Votre poste peut être basé sur Toulouse / Marseille / Lyon ou Paris, des déplacements ponctuels pour rencontrer nos clients seront à prévoir.
Le Marché Transport d’EQUANS offre des solutions techniques innovantes pour accompagner la digitalisation et la décarbonisation des transports urbains et ferroviaires en France et dans le monde.
Les expertises du marché transport sont : la catenaire, la signalisation ferroviaire, la ventilation des tunnels, les systèmes intelligents d’aide à l’exploitation et information voyageurs, les solutions de connectivité on board (wifi).
Nos expertises sont rassemblées dans 7 filiales comptant 2700 salariés: INEO Sclé Ferroviaire, Powerlines, INEO UTS, Axima Tunnel, INEO SYSTRANS, et Icomera.
Nous vous proposons de rejoindre INEO SCLE FERROVIAIRE, notre filiale française est spécialisée dans la réalisation et la maintenance des installations caténaires, lignes aériennes de contact et équipements de signalisation ferroviaire pour les systèmes de transport urbain et interurbain (chemin de fer, tramway).
Nous intervenons depuis la phase études de réalisation jusqu’à celle de l’installation sur site sur des projets en France ou à l’international dans le cadre de grands projets d’infrastructure mobilisant d’autres expertises du marché Transport d’EQUANS France.
Votre challenge à nos côtés :
Vous participerez à nos différents projets d’études de signalisation pour la France mais aussi pour l’étranger. Vous aurez pour principales missions :
- La gestion de la réalisation des études de signalisation ferroviaire (études d’exécution, études de plans techniques, études de dimensionnement, sur des projets d’envergures et innovant (ARGOS),
- La supervision de l’élaboration des études de vos collaborateurs tout en faisant des remontées au responsable BE (Coordination des budgets, des plannings),
- La réalisation des contrôles nécessaires et prévus tout au long de l’exécution des études (respect des règles de l’art et des documents techniques, responsabilité de la qualité des études produites, respect des référentiels de signalisation ferroviaire, contrôle interne),
- L’ élaboration des plannings de réalisation en veillant au respect des délais et des exigences contractuelles,
- Le management d’une équipe de techniciens et ingénieurs d’études (animation des différentes réunions de projets, réunion de planification).

Vous intégrerez le pôle IT d’EQUANS Digital : 460 collaborateurs – 108M€ de chiffre d’affaires
Plus particulièrement, vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur de l’Agence qui vous accompagnera et encadrera dans vos missions.
Au sein d’une agence de 35 collaborateurs réalisant 12M€ de chiffres d’affaires, vous serez en charge du développement commercial de notre offre de services sur votre secteur géographique (Hauts-de-France et Champagne-Ardenne), en collaboration étroite avec les équipes opérationnelles.
Notre offre comprend des projets de conception, d’installation et de maintenance autour des technologies suivantes : infrastructures, réseaux, connectivité, communications unifiées et travail collaboratif.
Nos principaux clients appartiennent aux secteurs de l’industrie, du public et du tertiaire.
Vos Missions :
- Développement commercial : Vous serez chargé(e) de développer et d’enrichir le portefeuille client d'Equans Digital sur votre territoire, en mettant en place des actions commerciales ciblées et en favorisant la croissance de l’entreprise.
- Prospection et conquête de nouveaux clients : Vous élaborerez et mettrez en œuvre un plan d’action visant à attirer de nouveaux prospects, promouvoir nos solutions et alimenter votre pipeline commercial.
- Gestion des appels d’offres : En collaboration avec l’équipe Avant-Vente, vous participerez à la préparation des réponses aux appels d’offres, en assurant la qualité des propositions et leur adéquation avec la stratégie commerciale. Vous serez également responsable de l’élaboration des offres techniques, financières et commerciales, ainsi que de l’analyse des risques associés aux projets.
- Négociation et conclusion des contrats : Vous interviendrez dans les négociations commerciales et contractuelles, en veillant à garantir des marges et des conditions favorables tout en respectant la faisabilité des projets. Vous assurerez également un suivi rigoureux de votre activité à travers les outils dédiés.
- Rentabilité et suivi des projets : Vous veillerez à la rentabilité de vos offres et à leur cohérence avec la stratégie globale de l’entreprise. Vous assurerez un suivi constant des projets pour garantir leur bonne exécution.
- Représentation de la marque : Vous représenterez Equans Digital lors des salons et événements clients, contribuant à la visibilité et à l'image de marque de l’entreprise.
Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer régulièrement pour rencontrer vos clients.
Le permis B vous sera donc requis pour certains de ces déplacements.
Votre Profil :
Vous avez 8 ans minimum d'expérience dans le commerce de projets d’intégration IT / Telecom sur les marchés publics et industriels.
Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des technologies de Communications Unifiées, Infrastructures réseaux et IT.
Sur vos secteurs géographiques, votre réseau de donneurs d’ordre, combiné à votre expérience du commerce IT, vous permet de contribuer rapidement au développement de votre pôle.

