Les Frigoristes MCI sont en complète autonomie pour travailler chez leurs clients qui leur sont attribués. Ils peuvent s’appuyer sur les équipes support pour se concentrer sur leur intervention technique :
- Le coordination qui réalise l’interface client pour la planification,
- Le monitoring de Nuit qui réduit de 60% le nombre de sortie d’astreinte,
- Des experts métiers disponible pour les accompagner dans leur problématique technique.

Vos missions principales :

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineers - Commissioning

As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful testing and commissioning of Data Center plant and equipment whilst maintaining high standards in quality and health and safety.
What will you deliver?
- Engineering standards: able to interrogate engineering schedules, verification and validation requirements etc.
- Support commissioning teams and managers in verifying and operating mechanical systems. This involves collaborating with specialist subcontractors and Equans’ Package Managers through commissioning levels 1 to 5.

We are looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join our Sustainable FM team at Equans. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role, working 20 hours per week. You will provide vital support to the senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our contract services. This position is perfect for someone with excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Reactive Lifecycle submissions and track completed works.
- Submit and manage invoices, ensuring any discrepancies or queries are promptly addressed.
- Crosscheck completed works against the billing schedule and update the system accordingly.
- Maintain statutory and non-statutory documentation and ensure compliance.
- Provide support for technical report document control and submission of Reactive Lifecycle documentation to clients.
- Collaborate with the contract finance team to review Works in Progress (WIP) and ensure all billable works are captured.
- Manage and process defects impacting sites across the contract.
- Act as the Nominated Responsible Businessperson for the contract.

Mechanical Technical Services Manager
Equans is looking for a Mechanical Technical Services Manager to join our team at Worcester Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the post holder will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the maintenance services in accordance with the requirements of the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Concession Agreement at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
Responsible for the effective management of Assistant Technical Services Managers and trade staff ensuring all maintenance activities comply with the statutory, NHS, Trust and Company guidelines.
The post holder will also collaborate and co-operate with the Service Providers to deliver customer focused, cost effective and efficient maintenance service.
What will you deliver?
- Manage and co-ordinate directly employed labour and sub-contractors in reacting to breakdowns and implementing the Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory, NHS, Trust and Company guidelines
- Provide technical assurance advice across the discipline of maintenance services
- Review and develop the quality of service at an operational level and Control expenditure as delegated by the Contract Manager
- Ensure all staff are trained and aware of health and safety responsibilities in accordance with statutory, NHS and Trust guidelines and the companies Incident and Behavioural Safety Initiatives
- Positively manage relationships with stakeholders and Trust representatives to enhance perception of service provision
- Prepare estimates for new works & lead support as required for projects
- Responsible for specific elements of budgetary control and give additional support with financial controls with reference to departmental budgetary control, stock, contracts etc
- Responsible for bringing to the attention of all Senior Management any unsafe working conditions, working practices, unsafe plant or equipment encountered during the execution of duties including reporting on the company AIMS system
- Responsible for the execution of any other estates and facilities related duties in an emergency/urgent situation, as directed by the Senior Management Team
- Participate as a member of the Estates Team by achieving Authorised Person (AP) status in a number of disciplines as required and directed by Senior Management Team
- Responsible for participating in the ‘on call’ rota as and when required, after suitable training and relevant experience is gained as directed by Senior Management
- Responsible for supervision and participating in a ‘recall to work’ procedure for emergency repairs as required when not on call

Who are we looking for?
- Must have Mechanical experience within a PFI Healthcare environment
- Experience of risk management and health and safety
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry guidelines
- ONC or BTEC NVQ Level 3 in relevant discipline
- Authorised Person qualified to Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) Standard
- HNC in relevant engineering discipline
- HNC in relevant engineering discipline • Qualified as Authorised / Competent Person within NHS guidance (HTM) related discipline
- Must be able to manage people, be self-motivating, able to work on own initiative, liaise and delegate effectively with staff operating in a multi-disciplinary environment
This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.

Main Purpose of Job:
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, including statutory and mandatory compliance, across the East London region, specifically at Barking Schools. You will ensure the safe and efficient performance of electrical services across multiple sites, contributing to the overall maintenance and safety of building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across multiple sites.
- Participate in the On-Call Rota and out-of-hours work as needed.
- Keep qualifications and knowledge up to date.

- Carry out minor new electrical works, refurbishments, and replacements.

Vanuit onze locatie in Zaandam doet Equans het beheer en onderhoud aan alle gebouwgebonden technische installaties in het kantoorgebouw van ABN AMRO in Amsterdam.
Als Allround Beheertechnicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud aan de technische installaties. Jij bent als een sturende factor richting de servicetechnici, onderaannemers en de klant. Het is jouw taak om gepland onderhoud uit te (laten) voeren of om een storing aan deze installaties op te lossen. Daarmee zorg jij er meteen voor dat de nieuwe en bestaande installaties voldoen aan de geldende wettelijke bepalingen en kwaliteitsnormen in samenspraak met de klant.
Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:
- oplossen van storingen
- preventief onderhoud
- zorgen voor vervanging of uitbreiding van de bestaande ET/WT/meet & regeltechniek installaties
- eventueel uitbesteden van werkzaamheden aan onderaannemers
- goed letten op de veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen
