Le Territoire IDF de la Division Bâtiments, Infrastructures et Services d’EQUANS France recherche un Juriste confirmé (H/F) pour assurer un support stratégique à la Direction et aux opérationnels.

Avec 2 600 collaborateurs et un CA de 674 M€, nous intervenons sur plusieurs expertises clés : Génie Technique Bâtimentaire (génie électrique et génie climatique), Infrastructures Extérieures et Mobilités, ce qui génère une variété de projets de grande complexité. Au sein d'un service déjà composé de juristes, vos missions principales sont de:

- Réaliser les analyses contractuelles relatives à plusieurs marchés publics et/ou privés : contrat, avenant, conventions de groupement, contrat de sous-traitance, NDA...

- Assurer la gestion contractuelle des marchés : Suivi d’exécution de chantiers impliquant la gestion des litiges clients, sous-traitants, fournisseurs, le montage de réclamations en cours et fin de chantier
- En lien avec les opérationnels et les avocats, effectuer le suivi des contentieux des marchés dont vous avez la responsabilité,
- Effectuer les formations juridiques à destination des opérationnels.

Profil recherché:

  • Titulaire d'un BAC+5 en droit public ou privé des affaires,
  • 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur une fonction de juriste d'entreprise au sein d'un grand groupe,
  • Connaissance idéalement du secteur du BTP
  • Expériences de rendus d'analyses juridiques et de la proximité d'opérationnels,
  • Agilité, dynamisme, excellente communication orale et écrite sont requis, la pratique de l'anglais sera une valeur ajoutée qui vous permettra une totale polyvalence.

  • Le coordination qui réalise l’interface client pour la planification,
  • Le monitoring de Nuit qui réduit de 60% le nombre de sortie d’astreinte,
  • Des experts métiers disponible pour les accompagner dans leur problématique technique.

Sub-Contractor Manager


Equans is looking for a Sub-contractor Manager to join our team in Hinkley Point B Power Station on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role holder will coordinate subcontractor activities on site. By setting and maintaining a high standard of SHEQ compliance from all subcontractors who operate on behalf of Equans at Hinkley Point B Power Station  

What will you deliver?

  • Manage Equans SMOC process and ensure any subcontractors working on site are fully approved on SMOC with relevant SMOC documentation in place.
  • Conduct subcontractor inaugural meetings with subcontractors before work can commence. (Every annual)
  • Oversee / manager any subcontractor supervisors/field supervisors, ensuring supervision is meeting expectations. (Suitable setting to work, pre job brief, spot checks etc)
  • Meet/greet subcontractors working on behalf of Equans on day of work.
  • Update subcontractor manager board
  • Conduct a robust setting to work and pre job brief with subcontractors working for Equans. (Where required)
  • Review subcontractor RAMS prior to work and review on day of work with subcontractors ensuring subcontractors understand their RAMS/SSOW and sign off stating they understand and will follow their RAMS when working.
  • Ensure any high risk works subcontractors undertaken are approved to complete by local ISM, ensuring local ISM has reviewed and approved subcontractor RAMS prior to task commencing.
  • Supervise and oversee works in the field by completing regular spot checks on subcontractor working. (active supervision)
  • Liaise with operations manages/supervisors planning subcontractor works and build strong relationships with teams to support subcontractor works.
  • Review subcontractor performance on regular basis and feedback to operation managers and local ISM on any Health & Safety concerns/issues.
  • Core focal point for site overseeing contractor management on day-to-day basis.

Who are we looking for?

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or working towards completion within 6 months of the starting the role.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a compliance/Health and Safety/Subcontractor management role.  
  • Experience in managing subcontractors.
  • Display an ability to drive Health and Safety performance in subcontractors.
  • Ability to own and facilitate a safe subcontractor management system ensuring safety remains number one priority.
  • Experience in Health & Safety systems.
  • Communicate across all levels working within performance management systems
  • Effective and decisive organisational skills with experience in introducing new ideas and approaches

Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our Equans Digital Business on a permanent, full-time basis to deliver critical system upgrades / improvements to the Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure for our clients in the UK

In doing so we naturally prime the sites to become ‘Smart enabled’, meaning we can then introduce further value across sites via our IoT solutions; driving social, economic and environmental benefits to portfolio of sites and more importantly people operating and living within them.

