- Ensuring that contractor and the in-house engineering team are competence checked and they are appointed as Competent Persons.
- Develop and maintain close relationships and liaison with internal/external stakeholders, i.e. Facilities and Utilities Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Senior Operations manager, site delivery team
- To always observe statutory and other relevant requirements, in particular those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH Regulations and Electrical IEE regulations, PSSR and H&S Guidance notes.
- To carry out any other such reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post as may be required
- Supporting FM’s interface between client communications and providing Technical/ contractual backup.
- Working with direct reports to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues. – Ensure safe systems of work are in place and always used.
- Ensure that the contract delivery team has sufficient appointed persons to undertake works as per Equans Safety Rules
- Undertake AP/RP positions/duties such as L8, Pressure Systems. LV/HV – Ensure adherence to all Statutory Standards and Regulations.
- Ensure that staff performance is managed as required through for example, performance appraisals, disciplinary proceedings, and grievances.
- Proactively identify and manage the professional development and training needs of the technical staff.
- Produce technical reports and evidence as required for assurance and auditing.

Ben jij een gedreven leidinggevende die de afdeling Engineering & Automation helpt de volgende stap naar groei van de afdeling Engineering te zetten? In deze nieuwe functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van de afdeling Engineering & Automation van Equans West Industrie.

Summary
The Information Technology Leader plays a key role in bridging the gap between business teams and IT services. Acting as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, central shared services and the local IT teams, the IT Leader ensures that business needs are understood and translated into practical IT solutions. The IT Leader oversees the management of applications, ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), leads the IT support teams L1 and L2, and ensures that IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The IT Leader serves as a critical liaison between the IT department and various business units within the organization, facilitating effective communication and alignment between IT services and business needs. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Is authorized to work in Canada;
- Must be able to meet the required security level (Reliability Status clearance);
- Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field;
- At least 9 years of experience managing IT projects and applications within complex, multi-site and international environments;
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, application management, and support environments;
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and guide IT teams toward shared objectives;
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and financial oversight of IT projects;
- Expertise in tracking and optimizing SLA agreements, ensuring performance standards are consistently met.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to various sites (a valid passport).

- PMP certification is an asset.

Role summary
The role will involve reporting to the Business Director of Embedded Energy, the Compliance and Operations Support Manager shall provide Operations, Maintenance and Technical Compliance support and advice to the Embedded Energy Sites and regional support teams, to achieve business requirements. The principal objectives of the role are to create and deliver the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) discipline and strategic direction in line with business plan targets, compliance, health, environment, safety and quality best practice and standards, within resource and financial guidelines.

- Delivery of EBIT and long-term profitability across existing operations
- Support growth opportunities across the Embedded Energy portfolio
- Coordinate mobilisation and stabilisation of new business / contracts

Senior M&E Engineer
Equans is looking for a Senior M&E Engineer (Mechanically Biased) to join our team at Barnet General Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, based on a shift pattern of 6am to 3pm and 9am to 6pm rotating weekly. There is also an on-call rota which will include working on the Saturday and Sunday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role of Senior Engineer is part of the Contract Management team and as such you will be expected to be responsible to support the Management team in ensuring that the M&E/Fabric team delivers the contracted service to the highest quality whilst being committed to safety and following all company protocols.
What will you deliver?

M&E Technician
Equans is looking for two M&E Technicians, one Electrical Biased and the other Mechanically Biased to join our team at Barnet General Hospital on a permanent basis. This a leading role requiring a thorough understanding of engineering building services installation and maintenance techniques. To apply trade skills and experience to ensure the satisfactory completion of allocated maintenance, breakdown repairs, installation, new and refurbishment works.
What will you deliver?
- Take responsibility for all works issued and to ensure that all attendance and rectification times are achieved. Where not possible, to escalate to line Manager in good time in order that appropriate action can be taken to mitigate financial penalty risk
- Ensure that all works assigned are managed so far as attendance and completion times, and that works orders are completed and update to the CAFM system (Maximo). Reports should be concise and include all relevant information to ensure that the workflow process is seamless
- Responsible for the safe operation, planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems, associated plant/equipment installed throughout the Site
- Maintain and carry out repairs on HVAC systems, gas appliances, Piped Medical Gas systems, steam plant/equipment and all other equipment in plant rooms, patient areas and other departments
- Works will involve working in a live Hospital environment, working at height (Podiums), using hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery/equipment for larger repairs (Doors etc). All PPE and training as appropriate will be provided
