Sur notre Agence Ille & Vilaine, Bouygues Energies & Services (Groupe EQUANS) réalise des travaux d'aménagement en infrastructures de réseaux extérieurs, adduction d’eau potable, télécom et fibre optique, gaz, électricité (basse et haute tension) et éclairage public (dépannage et travaux neufs & services connectés (bornes recharges, vidéo protection,…). Nous intervenons également dans le domaine de réseaux aériens (levage de supports béton/bois, déroulage et raccordements de lignes basse et haute tension).

Nous recherchons un(e) Electricien(ne) en charge de la maintenance et du dépannage de bornes de recharges de véhicules électriques (IRVE)

A ce titre, vous réaliserez, en autonomie, des :

  • Travaux de maintenance des installations de recharge de véhicules électriques,
  • Dépannages des installations recharge de véhicules électriques,
  • Travaux d’installation ou rénovation de bornes de recharge de véhicules électriques.

Vous serez garant(e) de l’image de l’entreprise, favoriserez les relations avec les différents intervenants (clients, collectivités et riverains) et respecterez les objectifs déterminés par votre responsable hiérarchique (planning, délais, moyens humains et matériels)

Vous apportez une grande attention au respect des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers auxquels vous participez et veillez à la bonne application de ces règles (port des équipements de protection individuelle, balisage de chantiers, présence au quart d'heure sécurité...).

Votre secteur géographique d’intervention se situe sur un périmètre entre St Malo, Fougères et Rennes.

Votre profil ?

De formation CAP/BEP, BAC PRO ou BTS Electrotechnique / Maintenance Electricité Industrielle ou équivalent en électricité, avec une expérience significative en maintenance sur réseaux d'électricité. Idéalement vous êtes déjà intervenu(e) sur des bornes IRVE.

Votre sens du relationnel, votre rigueur et votre sens de l'organisation seront vos meilleurs atouts pour réussir à ce poste.

Summary

Reporting to : Housekeeping Supervisor

Core Purpose of the Job : 
Perform housekeeping services, delivery and/or and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. Wash, scrub and polish floors by utilizing auto scrubbers, burnishers and carpet cleaning equipment, clean over 12 foot high windows using a tucker pole and lift furniture.
Remove heavy garbage and operate a compactor as required.

Scope of duties & responsibilities

  • Clean offices, auditoriums, entrances/exits and reception areas.
  • Clean floors by mopping tile/concrete floors, vacuuming all carpeted areas, washing and buffing floors with floor polisher.
  • Clean washrooms, kitchens and/or dining areas by washing and disinfecting all washroom floors, toilets, sinks, counters and mirrors and replenishing toilet tissue and soap as required.
  • Dust furniture, baseboards and fixtures. Wash all finger marks frm walls, doors, hardware and glass.
  • Empty all waste baskets and garbage cans and place garbage in outside storage bins.
  • Report any hard surfaces or soft surfaces deficiencies to the help desk in a timely manner.
  • Maintain storage areas and cleaning equipment, carts, materials and supplies in a safe and orderly manner in order to ensure the safety of staff and the public.
  • Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs.
  • Work overtime when required either as extended day, week end or public holidays.
  • Comply with the Company’s Policies, Management Plans and Procedures.
  • Fulfill Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans.

Description

Cloud Security (Azure/AWS)

1. Security Configuration Management:

  • Continuously monitor and maintain cloud security configurations for Azure and AWS to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify and remediate security misconfigurations in IAM roles, security groups, and network access control lists (ACLs).

2. Vulnerability Management and Patching:

  • Perform regular vulnerability scans of cloud environments using tools like AWS Inspector, Azure Defender, Wiz, Tenable and Ivanti
  • Work with IT teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities, including patching operating systems, container images, and cloud-native applications.

3. Incident Handling and Response:

  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve security alerts related to cloud environments, including unauthorized access attempts, misconfigurations, or policy violations.
  • Coordinate with SOC and incident response teams to address cloud-specific incidents, such as credential leakage or suspicious activity.

4. Threat Monitoring and Logging:

  • Manage and monitor logs from AWS CloudTrail, Azure Monitor, and other logging services to identify potential security incidents.
  • Implement and maintain detection rules for cloud-based security threats in SIEM platform Azure Sentinel.

5. Access Control and Identity Management:

  • Audit and maintain cloud identity and access policies, ensuring least privilege principles are applied across all environments.

6. Compliance Support and Reporting:

  • Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates with tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to enforce secure configurations.

