Axima Réfrigération France, recherche son futur Chargé d'Affaires SAV Froid Industriel (H/F), rattaché(e) à l’agence de Lyon.

Rattaché au Directeur d'Agence, vous participez à la garantie de la rentabilité du service et veillez à l’atteinte des objectifs économiques. Vous garantissez le bon fonctionnement des installations frigorifiques de nos clients.
A ce titre, vous secondez le Responsable SAV dans l’organisation, l’animation et la gestion du Service Après-Vente, tout en garantissant la satisfaction de ses clients, la fiabilité technique des interventions et l’optimisation des ressources.
Pour cela, vous êtes amené à :
•    Gérer et optimiser les plannings d’interventions des techniciens (maintenance et dépannages)
•    Encadrer et animer l’équipe terrain 
•    Assurer le suivi technique de l'ensemble des interventions (veille technologique, support technique auprès des techniciens et des clients) 
•    Réaliser les devis courants de remplacement de pièces
•    Organiser le planning des astreintes en liaison avec le Responsable SAV
•    Assurer le reporting de l’activité
•    Entretenir une relation de proximité avec les clients existants, notamment en réalisant des visites de site dans le but de connaitre les installations et proposer des améliorations
•    Respecter et faire appliquer les consignes en matière d’hygiène, de santé, de sécurité et de législation du travail
•    Garantir le respect des règles en matière d’éthique et de Responsabilité Sociale et Environnementale de l’entreprise

Idéalement issu d’une formation spécialisée en Réfrigération (Bac à Bac +3, tel que Bac Pro TFCA, IFFI, BTS FED…), vous possédez 5 années d’expérience minimum au sein d’un service SAV et/ou dans une fonction similaire.
Doté d'une réelle aisance relationnelle, vous savez convaincre, mobiliser et coordonner une équipe.

Head of Integration, Corporate Finance & Legal Applications (M/F - any location)


EQUANS' Group IT Department is organized around Shared Service Lines that deliver global services to all the group's entities.

The Group Applications Shared Service Line (called SLS Group Apps) is part of EQUANS Group IT and provides common IT solutions and services required to support EQUANS’ businesses through 3 main missions :

  • Delivering IT projects and services in their scope in accordance with the schedule, quality and cost targets agreed with Business customers
  • Operating the global applications and solutions that support EQUANS’ Businesses in the most competitive way
  • Industrializing IT solutions and reducing the complexity of the enterprise architecture and application portfolio

The SLS Group Apps is organized into functional areas: Finance/Legal, HR, Procurement, etc…

Reporting to the SLS Group Applications Director, you will be responsible for the design and integration of Group Financial and Legal processes across all platform functions for EQUANS businesses. You will also be responsible for the deployment of financial & legal systems within EQUANS for the globalization of these processes.

You will be responsible for defining and maintaining Financial & Legal solutions (processes, applications, and data) in their respective domains. Your scope of activities may cover more than one technology.

Project requests can be initiated by a business entity, SLS Group Apps or another SLS.

Missions :

In this role, your primary activities will include:

  • Direct management of 2 business analysts & 1 Matrix report SDM
  • Work closely with EQUANS business process owners to ensure the end-to-end integrated nature of the solution
  • Make technology selection decisions in their respective domains to reflect business requirements (e.g., Diapason, SAP BPC& BFC, Legal Cluster, DocuSign, MobileXpense; etc.)
  • Define standards and drive the solution process in respective area
  • Continually strive to identify and specify new areas of value creation by working on or adding new processes and capabilities
  • Take ownership of domain blueprints and solutions in consultation with the Support Functions Architect
  • Define, document, and manage the business domain architecture(s)
  • Assists in leading the deployment of large programs within EQUANS
  • Defining the strategic roadmap for EQUANS' Finance and legal applications
  • Optimization of the application landscape through the use of Finance process standardization

Support the integration of the Group Applications in companies which have been recently acquired

