Wat ga je doen?
- dagelijks uitvoeren van spoelingen van het stadswater en warm water op de sanitaire installaties ter voorkoming van legionella
- noteren van de resultaten van deze spoelingen
- helpen van de techniekers bij de minder complexe taken op de installaties in ons beheer:
- vervangen van de luchtfilterfilters
- reinigen van de luchtgroepen
- afspuiten van de buitenunits van de airco’s
- …
- helpen bij kleine installatieprojecten

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer / Supervisor
Equans is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer / Supervisor to join our Mobile Technical Services Team. Responsible for covering various contracts across the North East. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and in addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Diagnose and repair faults on A/C units, refrigeration systems, and chiller plants.
- Maintain and update the F-Gas logbook, recording all gas losses, recoveries, and additions.
- Ensure GWP and CO2e calculations are accurate and that leak checks are carried out at required frequencies.
- Oversee maintenance and operation of portable and fixed air conditioning/refrigeration equipment.
- Plan, oversee, and work alongside subcontractors for refrigeration-related service visits.
- Recover, repair, pressure test, vacuum dehydrate, recharge, and recommission A/C units as needed.
- Ensure PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive jobs are completed efficiently.
- Accurately diagnose and report defects, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs.
- Use CAFM systems via PDA/tablet to complete job sheets and logs in real time.
- Participate in the on-call rota for the contract.

Who are we looking for?
- Recognised EITB or CITB apprenticeship or other similar approved training or further education qualifications in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum air conditioning engineer qualifications to NVQ level 2
- Fully conversant with all major manufacture’s systems and equipment
- Must have C&G award in 2079-11 F-Gas Cat1 and ODS regulations
- L8 Awareness
- Experience of maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment to clearly defined criteria.
- Recognised Health and Safety Qualification, such as NEBOSH / IOSH would be advantageous.

Mobile Electrician
Equans is looking for a Mobile Electrician to join our HMCTS contract. Based from Portsmouth working across sites in the surrounding area. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of up to £40,850 per annum and in addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Perform routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical infrastructure and plant according to site schedules and CAFM systems.
- Address and resolve reactive maintenance tasks, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Swiftly remedy plant faults and defects to maintain equipment in operational order.
- Maintain adequate stock of spares to support maintenance and reactive works.
- Provide parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial work.
- Complete all relevant documentation and ensure timely submission to the contract administrator.
- Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to uphold safe working practices.
- Foster strong working relationships with Equans staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to PPE and uniform requirements.
- Keep up-to-date plant logs and supervise subcontractor activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Operate the Permit to Work System in line with Equans' Technical and SHEQ processes.

- Ensure maintenance, testing, and inspections comply with BS7671 standards.

Part time Afternoon Cleaner
Equans is looking for a part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Bristol Crown Court, 9 Small Street, BS1 1DA on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £12.21 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.

The Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor is responsible for delivering in-house Retrofit Coordination on live projects, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 standards and best practices in retrofit assessment, coordination, and design. Equans is looking for a Static Site Supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Harwell is Moderna new Innovation and Technology Centre (MITC) site which is responsible for the development and manufacture of its pharmaceutical products. The site consists of manufacturing, clean rooms, laboratory, office and plant rooms. The nature of their business requires their Lab and manufacturing areas to meet clean room standards. The maintenance of their HVAC equipment is of the upmost importance to ensure their production and science always remains operational.
As Equans representative and first point of contact with the Client, the importance of this role cannot be overestimated. It is essential that all works are carried in a cost effective, timely manner, maximising revenue, where possible.
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the site’s engineer team and ensure PPM targets are met on a monthly basis, as well as, ensure the site remains statutory complaint and critical infrastructure remains operational.
What will you deliver?
- Manage both customer and team expectations
- Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests and coordinate quotations Provide monthly reports if and when required and attend client meetings and close down audit reports and actions
- Review Engineering Job Sheets in timely manner for accuracy, legibility & remedial works
- Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work
- Update customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and provide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works required
- Ensure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. Identify and record all plant failures using quotation forms and issue to line manager. This is to be indicated and recorded within the CAFM system
- Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. In accordance with the delegated authority with the applicable contract or authorised by the client
- To undertake electrical test and inspection of electrical systems
- Carryout regular site audits
- To attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours (call outs). Take part in the on-call rota
- Ensure toolbox talks are carried out
- Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance

