Au 04/10/2022, Equans est venue compléter les 5 autres métiers du groupe Bouygues (Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, COLAS, TF1 et Bouygues Telecom).

Vous rejoindrez notre agence Equans Maintenance Pays de la Loire, chargée d'assurer la maintenance d’installations en génie climatique et multitechniques dans les domaines du tertiaire, de la santé et de l’industrie.

Dans le cadre de ce stage, vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable d'étude CVC

Séquence de découverte du métier de chef de chantier en CVC (analyse documents techniques, observation des interventions sur réseaux) et de la structure autour (cellule de chiffrage, de suivi de projet)

Votre Profil :

VOTRE JOB

Rattaché(e) au Chef de Centre, vous réaliserez les transports du matériel sur nos différents chantiers.

Vos missions, dans le plus strict respect des règles de santé et sécurité,  sont les suivantes :

  • Conduite de camions SPL pour le transport de matériaux de construction.
  • Chargement et déchargement des matériaux.
  • Entretien courant du véhicule.
  • Respect des règles de sécurité et de la réglementation routière.
  • Vérification de l'état du véhicule et des équipements.
  • Respecter les engagements en terme de planification
  • Respect des règles de sécurité et l'application des procédures internes.

Vous apportez une grande attention au respect des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers et veillez à la bonne application de ces règles du groupe (port des équipements de protection individuelle, balisage de chantiers, présence au quart d'heure sécurité...). Le code de la sécurité routière est également à respecter le plus strictement.

Senior Legal Counsel


EQUANS is looking for a Legal counsel to join our team in bevis marks London on a permanent basis. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

Equans UK&I has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel within its Places and Communities  (“P&C”) division. P&C is a division of Equans UK&I which offers refurbishment housing services to a broad range of public and private sector clients; and sustainable energy management.  This role reports directly into the Head of Legal for the P&C division. You will also work closely with the P&C legal and business teams especially business development, commercial and senior management and externally with counterparty legal advisers, Equans UK&I’s external legal advisers, contract counterparties and customers. You will be required to provide timely, high quality, practical and commercially focused legal advice, balancing legal risk with the commercial needs of the business.

What will you deliver? 

 

  • Providing commercially focused legal advice on a broad range of projects ensuring compliance with applicable law.
  • Reviewing, negotiating and/or drafting agreements and conducting contract negotiations with project counterparties primarily for construction, refurbishment and related services.
  • Supporting on commercial and contractual matters for tenders, projects, variations and on-going contractual and operational matters.
  • Assisting on the governance of transactions at local and Equans’ group level.
  • Working closely with colleagues throughout the Equans’ group and with customers.
  • Managing external legal resource as required.
  • Assisting in developing and delivering training on legal matters for colleagues across the Equans’ business.

Who are we looking for? 

Essential: Experience, Knowledge, Personal Specification and Qualifications

 

  • UK (or common law equivalent) qualified solicitor or barrister with ideally 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience.  We will be flexible depending on the quality of experience.
  • Experience in both private practice and in-house roles preferred but not essential
  • We will be flexible depending on the quality of experience
  • Understanding of the contractual framework surrounding construction projects within the UK construction market including experience of negotiating and agreements based on industry standard forms in particular the JCT suite of contracts and NEC.
  • Experience of public procurement preferred.

Wil jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor het managen van verschillende prestatiecontracten waarbij je komt te werken in een hecht team? Wij zoeken een contractmanager voor verschillende onderhoudscontracten in Noord-Holland met als standplaats Zaandam. Grijp jouw kansen bij Equans.

Dit ga je doen als Projectleider Prestatiecontracten

In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de algehele aansturing van de prestatiegerichte beheer- en onderhoudscontracten. De verplichtingen, risico's en aansprakelijkheden bij contracten stem je af, leg je vast en beheer je. Je analyseert samen met je team hoe het assetmanagement het beste ingericht kan worden waarbij de optimale balans wordt gezocht tussen beschikbaarheid, risico’s en kosten. Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf. Dus ook bij het:

  • zorgen voor de opvolging van verschillende contracten die zijn overeengekomen met opdrachtgevers (voornamelijk Rijkswaterstaat, provincie en gemeente)

Business Development Director

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Director to support and grow our decarbonisation consulting business.

