  • technische storingen zelfstandig oplossen: met jouw ervaring neem je de leiding in het diagnosticeren en verhelpen van technische problemen aan HVAC-installaties
  • preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren: je zorgt voor optimaal onderhoud van onze installaties en biedt een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard in alle uitvoeringen
  • optimalisaties en verbeteringen doorvoeren: naast het opstellen van gedetailleerde servicerapporten denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntie
  • foutanalyse en systeemafstelling verfijnen: jouw expertise is van essentieel belang bij het nauwkeurig analyseren en afstellen van installaties, waardoor je bijdraagt aan de lange levensduur en betrouwbaarheid van onze systemen

 

Wat heb je nodig?

  • een relevante technische opleiding (zoals elektriciteit, elektromechanica, koeltechnieken …) en meerdere jaren praktijkervaring in een HVAC-omgeving
  • vaardigheid in het lezen van technische schema's en het zelfstandig aanpakken van complexe storingen
  • grote interesse in innovatieve HVAC-technieken en de motivatie om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen binnen dit vakgebied
  • een proactieve, teamgerichte en communicatief sterke houding met de gedrevenheid om verbeteringen door te voeren

Operations Engineer | KBC

Wat als jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en technische kennis essentiële elementen worden in het succesvol beheren van technische en administratieve dossiers? 

Voor het onderhoudscontract van KBC zoeken we een enthousiaste en gedreven Operation Engineer.

In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de teamleader en techniekers on-site. Indien er nood is om de teamleader te assisteren of in te springen bij afwezigheid van een collega, ben jij het vangnet.

Je werkt nauw samen met het team om een vlotte samenwerking en communicatie met de klant te garanderen.

Voor technische en administratieve vragen kunnen zowel het team als KBC altijd bij jou terecht.

Je werkt voornamelijk voor KBC in Brussel, Leuven en Mechelen, maar ondersteunt ook bij technisch-administratieve dossiers van andere klanten binnen Equans die focussen op het bank- en verzekeringswezen.

Electrical Apprentice (1st year)


We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their data communications and electrical career.

As an Apprentice Electrician you will perform technical work on electrical and data cabling systems under the supervision of a qualified trades person.

This is a 4-year apprenticeship that will require you to attend trade school in order to complete the off-the-job component of the Cert III in Electrotechnology. 

Please note that this is an Electrical Apprenticeship with a strong focus on Data Communications.

Senior Planner


Equans Data Centers are seeking to appoint a Senior Planner to be based on a project site in Newport to assist the delivery of our projects.  The Senior Planner will provide a professional planning service in every stage of the project lifecycle from tender, through to design, construction and commissioning.  The Senior Planner will ensure all activities are captured, whilst playing a key role within project teams.

What you will deliver? 

  • Provide planning services as a key part of the project team ensuring the teams are delivering on project time objectives. 
  • Understand for each project the level of planning service and anticipated time allocation to provide that service. 
  • Identifying, communicating and managing project risks. Collaborating with the team to solve any issues or problems. 
  • Build strong internal and external relationship with the Planning department and broader project and client teams. 
  • Communicating with other disciplines within production teams to ensure they are aware of their roles in meeting the programme. 
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and planning standards.

Equans is looking for a Mobile BMS Engineer to join our Smart Buildings business, covering parts of the Midlands on a permanent, full-time basis.

Smart Building have a very exciting opportunity to deliver critical Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure upgrades / enhancements across a number of commercial, retail, healthcare, education & government sectors - across the country. Smart buildings currently deliver project works ranging from £10k - £1.5m in singular size + variations via an evolving blend of inhouse delivery supplemented by a selection of specialist supply chain partners. With an aggressive growth strategy over the next 3 – 5 years, this role will be paramount in helping to define shape and grow the team to ensure we grow sustainably. 

Key activities:

The role of Service Engineer will include carrying out a number of tasks on contracted customer sites, including PFI Schools, PFI Hospitals, Government Estates and MOD sites.  Your day to day will include:

  • Install, configure, and commission BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems.
  • Carry out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS’s on our various sites.

Data Engineer


Equans is looking for an Date Engineer to join our team in on a 12 month FTC. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Equans UK’s data transformation journey, actively shaping and delivering the company’s ambitious data strategy. As the organisation consolidates its data environment into Palantir Foundry, which is the cornerstone of our enterprise data architecture, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Equans’ capabilities in world-class data analytics, data science, and overall business intelligence.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated data engineer with deep expertise in Palantir Foundry. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with data architects, Palantir Foundry specialists, and cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain this platform. You will also guide the transition from our existing multi-cloud environment, ensuring the successful migration of critical datasets and applications to Palantir Foundry. As we aim to grow the team's expertise in Foundry, your ability to mentor others, share knowledge, and cultivate best practices will be crucial to the success of the data transformation initiative.

To accelerate this transformation, we are building a high-performance, cloud-native data platform based in Palantir Foundry. This platform will integrate our data streams, ensuring that analytics, machine learning, and AI pipelines can operate seamlessly and efficiently. As a member of our agile data team, you will contribute to this effort by designing and developing robust data pipelines, ensuring the integrity of the data, and providing innovative solutions for the evolving needs of Equans.

