Vos missions :
Rattaché au Responsable Travaux, Directeur d’Agence votre mission principale est de contribuer à la gestion d’une ou plusieurs affaires dans tous ses aspects administratifs, techniques et commerciaux, sous la supervision de votre tuteur.
- Participer au chiffrage des devis
- Contribuer à la préparation ainsi qu’au suivi de chantier
- Assister à l’encadrement et au pilotage de l’équipe opérationnelle travaux ainsi que de la sous-traitance
- Consulter les fournisseurs et participer à la passation des commandes de matériel en adéquation avec le budget
- Participer à la rédaction des dossiers d’exécution
- Entretenir une relation de proximité avec les clients
- Contribuer à la gestion de l’exécution des travaux dans le respect des engagements contractuels, des procédures qualité et sécurité, de la satisfaction client et de la maîtrise budgétaire
- Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité sur les chantiers
Votre profil :
- Vous réalisez idéalement une formation Bac à Bac+3 spécialisé en Réfrigération ou Génie climatique (IFFI, licence terrain).
- Permis B requis
- Rigueur, polyvalence, force de proposition, capacité à travailler en équipe sont des atouts qui vous permettront de vous épanouir dans ce poste.

INEO Centre, entité d’EQUANS France, spécialisée dans les activités d’installations électriques et dans la maintenance multi-techniques dans l’industrie et le tertiaire recherche un Responsable d’Affaires Principal Travaux Electricité H/F en CDI pour son agence de Chartres (28).
Vos missions :
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur d’Agence, vous accompagnez le développement du pôle tertiaire de notre agence, sur des projet situés en Eure et Loire voire en Ile de France :
- Management d’une équipe de 3 cadres en affaires et d’une équipe chantier d’une quinzaine de personnes,
- Assurer la gestion financière et contractuelle d’un portefeuille de 4,5 M€ dont 1,5M€ en propre.
- Développement commercial du pôle tertiaire dans le respect des valeurs éthiques du groupe

Votre profil :
De formation technique (Bac+2 à ingénieur), vous avez une expérience significative en gestion de projets dans les métiers du génie électrique.
Vous avez déjà managé une équipe de cadres et/ou vous maitrisez des projets d’une envergure moyenne de 1,2 Millions d’euros,
Vous maîtrisez la planification, l'organisation, le suivi technique et financier d'une affaire.

HSEQ Department Manager (NIV 1)

Voor onze departementen ECS en Transnubel zoeken wij een HSEQ Department Manager (Niv.1). Voor de uitoefening van je functie zal je zal actief zijn op volgende locaties : Schoten, Mol, Doel, Desteldonk, Meerhout, Dessel). In deze functie sta je in voor het verlenen van ondersteuning en coaching aan het divisiemanagement dit beleid aan de H.L. en de uitvoerenden communiceren en toezien op de implementatie en uitvoering ervan binnen de toegewezen divisie(s) teneinde veiligheid van de werknemers maximaal te verzekeren in lijn met de interne en externe richtlijnen ter zake.
Je rapporteert aan de H.L .en HSE Corporate dienst en leidt het CPBW in goede banen.

De wettelijke taken en verantwoordelijkheden zitten onder de begeleiding van de Divisie HSEQ Manager (preventieadviseur) en de HSEQ Departement Manager (voor Transnubel nv en ECS nv).
Zoom op de functie:
- ondersteunen en motiveren van directie en hiërarchische lijn en ze informeren over de welzijnsproblematiek teneinde hen in staat te stellen hun taken en verantwoordelijkheden ter zake op te nemen
- volgen van de KPI van de opleidingen van medewerkers om hen duidelijk te informeren aangaande de van toepassing zijnde veiligheidsinstructies en –procedures
- verzorgen van de veiligheidsintroductie/-opleidingen van (nieuwe) medewerkers om hen duidelijk te informeren aangaande de van toepassing zijnde veiligheidsinstructies en –procedures
- definiëren van veiligheidsopleidingen en doelgroepen zodat de werknemers correct geïnformeerd zijn aangaande de vigerende veiligheidsvoorschriften, de bijzondere eisen van bepaalde klanten en bijzondere aspecten in het raam van het welzijnsbeleidssysteem (VCA)
- voeren van diverse acties om, door een betere zichtbaarheid, het veiligheidsbewustzijn van de divisie(s) naar een hoger niveau te tillen
- coachen van de H.L. voor het opstellen van ongevallenanalyse zodat de gepaste voorzorgsmaatregelen genomen kunnen worden en de herhaling van dergelijk ongeval kan worden voorkomen
- opstellen, laten goedkeuren en opvolgen van veiligheidsinstructies en –procedures eigen aan de activiteiten om aan de VCA-normen te voldoen
- deelnemen aan alle initiatieven van HSEQ-ploeg (harmonisatie van processen binnen Equans Belux, Equans Group initiatieven zoals Safety Days of Safety Week)
- onderzoeken van de markt naar nieuwe technieken, producten, materialen en systemen om een permanente evaluatie van middelen en materialen mogelijk te maken
- tot stand brengen van een vertrouwensrelatie met alle medewerkers en comitéleden teneinde binnen de toegewezen divisie(s) problemen op het vlak van welzijn op het werk zo goed mogelijk op te lossen
- tot stand brengen en onderhouden van externe contacten (klanten, toeleveranciers en officiële instanties) teneinde mogelijke problemen bij de bron te behandelen en aldus een gunstig commercieel klimaat te creëren en te onderhouden
- deelnemen aan vergaderingen op departements-/sectieniveau om de veiligheidspolitiek coherent over de volledige organisatie te houden en op departements-/sectieniveau om hun veiligheidsbewustzijn op peil te houden
- begeleiden van externe audits, opzetten toelichten en onderhouden van de HSE managementsystemen; uitvoeren van interne audits
- deelnemen aan de voorbereidingen voor het comité PBW, aanwezig zijn en rapporteren van de maandelijkse CPBW-bijeenkomsten, advies verstrekken bij aankoop van arbeidsmiddelen en beschermingsmiddelen, inspecties uitvoeren op de diverse werklocaties en deelname aan de divisie- en departementsvergaderingen teneinde te beantwoorden aan de wetgeving en te streven naar continu verbetering van het gevoerde preventiebeleid en -procedures

