Voor de vestiging Desteldonk zoekt Equans een (gecertificeerd) Lasser. 

Wat houdt deze job precies in?

  • je voert zelfstandig gespecialiseerde laswerken uit in onze werkplaats in Desteldonk
  • je bent actief bezig met opbouw en herstelling door middel van verscheidene lasprocedés, inclusief oplassen
  • naast het nodige laswerk help je ook je collega’s bij de andere mechanische werkzaamheden
  • je gebruikt dagelijks je kennis van de verschillende lasprocedés (buislassen, hoeklassen, stijgend lassen, TIG, elektrode ...) en de normen
  • je behaalt en onderhoudt je lascertificaten

Naast je passie voor het laswerk bezit je natuurlijk ook een grote interesse in mechanische techniek.

Jouw troeven?

  • je genoot een opleiding in een technische- of beroepsrichting 
  • je beschikt over de nodige lascertificaten (141, 111, CS, SS) of kan deze zonder problemen behalen
  • je bezit grondige ervaring in de verschillende lasprocédés (TIG, Elektrode, MIG/MAG)
  • je hebt kennis van normen, fitten, opmeten van leidingwerk, het lezen van ISO’s, de soorten toevoegmaterialen en een algemene materiaalkennis
  • je bent bereid om af en toe mechanisch werk te doen
  • je hebt een goed ruimtelijk inzicht, kan planlezen en ISO's schetsen
  • je bezit een sterk technisch inzicht
  • je hebt oog voor veiligheid en welzijn

Shift Mechanical Engineer


Equans is looking for a Shift Mechanical Engineer to join our team working at Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH) in Smethwick. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40.25 hours per week, based on a shift pattern of four on four off, split into two days and two nights. On offer is a salary banding of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience, plus a shift allowance of £3,000 per annum and benefits package.

The role is vital to ensure that the mechanical systems, equipment and plant within the estate are maintained to a high standard and that they can operate effectively to enable the Trust to deliver their services from a compliant and reliable facility. Successful completion of all assigned tasks and a conscientious approach will significantly contribute to the ability to retain the high quality of the facility to assist in ensuring healthcare can be delivered in an appropriate environment.
 

What will you deliver?

  • Undertake a proactive role in responding to reactive jobs to complete diagnostic, fault finding and repair to complex mechanical systems in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures and in compliance with legislation and guidance
  • Obtain Competent Person status following training and instruction for systems such as specialist ventilation system, complex water systems and medical gas installations.
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to services across site on various aspects of the building services in accordance with the PPM programme and personal competence and training
  • Minimise penalty deductions by responding in a timely manner to all maintenance issues in accordance with the requirements of the Contract
  • Assist in carrying out installation work involved in minor upgrading and adaptation works

As a Mobile Electrical Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering electrical maintenance services across a range of commercial and residential sites. While your primary expertise will be in electrical systems, this role offers the opportunity to diversify your skills. You'll be involved in both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as air handling units, pumps, and other plant-related equipment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work across various sites, including fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks, logging completion times and ensuring all required paperwork is up-to-date.
  • React quickly to breakdowns and plant failures, ensuring systems are restored to serviceable order.
  • Manage spare parts, providing parts lists and estimated timelines for any required remedial work.
  • Conduct risk assessments (POWRA) to ensure safe working practices, with a focus on health and safety regulations.
  • Operate a Permit to Work system, ensuring compliance with all safety requirements.
  • Work in collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and the team to maintain high standards of service.
  • Participate in the regional on-call rota, responding to breakdowns outside of standard working hours.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A recognised industry qualification (Electrical) is essential.
  • Strong experience in electrical systems maintenance, fault finding, and diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, air handling units, pumps, and building management systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

De Business Process Management (BPM) organisatie werkt samen met de procesorganisatie van de bedrijven, de landelijke kernteams, dwarsverbanden en Procesexperts aan het optimaliseren en uniformeren van alle processen binnen Equans Nederland. Verankering doe je ook door het kennisniveau van de operationele collega’s te vergroten door te zorgen voor actuele werkinstructies en het vormgeven/faciliteren van opleidingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Als BPM’er ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Definiëren: Je analyseert de ontwikkelingen in de markt en binnen de Equans, evenals de behoeften van de operatie, en vertaalt dit in een integraal (her)ontwerp en stelt business requirements op
  • Coördineren & Implementeren: Je borgt een plan van aanpak voor implementatie van het (her)ontwerp, zorgt voor een succesvolle implementatie inclusief kennisborging, en treedt als verbinder op richting andere procesdomeinen
  • Monitoren: Op basis van analyses kom je met verbetervoorstellen, je monitort of veranderingen succesvol zijn en stelt zo nodig bij, brengt risico’s in kaart, beschrijft en bewijst controlemechanismes
  • Relatiemanagement: Je onderhoudt relaties met stakeholders binnen en buiten het procesdomein en bent zo nodig ook aanspreekpunt voor Equans Groep

Kortom, je bent resultaatverantwoordelijk van kop tot staart; jij zorgt voor integrale implementatie van veranderingen en verbeteringen.