What will you deliver?

  • Develop high-performance data pipelines using Python (Pandas) or Spark within Palantir Foundry, ensuring seamless data transformation and integration to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning use cases across the enterprise.
  • Design and implement reusable, scalable, and well-documented data workflows that ingest, transform, and curate data within Palantir Foundry, enabling the business to generate actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on enterprise data within EQUANS, with a deep understanding of how data from core business processes flows through Palantir Foundry and is utilised across the organisation to support end-to-end reporting and analytics.
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture data requirements, translating these into flexible and scalable designs that utilise Palantir Foundry's advanced toolsets to deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrate Palantir Foundry’s full potential by showcasing its capabilities to a diverse set of business stakeholders, guiding them in leveraging the platform’s full range of functionality to deliver transformative business outcomes.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and integrity of all data services within Palantir Foundry, continuously monitoring and optimising data processes to meet stringent service level agreements (SLAs) and business requirements.
  • Develop and implement robust support and operational models for Palantir Foundry data services, ensuring a proactive approach to issue resolution, incident management, and ongoing maintenance to guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Manage and deploy changes to data workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and downtime, while rigorously adhering to change management protocols and governance standards within the Palantir Foundry environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Palantir Foundry experts and consultants to continually enhance the platform's capabilities, staying at the forefront of innovations in data management and governance, while continuously growing your own expertise in Palantir Foundry to support strategic data initiatives at EQUANS UK.

Sous la responsabilité d'un chef de chantier, vous participez aux chantiers menés par l'agence (Climatisation, Ventilation, chauffage et Plomberie)

Vos missions, dans le strict respect des règles de santé-sécurité et environnement seront les suivantes :

  • Poser et monter des gaines de ventilations ,
  • Réaliser le montage de gaines et de matériels aérauliques et hydrauliques
  • Contrôler la conformité des montages par rapport aux plans
  • Poser les supports nécessaires aux équipements
  • Veiller à l’application des procédures internes qualité, hygiène, santé-sécurité et environnement

Des déplacements en local sont à prévoir en fonction de nos chantiers.

VOTRE PROFIL

De formation CAP à BP en installation thermique, sanitaire, génie climatique ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussi dans un poste similaire.

  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en aéraulique, CVC, hydraulique, fluides et plomberie.
  • Vous savez lire des plans, faire de la préfabrication de pièces,
  • Rigoureux et appliqué, vous respecterez les règles de sécurité dans chacune de vos interventions.

Engagés dans le développement des réseaux d'éclairage public, l'enfouissement de réseaux, et les raccordements pour les syndicats d’électrifications et « ponctuellement » ENEDIS, nous recherchons un Technicien Bureau d'Études d'Exécution (H/F ) pour notre agence de Cuisery (71).

Vos missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de centre, votre rôle est de répondre aux problématiques techniques, financières et sécuritaires de chaque projet pour permettre l’optimisation des affaires.

Vos missions principales :

  • Terrains : Visite de pré piquetage et piquetage sur chantiers pour établissement des études.
  • Réaliser les études d’exécution pour des projets de réseaux électriques (HTA/BT), Eclairage public, infrastructure FT et de génie civil.
  • Analyser les dossiers techniques, les cahiers des charges et proposer des solutions optimisées (plans, schémas, calculs).
  • Constituer les dossiers d’exécution (plans d'exécution, schémas unifilaires, notes de calculs, conventions,  ..).
  • Utiliser les outils DAO (AutoCAD, Caneco BT, Camélia, etc.) pour élaborer des plans précis et détaillés des réseaux, intégrant toutes les contraintes techniques.
  • Assurer le suivi des projets : interface avec les clients, les riverains, les conducteurs de travaux et les équipes terrains.
  • Gérer les relations clients en phase d’étude : être à l'écoute des attentes du client, échanger régulièrement pour ajuster les besoins, proposer des solutions techniques adaptées et répondre aux demandes spécifiques.
  • Élaborer les devis en fonction des études réalisées : estimer les coûts des travaux, des matériaux et de la main-d'œuvre, proposer des offres compétitives tout en respectant les marges définies.
  • Veiller à la conformité des études par rapport aux exigences réglementaires et aux normes en vigueur.
  • Participer aux études de faisabilité techniques et économiques en collaboration avec les chargés d’affaires.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Bac +2/+3 en électricité, électrotechnique ou équivalent.
  • Expérience : Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine des réseaux secs (Syndicats, ENEDIS, éclairage public, etc.).
  • Compétences techniques :
    • Maîtrise des outils de DAO/CAO (AutoCAD, Caneco, etc.).
    • Connaissance des logiciels de calcul électrique, ainsi que des normes en vigueur (NF C 14-100, NF C 13-200).
    • Capacité à établir des devis précis et à rédiger des conventions en accord avec les besoins techniques des projets.
  • Qualités : Rigoureux(se), autonome et doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle. Votre aisance relationnelle vous permet d'assurer un suivi client efficace en phase d’étude.
