Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d’Affaires et de son assistant, vos missions seront de :

Prendre en charge la responsabilité des contrats de maintenance préventive et corrective des installations de chauffage, traitement d’air et climatisation de nos clients sur des sites tertiaires (data centers, hôpitaux, laboratoires, cinema). 

 Maintenir et développer la relation client en apportant votre conseil en tant qu'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e)

 Être garant du respect des planning de maintenance

 Renseigner l'outil de GMAO

Participer au chiffrage des travaux d'amélioration (relevés, demande de prix)

 Appliquer et améliorer les dispositifs et principes de sécurité

Participer au service d'astreinte
 Votre profil ?Issu(e) d’une formation technique en génie climatique, vous avez une expérience confirmée d’au moins 8 ans en tant que technicien de maintenance CVC.Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et faites preuve d’organisation pour gérer vos interventions selon les priorités du planning. Au sein du Bureau d’Etudes de la Société et au service des équipes techniques, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Suivi de configuration des navires : rédaction des dossiers d’évolution et de modernisation des navires. Encadrement des études de dimensionnement associées.
  • Architecture navale : Suivi de l’état structurel du navire et préconisations de réparations selon réglementation applicable, suivi de la stabilité et des bilans des grands équilibres.
  • Accompagnement des équipes techniques sur le terrain lors du déroulement à bord des opérations découlant des sujets d’ingénierie : déploiement d’évolution, expériences de stabilité, inspection visuelle des structures etc.
  • Gestion relation client en interne et en externe,
  • Participation aux réponses aux appels d’offres.

Votre profil :

Ingénieur de formation Bac +5 (ENSTA, SeaTech, etc.) avec spécialisation dans le domaine naval, profil expérimenté (5 ans minimum). Une formation d’architecture navale avec une première expérience terrain dans le suivi de réparation de coque sous réglementation BV serait un plus.

Le poste de Chef de chantier consiste principalement à assurer la préparation, la réalisation et la réception d’arrêt technique de navires dont nous avons la charge.

Pour atteindre vos objectifs :

-  Vous assurez l’assistance technique des équipages en relation avec les spécialistes.

- Vous préparez, supervisez et assurez la réception technique et documentaire des arrêts techniques.

- Vous initiez et validez les approvisionnements réalisés par le service achats.

- Vous coordonnez les prestations liées aux travaux de sous-traitance, contrôles, essais, commandes, et réceptions et livraisons dans le respect du planning de réalisation et du budget du projet.

- Vous rédigez les comptes-rendus de réunion, de travaux et les documents de clôture d’arrêt technique.

- Vous assurez le suivi du respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité sur les sites d’exécution des prestations.

Votre profil :

De formation technique (BTS/DUT ou équivalent minimum, formation supérieure…)

  • Vous avez une expérience significative de la maîtrise de chantier dans le domaine de la réparation navale et aimez être sur le terrain.
  • De bonnes connaissances techniques multidisciplinaires sont exigées pour le poste.
  • Une connaissance de la Marine Nationale ainsi que la pratique de contrats marchés publics seraient un atout supplémentaire.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et autonome, vous disposez de qualité d’écoute, de communication et vous savez travailler en équipe.
  • Doté(e) d’un grand sens de l’adaptation, vous savez gérer les ressources et ordonnancer les travaux.
  • Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion de client et aimez être au contact de celui-ci.
  • La connaissance d’un ou plusieurs outils de GMAO et/ou ERPs serait un atout supplémentaire
  • Poste basé : GUIPAVAS (déplacements en Outre-Mer pour des durées de 4 à 8 semaines, exceptionnellement plusieurs mois).

Multiskilled Technician (Electrical Bias)


EQUANS is looking for a Multiskilled Technician (Electrical bias) on a permanent basis. This would be based in Salford working for our Tameside and Salford Hospitals contract. The shifts will include a week of working 7:00am - 15:00pm followed by working a week of working 10:00am - 18:00pm, these weeks will alternate. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview: 
Equans are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Technician – Electrical, based at Salford Royal 
Hospital, but may also infrequently be required to cover Tameside General Hospital, the Multi-Skilled Technician will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards at Salford Royal Hospital. They will provide guidance to others on site, showing technical 
expertise in Electrical systems. Ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery. The Technician will have technical knowledge in more than one skill or technology area and will form part of the out of hours on call rota. 
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week. With a week about split working pattern – Week 1 0700am – 1500pm, Week 2 1000am – 1800pm
-Ensure workload is planned, delivered to specification and agreed service requirement.
-Plan, prioritise and resource projects.
-Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H&S and environmental regulations.
-Install, maintain and repair plant equipment.
-Diagnose, fault-find, commission systems and monitor facility performance, through PPM programme, identifying any additional works required.
-Flexible working hours required.
-Administer and complete relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
-Understand and meet ongoing customer requirements, develop effective working relationships with business partners, including sub-contractors management, completing all relevant permits.
-Fair, consistent and courteous attitude in all dealings at all levels.
-Full driving licence required
-At all times maintain a smart appearance and professional manner that is representative of Equans in the workplace.
-Ability to work under pressure, take ownership of problems and deal with them to their conclusion.

