General Overview

- Carry out various Ground working tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including:

- Blocked paving
- Tarmac
- Concreating

- Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
- High quality Customer Care must always act in a polite and professional manor.
- Maintain and care for all company tools.
- 1st time fix to be achieved wherever possible.
- To use appropriate safety equipment
- To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
- To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
- To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy.
- To be responsible for holding keys for communal entrances, meter cupboards and allow access where appropriate.
- Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc.
- Material co-ordination
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant documentation required on the contract.

Gas Engineer
EQUANS are recruiting for a Gas Engineer to be based in Oldham. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £37,793, van & fuel card and benefits package. (This will rise to £41,305.67 from 1st April 2025)
General Overview
To carry out the duties as a Gas Engineer in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures. To assist the Team in producing a quality product meeting the requirements of the contract and in a safe manner. Adhere to all requirements set by SHEQ team, policy, and strategy.
Ability to carry out servicing of gas appliances including boilers, fires, and cookers in a timely and safe manor. To carry out general breakdowns and have the ability diagnose and repair to achieve 1st time fix. Be part of an on-call Rota to cover Out of Hours breakdowns as required.

- Maintain and care for all company tools and calibrated equipment.

Principal Consultant, Energy & Carbon
EQUANS is looking for a Principal Consultant to join our team on a full time, permanent and hybrid basis. The candidate can be based anywhere in Britain, however they must be willing to go to either Manchester or London for Team meetings. Dit ga je doen als Servicetechnicus Werktuigbouwkunde
In deze functie werk je o.a. aan vervangingsvraagstukken, verduurzamingsprojecten en storingen welke voortvloeien uit het contract. Daarom heb je een brede interesse in de techniek, hou je van aanpakken en draag je zorg voor een veilige werkomgeving.
Als Servicetechnicus Werktuigbouwkunde ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het contact met onze klant en houd jij je bezig met de onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan gebouw gebonden. (werktuigbouwkundige) installaties. Jij bent dé specialist die kan meedenken en schakelt snel. Samen met jouw collega’s, professionals binnen verschillende disciplines, vorm je een hecht team.
Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit:
- het uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud aan HVAC installaties
- het oplossen van storingen aan complexe- en reguliere installaties
- door jouw kennis van de installaties ken je de installaties van top tot teen en ben je in staat om zelfstandig afwijkingen te signaleren en oplossingen aan te dragen
- zorgdragen voor de juiste materialen en gereedschappen, zodat je optimaal kunt werken
- het maken van een heldere rapportage van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
Dit breng je mee
- een afgeronde MBO opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar
- enkele jaren ervaring als servicetechnicus binnen de utiliteit

Dit ga je doen als monteur elektrotechniek
Als monteur elektrotechniek zul je te maken krijgen met onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. Deze werkzaamheden zijn, onder andere, het voeren van onderhoudsprojecten van alle panden, kantoren en werkplaatsen. Het is bepaald geen kleine opdracht, maar inmiddels kunnen de eerste successen worden genoteerd.

Aankomend Servicemonteur
Vanuit onze vestiging in Hengelo verzorgt Equans het onderhoud, service en beheer aan alle gebouwgebonden technische installaties bij diverse (grote en kleine) klanten in de regio, waaronder: distributiecentra, kantoren, theaters, gemeenten, (hoge)scholen, productiebedrijven, ziekenhuizen en verschillende defensie locaties.
Ter uitbreiding zijn wij op zoek naar een Aankomend Servicemonteur, Hengelo
Dit ga je doen als aankomend servicemonteur
Als aankomend servicemonteur leer jij van ervaren collega’s hoe om te gaan met het oplossen van technische problemen en hoe je de juiste service aan klanten kunt verlenen. Jij bent samen met je collega’s in de regio Zwolle verantwoordelijk voor het verrichten van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het verhelpen van storingen. In een team van collega monteurs stel je je collegiaal op en zorg je ervoor dat je altijd veilig werkt.
Tijdens je werkzaamheden leer je o.a het
- uitvoeren van werkzaamheden aan verwarming- koel, ventilatie- en sanitaire installaties; bijvoorbeeld het vervangen van een gasketel voor een warmtepomp installatie
- aanbrengen van ventilatiesystemen; bijvoorbeeld het plaatsen van een luchtbehandelingskast inclusief luchtkanalen en roosters
- werken aan waterleidingen en het aanbrengen van sanitaire toestellen
- administratief verwerken van je werkzaamheden
