Equans is looking for a Cleaner to join our team in Lewes Combined Court, BN7 1YB on a permanent basis working 30 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Senior M&E Engineer
Equans is looking for a Senior M&E Engineer (Mechanically Biased) to join our team at Barnet General Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, based on a shift pattern of 6am to 3pm and 9am to 6pm rotating weekly. There is also an on-call rota which will include working on the Saturday and Sunday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role of Senior Engineer is part of the Contract Management team and as such you will be expected to be responsible to support the Management team in ensuring that the M&E/Fabric team delivers the contracted service to the highest quality whilst being committed to safety and following all company protocols.
What will you deliver?

M&E Technician
Equans is looking for two M&E Technicians, one Electrical Biased and the other Mechanically Biased to join our team at Barnet General Hospital on a permanent basis. This a leading role requiring a thorough understanding of engineering building services installation and maintenance techniques. To apply trade skills and experience to ensure the satisfactory completion of allocated maintenance, breakdown repairs, installation, new and refurbishment works.
What will you deliver?
- Take responsibility for all works issued and to ensure that all attendance and rectification times are achieved. Where not possible, to escalate to line Manager in good time in order that appropriate action can be taken to mitigate financial penalty risk
- Ensure that all works assigned are managed so far as attendance and completion times, and that works orders are completed and update to the CAFM system (Maximo). Reports should be concise and include all relevant information to ensure that the workflow process is seamless
- Responsible for the safe operation, planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems, associated plant/equipment installed throughout the Site
- Maintain and carry out repairs on HVAC systems, gas appliances, Piped Medical Gas systems, steam plant/equipment and all other equipment in plant rooms, patient areas and other departments
- Works will involve working in a live Hospital environment, working at height (Podiums), using hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery/equipment for larger repairs (Doors etc). All PPE and training as appropriate will be provided

Dans le cadre d'un nouveau contrat de maintenance, nous recherchons un Electrotechnicien de maintenance Posté F/H, en CDI, basé à Bron (69) Vos missions : Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’affaires et dans le cadre d'un nouveau contrat de maintenance au sein d’une surface commerciale, vous intégrez une équipe de 3 et effectuez les missions suivantes : - Planifier et réaliser les interventions sur les équipements· Lire les schémas électriques et Etablir un diagnostic de panne ou de dysfonctionnement· Réaliser des maintenances préventives ou curatives sur des équipements - Contrôler l’état des installations de chauffage, climatisation et traitement d’air (diagnostic des dysfonctionnements et réparations)- Proposer des solutions en lien avec les évolutions technologiques pour garantir la sécurité et la performance du matériel- Reporting et compte-rendu des interventions- Assurer la sécurité autour de chaque intervention dans le respect des règles de l'entreprise et du client- Réaliser les astreintes dédiées au site. Vous êtes intégré à un planning de 37H par semaine en roulement une semaine de 7H30 à 14H30 ou une semaine de 14H à 21H. Vous serez amené à travailler deux samedi sur 3 ( un samedi de 7H30 à 14H30 et un samedi de 12H30 à 21H). Le week end non travaillé dans le roulement est un week end de 3 jours consécutifs non travaillés. Votre profil ? Issu(e) d’une formation en électrotechnique , vous avez une expérience confirmée d’au moins 4 ans en tant que Technicien de maintenance et avez idéalement des connaissances en CVC. Vous êtes titulaire de l'habilitation HT sinon nous vous accompagnerons pour vous faire la faire passer. Votre capacité d’analyse, vous permet d’élaborer des diagnostics et de détecter rapidement les dysfonctionnements. Doté d’un bon relationnel, vous avez le sens du service. RESPONSABLE BUANDERIE
THEMIS FM, filiale de Idex et de Bouygues Energies et Services propose des prestations multi techniques et multi services liées au bon fonctionnement des ouvrages et des équipements. Nous intervenons pour un client unique, le ministère de la justice, dans le cadre de l’exploitation et la maintenance de 6 établissements pénitentiaires.
Nous recherchons un(e) contremaître / Technicien de production. Poste en CDI 35h, basé à Nantes (44) sur le site de la Maison d’Arrêt.
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de Production, vous êtes le garant du bon fonctionnement de la buanderie ainsi que de la gestion administrative et humaine.
Vos principales missions sont :
▪ Assure la fourniture des dotations et effets vestimentaire des personnes détenues arrivants et sortants,
▪ Maîtrise la méthode RABC et les risques chimiques,
▪ Assure les renouvellements des dotations et effets vestimentaires des personnes détenues
▪ Assure la fourniture et le suivi des vêtements de travail des personnes détenues
▪ Assure la fourniture des effets de couchage des chambres de repos et de passage des personnels pénitentiaires ▪ Assure la fourniture des effets de couchages et articles de vaisselle des UVF
▪ Assure les prestations d’hôtellerie particulières à l’attention des populations spécifiques (indigents, mères/enfants, …)
▪ Assure le suivi des restitutions des différents effets et articles
▪ Assure le suivi des dotations informatique sur les outils mis à sa disposition
▪ Respecte et fait respecter les différentes planifications des opérations, en terme de quantité, qualité et délai
BUANDERIE
▪ Organise le ramassage, le transit et la distribution des différents effets,

▪ Effectue la maintenance de 1er niveau et organise avec son responsable hiérarchique la maintenance de niveau 2 à 5.
GESTION DES STOCKS
▪ . Compétences en gestion de stock et outils informatiques dédiés.
▪ Identifie les besoins en matière d’achats et initie les demandes d’achat, et assure l’interface avec les fournisseurs
▪ Assure la gestion des stocks de l’ensemble des articles constitutifs des dotations et effets,
▪ Assure la gestion des stocks de l’ensemble des produits lessiviels
▪ Organise le stockage, la manipulation et la distribution des produits en respectant les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité,
▪ Fait vivre la méthode « 5S » dans son atelier (rangement, ordre, propreté),
▪ Assure le suivi du stock informatique sur les outils mis à sa disposition
LIVRAISON
Peut être amené, selon l’organisation mise en place sur le site à effectuer des missions de livraison dans le cadre des activités hôtellerie ou buanderie (mutualisation de poste avec la fonction travail…)

Votre profil :
Issu d’un Bac Professionnel, vous justifiez de minimum 3 années d’expérience sur un poste similaire.
Vous faites preuve d'un bon relationnel, de rigueur et d'autonomie.