In relation to scale, individual projects will range from £200k to £3m worth of works with multiple projects ‘live’ at any point in time. 

Key activities 

Equans Digital has a very exciting opportunity to deliver critical Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure upgrades / enhancements across a number of commercial, retail, healthcare, education & government sectors - across the country. In doing so we naturally prime the sites to become ‘Smart enabled’, meaning we can then introduce further value across sites via our IoT solutions; driving social, economic and environmental benefits to portfolios of sites and more importantly people operating and living within them.

You will provide leadership, direction, guidance, constructive challenge and coaching to Project Engineering and supporting project team roles  in relation to project approach, activities, risks, issues and general management to ensure each task is delivered on time and on budget as a minimum.

In relation to scale, each project ranges from £1 – 2m worth of works and there are multiple projects available as part of a 3-4 year rolling programme so helping to define and grow the team to support will also be a significant part of the role. 

  • Multi stakeholder engagement to deliver the agreed project outcome, while adhering to our, customer and end user policy and procedures.
  • Key client and End user point of escalation, being the key Senior person responsible for the project delivery.
  • Supervise delivery of benefits against the business case and ensure appropriate approvals and assurance plans are in place.
  • Hold team members accountable to key dates, quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and set appropriate project controls, tracking and reporting delivery against milestones and budgets.
  • Schedule and run project resources
  • Manage project partners and connect with them at all levels Identify and supervise project risks and issues and ensure effective change management processes exist

Cleaning Supervisor


Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Cambridge family and County Court CB1 1BA on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of 22,367.80  per annum and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

A key operational role as the Cleaning Supervisor for Equans across the HMCTS portfolio.

Reporting to the facilities supervisor for HMCTS, the Cleaning Supervisor will be the lead for the cleaning teams for their HMCTS site. 

Responsibilities
• To manage the standards to meet our contractual obligations
• To manage the standards by supporting in self-auditing
• To support in stock management/ordering
• To deliver of toolbox talks  
• To lead and motivate the cleaning team to enable contribution to the best of their ability and maximise their potential

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.

These checks typically include:

  • Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.
  • Employment History (past 3 years): Any gaps will require HMRC statements for the period in question.

Account Manager


Equans is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

The post holder will be accountable for the delivery of the contract and associated specifications for the contract and will be the point of client escalation dealing with all issues at site level. The post holder will deal with complex management of multiple interfaces, primarily managing multiple service lines on the PFI account on behalf of Equans.

What will you deliver?

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the service delivery of educational facilities including the financial, safety and quality performance elements of the contract.
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment and working conditions for all employees.
  • Comply with all Equans policies/procedures to ensure timely and effectively implementation.
  • Ensure contractual commitments are met in accordance with contract SLA’s / KPIs and other requirements detailed within the contract documentation.

  • Ensure financial policies and processes are effectively communicated, implemented and monitored.
  • To be customer focused within all areas of operational activities and maximise relationships with clients.
  • Ensure the contracts are staffed by fully competent properly trained teams, with all post holders being appropriately skilled and experienced to undertake their roles effectively, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
  • Deliver effective communication through competent advice, leadership and direct contribution to client management meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence and monthly and ad-hoc reporting, as appropriate.

