Technicien de maintenance Frigoriste (H/F) - itinérant sur le Nord

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur tertiaire, nous recherchons un technicien frigoriste itinérant expérimenté en CVC. Vous interviendrez sur des sites tertiaires pour assurer la maintenance et le dépannage des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation, dans le respect des normes de sécurité et de performance énergétique.

Missions principales :

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive d'équipements CVC : groupes d’eau glacée, pompes à chaleur, centrales de traitement d’air, systèmes VRV...
  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative sur des installations techniques en milieu tertiaire
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes, proposer des solutions techniques adaptées et effectuer les réparations.
  • Assurer le suivi des installations via des outils de GMAO et rédiger les rapports d’intervention.
  • Respecter les protocoles de sécurité spécifiques
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques du site client et participer aux réunions de coordination.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation en génie climatique, énergétique ou électrotechnique (Bac Pro, BTS FEE, DUT GTE, etc.).
  • Expérience significative (5 ans minimum) dans le domaine CVC.
  • Maîtrise des systèmes thermiques, hydrauliques, aérauliques et de régulation.
  • Habilitations à jour : fluides frigorigènes, habilitations électriques (BR, B2V), éventuellement Vapeur.
  • Connaissance des normes QHSE et des contraintes liées aux sites industriels.

Votre challenge à nos côtés : 

Rattaché au Chargé d’affaires, vous aurez pour missions principales de :

  • Analyser les dossiers d'appel d'offres sur le plan technique,
  • Assister le chargé d’affaires en lui assurant un support technique dans la phase de préparation des études et de suivi des fabrications dans le respect des délais, des règles, des budgets et de la qualité (notes de calcul thermiques, aérauliques, mécaniques, plans, fiches et dossiers techniques...),
  • Construire le planning de l'affaire, 
  • Assurer l'interface avec le client pour la partie études techniques,
  • Consulter et participer à la sélection des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants en relation avec le service achats,
  • Suivre les approvisionnements, les fabrications, le montage et les essais,
  • Consolider les solutions techniques du projet, et établir la documentation, les spécifications techniques et les dossiers d'exécution.

De plus, vous suivrez la fabrication des équipements qui sont assemblés au sein de notre atelier de Jarrie (38): vous participerez alors aux différents essais, tests de performance et de prototypage réalisés.

Lors de la phase fabrication et de mise en service sur site, vous resterez en soutien du Chargé d’affaires.

Le profil idéal ?

Titulaire d'une formation supérieure de niveau Bac +3 (IFFI) à Bac +5 en ingénierie énergétique ou thermique, vous disposez d’au moins 5 années d'expérience réussie en tant qu’ingénieur d’études, acquise au sein d’un bureau d’études ou chez un installateur.

Vous possédez de solides compétences en électricité, automatisme et mécanique, ainsi qu’une parfaite maîtrise des principes d’aéraulique, d’hydraulique et des systèmes frigorifiques.

Animé par la curiosité et la motivation, vous recherchez un poste aux missions variées. Rigoureux, dynamique et doté d’un excellent sens de la relation et de la coordination, vous aspirez à développer vos compétences dans un environnement stimulant.

Vos qualités rédactionnelles sont reconnues, et la maîtrise de l’anglais constitue un véritable atout.

Vous êtes chargé de la mise en service et du dépannage des installations chez nos clients. Plus concrètement :

  • la maintenance des systèmes de sécurité électroniques (vidéosurveillance, contrôle d’accès, intrusion, incendie) et physiques (portiques, barrières, tourniquets)
  • la paramétrisation et configuration des systèmes de sécurité
  • le contact client et la coordination avec les différents intervenants
  • l’organisation et la planification du travail
  • à terme, vous intégrez un système de garde

What you’ll do as a Credit Officer:

  • follow up on cash collection and accounts receivable for your client portfolio
  • contact clients by phone and email to resolve payment issues

  • send reminders and notices of default, and prepare legal files in cooperation with our legal team

General Overview: 

The Gas Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient servicing, maintenance and repairs within residential and commercial properties. They ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies to uphold the safety and functionality of gas systems.

What will you deliver?

 - Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics of gas appliances and heating systems.

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.

- Liaise with clients and tenants to explain work required and provide maintenance advice.

Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner


Equans is looking for an Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

The role holder will support the Divisional Controller of Sustainable FM with Divisional reporting activities, covering all Business Divisions of the Sustainable FM, representing over £1bn of revenue preparing reporting for the Division to UK and Group.

This role will work in close collaboration with the UK FP&A team, Divisional Finance Director, Sector Finance Directors and Senior Finance Business partners to optimise the planning processes, better analyse performance and continually challenge the business.

What will you deliver?

Performance Analysis

  • Preparation of high-quality monthly management reports for the Division and Sectors within Sustainable FM, providing senior management with visibility on budget achievement (including cash flow, overheads and detailed variance review for the business units) highlighting key trends and issues.
  • Pro-actively analyse the financial performance of the Division(P&L, B/S and Cash flow) and providing senior management with the relevant analysis for operational and strategic decision making.
  • Use data from a wide range of sources to analyse key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.
  • Challenge the business unit performance during month-end and planning processes.
  • Define, communicate and track key performance indicators in line with budget framework and top management requests.
  • Support Divisional Controller with interaction between the Division and UK FP&A team.
  • Ensure an efficient, effective dialogue is maintained with UK FP&A team such that Division results are accurately understood.
  • Ensure Division and UK Reporting deadlines are achieved, with minimal follow up actions.
  • Ensure no major errors or omissions in data reported to UK provided by the division.
  • Anticipate needs and responding to requests in an effective and timely manner.
  • Implement and optimise the controlling and reporting process between the Division  and UK.

Planning

  • Support the controller in planning and forecasting activities, including Medium-Term Plan, budget and best estimates.
  • Drive efficient planning and forecasting activities, including best estimates, budget and MTP.
  • Provide senior management visibility on budget achievement (incl. risks and opportunities, contingency management, PPA impact) on all the financial indicators.

What will you deliver?

Main Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact between residents and the construction team during projects.

Digital Project Manager


EQUANS is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

The Digital Project Manager is a critical member of the Sustainable FM Digital Transformation Team, responsible for delivering high impact digital projects and leading change initiatives that support operational excellence, enable smarter decision making, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the post holder will lead the planning and delivery of complex digital programmes ranging from systems transformation, increasing adoption, process optimisation, and strategic business change. The role also involves leading and supporting organisational change initiatives to ensure people across Sustainable FM understand, adopt, and engage with new ways of working.