  • Ensure platforms are patched in line with security and business requirements, and that they remain in support through upgrades or relevant version changes
  • Build close relationships with both peers internally and technology partners to ensure outstanding and seamless delivery
  • Support business and technical audits as required
  • KPI’s & SLAs for outsourced services
  • Review regularly options for cost savings and ensuring optimum run with agencies e.g. FINOPS
  • Ensure we adhere to licensing models for all our applications, platforms both in terms of cost and use
  • Support budget and Actua budget cycles in line with corporate timetables and needs
  • Understand contract commitments, re-negotiate where required with support from Legal & Procurement

To do this, he/she works in collaboration with the group's architects and cybersecurity experts

 

The profile we are looking for :

Technical and functional skills

  • Deep understanding of processes and business requirements
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation, treasury and legal
  • Knowledge of middleware capabilities
  • General knowledge of other IT domains: workstation, identity management (AD, AAD, SSO, MFA), messaging and collaboration (O365) and Cybersecurity
  • Able to navigate in V Cycle projects or Agile environment (Scrum or similar)
  • Ability to work in collaboration with an offshore outsourcer who will be the run operator and responsible for delivery

Design Manager


EQUANS are recruiting for a Design Manager to be based in Manchester. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus and benefits package.

General Overview

The main purpose of the role is to be integral to the bidding team and process, to have the knowledge and ability to lead the technical design function throughout the RIBA Stages, from bidding stage, pre-construction and during the construction stage. To ensure that all designs are produced in compliance with relevant legislation, the main contract and in time for other designs, procurement, and construction to proceed as planned.

Experience working on education and public buildings, and sustainability/retrofit projects is essential.

The role requires good understanding and knowledge of the Building Regulations/Building Safety Act/Planning process/RIBA Stages and other relevant legislation, together with knowledge relating to sustainable and de-carbonisation methods.

To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same, and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are always upheld to the highest of standards.

 

Key Accountabilities

Managing the Design Process:

 

  • Act as Equans point of contact for design issues.
  • Establishment and compliance of design management protocols; Common Data Environment (CDE) i.e. Viewpoint.
  • Review designers scopes of services, and novation agreements.
  • Prepare design fee enquiries for pre and post contract stages; Agreement / Scope/DRM/Deliverables (clear communication of expectations for design deliverables for each RIBA Stage with designers / design sub-contractors) Review design team fee proposals where required and review for completeness, prepare a project fee schedule for input into tender book.
  • Establish any other design/specialist consultants required for the scheme, agree scope and fee proposals.
  • Manage and monitor design deliverables for tender stage.
  • Technical review of all design information producing a status report to include:- general status of design information, level of co-ordination, scope gap analysis against relevant legislation, Building Regs, Building Safety Act and Employers Requirements for input into the tender stage Risk & Opportunity register.
  • Review all design information to establish any areas where Equans can add value i.e./Decarbonisation / Smart Buildings / design efficiencies.
  • Review design information for VE opportunities i.e./ non-compliant design and or specification alternatives.
  • Assist estimating with a technical review of specialist design subcontractor tender returns for compliance, qualifications, alternative specifications and opportunities.
  • Liaison with the operational teams regarding buildability and logistics and input into design that might be affected by methodology related site activities.
  • Coordinate and oversee the design process, ensuring all disciplines fully collaborate and work together seamlessly to avoid conflicts and delays.
  • Review Planning Conditions and highlight any onerous conditions.
  • Produce Contractors Proposals; Schedule of Derogations, Clarifications.
  • Input into internal Governance meetings as required.
  • Establish and obtain fee quotes / commission any required surveys/reports.
  • Liaison with the Commercial Team for cost checking.
  • Prepare design deliverables and design programmes.
  • Assist with procurement and construction programmes.
  • Monitoring of design production against design programme and internal reporting.
  • Resolution of technical queries.
  • Chairing and minuting design team meetings.
  • Lead Client Design/Review meetings during Bid/Construction Phases.
  • Input into VE and design change. Monitor design changes and change control.
  • Delivery of fully co-coordinated and detailed design proposals and production information in time and within budget for design work, procurement, and construction.
  • Control and integration of sub-contractor design elements.
  • Distribution of design information via CDE; Viewpoint.
  • Completion, maintenance, and monitoring of records.
  • Reporting of design progress, RFI status and issues on a weekly basis.
  • Co-ordinate and manage any BREEAM requirements and ensure these are achieved.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Clearly communicate design concepts, progress updates, and potential risks, constraints and opportunities to the client.
  • Address client questions and concerns effectively, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the design phase.
  • Liaise with other project stakeholders like contractors, surveyors, and planning & statutory authorities, to ensure smooth project delivery.

