Intégré au sein du bureau d’études de Lignes électriques Haute et Très Haute Tension, en aérien et souterrain, nécessite une phase de visite de terrain avec identification, relevés, accès, etc…

Rattaché au responsable du bureau d’Etudes LA, vous travaillerez en relation avec le responsable de service et les responsables d’affaires.

Sous la supervision du chef d'équipe ou du chef de chantier, vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution de vos tâches en conformité avec les normes de sécurité, de qualité et de délais. Vos responsabilités comprennent notamment :

-Participer à la pose de chemins de câbles.
-Effectuer le tirage de câbles.
-Réaliser les raccordements électriques.
-Installer l'appareillage nécessaire.
-Effectuer les essais et les mises en service des installations.

-Effectuer des relevés sur site pour fournir des éléments de chiffrage.
-Assurer la maintenance des installations haute tension.

Profil recherché :

Titulaire d'un CAP Electricité, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle en chantier d'une durée de 1 à 3 ans, minimum, dans le domaine de l'électricité tertiaire.

Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Asset Management Specialist will prepare, plan, maintain and communicate work schedules, maintain asset management databases, and coordinate inventory of materials. They will also coordinate work activities with the Maintenance Subcontractors and internal departments when dispatching work assignments. Monitor work progress and ensure contractual compliance of all Asset Management Work. Develop and implement quality control programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of organizations, other levels of government and stakeholders.
• Understands and analyzes contract requirements to ensure contractual compliance and identify resources needed for work.
Analyze and assess data in order to identify trends, areas of concern, and potential impacts upon planning initiatives, as well as to support decision making and future planning initiatives.
• Works with Operations Manager to compose standard number of Maintenance Subcontractors schedules based on assigned contracts and needs in a way that meets schedule requirement while minimizing excess compensation.
• Manage and monitor the Asset Management Information System (AMIS) including dashboards, on time delivery of repairs and inventory of materials. Ensure professionalism and personal accountability for time management, quality control, troubleshooting of project work, and meeting timelines and budgets.
• Delivers on Daily, Weekly and Monthly asset management reporting from the AMIS database
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external team-members.
• Problem solves with EQUANS team members to brainstorm issues, establish best practices, new approaches and provides support in filling shifts.
• Demonstrates sense of urgency, flexibility and a positive approach to problem solving within a fast-paced environment.
• Enters schedules into company database and distributes as necessary within established deadlines. Provides various reports to management as requested on a timely basis and other duties as assigned.

Project Manager


Equans is looking for a Project Manager ( PFI & Education ) to join our team in Burnley on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Lifecycle and Variations Project Management, ensuring all Projects are managed, operated and completed with uncompromised efficiency, on time and to budget.
  • Liaison with all relevant parties involved with Projects, including working with the Client to interpret and develop a brief/scope of works in order achieving sign off prior to works commencement, planning, during the works and through to completion.
  • Full financial responsibility for circa £1.5M in revenue.
  • Follow the Company and on-site Developments process ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared/completed including the provision of costs, programmes, risk analysis, PPP works documentation etc.
  • Ensure all Project files are maintained to provide a fully auditable administrative trail in line with ISO accreditation.
  • Produce an overall plan for works (including design, procurement, PPP pack review and sign off, works/construction, commissioning, training etc) for the Project to ensure the completion date is achieved and without incident.
  • Procure competent Contractors to carry out the design, works/construction and commissioning of the proposed development.
  • Monitor the progress of the design, works/construction and commissioning activities and action accordingly to ensure the works are completed within the time, budget, and safety and to the required quality.
  • Liaison and management of the performance of preferred suppliers/subcontractors to include controlling, scheduling and coordinating sub-contractors working on site, ensuring all Company and on-site procedures are followed such as Inductions, CRB clearance, competence etc.
  • Carry out Project review meetings in line with Project Management good practice.
  • Remain customer focused at all times. Deliver value for money and ensure the agreed profit percentage is made on all Projects.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations and Performance Manager to oversee the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations for our global pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong acumen in finance and contract management, with a proven track record in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring contractual deliverables are met. This role will be critical in maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency across multiple international locations.

Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contractual requirements.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to senior management and the client, highlighting areas of improvement and successes.
  • Lead the design of automating KPI's/ performance reports to minimize administrative overhead.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the financial aspects of the IFM account, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure cost-effective management of resources and adherence to financial targets and budgets.

Contract Management:

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations and performance management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or IFM industry.

Skills and Competencies:

EQUANS are recruiting for a Joiner to be based in Belfast. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,620 plus van and fuel card and benefits package.

General Overview

  • To undertake the duties/responsibilities as a Joiner to the standards set out by the contract. 
  • To carry out the duties as a Joiner in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures. 
  • To assist the Foreman in producing a quality product within the contract period. Understand, implement and adhere to EQUANS SHEQ requirements. 
  • To ensure you complete the full sequence of events on PDA and the completion of jobs for invoicing.
  • Efficient use of the Impact system.
  • To adhere to the Client contract KPI’s and, target dates and timeframes.
  • OOH and Standby participation is essential

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide a high-quality service to NIHE tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or void.
  • To undertake all elements of 1st and 2nd fix Joinery, and where required undertake roof work.
  • Undertake where required other multiskilled duties.
  • To attend all relevant training courses, including all health and safety
  • To work in accordance with any training and instructions given and bring to the attention of the employer any shortcomings and defects in the management systems and protective measures

Equans is looking for a Section House Warden to join our team in  Gilmour Section House, SE11, England SE11 4HS. This is a full time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,719.60 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: 

 4on 4 off (2day and 2 night shifts then 4 off) 

What will you deliver?

Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Carry out access control to the building which involves checking passes and arranging escorts for all visitors 
• Making sure all staff sign in and out to keep an updated list if required for audit or fire evacuation
• Carry out site safety audits 
• Checking all rooms when they become vacant for any faults or damage
• To raise any building faults so these can be rectified in a timely manner
• Making sure residents comply with client rules and report any issues found
• Completion of relevant paperwork as required, in line with Company procedures
• Liaise effectively with the customer at all times to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies and procedures in all respects
• Fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities at all times
• Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required

Part time Afternoon Cleaner


Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Caernarfon Crown Court, LL55 2DF  on a permanent basis working 15 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday 15:00 to 18:00 

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

EQUANS are recruiting for a multi skilled Joiner to be based in College Road, Kingstanding, to work on repairs and maintenance contract for Birmingham City Council properties throughout Birmingham. General Overview: 

The Multiskilled Joiner is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of joinery components within residential and commercial properties managed by the company. This role combines expertise in joinery with skills in related trades such as minor plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks to ensure properties are structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing, and functional.

What will you deliver?

  •  Measure, cut, and assemble wood, composite, or metal components to construct or repair doors, windows, cabinets, and other joinery items.
  • Install and fit joinery components including locks, handles, hinges, and fittings.
  •  Repair or replace damaged joinery components such as skirting boards, staircases, and kitchen units.
  •  Assist with minor plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks, replacing taps, and fixing plumbing fixtures.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders within specified timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  •  Any other reasonable management request.
