Vos tâches :

  • Installer les équipements frigorifiques variées (condenseurs, évaporateurs, tubes, câbles électriques…)
  • Dimensionner, poser les tuyauteries et effectuer le branchement des réseaux (fluides frigorigènes, eau, air…)
  • Mettre en service les installations, ajuster les réglages (paramètres de fonctionnement, de régulation, températures, pressions…)
  • Former et conseiller les clients sur l’utilisation des équipement. 

Votre profil :

  • Idéalement issu d’une formation Bac à Bac+3 en Réfrigération / Génie Climatique.
  • Posséder l’attestation à la manipulation des fluides frigorigènes (Cat. 1).
  • Expérience terrain indispensable (idéalement en froid commercial).
  • Permis B requis.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service sont vos alliés.

We have a great opportunity for a General Operative in Sittingbourne to support our growing Connected Cities business which focuses on street and highways lighting infrastructure projects across the UK. The role itself will focus on activities on a long term LED Street Lighting maintenance contract across Kent.

Role overview:

 

This role is for the install of columns and street furniture on the Kent TMC contract running out of Sittingbourne. Specifically this role is to work in a team of two or more and contribute with the removal and instal of columns and other associated Street Furniture.

Work includes site set up for traffic management, excavation, reinstatement and associated electrical works.  

Work will be programmed by the back office team and the supervisors in the branch will be putting the team to work on a daily basis.

Materials will be picked in advance of the work by the yard team, part of this role is to check materials have been picked according to the work to be completed. Checks to be made against the order in the clients system.

Materials to be installed on site, removed redundant equipment to be disposed of in the appropriate recycling locations in the main depot. Photos and all other required information is to be recorded on the PDA, to be added to the databases on completion of activities.

Key Activities:

  • Previous project management experience within utility-scale ground mounted solar PV

  • Previous exposure to H&S, budget and programme responsibility
  • Qualified at HNC level; relevant industry training (SMSTS, CDM, IOSH)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with client, supply chain and employees
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to multi-task 
  • Flexible approach to working, willing to travel; full driving licence

Wat ga je doen als Senior Application Engineer

Als Senior Application Engineer bij Equans verdiep je je in de gebouw gebonden installaties bij onze klanten in de complexe utiliteit regio Maastricht. Dit doe je onder leiding van een Project Engineer of Projectleider. Je bent betrokken vanaf het ontwerp tot en met de uitvoering van een project. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de functionele uitwerking van de regeltechnische-installaties (o.a. HVAC) met toepassing van Siemens DDC controllers in combinatie met Desigo Insight óf Desigo CC óf Priva controllers.

De projecten waar jij aan werkt zijn nooit hetzelfde en bevinden zich binnen verschillende marktsegmenten. Denk hierbij aan technische installatieprojecten in ziekenhuizen en andere grote utiliteitsprojecten. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je flexibel bent en open staat voor afwisseling en diversiteit!

Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf. Dus, naast bovenstaand, ook bij:

  • het vertalen van complexe klantvragen, opdracht en/of scope naar een basis ontwerp
  • het vertalen van eisen vanuit de vakdiscipline naar richtlijnen in offerteaanvragen en het valideren van deze aanvragen
  • het in kaart brengen van technische en functionele risico’s voor de vakdiscipline en het komen met maatregelen om deze risico’s te reduceren
  • het bouwen, controleren en onderhouden van de applicatiesoftware aan de hand van de ontwerpdocumenten
  • het bepalen en onderhouden van standaarden en het sturen op het gebruik hiervan
  • het bewaken van de voortgang van de vakdiscipline binnen het project betreffende zowel urenbudget als planning en het rapporteren hierover aan de projectverantwoordelijke
  • het ondersteunen van junior en medior collega’s bij de realisatie van applicatiesoftware en het vakinhoudelijk ondersteunen bij de inbedrijfstellingen

QHSE Coördinator

Dit ga je doen

Als QHSE Coördinator heb je de verantwoordelijkheid om de kwaliteit van onze diensten te borgen en te controleren. Je adviseert en ondersteunt de business om te werken binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving en je bent een volwaardig gesprekspartner op het gebied van kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarbij vind je het prettig om je kennis over te brengen aan de organisatie.

Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf. Dus ook bij het:

  • Begeleiden en adviseren van interne en externe betrokkenen over veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Bewaken en bijhouden van de registraties in ons QHSE systeem.
  • Uitvoeren van risico-inventarisaties en interne audits op locatie en begeleiden van externe audits
  • Medeverantwoordelijk zijn voor het implementeren van veranderde wet- en regelgeving
  • Ondersteunen van de business op het gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Voorlichten van operationele collega’s om te werken conform de afgesproken werkwijze

Dit breng je mee

Om een goede invulling te geven aan deze functie ben je een echte teamspeler en streef je altijd naar de hoogste kwaliteit.

Je bent verder goed in het voorlichten van medewerkers en schakelt makkelijk van tactisch naar operationeel niveau.

Verder heb je:

  • een HBO werk -en denkniveau en een opleiding in een veiligheidskundige (MVK/IVK/HVK) en/of technische richting
  • kennis van wet -en regelgeving
  • een VCA-VOL
  • minimaal 2-5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • daarnaast ben je proactief, communicatief vaardig, flexibel en accuraat.

Electrician

 
Equans is recruiting for an Electrician to be based at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £35,000 to £36,500 plus a shift allowance of £3,581 per annum. In addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.

Shift rota which includes days, lates and weekends.

What will you deliver?

  • Support the estates management in providing a 24 hour maintenance service within the hospital
  • Undertake PPMs, testing and repairs covering a wide range of equipment, services, systems and buildings associated with a large hospital.
  • Assist other trades where required. 
  • Any other duties required by site management
  • Be part of the shift pattern including day shifts, late shifts and 1 weekend in 4.

Who are we looking for?

  • Hold at least one of the following: City & Guilds 236 Parts A & B, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance, B Tech Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeship or 17th / 18th Edition
  • Due to the nature of the contract, you must have the ability to pass a DBS.
