Technicien de maintenance électrique (H/F), basé(e) à Paris (75015)

Votre challenge à nos côtés :

Au sein d’un site technique sensible dédié à l'innovation et à la recherche, vous assurez la maintenance des installations CVC notamment dans des environnements spécifiques tels que des laboratoires et animaleries. 

A cet effet, vous aurez pour principales missions :

  • Réaliser les consignations électriques conformément aux procédures de sécurité et aux normes en vigueur
  • Effectuer les manœuvres en haute tension (HT) en collaboration avec les électriciens clients, de manière ponctuelle
  • Intervenir sur la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques (CVC / groupes électrogènes / TGBT)
  • Assurer le contrôle et le démarrage mensuel des groupes électrogènes afin de garantir leur bon fonctionnement
  • Réaliser le relamping et la maintenance des installations d’éclairage si nécessaire

Votre profil :  

De formation technique niveau Bac Pro à Bac +2/3.

Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire, idéalement sur un site sensible de type laboratoire ou équivalent.

Sens du service, bon relationnel, compétences en maintenance ainsi que votre capacité à travailler en autonomie feront de vous le(la) candidat(e) idéal(e) pour ce poste.

Relations commerciales :

  • Accompagner le développement de notre activité.

  • Superviser et suivre la réalisation de vos propres affaires sur le plan technique, de l'étude à la livraison client.
  • Réaliser et/ou superviser les différents chiffrages et remises d’offre.
  • Piloter les relations avec les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs, en lien avec le service Achat.
  • Piloter le résultat financier : Vous élaborez le budget et êtes garant de sa performance.

Gestion :

  • Assurer la permanente optimisation et rentabilité des affaires
  • Participer à l'élaboration du business plan.
  • Assurer le reporting inhérent à votre activité (facturation, commande fournitures, suivi des dépenses…) via l’outil SAP.

Votre profil

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle significative, sur un poste similaire, dans les métiers du CVC ;
  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du tissu économique local ;

Summary 

Operates, regulates, and monitors all Plant equipment in an efficient and safe manner; Responsible for the operation of boilers, generators and the Central Chilled Water Plants; checks and regulates the operation/performance of Plant machinery and equipment to include gas/oil fired boilers, electric motors, fans, pumps, air compressors, pipes, and diesel generators and other related equipment. Carries out all other duties as assigned.

Responsabilities

  • Assists in training of new engineers; performs Plant security & safety checks; assists in the overhaul.
  • Testing of Power Plant equipment; maintains and cleans Plant machinery, equipment and building during operations.
  • As per applicable regulations and during his hours of work/shifts, must execute required operations and maintain performances of Power Plant machinery & equipment including gas/oil fired boilers, chilled water plant, electric motors, fans, pumps, air compressors, piping. Monitors/adjusts equipment.
  • Takes readings; maintains logs; checks combustion level in boiler, proper mixture of fuel and air, and boiler water.
  • Tests hot water, temperature & other conditions; operates water conditioning equipment.
  • Adjusts chiller plant operation to comply with service quality standards.
  • Performs start-up procedure; receives information relevant to previous shift; sets up charts on meters, controls and related systems and records initial readings; starts up and shuts down turbogenerators and boilers when necessary.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in Canada;
  • Valid (TSSA Certified) 3rd Class Engineering certification;
  • Good mechanical compréhension;
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as an operating Stationary Engineer in an industrial setting or a power plant is desired
  • A valid standard Driver’s License that permits the operation of a vehicle in Toronto.

Part Time Afternoon Cleaner


Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Canterbury Combined Court, CT1 1ZA on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

M-F 16:30-18:30

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

BPSS Quick Guide

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.

These checks typically include:

  • Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.
  • Employment History (past 3 years): Any gaps will require HMRC statements for the period in question.
  • Right to Work Status in the UK: Citizenship or valid share code.
  • Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.
  • Significant Periods Abroad: Any periods of 6+ months spent abroad in the past 3 years.
