Votre challenge à nos côtés :
Votre mission principale sera d’analyser les dossiers d’appel d’offres partie électricité contrôle commande et d’assurer la réponse aux projets CVC et Fluides process pour le compte de clients nucléaires.
A ce titre, les missions principales de ce poste se déclineront de la manière suivante :
- Analyser le cahier des charges du client : CCTP, plans, schémas de principe … partie Elec C/C en interface avec des ingénieurs d’études en CVC Fluides,
- Réaliser les études techniques sur la partie élec C/C (liste de points E/S, bilan de puissance, architecture C/C, métrés câbles…),
- Préparer et réaliser les consultations fournisseurs et sous-traitants en relation avec le Gestionnaire de projets,
- Réaliser les analyses technico-économiques des offres des sous-traitants,
- Assurer le chiffrage des prestations confiées et participer à l’élaboration des bordereaux de prix,
- Rédiger l’offre technique et commerciale,
- Mettre à jour de la base de données chiffrage.
Le profil idéal ?
Diplômé.e d’une formation ingénieur en génie électrique et ou contrôle commande, vous justifiez d’une première expérience en électricité contrôle commande.

Votre profil :
Idéalement issu.e d’une formation de type Bac+ 2 en Electrotechnique ou Bac+5 en électricité, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 4 ans à minima sur un poste similaire où une fonction de conducteur de travaux / projeteur en électricité.
Orienté(e) technique et service client, vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d’analyse et d’initiative. Vous savez analyser les cahiers des charges et les spécifications techniques de chaque client.
Votre curiosité sur les nouvelles technologies, votre rigueur, votre aisance et votre relationnel sont les qualités nécessaires au poste.

Dans le cadre du départ de l’un de nos collaborateurs, vous intégrez notre agence de Verson. Rattaché(e) au Directeur d’Agence, vous êtes en charge de la gestion administrative de l’agence. Vous contribuez à faciliter le fonctionnement et la communication entre les services de l’agence.
Vos missions sont de :
• Assurer l’accueil téléphonique et physique ;
• Assurer la gestion, l’organisation et le suivi administratif (facturation, notes de frais, etc…)
• Gérer les commandes de matériel (réception livraisons, fournitures, outillage, contrôles règlementaires…) et suivre les stocks
• Être acteur de la sécurité au sein de l’agence (suivi des VPS, causeries sécurités)
• Assurer la gestion du personnel (suivi et saisie des heures sur SAP, gestion des visites médicales, déclaration des accidents de travail, gestion des congés, accueil de nouveaux embauchés, gestion des intérimaires sur PIXID…).
• Animer la vie de l’agence (moments de convivialité, évènements, etc…)

Afin d’accompagner la croissance de nos activités, nous recrutons un : Technicien(ne) Automaticien(ne) GTB/GTC
De ce fait, vous allez intégrer le Pôle Automation d’EQUANS Digital : 400 collaborateurs – 55M€ de chiffre d’affaires – 17 segments de marchés – 4 offres packagées
Plus particulièrement, vous serez rattaché à un équipe structurée et performante de 30 personnes qui intervient sur le développement de projets en génie climatique et en GTB, souvent liés aux problématiques d'efficacité énergétique
Sous la responsabilité d’un Chef de Projet, vous intervenez dans le cadre de l’activité service sur des projets de froid commercial (50% de votre temps) et sur des contrats de maintenance et d'upgrade d’installation dans le domaine de la GTB pour également 50% de votre temps. L'environnement technologique sera varié : Distech Controls, Schneider Building, Saia, Pcvue, Struxureware
Vos missions :
- La définition du besoin client (l’analyse fonctionnelle)
- Les études (l’analyse organique, grafcets, organigrammes…)
- Le développement de programmes automatisme et supervision
- La réception du bon fonctionnement

Vous maîtrisez idéalement les automates Carel, Distech, Saia ou Schneider Struxuware. Vous avez des compétences en supervision Pcvue, Iconics et Panorama.
Autonome sur vos missions, vous serez intégré à une équipe d’automaticiens confirmés.

As the Department Manager, you plan, organize, lead, coordinate and manage all offers, projects and related business activities of the department concerned, in order to reach the targeted objectives from a commercial, customer relationship, project implementation, budget, profit and resources management point of view. - experience in people management is needed (experience with more than 50 persons on own payroll should be a real added value) & proven leadership skills incl. good understanding of HR related topics
- knowledge in maintenance activities is a nice to have
- knowledge of public market (e.g.: in Belgium, France, Netherlands and Germany) is a positive point
- business acumen and clear client/commercial focus & vision is needed

The Large Projects & DBFMO division takes care of the installation of special techniques in (large) buildings and complexes, both in the public and private sector: electrical equipment (high and low voltage installations), HVAC, sprinkler & sanitary.

