En tant que Technicien·ne, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques (électricité, HVAC, froid…), tout en développant vos compétences au sein d’un environnement stimulant.
Vos défis quotidiens
- assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques, notamment en électricité, HVAC et froid
- réaliser entretiens, dépannages et remplacements d’équipements terminaux pour le chaud et le froid
- prendre en charge les interventions liées aux dépannages électriques
- proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les installations et les processus existants, tout en rapportant vos activités au Chef d’équipe
- exécuter des travaux d'installation, d’entretien ou d’intervention dans le cadre des services (Facility) pour répondre aux besoins du client
Et si vous faisiez la différence ?
- vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme A2 en électromécanique, électricité, techniques de réfrigération ou thermique
- vous disposez des certifications BA4/BA5 et VCA
- vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience comme technicien·ne, idéalement dans l’automation
- une expérience en milieu hospitalier est un atout
- vous êtes autonome, rigoureux·se et orienté·e solutions et clients
- vous respectez les normes de sécurité et de qualité avec soin
- vous avez un permis de conduire B valide
- vous êtes flexible et prêt·e à participer à un système de garde (semaine et week-end)

Gas Engineer
Equans is looking for x3 Gas Engineers to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 42.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
This role will be within our repairs and maintenance team.
You will also be required to work and be part on the on call out of hours rota.

- Responsible for the safe and efficient servicing, maintenance and repairs within residential and commercial properties

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot issues effectively

- Be part of an on call Rota to cover OOH breakdowns as required

Part time Afternoon Cleaner
Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Mansfield Magistrates, Rosemary Street NG19 6EE on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

EQUANS Chile (EQCL), se encuentra en búsqueda de MAESTRA/O MAYOR ELECTRICA/O que cumpla con realizar trabajos de electricidad asociados al proyecto, manteniendo un buen funcionamiento de las instalaciones eléctricas, corrigiendo desperfectos que en las mismas se produzcan, y llevar a cabo nuevas instalaciones, de acuerdo con los protocolos y lineamientos establecidos para la división y bajo los estándares de calidad, seguridad y protección al medio ambiente, con el objetivo de cumplir con los trabajos asignados en los plazos estipulados y asegurar la disponibilidad de los equipos.

Profesión / Estudios:
- Tecnico nivel superior en electricidad o carrera a fin con el cargo.
Conocimientos:
- Conocimientos en instalaciones domiciliarias 220v y 380v y sus respectivas normas
- Alambrado de tableros
- Lectura de planos
- Conocimiento en malla tierra y distintas configuraciones de puesta tierra
Experiencia:
- Desde 3 años de experiencia en construcciones de subestaciones eléctricas.

AYUDANTE DE BODEGA
EQUANS Chile (EQCL), se encuentra en búsqueda de AYUDANTE DE BODEGA quién tendrá como función principal asistir en las principales actividades ejecutadas en el área de estructura y de la operación, tales como: entrega, control, registro del suministro de materiales, herramientas, maquinarias, elementos de protección personal y otras especies de la actividad del negocio, almacenados en la bodega y/o planes de contingencia, según requerimiento e indicaciones de la jefatura inmediata, con el propósito de velar por la continuidad de los procesos a los cuales se presta apoyo.

Profesión / Estudios:
- Enseñanza Básica, Enseñanza Media (Deseable).
Conocimientos:
- Computación Nivel Básico (Deseable).

Requisitos:
- Office Nivel usuario (Excel)
- Licencia clase B excluyente
Experiencia:
- 1 año de experiencia en cargos de bodegaje
