 Responsable Contrat Multitechnique - 92 (H/F)

Au sein de la Direction Ile-de-France, nous assurons la maintenance multi technique de Site de 90 000 m² doté de nombreuses installations techniques.

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recherchons un.e Responsable Contrat Multitechnique.

Rattaché∙e au Responsable d’affaires, vous pilotez une équipe composée de  1 adjoint, 2 chefs d’équipe, 1 dispatcher et de 11 techniciens et assurez l’exploitation et la gestion d’un contrat multi technique pour un client Industriel.

Votre rôle :

- Assurer la planification des interventions de maintenance préventive et curative,

- Chiffrer les travaux et les prestations supplémentaires aux contrats,

- Négocier avec les sous-traitants, piloter leur activité et réceptionner les travaux,

- Gérer la relation client, être l’interlocuteur de référence,

- Transmettre les éléments financiers liés à l’exploitation (devis, commandes, etc.),

- Réaliser les tableaux de bord / indicateurs de votre périmètre et établissement de reporting à destination du client,

- Réaliser les RMA, RME

- Maintenir un lien constant avec nos clients veiller à leur bonne satisfaction, tout en contribuant au développement de nouveaux chantiers,

 - Être garant du respect des règles QHSE (Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) et de l’exécution des procédures par vos sous-traitants,

 - Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des méthodes et processus existants au sein de la Direction, et participer aux projets transverses de l’entreprise.

Vous réalisez ces missions dans le respect de la politique Santé-Sécurité-Environnement du groupe Equans.

De formation technique, Vous avez de bonnes compétences techniques sur la plupart des lots techniques principaux (CVC, plomberie, process, fluides spéciaux, CFO, CFA, GTB, SSI).

Vous avez une expérience dans le domaine de la maintenance multi technique et idéalement dans des environnements techniques complexes : industriels, R&D…

Vous avez le sens des priorités et de la satisfaction client.

Dans le cadre de son développement, INEO DEFENSE recherche son Responsable d'Activités - Infrastructures Fixes H/F.

En charge de l’activité « Infrastructures fixes » - Ouvrages techniques, abris faradisés, servitudes critiques (CFO/CFA, CVC, CADIVS, Activités de 2nd œuvre), le/la Responsable d’Activité a pour mission générale la satisfaction des clients et la tenue des objectifs opérationnels (Qualité / Coûts / Délais) et financiers (P&L) des projets de l’activité. Il/elle porte le développement et pérénise l'activité confiée

L’activité « Infrastructures fixes » est une composante de la business line « Communications, Renseignement et Infrastructures Critiques », elle assure la maitrise d’œuvre des offres et projets en intégrant la gestion du P&L (environ 15-18 M€ de CA annuel) et de la relation Client. Les ressources techniques d’ingénierie (Direction technique) et de proximité (Direction industrielle) contribuent en transverse à la réalisation des offres et projets avec un engagement de maitrise des coûts, des délais et de la qualité en lien avec les engagements contractuels. Avec une répartition équilibrée, nos clients sont étatiques (MinArm principalement dont DGA, SID/ESID – DC/DL DIRISI) et industriels (THALES LAS-SIX, AIRBUS DS, MBDA, SAFRAN,…).

Le/La Responsable d’Activité assure :

·         Le management hiérarchique des Responsables d’Affaires (Chef de projet) et ressources de son activité (gestion RH générale),

·         Le suivi des KPI des projets (Tenue des jalons contractuels, évolution des P&L et du portefeuille des R&O). Acteur facilitant des relations entre son activité et les centres de compétence (ressources techniques) et services en support (Achat, QSE, Finance, …) en assurant les actions d’arbitrage si nécessaire,

·         La gestion du P&L de son activité et l’élaboration du Plan à Moyen Terme (PMT) permettant de projeter l’activité dans le futur en définissant et supervisant les plans d’action pour le développement du compte de résultat,

·         Les actions de foisonnement permettant de développer la prise de commandes et de contribuer à la pérennisation de l’activité en lien avec la Direction commerciale et marketing,

·         La supervision des contrats et de la relation client en lien avec les filières de contract management et du juridique

·         La réalisation des démarches de prévention et de sécurité des personnels (causerie sécurité, visite de prévention, …).

Contribution à l’amélioration de la performance opérationnelle (RETEX) de la Business Line (BL). Participation à des projets internes en transverse (ouverture).

Diplômé d'un Bac+5, vous vous appuyez sur une solide expérience dans le domaine de la construction d’ouvrages/solutions pour des Industries complexes (idéalement celle de la Défense). Vos expériences vous ont permis d'acquérir des compétences dans les domaines suivants :

Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our project management team in Nivelles in the newly created Carbon Shift organization.