Equans is looking for an Industrial Safety Manager to join our team at Sizewell on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
The role holder will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the Safety strategy in line with the objectives and direction of the UKBU
What will you deliver?
- Interpret the strategy in promotion of the Equans/EDF Industrial Safety, environment and quality model at an individual Station and within the wider Unitary EDF Safety framework, so that physical and emotional wellbeing is our most critical priority.
- Work closely with the Industrial Safety Director and the Site Leadership Team outputs to contribute to development of a plan and strategy to improve safety performance and manage high potential risks related to the site.
- Responsibility for the collation of monthly reports and policy/guidance/operating procedure development to support operational delivery of all health and safety programmes.
- Ensure that the site under their responsibility operate to the highest standards of health and safety management through being responsible for the delivery of the BU SAFETY strategy and through engagement at all levels to ensure continuous improvement, world class performance and the development of a positive SAFETY culture.
- Support RCA incident investigations: Ensuring sites are supported in the prompt closure of all actions related to these incidents.
- Subject matter expert in key areas of Safety compliance for the contract, owning the procedure and associated documents for the area of expertise and enabling the operations team to have embedded SME’s

Who are we looking for?
- NEBOSH Diploma level.
- ISO9001 Internal Auditor Training
- ISO14001 Internal Auditor Training and/or Environmental foundation management certification (IEMA/NEBOSH Equivalent)
- Related work experience, including application of health and safety principles and practice in a waste/recycling, engineering, construction, industrial or logistics environment.

Equans is looking for a Plumber to join our team in Blackburn on a permanent basis at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated Plumber/Heating Engineer for maintenance work across Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital and Burnley General Teaching Hospital to join a team of onsite engineers who will integrate into the technical team as a whole. The individual will have the desire to expand their professional qualifications portfolio, ensuring the contract always provides robust and reliable authorised / competent person cover for our client.
Based at primarily at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital, the Plumber / Heating Engineer will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards within the hospitals. They will provide guidance to others on site, showing technical expertise in mechanical (Plumbing / Heating Systems) and water systems. Ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery. The Engineer will have advanced technical knowledge in more than one skill or technology area and will form part of the out of hours on call rota (additional allowance paid for on call). Working hours are 40 hours per week.
Basic Duties will include:
1st Fix Reactive Response and Rectification duties – Including fault finding and resolution
2nd Fix Reactive Response– Providing support to colleague and technical advice to resolve open problems and encourage a learning culture within the technical team.
Planned Maintenance – Pre planned works within the Hospital to ensure contractual compliance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Industry guidance and rectifying faults.
- Ensure workload is planned, delivered to customer specification, and agreed service requirement.
- Plan, prioritise and resource projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H&S and environmental regulations, and helping us to achieve our No Life at Risk targets.
- Install commission and service plant and equipment.
- Diagnose, fault-find, commission systems and monitor facility performance, through PPM programme, identifying any additional works required.
- Flexible working hours required.
- Administer and complete relevant paperwork.
- Understand and meet ongoing customer requirements, develop effective working relationships with business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Fair, consistent, and courteous attitude in all dealings at all levels.
- Assist other members of the work force as required
- Willing to attend training in line with the business requirements and personal development
- Full driving licence required
- At all times maintain a smart appearance and professional manner that is representative of Cofely in the workplace.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, from 0800 to 1700, Mon to Fri.
The role:
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor
- To provide technical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department by carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activities
- To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI’s
- To manage sub-contractors as necessary working to a safe system of work and permit-to-work system
- To undertake AP/RP duties for the disciplines for which you have been appointed
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota and be able to respond/attend site within one hour of the call
The person:
- Must hold a recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience
- Previous supervisory and mentoring experience essential
- Experience in building services maintenance is essential
- Willingness to attain cross skilling and IT Literate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
- Ability to show examples of using initiative and judgement to resolve problems
- Experience in a Healthcare environment an advantage
- Must have a good understanding of health & safety best practice; formal training an advantage

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Operative to join our facilities team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm.
Key activities:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Estates stores, involving the requisitioning of materials, stock control, goods receiving and dealing with invoice and delivery queries.
- Ensure correct receipt, quantity control, storage and security of stock and non-stock items
- Ensure best value for money obtaining competitive quotes
- Ensure all stock is recorded in the CAFM system (Maximo)
- Ensure Purchase orders are receipted correctly and sent to finance on time.
- Management of the supplier library and maintain contact with suppliers
- To manage the distribution of stock to staff
- Discuss with suppliers / manufacturers recommended spares lists for plant and equipment.
- Carry out some minor PPM activities e.g. ladder inspections (mobile and fixed)
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
