Equans zoekt een Technieker/Werkvoorbereider E&I voor projecten in de regio Antwerpen/Kempen.

Je bent de spil in verschillende projecten en zorgt voor de technische kant van een project. Je staat hiervoor in nauw contact met de klanten, andere collega’s en jouw Project Manager. Op een project, meestal op de werf, werk je mee aan zowel de voorbereidingen (plannen, documenten …), de opvolging op technisch gebied en de oplevering naar de klant. Je draagt bij naar veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement op de werf. Dit is steeds in samenwerking met en ondersteund door de Project Manager.

In het leertraject zal je doorheen de projecten verschillende rollen en verantwoordelijkheden op jou nemen, met als doel te groeien binnen de organisatie. 
De projecten bevinden zich voornamelijk binnen de farmaceutische sector.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • opstellen van diverse documenten:
    • elektrische schema's in Eplan P8 of Microstation Connect
    • kabel- en kortsluitberekeningen
    • kabellijsten, materiaallijst …
    • inplantingstekeningen
    • verificaties van intrinsieke veiligheid
    • meetstaten
    • planningen in MS Projects
  • opmaken van bestellingen in functie van de werven
  • in samenwerking met de Project Manager per opdracht analyseren of alle benodigde materialen, gereedschap en medewerkers met de juiste kennis aanwezig zijn. Ook opmetingen doen ter plaatste op de werven, maakt deel uit van je takenpakket
  • ondernemen van de nodige acties om wat ontbreekt beschikbaar te maken
  • uitvoeren en opvolgen van (visuele) inspecties op de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en het ondernemen van de nodige acties bij afwijkingen
  • het onderhouden van contacten met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers
  • je rapporteert aan de Project Leader en/of de Project Manager

Ter vervolmaking kan je diverse opleidingen volgen: veiligheidsopleidingen, opleiding kabelberekeningen …

Wat heb je nodig?

  • je hebt een bachelor in de richting elektriciteit of elektromechanica; of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • ben je in het bezit van een VCA-attest? Dan is dit een pluspunt
  • (eerste) ervaring met PLC-/DCS-systemen, PID-schema’s en ATEX-wetgeving
  • ervaring met E&I in de industriële sector is een pluspunt
  • je hebt goede kennis van Word & Excel
  • je hebt een basiskennis van instrumentatie, pneumatiek en aandrijftechniek
  • kennis van Eplan en/of Caneco en/of Microstation en/of Autocad is een plus
  • je hebt aandacht voor processen en deadlines en werkt nauwkeuring
  • je beschikt over goede organisatorische vaardigheden en werkt zeer nauwgezet
  • je bent een teamplayer, leergierig en plichtsbewust
  • je bent bereid om flexibele uren te maken in het belang van het project
  • je beschikt over een rijbewijs B 
  • je spreekt Nederlands met goede kennis (spreken en schrijven) van het Engels en hebt noties van het Frans

Summary

The Information Technology Business Partner plays a key role in bridging the gap between business teams and IT services. Acting as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, central shared services and the local IT teams, the IT Business Partner ensures that business needs are understood and translated into practical IT solutions. Equans is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Decarbonisation & Energy Solutions) to join our team in London or Manchester. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for the delivery of high-quality mechanical designs and technical support across decarbonisation and sustainable retrofit projects. This includes the design and optimisation of HVAC systems, heat pumps, and building automation systems, supporting the full project lifecycle from early feasibility through to construction and commissioning.

This position requires technical leadership, design management, and mentoring responsibilities within a multidisciplinary environment. The role supports public and private sector clients in achieving their decarbonisation and net-zero ambitions.

Working closely with the Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, this role ensures compliance with industry regulations, fosters innovation, and supports the development of junior engineers within the team.

What will you deliver?

Mechanical Design & Engineering

  • Develop mechanical designs across RIBA Stages 2 to 4, with ongoing technical support to the project team through Stages 5 to 6.
  • Design and integrate low-carbon energy solutions, including heat pumps, district heating, HVAC, BMS and other energy-efficiency measures typical of sustainable retrofit into new and existing buildings.
  • Support energy modelling and system performance simulations using IES, Energy Pro, and other tools.

  • Participate in the implementation and coordination of BIM and CAD-based design processes.

Dit ga je doen als Senior Projectleider Elektrotechniek

Als Senior Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol leiden van grote en complexe projecten bij onze belangrijkste klanten. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met daadkrachtige uitvoering en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne teams als externe stakeholders.

Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

  • Leiden van complexe projecten van start tot oplevering
  • Plannen, coördineren en bewaken van tijd, scope en budget
  • Aansturen van projectteams en toewijzen van taken
  • Monitoren van voortgang en rapporteren aan senior management
  • Onderhouden van klantrelaties en stakeholdermanagement
  • Identificeren en mitigeren van projectrisico’s

 Rattaché(e) au Chef d'Equipe, vous contribuerez à construire des réseaux enterrés de faible profondeur. A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Découper des surfaces au sol,
  • Réaliser des saignées,
  • Ouvrir des tranchées et faire des fouilles avec des engins ou à la main,
  • Creuser avec des techniques spéciales (fonçage, forage…),

Equans France et ses agences portent des activités d’installation électrique Industrie et Tertiaire, mais aussi de gestion et de maintenance multi-technique.

Notre agence Services accompagne ses clients industriels, tertiaires et collectivités dans l'ouest de la France, en assurant la maintenance de leurs équipements CFO, CFA et SSI. 

Elle dispose de plusieurs antennes dans différents départements, dont un Centre à Lanester.

Votre challenge à nos côtés ?

Aux côtés de votre Responsable d'affaires, vous aurez pour missions principales d'effectuer les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative des installations de courant faible et de dépannage pour le compte de clients tertiaires et industriels.

Vous vous déplacez sur l'agglomération de Lanester et sur un périmètre départemental, et vous contribuez au service d'astreinte (en moyenne toutes les 4 à 6 semaines).

 Voici les missions qui vous serons confiez : 

  • Réaliser la maintenance, le dépannage et les travaux sur des systèmes d'intrusion chez nos clients issus du secteur industriel et du secteur tertiaire (application de la norme APSAD),
  • Réaliser le diagnostic des pannes et réaliser les dépannages nécessaires en toute autonomie,
  • Assurer des travaux simples ou complexes dans les spécialités précitées,
  • Réaliser des interventions sous astreinte certaines semaines, sur le secteur,
  • Suivre les opérations confiées et effectuer les reporting,
  • Rédiger les rapports d'intervention,
  • Assurer un rôle de conseil.

Votre profil ?

 Idéalement de formation Bac pro MELEC, BTS FED option DBC ou BTS électrotechnique.

⭐ Doté(e) d'une solide expertise dans le domaine du courant faible et des systèmes d'intrusion.

 Vous êtes curieux et vous aimez résoudre des problèmes, vous êtes méthodique et réactif, et surtout, vous avez l’esprit de service !