Qualifications or Required Experience:. 
-Recognised electrical apprenticeship.
-18th Edition.
-Experience of working on lighting and small power circuits

Desirable Experience:
-PFI/Healthcare experience would be an advantage. But further formal training and familiarisation will be offered for the right candidate.

Multi Skilled Plumber


Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working in Partnership with Rotherham Borough Council on their repairs and maintenance contract on social housing. General Overview   

The Multi-Skilled Plumber is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing and associated systems within residential and commercial properties managed by the company. This role combines expertise in plumbing with skills in related trades such as heating systems, minor electrical work, and general maintenance tasks to ensure properties operate efficiently and safely. 

What will you deliver?

  • Conduct inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs. 
  • Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and repairing toilets. 
  • Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, fittings, and appliances according to specifications and regulatory standards. 
  • Assist with general maintenance duties as required, including carpentry, painting, as well as patch plastering as required.  
  • Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. 
  • Any other reasonable management request.

Mobile Electrician


EQUANS is looking for a Mobile Electrician to join our team in Newcastle on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:
•Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work.
•Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator. Complete supplementary documentation / E-Forms relating to the maintenance task as dictated by your line manager.
•Update customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and provide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works required.
•Ensure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. Identify and record all plant failures using quotation forms and issue to line manager. This is to be indicated and recorded within the CAFM system. 
•Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. In accordance with the delegated authority with the applicable contract or authorised by the client.
•Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
•Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessment (POWRA) prior to starting work evidencing it is safe to proceed. Note any safety concerns using the AIMS system
•Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times. 
•Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To always include the wearing of uniform and PPE.
•To operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with Equans Technical and SHEQ processes and client requirements (or approved client system).
•Undertake mandatory training and skill related training as required by the business.
•To develop a good working relationship with all members of Equans Staff, Sub-Contractors and the Client representatives.
•Ensure the professional image of Equans is always presented to Clients
•Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of Equans are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
•Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
•Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
•To attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours (call outs). Take part in the regional on-call rota.
•There will be a requirement to work out of hours to fulfil our maintenance commitments of our customers.
•Undertake regular audits of vehicle / tools to ensure they are in safe working order, including all test equipment is in date.
•Undertake a rostered turn of on call duty for OOHs cover.

Impact: 
As Equans representative and first point of contact with the Client, the importance of this role cannot be overestimated.
It is essential that all works are carried in a cost effective, timely manner, maximising revenue, where possible.

Complexity: 
•Maintenance and repair of Electrical Systems
•EV charge point fault finding / repair capabilities as diagnostic skills are an advantage
•Carry out Installation work and complete appropriate Certification.
•Operation and interrogation of BMS
•Basic knowledge in building fabric repairs

Qualifications or Required Experience: 
•A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential
•Edition 18 is essential.
•Trade qualified Electrician with at least 5-years post apprenticeship experience
•EV charging fault finding experience (preferable but not essential as training will be given)
•Legionella awareness (preferable – can provide training)
•Must have a full clean driver’s licence.
•Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential)
•MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
•First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
•Computer literate as the use of a tablet and handheld device are expected at all times.
•Good communicator within EQUANS Services, the clients, other service partners and suppliers.
•Able to deal diplomatically with the client’s demanding personnel
•Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
•Able to work as part of a team

Supervisor


EQUANS are recruiting for a Supervisor to be based in Oldham. This is a  full-time fixed term contract of up to 12 months working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of upto £41,348 and benefits package.

General Overview

The role of the Supervisor is to directly manage a team of operatives across all trades in any workstream across the contract, to ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, to a high-quality standard, with exceptional customer care. Acting as a role model for your teams and instilling the Equans culture to all colleagues.

Key Accountabilities

To take ownership and manage the various tasks carried out by the operatives ensuring they are carried out to a high standard, including but not limited to:

  • Ensure that EQUANS all safety policy and procedures are followed by you and your team, ensuring all works are carried out in a safe compliant manor across all disciplines required on the contract by both the in house and supply chain.
  • Manage effectively all working at Height carried out by your team including scaffold inspection and management.
  • Carry out face fit training for your team and ensure all records are kept up to date.
  • Record all accidents, near misses, Safety observations and HIPO’s on AIMS
  • Carry out toolbox talks on a regular basis and record attendees.
  • Manage absence in line with the policy, update HR.net and sickness tracker with all cases.
  • Carry out investigations, prepare investigation reports in line with the disciplinary policy.
  • Ensure your teams have the correct tools, equipment, and materials to carry out their work including imprest kit management in vehicles.
  • Manage your team’s productivity, including holding meetings, record actions and when necessary, implement performance improvement plans.
  • Carry out pre, post and in progress inspections (MSV) and record findings on AIMS.
  • Hold one 2 one meetings and PDR meetings with your teams
  • Ensure your team carry out all mandatory training and support any ongoing training for team members including apprentices.
  • Support recruitment of operatives including carrying out interviews, induction and ordering of tools and equipment, uniforms, and ID.
  • Manage the Annual leave for your team to avoid peaks and troughs and have a consistent workforce including Christmas and summer periods.
  • Support management of complaints
  • Manage subcontractors as required.
  • Ensure your team support the ECO rota to provide adequate cover for all shifts.
  • Any other reasonable management request