2. Incident Response and Forensics:

  • Automate the identification and remediation of compromised resources using serverless functions (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

3. Custom Tools and Integrations:

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Good working knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint preferred.

CISO Shared Line of Service Identity Management (M/F - any location)


CISO SHARED LINE OF SERVICE IDENTITY MANAGEMENT (M/F)

Attached to the Group Chief Information Security Officer teams and the Shared Line of Service Identity, you will be part of the EQUANS Cybersecurity team, which is responsible for defining and implementing the global cybersecurity strategy for the EQUANS perimeter, including the implementation of global programs and coordination of the various EQUANS cybersecurity teams.

As the Cybersecurity Reference for SLS Identity, you will be responsible for the cybersecurity of the Identity perimeter and the management of the most critical privileged accounts. In close liaison with the SLS (Shared Line of Services) teams, your mission will be to maintain and improve the security level through monitoring security indicators, managing risk analyses, audits, and remediation plans.

In this context, your main missions and activities will include:

  • Being the privileged CISO contact for our IAM/IAG/PAM solution partners and suppliers.
  • Defining control points, monitoring KPIs, and managing remediations in liaison with the operational IT teams of the SLS.
  • Participating in the development of security standards and guidelines for your perimeter - in liaison with the CyTO (Cyber Technical Office) - and being responsible for their dissemination/promotion within the operational IT teams of the SLS.
  • Participating in Architecture Committees related to IAM and PAM perimeters.

With an initial Masters/Engineering degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Science, you have about ten years of professional experience in demanding, complex, and international environments, in the field of cybersecurity, including some dedicated to IS protection;

  • You have a valid cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or GSEC) with ideally Microsoft certifications (MVP) or certain suppliers or IAM security solutions
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments (EntraID, AD,...) and Microsoft security solutions related to identity 
  • You have excellent knowledge of administration bastion management
  • You have good knowledge of certificate management and identity processes delivered to machines;
  • You have good knowledge of IAG tools and recertification processes;
  • Knowledge of information security and risk management frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, 27002, and 27005...) is useful;

You will provide guidance to others on site, showing technical expertise in mechanical, electrical systems, to ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery. To support our team of engineers to ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Working alongside the ‘Technical Services Manager’ the Building Services Engineer – Hard FM is responsible for the operational management and compliance of the building and engineering services for EQUANS and for the management of the Manchester Town Hall Complex and other MCC public Buildings.

What will you deliver? 

  • You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that engineering maintenance, including contract work, is carried out to appropriate standards, specifications and appropriate records are kept.
  • Overall compliance of the ppm schedule will sit with the Technical Services Manager, who will be expected to work with the client on the creation of complaint planned maintenance schedules.
  • The individual is responsible for the efficient use of resources and ensuring that materials, plant and equipment are effectively utilised and continuously improved in accordance with service delivery targets.
  • Although the Technical Services Manager will assume line manager responsibility for the Engineering Supervisors. This responsibility involves objective setting, identifying training requirements, managing sickness/absence, and ensuring that all works are undertaken in line with Equans policy. The Technical Services Manager will also always promote the Equans values and ensure that their teams are acting in line with these. This also includes responsibility for promoting Health and Safety initiatives and ensuring that their teams are working safely in line with these initiatives.

 The key objectives of the Technical Services Support Engineer include:

  • Planning and implementation of change to improve service and operational quality, delivery and customer satisfaction with the Technical Services Manager.
  • To ensure customer focused service delivery, contractual and procedural compliance across the Manchester Town Hall Complex and other MCC public Buildings with regards to the following aspects of the Contract:
  • Ensure the provision and maintenance of a high level of Mechanical / Electrical / Support to our Engineering Team and Clients.
  • Ensure up to date accurate asset management and support to the Technical Service Manager in complying with the contract requirements.
  • Support the Technical Services Manager with regards to the ‘Soft Landing Process’ for ‘Our Town Hall’ (Refurbishment of the Manchester Town Hall) in conjunction with The MCC Our Town Hall’ Projects Team.
  • Form part of the RP/AP roles as required by the contracts.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Qualified to City & Guilds, NVQ or HNC equivalent qualification.
  • A Facilities Management or Energy (Zero Carbon) background.
  • Ideally will have had experience of delivering a major change project or programme or equivalent experience.
  • A wide exposure to portfolio management, prioritisations and delivery
  • Experience of setting and achieving targets and producing work of high quality to agreed deadlines and budgets