Plaats in de organisatie

De Business Process Manager Commercie rapporteert functioneel en hiërarchisch aan het Hoofd BPM en werkt nauw samen met de Business owner (lid Leadershipteam). De BPM’er is functioneel lid van het Kernteam Commercie, onder voorzitterschap van de Business owner Commercie.

Opleiding en ervaring

  • academisch werk- en denkniveau; opleiding op minimaal HBO-niveau
  • minimaal tien jaar werkervaring in een technisch complexe omgeving, bij voorkeur binnen het vakgebied Commercie
  • ervaring met leidinggeven aan een team
  • kennis/ervaring in procesmanagement en met veranderprocessen (change)
  • is gewend om projectmatig te werken en heeft ervaring als programmamanager
  • integraal kunnen denken en acteren, over de eigen procesdomeingrenzen heen
  • kennis/ervaring/affiniteit met ICT-applicaties. Niet zozeer inhoudelijk systemen/applicaties doorgronden, maar wel kunnen snappen waar het over gaat en samen met de Procesexperts (inhoudelijke kennisdragers) ontwikkelen en verbeteren

Release QA Engineer

Voor onze ESF ontwikkelafdeling zijn we op zoek naar een Release & QA Engineer. Mensen die op systeemniveau het verschil willen maken en ons product naar een nog hoger niveau brengen. Heb je ervaring in processen en tooling rondom release management en software quality assurance, ben je sterk in het analyseren van complexe situaties en beschik je daarnaast over kennis van industriële automatisering? Dit ga je doen als Release & QA Engineer
Als Release & QA Engineer maak je onderdeel uit van de ESF software ontwikkelteam bij de afdeling Industriële Automatisering van Equans. Je bent in deze gecombineerde rol de cruciale schakel tussen de software en de klant. Samen met je collega’s vertaal je wensen van interne en externe klanten naar de beste aanpak voor kwaliteitsbewaking en release management van het software product, en voert die ook uit.

Dit breng je mee
Je hebt interesse in industriële processen en data gedreven werken. Automatisering van fabrieken maakt je enthousiast, je bent analytisch ingesteld en begrijpt snel wat er van je verwacht wordt. Je kan je goed uiten, toont betrokkenheid, en zet je communicatieve vaardigheden in om met onze opdrachtgevers te schakelen. Je bent initiatiefrijk en hebt een innovatieve blik waardoor je nieuwe inzichten en effectieve oplossingen brengt.

Je hebt:
- een afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding op het gebied van ICT;
- minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als engineer op de gebieden van software release management en/of quality assurance
- ervaring met het gebruik van geautomatiseerde test frameworks en het schrijven van tests;
- kennis van test strategieën als onderdeel van een software development cyclus, zoals een ISTQB certificering
- kennis van release management strategieën en processen, zoals CI/CD
- ervaring met technologieën en tooling zoals Java (of een andere hogere programmeertaal), JUnit, Selenium, Jira, Confluence, Gradle, GitHub, Github Actions, Eclipse/IntelliJ
- ervaring met het Scrum framework
- bij voorkeur ervaring met ons werkveld: MES en SCADA.

Rattaché(e) au Chef d’Equipe, vous réaliserez des travaux d'installations ou de modification de nos chantiers en réseaux aériens. 

Vos missions, dans le plus strict respect des règles de santé et sécurité,  sont les suivantes :

  • Mettre en place la signalisation et le balisage des chantiers
  • Implanter les poteaux (béton/métal/bois/composite) d’un réseau électrique

Rattaché∙e au manager de site, vous intégrerez une équipe de 4 personnes.

En tant que Technicien∙ne CVC, vous êtes en charge de la maintenance préventive et curative ainsi que des petits travaux d’un site universitaire composé de laboratoires situé sur le plateau de Saclay (91).

Effectuer les travaux nécessaires

Vous êtes garant de la bonne gestion de votre stock.
