Rattaché(e) au Responsable du BE et en contact permanent avec les interlocuteurs internes de l’agence (Responsables d’affaires, équipes de chantier, etc.), vous réalisez des études électriques, pour nos clients industriels (Pharmaceutique, Cosmétique, Chimie, Oil & Gaz ) et dans le domaines des ouvrages automatisés ( barrages hydrauliques, écluses, ponts tournants / levants) dans le respect des budgets alloués.
Nous recherchons un(e) projeteur (se) pour concevoir et réaliser des études électriques en conformité avec les normes et procédures (ISO 9001). Vous serez responsable de proposer des solutions techniques permettant d’optimiser les budgets, d’analyser les documents contractuels et de rédiger des notes de calculs. Vous participerez activement aux réunions de lancement et de suivi des projets avec les clients, et pourrez être amené(e) à contribuer à la consultation des fournisseurs ainsi qu’au suivi des achats. Vous assurerez également la gestion des heures d’étude afin de garantir le respect des délais et des budgets. Vous êtes le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) :
Si vous possédez ) minima d’une formation BAC+2 en Electrotechnique ou équivalent, et vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de 10 ans sur un poste similaire dans le secteur industriel, idéalement dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
Vous maitrisez impérativement les logiciels de calcul et de DAO/CAO type Autocad, See Electrical Expert, Caneco BT/HT, et le pack Microsoft.
Doté(e) de fortes compétences techniques (électricité, instrumentation, automatisme) , vous êtes autonome et reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre méthode et votre esprit d’équipe.
Le maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout pour le poste.

About the role:
- You will be an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine maintenance services to customers.
- In response to customer requirement, schedule and coordinate trade personnel, ensuring appropriate specified systems are maintained in line with the requirements of the compliance schedule.
- Develop workload plans and schedule service deliveries through forecasting call requirements.
- Manage all inbound phone calls and queries with a high level of customer service.

- Work closely with the Fire Division Manager and ensure customers and Council are kept informed of any issues affecting completion 12a’s and Building Warrants of Fitness.
- Provide general data analysis and cleansing of existing accounts with your Excel expertise.
- Escalate any concerns or issues regarding processes, deployment of technicians and client responses.
- Prepare reports confirming the relevant work deployment performance metrics.
- Process local contract invoicing as per contract terms and conditions.
About you:
- You will have knowledge of Building Warrants of Fitness and the 12a processes.
- Experience with the Pronto Xi is highly desirable but we are willing to train.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills is necessary.
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will have a proven aptitude for managing competing priorities with successful deliverables.
- The ability to maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced administration role is necessary.
- You will have superior organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous call centre experience in a service delivery environment is preferred.

Part time Afternoon Cleaner
Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Swansea Crown Court, St Helen's Rd, Swansea SA1 4PF, on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Shift Electrician
Equans is looking for a Shift Electrician to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and in addition you will receive an excellent shift allowance & benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Working directly to the Electrical Supervisor, the post holder will have the required skills to ensure the safe and continuous operation of mechanical, electrical engineering services and building plant as part of a flexible maintenance team, including specialist subcontractors to deliver work to the highest of standards for our clients.
- The main responsibilities include efficiently and effectively performing electrical maintenance of all relevant assets. Work will be assigned from a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule or in response to a reactive work order raised by our client representatives or our own personnel on site. All planned and reactive tasks will be managed through to completion, including fault diagnosis and sourcing parts where applicable. Must be able to demonstrate that awareness of best working practices and that these are always followed. Additional duties to include, working and managing backlog works, assisting when required for specialist projects.
- Working as part of a wider M&E team, there may be a requirement to undertake other tasks that may not be specifically related to electrical systems.

Who are we looking for?
- Must have successfully completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship and have a proven experience in a similar role carrying out electrical maintenance duties.
- Hospital maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
- Be competent to undertake/assist work on the type of building service systems and equipment for which the appointment is sought.
- Be familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken.
- Possess technical knowledge and sufficient experience to avoid any danger that may be presented by the work to be undertaken.

Receptionist
Equans is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Motherwell on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 13:30. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
The role holder will work at a busy reception desk. They will be responsible for sign posting members of staff, public and visitors to relevant services and businesses within the building. They will be responsible for recording and reporting repairs, orders and telephone enquiries, security, keeping both electronic/paper diaries and reporting directly to the property manager.

Vous serez amené(e) à travailler en autonomie avec le soutien logistique et administratif de l'antenne de Nantes. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d’Affaires Adjoint, vos missions seront de :
Prendre en charge la responsabilité des contrats de maintenance préventive et corrective des installations de chauffage, traitement d’air et climatisation
Maintenir et développer la relation client en apportant votre conseil en tant qu'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e)
Être garant du respect des planning de maintenance
Renseigner l'outil de GMAO
Participer, en tant que référent technique dans l’équipe, à la prise en charge d’équipements dans le cadre de nouveaux contrats et à l’amélioration des procédures
Participer au chiffrage (relevés, demande de prix)
Appliquer et améliorer les dispositifs et principes de sécurité
Participer au service d'astreinte

Vos missions :
En tant que stagiaire Monteur Froid Commercial vous assisterez les Frigoristes sur les chantiers d'installation et de mise en service des équipements frigorifiques, pour le compte de nos différents clients (grandes et moyennes surfaces, entrepots...).
Votre profil :
- Bac Pro / BTS dans le domaine de la Réfrigération
- Autonomie, rigueur et organisation
