Dit ga je doen als Manager Cost Engineering & Sales Support
Je stuurt het team aan, dat momenteel bestaat uit drie medewerkers sales support en vijf cost engineers. Daarnaast ben jij zelf verantwoordelijk voor de grotere aanbiedingen die wij uitbrengen. Het team is een belangrijke schakel in het voortraject van nieuwe projecten en contracten van Equans. Jullie invloed is van onschatbare waarde voor het bedrijf, want jullie hebben een directe impact op het bedrijfsresultaat. Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf dus ook bij het:
- samenwerken met de tendermanagers en het onderhouden van de contacten met onze partners in de markt
- onderhouden van korte lijnen met andere afdelingshoofden zoals: projectmanagement, engineering, industriële automatisering en procurement
- opstellen van calculaties, kostramingen en offertes die perfect aansluiten bij de wensen en eisen van de klant
- de juist balans vinden tussen functionaliteit en prijs
- klantvragen- en eisen vertalen naar een (technische) oplossing
- nacalculaties uitvoeren en verzorgen van functionele specificaties voor toeleveranciers
- aansturen van het uitbrengen van de winnende aanbiedingen
- aansturen van jouw team
Jouw werkomgeving
De afdeling commercie is de afdeling die verantwoordelijk is voor de verwerving van nieuwe opdrachten voor de business unit Infra en de business unit Duurzame Energie & Netten, welke twee operationele business units zijn van Infra & Energie.
Bij Infra & Energie maken wij infrastructuur voor mobiliteit en energie slimmer, veiliger en duurzamer. Deze infrastructuur maken wij niet alleen functioneel, wij voegen ook intelligentie toe en maken netwerken integraal toepasbaar. Dat doen wij onder andere voor zon- en windparken, duurzame mobiliteit, tunnels, bruggen, sluizen, wegen en waterkeringen, bediencentrales en smart corridors. Naast ontwerp en realisatie van projecten, nemen wij ook graag het onderhoud en beheer uit handen.
Infra & Energie opereert landelijk, met twee grote vestigingen in Dordrecht en Zaandam en twee kleinere vestigingen in Goes en Arnhem.

L’enjeu principal est de piloter les sujets liés à SAP (à la fois sur les volets techniques et applicatifs) dans le respect des niveaux de qualité / coût / délai attendus par EQUANS France.
Missions :
- Le/la Lead SAP pilote la mise en place d'une Tierce Maintenance Applicative (TMA) sur l'ensemble des modules fonctionnels de SAP.
- Le/la Lead SAP assure et coordonne les services techniques sur SAP délivrés par la ligne de service ERP, comprenant l’administration et l’exploitation des environnements sur SAP RISE.
- Il/elle pilote le projet d'optimisation des environnements applicatifs et le projet d'archivage des données dans une optique de réduction de la taille de la base de données.
- Il/elle pilote les prestataires externes, au travers d’instances de suivi organisées à fréquence régulière et sur la base de SLA qu’il/elle définit et dont il/elle s’assure du bon respect. Il/elle assure la relation contractuelle.
- Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les business analysts, en charge des domaines fonctionnels, qui identifient les besoins de correction et d’évolution sur SAP. Il/elle mesure leur satisfaction vis-à-vis des services rendus et définit les plans d’action associés.

Dit ga je doen als Operationeel Teamleider Engineering
- vertalen van strategische koers in operationeel plan en zorgen voor realisatie daarvan
- dag dagelijkse operationele aansturing van de engineeringafdeling
- optimale inrichting van afdeling in termen van bezetting en ervaring en expertise
- coördinatie van projecten en tenders met andere de discipline supervisors
- beheren van budgetten en planningen van lopende projecten en hierop proactief op sturen
- bent verantwoordelijk voor de functionering en beoordelingsgesprekken van de 6-8 medewerkers die aan jou rapporteren
- opstellen van de maandelijkse managementrapportages Engineering

- begeleiden en leiden van tenders, als verantwoordelijk medewerker, of als Tendermanager

We zoeken een ervaren operationeel manager die zich in het volgende herkent:
- je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals chemische technologie, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, of vergelijkbaar
- je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in het managen en coördineren van technische projecten.
- je bent communicatief sterk en weet hoe je duidelijke instructies geeft, constructieve feedback deelt en effectief onderhandelt
- met jouw analytische blik los je moeiteloos complexe problemen op
- heb je ervaring met contractmanagement? Dat is een grote plus! (Specifieke kennis van UAV-Gc is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must)
- je weet hoe je moet presteren onder druk, houdt overzicht bij meerdere projecten tegelijk en stelt de juiste prioriteiten
- zowel het Nederlands als het Engels beheers je goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Role summary
The role will involve reporting to the Business Director of Embedded Energy, the Compliance and Operations Support Manager shall provide Operations, Maintenance and Technical Compliance support and advice to the Embedded Energy Sites and regional support teams, to achieve business requirements. Description du Poste :
Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’activités Électricité, Instrumentation et Automatisme, vous mettrez en application vos compétences techniques et humaines pour contribuer à la réussite des projets de l’entreprise.
En tant que Projeteur Instrumentation, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Élaborer des schémas d'instrumentation et de câblage (P&ID, loop diagrams, etc.)
- Concevoir et dimensionner les installations d'instrumentation.
- Sélectionner les instruments adaptés aux exigences des projets.
- Rédiger des spécifications techniques et des cahiers des charges .
- Superviser la réalisation des études et la mise en œuvre sur site.
- Assurer la coordination technique avec les autres disciplines (électricité, mécanique, automatisme) .
- Participer aux réunions de projet et aux revues techniques ️.
- Effectuer des suivis et des contrôles qualité des travaux réalisés.
- Gérer les plannings et les budgets associés aux projets d'instrumentation .

Profil Recherché :
- Diplôme en instrumentation, électrotechnique, ou domaine connexe (BTS CIRA, DUT Mesure Physique, ou Ingénieur en instrumentation) .
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Projeteur Instrumentation en Ingénierie ou Bureau d’Études industriel.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de CAO/DAO (AutoCAD, See Electrical, EPLAN) .
- Connaissances solides en normes et réglementations liées à l'instrumentation industrielle .
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et des schémas techniques .
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens du détail.
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe .
- Maîtrise de l'anglais technique est fortement souhaitée.