Vous êtes affecté sur l’un de nos contrats de maintenance des moyens de communication obtenus sur le CEA de Marcoule.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Préparation interventions /Documents /Suivi :
ü Prendre en compte dans la GMAO des OT « Ordres de Travaux » ;
ü Préparer les dossiers d’intervention pour affectation aux intervenants ;
ü Préparer les autorisations de travail pour les activités prévues pour les intervenants qu’il pilote et pour nos sous-traitants ;
ü Vérifier que les documents d’interventions soient prêts.
ü Faire le suivi, la traçabilité et repporting des activités qu’il pilote ;
ü Participer à l’établissement des bilans d’activité mensuel et annuels ;
ü Déclencher les demandes d’achats de matériel nécessaires;
ü Être force de propositions d’amélioration et évolutions documentaires ou techniques ;
ü Veiller à la réalisation qualitative et quantitatives des OT dont il a la charge ;
ü Participe au suivi des indicateurs de maintenance et en fait l’analyse ;
ü Mettre à jour des Modes opératoires de maintenance ou autres documents techniques du contrat ;
ü Rédiger les modes opératoires de maintenance ;
ü Peut participer aux interventions dans ses domaines de compétences si besoin.
ü Echanger et informer notre client des activités en cours ;
ü Préparer les devis de prestations complémentaires ;
Sous-traitance :
ü S’assurer que les sous-traitants soient opérationnels pour intervenir (formalité d’accès, formations, agréments ou habilitations, PDP, etc…) ;
ü S’assurer que les OT d’intervention et autorisations de travaux soient prêtes pour intervenir ;
GMAO :
ü Faire les extractions d’OT, afin de préparer les affectations, plan de charge et planification.
ü Surveiller les dates limites et échéances des différents OT et signaler les points critiques au Responsable Opérationnel ;
ü Saisir les CRI dans la GMAO et détecter les REX à mettre en œuvre ;
Vous supervisez les équipes affectées sur le contrat de maintenance , en terme de charge, qualité d’exécution et au respect des règles de sécurité en vigueur de nos activités.
Votre profil ?
De niveau BAC+2 en électricité, ou avec une expérience sur un poste similaire.
Vous maîtrisez bien le pack Office.
De nature autonome et rigoureuse, doté (e) d’une facilité relationnelle, avec un goût certain pour le terrain, vous êtes dynamique , réactif(ve) , orienté(e) sur la satisfaction client et êtes force de propositions d’amélioration.
Une expérience dans la filière Nucléaire serait un plus.

- Ensure customer concerns and complaints are managed efficiently and provide resolution.
- Leveraging the current customer network, identify potential sales opportunities via the provision of cost-effective solutions for repairs replacements and upgrades.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and processes to achieve high-quality business delivery objectives and outcomes to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Technical qualifications and experience
- Relevant Trade Qualifications.
- Ability to obtain an electrical registration (EST) required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with
- Proven experience in the commercial and industrial service, maintenance and installation of equipment within the refrigeration and building services industry.
- Demonstrated experience with controls and building management systems.
- Experience working with Transcritical CO2 systems is an advantage, however will be provided where required.
- Excellent ability to build effective relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly relate with clients and peers.
- Current clean NZ drivers’ licence, or the ability to obtain one.

Equans is looking for multiple FLT Driver and Waste Operative to join our team in Coca-Cola, DA14 5DF on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 42.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £31,161.00 per annum and benefits package.

Monday-Friday 11:00-19:00
1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 3 Sundays 07:00-15:00
What will you deliver?
- Responsible for all basic Health and Safety rules, FLT pre -inspection checks and Balers pre – inspection checks.
- Reporting any near miss, incident, and accident.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Operating plastic and cardboard balers.
- Collecting waste from various waste stations in the CCEP factory.
- Processing waste and correctly segregating waste.
- Correctly storing waste in the designated holding areas and keeping the area tidy.
- Transporting Staff drinks from the Process yard to the Dusmo.
- Keeping the FLT track clean.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to our client.

Kitchen Assistant
EQUANS are recruiting for a Cook and Kitchen Assistant to be based in ST David's Hospital, Cardiff, CF11 9XB. This is a permanent part time role working 30 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £17,846.40 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Equans is looking for a Part time Morning Cleaner to join our team in Wrexham County Court , The Law Courts, LL12 7BP on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.
