Equans is looking for an Industrial Operative to join our team in Heysham 2 Power Station, LA3 2XN  on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,943.45 per annum and benefits package

MONDAY - THURSDAY 07.30 - 16.00
FRIDAY 07.30 - 12.30 

1 X WEEK IN 4 
MONDAY - THURSDAY 0800 - 1600 
FRIDAY 0800 - 15.30

What will you deliver?

To Provide industrial cleaning services (cleaning of floors, plant areas, fixtures, and fittings) Additional duties include the provision of pumping services, leak management, forklift/tractor duties, banksmen duties and road sweeper operation. Driving, deliveries, and porterage tasks will also be required at times. This may not be the extensive list of duties, but training will be given for all duties.

What will you deliver?

A key operational role as the Cleaning Supervisor for Equans across the HMCTS portfolio.

Reporting to the facilities supervisor for HMCTS, the Cleaning Supervisor will be the lead for the cleaning teams for their HMCTS site. 

Responsibilities
• To manage the standards to meet our contractual obligations
• To manage the standards by supporting in self-auditing
• To support in stock management/ordering
• To deliver of toolbox talks  
• To lead and motivate the cleaning team to enable contribution to the best of their ability and maximise their potential

Equans is looking for 2x Part time Cleaner to join our team in JCDecaux, Sale Place, W2 1 YR on a permanent basis. This is a part time role working 20 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £12,960.66 per annum and benefits package.

Position 1, 16:00-20:00 

Position 2, 18:00-22:00 

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.

• To undertake general cleaning duties as required including but not limited to the following: cleaning of floors, toilets, furniture and fittings, emptying bins and other receptacles and removal of rubbish.
• To clean carpets ensuring that they are vacuumed and deep cleaned as appropriate, according to the manufacturers’ recommendation.
• To undertake suction cleaning, sweeping and washing of all floor areas to ensure that they are free from dust, debris, dirt, litter, smears and with no evidence of stains, spillages or residual cleaning materials.