Commercial and Contractual Awareness:

  • Work within the project budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining design quality.
  • Manage design contracts with consultants and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards within the allocated budget.
  • Be mindful of the commercial implications of design decisions and keep project economics in mind. Any design changes are to be fully agreed and documented in line with Equans EMS and contract protocol.

SHEQ/Policies

  • To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are always upheld to the highest of standards. Complete all mandatory e-learning modules.

  • Ability to plan and integrate the design process into the procurement and construction programme for the Works.
  • Ability to plan, prepare and present complex technical issues in an appropriate manner to internal (ie/Governance) and external parties.
  • Knowledge of design requirements for procurement and construction purposes.
  • Technical understanding of substructures, structures, M&E services and finishes solutions

Qualifications

 

  • A bachelor's degree (Hons) in a relevant field such as Architecture, Building Surveying, Construction Management, or Architectural Technology.
  • Chartered memberships: Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) demonstrating a high level of commitment and expertise.

Equans is looking for a Mechanical Technician (Water) to join our team at Sandwell General Hospital and Birmingham City Hospital (Retained Estate) on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Perform the complete range of Mechanical Technician (Water) tasks as required or directed by management

Mechanical Building Services Engineer


Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with solid mechanical maintenance experience to join our estates team at the John Radcliffe hospital  in Oxford.  This is a permanent full-time position working from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. 

Key activities

  • Reporting to the Technical Services Manager
  • Act as Lead Technician for the site providing a thorough understanding of mechanical ventilation building services installation and maintenance techniques, including Medical Gas and F Gas.
  • Apply trade skills and experience, including one to one training to members of the team.
  • Ensure the satisfactory completion of statutory obligations and the completion of allocated maintenance, breakdown repairs, installation, new and refurbishment works, all within the SLA and KPI’s applied to site.  
  • To be an Authorised Person for up to three disciplines.
  • Carry out maintenance/repair on mechanical ventilation services to plant and equipment across the site, including supervising both in-house staff and contractors
  • Carry out refurbishments and new works across the site all within KPI and SLA targets
  • Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm with a requirement for participation in the on call rota

Skills, qualifications & experience

  • Must hold a recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience;
  • Must have a proven track record within maintenance / hard services
  • Must be strongly Client focussed and able to take ownership of projects
  • Must have good IT skills with experience in the use of CAFM systems, word and excel
  • Subject to a DBS Check

Au sein du centre de travaux de St Avé, proche de Vannes, Bouygues Energies & Services (Groupe EQUANS) réalise des travaux de terrassement et d'aménagement des infrastructures des réseaux extérieurs : Electricité (basse et haute tension), éclairage public (dépannage et travaux neufs), télécom (fibre optique), Eaux Usées, Eaux Pluviales, APE, Gaz. Nous intervenons également dans le domaine de réseaux électriques aériens (levage de supports béton/bois, déroulage et raccordements de lignes basse et haute tension). 

Votre challenge à nos côtés ?

Vous réaliserez des travaux de construction ou d'extension de réseaux secs (chantiers de lotissements, de gaz, d'électrification rurale et d'éclairage public) et/ou de réseaux d'eau potable.

Plus précisément, vous assurerez : 

  • Des travaux de terrassement (mini-pelle)
  • La pose de canalisations
  • Le déroulage de câbles et de gaines
  • La communication au quotidien avec votre Chef d'équipe et les intervenants sur les chantiers.
  • Le respect des règles de sécurité et l'application des procédures internes.

Votre profil ?

De formation CAP/BEP à BAC dans la filière Travaux Publics ou autodidacte, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans un poste similaire.

Vous avez le sens du contact (proximité avec les riverains) et l'esprit d'équipe.