In this role you support the Project Manager in all administrative supporting tasks to achieve the project execution within time and budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

You collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and make sure all supporting activities are performed within contractual commitments (progress reports, invoicing and payments, purchasing follow up,…). What do you need to excel in this function?

  • bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

  • experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage
  • proficiency in project management software tools (MS Projects)
  • strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with strong time-management skills
  • demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to a team
  • ability to adjust to changing priorities, project requirements, and timelines

Part time Morning Cleaner


Equans is looking for a part time Morning Cleaner to join our team in Swindon Magistrates Court, Princes Street, Swindon, SN1 2JB on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.

These checks typically include:

Payroll Team Lead


EQUANS is looking for a Payroll Team Lead to join our team based in Quorum Business Park on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Payroll, Pension and Benefit administration activities across the UK, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with current UK legislation.  This role will engage with employees, line managers and HR Operational leads to ensure a quality and timely service delivery.

What will you deliver? 

  • Drive excellence in service delivery, ensuring that the team completes activity in line with statutory or agreed Equans processes.
  • Co-ordinate all audit activity for own work teams, with timely monthly sign off.
  • Lead business process mapping, process transformation and improvement sessions with their team and implements improvements in liaison with the Payroll Manager and other key members of the HR Operations Team as appropriate.
  • Improve and maintains process documemntation and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose taking into consideration feedback from stakeholders.
  • Motivate, manage, lead and coaches the team to deliver service excellence against key performance indicators and challenging metrics.
  • Coach members of the team in their activities to support their individual development, provide feedback on areas for improvement, and also provide ‘hands-on’ support where required.
  • Manage a clear plan of monthly and annual activity for the team to understand peak periods. 
  • Develop strong working relationships with the Shared Service Centre Leadership Team and other team leaders to provide a seamless service to those outside of Shared Services.
  • Work closely with the SAP technical teams to help to analyse any system build requirements and also to verify any data loaded. 
  • Deputise for the Payroll Manager as required.

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer


Equans is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team covering London and the Home Counties. This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £45,000 per annum, a company vehicle and benefits package.
 

What will you deliver?

  • Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with A/C units, refrigeration systems, and chiller plant equipment across the site
  • Maintenance & Operation: Maintain and ensure the operational efficiency of chillers, cold rooms, freezers, air conditioning systems (VAV, VRV), cooling towers, air handling units, pumps, water treatment systems, and building management systems
  • F-Gas Logbook Management: Maintain an up-to-date F-Gas logbook, accurately recording all losses, recoveries, and additions in compliance with regulations
  • Leak Checks & GWP Monitoring: Conduct regular leak checks and ensure that GWP (Global Warming Potential) and CO2e (carbon dioxide equivalent) emissions are calculated and documented
  • Equipment Servicing: Oversee and perform recovery, repair, pressure testing, vacuum dehydration, recharging, and re-commissioning of A/C units and refrigeration systems
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Plan and manage service visits with subcontractors for maintenance and repairs of refrigeration systems
  • On-Call Support: Participate in on-call duties as part of the maintenance rota to ensure continuous operation of critical systems

Who are we looking for?

  • Recognised EITB or CITB apprenticeship or other similar approved training or further education qualifications in an appropriate discipline
  • Minimum air conditioning engineer qualifications to NVQ level 2
  • Fully conversant with all major manufacture’s systems and equipment
  • Must have C&G award in 2079-11 F-Gas Cat1 and ODS regulations
  • L8 Awareness
  • Experience of maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment to clearly defined criteria
  • Recognised Health and Safety Qualification, such as NEBOSH / IOSH would be advantageous
  • Must be able to read and work to mechanical and electrical schematic drawings
  • Valid driving licence

This role includes a DBS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential.

Contract Administrator


EQUANS is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team based in Speke on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

To provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Manager, Senior Management Team, and other members of the Operations Team.

What will you deliver? 

    • Assist departments in the administration of information required for SLA/KPI’s and monthly reports.
    • Assist in the administration and maintenance of personal files.
    • Support Helpdesk team when necessary.
    • Planning / co-ordination of meetings on and off site.
    • Provide services to the FM Operations Team for meetings / committees and terms of agenda, preparation, minute taking and any follow-up action required.
    • Produce routine reports/presentations/statistical data for the Facilities Manager / Senior Management Team to assist with the effective management of the contract.
    • Act as an initial point of contact for callers and visitors.
    • Establish and maintain effective paper and computer filing systems.
    • Undertake word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as required.
    • Carry out the ordering of office supplies and other sundries.
    • Carry out other duties requested by the Facilities Manager/Senior Management Team in order to maintain the effectiveness of the FM Operations Team.
    • Plan, arrange management and produce documentation for company vehicles and business users.
    • Control min/max technical stock including reordering and controlling deliveries.
    • Carry out purchase ordering and receipting using Maximo/COUPA.
    • Assist with management of office housekeeping.
