EQUANS are recruiting for a Roofer to be based in Belfast. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
- To undertake the duties/responsibilities as a Roofer to the standards set out by the contract.
- To carry out the duties as a Roofer in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures.
- To assist the Foreman in producing a quality product within the contract period. Understand, implement and adhere to EQUANS SHEQ requirements.
- To ensure you complete the full sequence of events on PDA and the completion of jobs for invoicing.
- Efficient use of the Impact system.
- To adhere to the Client contract KPI’s and, target dates and timeframes.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide a high quality service to NIHE tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or void.
- To undertake all elements of 1st and 2nd fix Roofing, and where required undertake roof work.
- Undertake where required other multiskilled duties.
- To attend all relevant training courses, including all health and safety
- To work in accordance with any training and instructions given and bring to the attention of the employer any shortcomings and defects in the management systems and protective measures
- To use protective equipment, substances and tools/equipment in accordance with instructions and training given
- Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:
- Compliance with specification and SOR codes
- Adherence to the sequence of events for each job on the PDA.
- Ensure van stock is processed and managed accordingly
- Ensure that your work is carried out the highest quality and within a reasonable amount of time.
- Ensure any additional work is captured and communicated to the relevant person, so that the company can invoice for additional work completed.
- Compliant in timeframes allocated of jobs, ensure target dates are met,
- Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
- Maintain and care for all company tools
- To use appropriate safety equipment
- To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
- To ensure areas of work are left clean, tidy and safe at all times
- To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
- Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
- Be responsible for your own safety and all other around you
- Make every effort to attend mandatory courses relevant to your role
- Material co-ordination and organisation
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation
- To oversee/assist in the training of apprentices as required

The Energy and Carbon Solutions (ECS) consulting division provides an initial engagement that helps shape our new and existing client’s operational plans to deliver their net zero objectives. What differentiates us from many of our competitors in the consulting space is our ability to transition these plans into engineering management programmes through our wider project delivery and operations teams. Our team is therefore composed of commercially minded engineers who are able to create and present attractive solutions that have the potential to be delivered by Equans as a turnkey net zero partner.

What will you deliver?
The Solutions Consultant will have the primary focus of delivering professional consultative services in low carbon and energy solutions that enable net zero transitions for our clients in the Public and private sectors.
Under the leadership of a Senior Solutions Manager, the Solutions Consultant will support the consulting team to effectively manage opportunities from conception through handover to the EQUANS project delivery divisions. Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Degree in an energy or sustainability related engineering discipline

Dit ga je doen als Service Technicus E&I
Als Service Technicus bij EQUANS krijg jij de sleutel van de voordeur van onze klant(en) in je hand. Je speelt een essentiële rol in het oplossen van (ver)storingen of juist in het voorkomen daarvan door tijdig preventief onderhoud uit te voeren. Onze klanten werken meestal in een vol continu proces en zijn dus van jou afhankelijk mocht er iets mis gaan. Dat is een hele verantwoordelijkheid. Gelukkig kan je altijd terugvallen op je collega’s mocht dat nodig zijn en zorgen wij voor voldoende opleidingsmogelijkheden om je verder te specialiseren. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Iedere dag rij je met jouw auto naar een andere klant om een storing te verhelpen of juist onderhoud uit te voeren. Wij nemen je mee in de week van de Service Technicus die op dit moment een storingsdienst draait.
Vrijdag aan het einde van de dag ontvang je de storingskoffer:
- zaterdag: geen oproep gehad
- zondag: er is een storing bij een klant om 19:30 uur. Je rijdt naar de klant, analyseert en verhelpt de storing. Je stelt een storingsrapport op en adviseert de klant hoe hij de volgende keer een storing als deze kan voorkomen. Je rijdt weer naar huis en laat een tevreden klant achter
- maandag: je bent ingedeeld bij een onderhoudsklus bij een van onze klanten, je ziet in je planning waar je heen moet en bij wie je je moet melden
- dinsdag: je gaat op bezoek bij een andere klant om een inspectie uit te voeren. Je stelt het rapport op en bespreekt dit met de klant. Als het kan bereid je het werk uit inspectie zelf voor en voer je het dezelfde dag nog uit
- woensdag: je bent in de nacht dinsdag op woensdag opgeroepen om een storing op te lossen. Je hebt natuurlijk je rustperiode van 8 uur dus je start vandaag om 10:00 uur op kantoor. Samen met de coördinator worden je werkzaamheden aangepast aan je rooster
- donderdag: er is een fabrieksstop, dat betekent tijddruk! Je voert hier vandaag werkzaamheden conform planning uit. De dag eindigt als de fabriek weer in bedrijf is
- vrijdag: je springt bij voor een collega die voor het weekend zijn klus afgerond moet hebben. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de werkzaamheden tijdig zijn afgerond.
Je draagt de storingskoffer over aan je collega aangezien hij de dienst overneemt voor de komende week. Hierbij vind er een overdracht plaats van de storingen van afgelopen week. Voor aankomende week houd je rekening met een NEN3140 training.
Het ideale plaatje voor ons is dat jij als Service Technicus de expertise en ervaring hebt om complexe storingen zelfstandig en op een efficiënte manier op te lossen en dat de klant hier zo min mogelijk last van heeft. Hetzelfde geld voor het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en inspecties. Hoe beter jij de werkzaamheden voorbereid, hoe beter de uitvoering gaat. Daarnaast zien onze klanten graag dat je meedenkt en slimme ideeën aandraagt. Bijvoorbeeld, hoe voorkomen we dat de storing nogmaals optreedt?