Engineer Sprinkler / Technisch Tekenaar Sprinklerinstallaties (Fire Safety & Security)

Dit ga je doen als Engineer Sprinkler (FS&S)
Als Engineer Sprinkler bij Equans ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van betrouwbare sprinklerinstallaties die voldoen aan alle geldende normen en voorschriften. Of het nu gaat om een nieuwbouwproject of het aanpassen van bestaande installaties, jij zorgt ervoor dat de projecten vlekkeloos verlopen. Je ontwerpt in Revit, voert hydraulische berekeningen uit en coördineert het ontwerp met collega’s en andere betrokken partijen. Daarbij overleg je met projectleiders, tekenaars en uitvoerders om te zorgen dat alles efficiënt en volgens plan wordt uitgevoerd. Je bezoekt projectlocaties om te checken of de monteurs goed uit de voeten kunnen met jouw tekeningen en lost eventuele knelpunten op. 

Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van ontwerpen en werkt nauw samen met de uitvoering om deze ontwerpen tot realiteit te brengen. Daarnaast ben je actief betrokken bij de technische ontwikkeling binnen het vakgebied, voer je hydraulische berekeningen uit en stel je werkplannen op. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het ontwerp haalbaar, onderhoudbaar en uitvoerbaar is, en begeleidt het proces van ontwerp tot en met de realisatie. Veiligheid en duurzaamheid staan hoog in het vaandel, en jij draagt hier actief aan bij. Als stuwende kracht binnen het ontwerpteam ben jij de leider die je collega’s motiveert en het project naar succes leidt. 

Je dagelijkse werk bestaat o.a. uit:

  • het uitzoeken en vastleggen van technische mogelijkheden voor optimale installaties
  • het bepalen van de juiste materialisatie in samenwerking met de werkvoorbereiding
  • het signaleren van afwijkingen in ontwerpgrondslagen en inschatten van risico’s
  • het opstellen van een onderhoud en bedieningsboek en archiveren van projectdocumentatie
  • samenwerken met ingenieursbureaus, keuringsinstanties en andere externe partners om de kwaliteit en veiligheid van installaties te waarborgen

Wat verwachten wij van jou in de functie van Engineer Sprinkler
Als Engineer Sprinkler bij Equans ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen op tijd klaar zijn, zodat de monteurs efficiënt kunnen werken. Je bent georganiseerd, accuraat en hebt oog voor detail. Je stelt makkelijk prioriteiten en weet helder te communiceren met verschillende projectmanagers. Met je gestructureerde aanpak en technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en dat je klanten altijd tevreden zijn!

Beschik jij over het volgende profiel

  • je hebt MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting of minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het ontwerpen van VBB-installaties
  • je hebt kennis van installatietechniek, bouwfysica en de voorschriften voor sprinklerinstallaties en/ of ervaring met het ontwerpen van sprinklerinstallaties en kennis van materialen
  • je hebt een afgeronde opleiding Technicus Sprinklertechniek (VSI-B en VSI-C)
  • je hebt ervaring met 3D-software, zoals Revit / AutoCAD (Stabicad is een pré)
  • een VCA Vol-certificaat (of bereid om dit bij ons te behalen)
  • een rijbewijs B
  • je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • je bent enthousiast, bereid om je zowel persoonlijk als vakinhoudelijk verder te ontwikkelen en hebt een passie voor het realiseren van klanttevredenheid

Wat bieden wij je

Dit ga je doen als Service Technician

Als Service Technician zorg je ervoor dat belangrijke procesinstallaties blijven draaien. Je doet dit in de hypermoderne fabrieken van ASML. Hier worden dé chipmachines van de toekomst gebouwd. Samen met je Equans-collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor o.a. het oplossen van storingen, waardoor de fabriek kan blijven werken.

Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf. Dus, naast bovenstaand, ook bij:

  • het verhelpen van storingen in de breedste zin van het woord (elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde en meet- & regeltechniek)
  • het bedienen, bewaken en beheren van de installaties in onder andere onze controleroom
  • het optreden bij calamiteiten, samen met bedrijfsnoodhulporganisatie van ASML
  • het veiligstellen van installatiedelen volgens Lock out Tag out (LoTo) procedures voor projecten en/of onderhoudswerkzaamheden