Project Manager
Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Romford on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role is covering Queens Hospital in Romford and Queen Mary’s Hospital in Roehampton.
The purpose of the role is to lead major works projects, delivering project solutions to budget, time and quality requirements. To manage matrix managed project teams to deliver various project delivery solutions (e.g. as principle / prime contractor, management fee or under traditional contracting or design and build arrangements) effectively utilising in-house resource (white and blue collar) and sub-contract arrangements as appropriate. To assume and assert commercial control over projects allocated to deliver margins identified. To work as part of a team to build on reputation, capability and delivering efficiently to ensure the projects team maintains a strong project pipeline and develop new leads and clients.
Base site will be Queens Hospital with occasional visits required to Queen Mary’s Hospital.
What will you deliver?
- Take profit and loss responsibility for those projects allocated to you. To own each project and delivery with a high degree of attention to design, construction and financial detail. Deliver projects without LADs being applied
- From resources available, draw together matrix managed teams to deliver owned projects. These may be from a combination of in-house and out-sourced resources
- To be accountable for the service delivery in accordance with business systems, such as quality assurance, environmental management system, financial systems, administration and policies
- Through a recognised process (usually identified by the client process e.g. RIBA plan of work) create strategic, operational and tacticle programmes to demonstrate how projects will be delievered. Set and manage management and client expectations through clear communications centred around programme/construction programme, budget (internal / external) and the quality of services delivered during live projects until completion and post completion assessment
- To Manage the development of detailed Work Method Statements, Risk and COSHH and CDM assessments for all work activity undertaken by in-house and contracted staff ensuring complete compliance. Maintain high and statutory compliant health and safety standards on project sites at all times
- To appoint, manage, monitor and co-ordinate consultants as required and the on site activities of all sub-contractors with regard to programme and ensuring that appropriate planning consents, CDM requirements, Method Statements, Risk and COSHH Assessments and Permits to Work are in place prior to work commencing
- In accordance with contract forms, manage projects within the specified terms. Ensure risk is appropriately considered for sub-contract transfer or reviewed in conjunction with procurement / legal departments to agree risk share
- In conjunction with Purchasing Department colleagues prepare and issue documentation for schedules of rates, quotations, tenders and term contracts as appropriate. Carry out tender evaluations and check that returned documents conform to requirements
- Promote effective and efficient co-ordination and integration between the projects team(s) and other departments on the contract and wider Equans managers. Promote effective and efficient co-ordination and integration. Ensure projects delievered do not compromise TFM/PFI KPIs or render space unavailable
- Provide urgent management information when required, weekly up-dates and monthly management information for pipeline, cashflow, budgetary and ‘Gesion’ purposes
- Produce business approval & revue documentation for the launch of new tenders at bid stage, tender receipt and analysis stage and documentation for board ‘Bouclage’ approval to proceed to submission
- To ensure that SLAs from subcontractors are met and exceed the requirements of the TFM contract and that sub-contracts are negotiated, reviewed and renewed actively and inline with the needs of each individual project
- Gather organise and provide information required for report purposes to meet all contractual obligations including KPI’s and maintain such records as are required by the contract. Work closely with supply chain on all appointment and monitoring activities
- To ensure that all contracting companies plant and equipment is maintained in a safe condition and is ready for use at all times
- To maintain all project administrative activities on site including Quality Assurance procedures and all procedures associated with monitoring and recording contract performance as detailed within the contract