Senior Beheertechnicus Elektrotechniek
Als Senior beheertechnicus Elektrotechniek bij Equans ben je werkzaam op de industriële productielocaties van onze klanten. Op deze locatie is Equans verantwoordelijk voor de levering van utilities zoals 10kv 400v en 230v, koeling, perslucht, proceswater, stoom en waterzuivering. In dit geval zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die invulling gaat geven aan de rol van Senior Beheertechnicus met specialisme E. Binnen deze rol ben je werkverantwoordelijk voor Hoog – en laagspanning en het beheer van de overige utilities die we als Equans opwekken.
Dit ga je doen als Senior Beheertechnicus
In jouw functie ben je voor 70% van je tijd verantwoordelijk voor het technische beheer van de utilities zodat deze op een veilige en efficiënte wijze draaien. Jij kent als geen ander de assets die de utilities opwekken. Tijdens je wekelijkse rondgang met behulp van een checklist kijk, ruik, luister en voel je de techniek en bepaal je welke stappen nodig zijn om de assets optimaal te laten draaien. De overige 30% besteed je aan preventief onderhoud en/of het oplossen van storingen. Hierbij zorg je uiteraard voor een veilige werkplek voor jezelf en voor anderen. De installaties dienen te voldoen aan de geldende wet- & regelgeving van de NEN3140/3840. De keuringen voer je zelf uit of beleg je bij derden. Dagelijks controleer je of alles goed werkt en verhelp je afwijkingen. Een gedegen storingsanalyse helpt om te leren en fouten in de toekomst te voorkomen. Is er materiaal of inzet van derden benodigd, dan zorg je voor een tijdige inkoop hiervan. We blijven continu zoeken hoe we ons werk beter en/of slimmer kunnen uitvoeren. Goede ideeën werk je uit in een verbetervoorstel of beoordeel je vanuit je technische expertise op haalbaarheid. Als er projecten of modificaties worden uitgevoerd, dan word je gevraagd om hier een rol in te spelen. Zo blijf je goed op de hoogte van wat er binnen jouw locatie(s) gebeurt. Indien nodig spring je bij op andere klantlocaties om je collega’s te helpen. Zo borgen we kennisdeling en -ontwikkeling. Als Beheertechnicus sta je in voor je vak en ontzorg je de klant door te werken aan de technische en operationele integriteit van de installaties. Je kan goed tegen de druk die daarbij komt kijken en onderhoud met regelmaat contact met de opdrachtgever.