Our Carbon Shift consulting business is focussed on the delivery of realisable climate action and net zero plans and is supported by delivery capability in heat decarbonisation, regeneration, Facilities Management, Project delivery, EV’s, smart buildings and renewables. Carbon Shift has developed a strong expertise and client base around net zero and energy transition and is now moving expand this offer into offering solutions to the broader climate adaptation and resilience challenge.

Key activities

The BDD will be accountable for working with the Carbon Shift MD and wider team to develop a targeted sales plan that addresses the needs of targeted internal and external customers. This will require collaborative shaping of the offer to align with delivery and should include markets, channels proposition development. The role will require:

  • Active engagement in field sales with the existing customer base to communicate and close CS services as a supporting offer in new and existing contracts.
  • Engagement with account management staff and the wider sales team to promote and enable access to ECS services.
  • Development and execution of an external campaign for targeted market segments with new customers. This is the priority area of growth.
  • Leading the development and closure of proposals and presentations for independent consulting work and account support to major contracts with respect to the core FM and projects offer
  • Liaising with the heads of consulting groups to develop specific offers that align with client needs
  • Managing a sales pipeline for the consulting business and co-ordinating this with operational consulting teams, to include prospecting, pipeline and Firm Order.
  • Presenting to broader management teams and creating a network with other sales professionals in the UK and globally.
  • Ensuring that any further delivery opportunity is transitioned into pipeline for the wider business (e.g. capital project delivery)
  • Achieve growth with existing customers and those forming part of secured orderbook in line with Medium Term Plan (MTP)/ Business Plan
  • Lead bids to contract close and ensuring effective handovers to operational teams so that contracts successfully realise or exceed the profitability forecast at the bid stage
  • Lead opportunities through internal Governance, ensuring compliance with all governance processes at all times
  • Lead customer/ client engagement throughout the proposal period with support from subject matter experts
  • Provide information and updates to internal reporting processes, including the Customer Relationship Management (salesforce) system, as required so that the Executive teams are regularly informed on bid progress, solution development and our competitive positioning

Skills, qualifications & experience

  • Knowledge and evidenced experience of Sales pursuit, Bid development and Marketing processes, challenging the status quo and creating a compelling vision.
  • The ability to network and create business conversations
  • Solid experience within Business Development roles in an energy/environmental advisory services context
  • Experience of both the UK public and private sector bidding environment
  • A degree in business or a technical field

Apprentice Joiner


EQUANS are recruiting for an Apprentice Joiner to be based in Oldham. This is a fixed term full-time role (36 months) working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

A person willing to learn and actively develop their knowledge, skills and experience to complete the relevant qualifications for their trade. This person will develop onsite experience through assisting and learning from Operatives and Supervisors. This will include learning about all aspects of their specific trade.

Apprentice Plumber


EQUANS are recruiting for an Apprentice Plumber to be based in Oldham. This is a fixed term full-time role (36 months) working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

A person willing to learn and actively develop their knowledge, skills and experience to complete the relevant qualifications for their trade. This person will develop onsite experience through assisting and learning from Operatives and Supervisors. This will include learning about all aspects of their specific trade.

M&E Technician


Equans is looking for an M&E Technician (Mechanical bias) to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital (NMUH) on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary banding, dependent upon qualifications and experience and benefits package. Ideally we require candidates that are Level 3 qualified.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks, including both Authorised Person (AP) and Competent Person (CP) duties, ensuring that all mechanical systems within the healthcare environment are operating safely and efficiently.

What will you deliver?

  • Carry out routine mechanical PPM on HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and other building services equipment
  • Ensure that all mechanical systems comply with regulatory standards and meet healthcare requirements
  • Perform corrective maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical systems and equipment as required
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of vital healthcare facilities
  • Diagnose and clear blockages in plumbing, drainage, and other systems that may impact the functionality of healthcare services
  • Act as an Authorised Person for specific systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and carrying out works in accordance with safe systems of work
  • Carry out CP duties across mechanical systems, ensuring that systems are safely isolated, maintained, and tested
  • Participate in an on-call rota, providing emergency support during out-of-hours periods (1 week per month)

Who are you?

  • Relevant mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role, ideally within a healthcare or critical infrastructure environment
  • Competency in mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and repair on HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and other mechanical systems
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and the ability to implement safe working practices