In deze functie sta je in voor het verlenen van advies en ondersteuning aan het management bij het bepalen van het welzijnsbeleid; dit beleid aan de H.L. en de uitvoerenden communiceren en toezien op de implementatie en uitvoering ervan binnen het departement teneinde HSEQ maximaal te verzekeren in lijn met de wetgeving en de interne en externe richtlijnen terzake.

Mobile BMS Engineer
Equans is looking for a Mobile BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Bristol and the surround areas on a full time basis.
Equans Digital has a very exciting opportunity to deliver critical Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure upgrades / enhancements across a number of commercial, retail, healthcare, education & government sectors - across the country. In doing so we naturally prime the sites to become ‘Smart Enabled’, meaning we can then introduce further value across sites via our IoT solutions; driving social, economic and environmental benefits to portfolios of sites and more importantly people operating and living within them.
Equans Digital currently deliver project works ranging from £10k - £1.5m in singular size + variations via an evolving blend of inhouse delivery supplemented by a selection of specialist supply chain partners. With an aggressive growth strategy over the next 3 – 5 years, this role will be paramount in helping to define shape and grow the team to ensure we grow sustainably.
Key activities:
The role of BMS Service Engineer will include carrying out a number of tasks on contracted customer sites, including PFI Schools, PFI Hospitals, Government Estates and MOD sites. Your day to day will include:
- Installing, configuring and BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems.
- Carrying out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS’s on our various sites.
- Reactive call out rota will be worked (additional financial benefit included for being on call and attending)
- Provision of specialist technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement/remedial works to improve the performance of the BMS’s for our clients
- Preparing proposals and quoting of works as required
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ Electrical.
Extensive knowledge & experience of BMS / HVAC. - Knowledge & experience with Trend, Tridium Controls/Niagara/Distech/Siemens.
- Excellent working knowledge of the electrical industry.
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical & Mechanical schematic diagrams.
- Understanding of IT networks
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Full UK driving licence
- Controls training / experience.
- Experience with fault finding in electrical panels
- DBS vetting and potential BPSS vetting
- Excellent written and communication skills

The Compliance Manager will lead on adherence to scheme delivery requirements, ensuring full compliance with funding and accreditation requirements while maintaining necessary associated accreditations. Equans is looking for a Works Co-ordinator - Admin to join our team at Southern Water in Otterbourne, Hampshire (near Winchester) on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 with a one hour unpaid break.
What will you deliver?
- Work closely with all Contract Teams and contractors to ensure all support functions are delivered in a timely and accurate way.
- Support the delivery team where cover is required or to assist other regions.
- Focussed on customer care with a “can do” attitude, with the flexibility and adaptability to be a team member in a changing business environment.
- Meeting/greeting visitors/contractors.
- Managing x-raying, sorting, franking and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail/parcels.
- Photocopying, printing, filing, scanning.
- Order, purchase and process invoices for goods and services in line with company procedures.
- Assist in invoice receipting, ensuring three-way match is consistently applied
- Raising, updating and closing Planons for reactive repairs.
- Reactive task jeopardy management, ensuring SLA’s are not breached
- Updating and closing of tasks as completion paperwork arrives, ensuring no backlog to enable robust performance and KPI reporting in real time

Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an FM environment, but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience of CAFM systems essential, preferably Planon
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrate good team working ability
- Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritise workload and requests
- Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image
- Health and safety awareness
- Good communicator with strong inter-personal skills