Notre agence Services recherche un Technicien sureté H/F rattaché à un Responsable Technique, itinérant sur nos sites clients en IDF (centres commerciaux Westfield). Vous conserverez une autonomie importante sur votre poste ce qui vous permettra de maîtriser l’ensemble du cycle métier sur des installations SSI et CFA (contrôle d’accès, intrusion, vidéosurveillance, interphonie, sonorisation).
A ce titre, vos principales missions consistent à :
- Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative des systèmes de sécurité incendie et en courant faible, pour assurer une continuité de fonctionnement des sites et de leurs activités.
- Être positionné comme un expert dans le suivi technique en SSI afin de diagnostiquer finement les pannes, de suivre le planning des maintenances, et de garantir la conformité des installations électriques.
- Être directement impliqué et responsabilisé auprès de notre client en réalisant les consignations et déconsignations des installations, en effectuant la traçabilité des interventions, en proposant des actions visant à améliorer notre qualité de service.

Profil recherché :
Vous disposez d’une première expérience minimum de 3 ans en tant que Technicien de maintenance SSI et CFA dans le Tertiaire
Vous connaissez différentes marques de matériel (ESSER, FINSECUR, CHUBB...).
Vous avez une connaissance technique des SSI et en courant faible.
Vous êtes doté d’un bon relationnel et d’un fort sens du service, et vous savez vous adapter avec aisance à des situations et des interlocuteurs variés.
Vous êtes à l’aise avec aisance l’environnement numérique et informatique.
Une formation CNPP est un plus.

Dans le strict respect des règles de santé / sécurité, et sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe vous vous réaliserez des travaux de construction ou d'extension de réseaux éléctriques aériens ou sousterrain (chantiers de lotissements, de gaz, d'électrification rurale et d'éclairage public).
Au quotidien, vous serez en charge de :
- Préparer et organiser l’exécution du chantier dans les règles de l’art
- Réaliser les branchements aériens
- Assurer la réalisation du chantier dans le respect des délais
- Appliquer les règles de sécurité

Rattaché(e) au Chargé d’Affaire, vous serez en charge de la réalisation des travaux réseaux d’eau potable et d’assainissement.
A ce titre vos missions, dans le plus strict respect des règles de santé et sécurité, sont les suivantes :
- Organiser les postes de travail de l’équipe
- Suivre les travaux
- Participer à la réalisation des travaux
- Respecter les engagements en terme de planification
- Respect des règles de sécurité et l'application des procédures internes.
Vous apportez une grande attention au respect des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers qui vous sont confiés et veillez à la bonne application de ces règles par les collaborateurs sous votre responsabilité (port des équipements de protection individuelle, balisage de chantiers, présence au quart d'heure sécurité...).

Tu es intéressé(e) par les procédés industriels et souhaites être référent(e) dans votre domaine ? Ne cherche plus, ce poste est fait pour toi !
Ce que tu feras :
- Être responsable de la prestation procédé sur le plan technique d'un projet (vérification des bilans matière et thermique, schémas divers, notes de calcul, spécifications d'équipements...),
- Superviser les modélisations, sous logiciels métier type ASPENPLUS® ou HYSYS®.
- Vérifier le respect des standards procédés en vigueur et des procédures qualité.
- Encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs procédés sur un ou plusieurs projets.
- Participer et animer les revues et réunions.
- Rédiger les notes techniques.
- Participer aux consultations d'équipements et rencontres avec les fournisseurs.
- Prendre en charge toute l'administration du travail de l'équipe procédés sur un projet (évaluation de l'avancement et du planning, suivi du contrat).
- Coordiner avec les spécialistes métiers.
Ce que nous recherchons :
Formation : Diplôme Bac+5 en école d'ingénieur type génie des procédés industriels.
Expérience : Une expérience réussie de 7 ans sur un poste similaire acquise idéalement en ingénierie. Tu as des compétences en génie chimique : bilans (matière, énergie, utilités, effluents), schémas (PFD, PID), design et spécification d'équipements, design de piping et de soupapes. La connaissance du domaine de la chimie fine serait un plus.
