Votre mission : piloter l’ensemble des achats projets, en lien étroit avec nos équipes internes, pour garantir l’excellence opérationnelle et la performance économique dans un environnement collaboratif et stimulant.
Vos responsabilités au quotidien
Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Achats CVC de la région Île-de-France, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réussite de projets variés, alliant proximité et grandes envergures. Vos missions incluront :
1. Missions opérationnelles :
- Identifier et recueillir les besoins des équipes projets internes.
- Coordonner les actions d'approvisionnement, en garantissant Qualité, Coût et Délais (QCD).
- Réaliser les appels d'offres :
- Co-rédiger les cahiers des charges avec les équipes techniques.
- Sourcing et sélection des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
- Lancer les RFQ (Request For Quotation) et organiser des visites sur site.
- Analyser les offres, négocier les conditions commerciales et contractuelles, et finaliser les contrats.
- Suivre l’exécution des contrats et veiller au respect des engagements des fournisseurs.
2. Suivi et performance :
- Suivre l’avancement des projets avec des reportings réguliers auprès des chefs de projet.
- Alimenter et maintenir les tableaux de bord pour suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI).
- Identifier et activer les pistes d’optimisation des coûts.
3. Missions transverses :
- Animer les relations avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants, en organisant des revues de performance.
- Soutenir les initiatives en matière de RSE, décarbonation et développement durable.
- Déployer localement la stratégie achats du Groupe pour la catégorie CVC.
- Accompagner les équipes projets dans l’utilisation des outils achats (BATIS, COUPA).
4. Proximité terrain :
- Être un interlocuteur privilégié auprès des équipes opérationnelles, grâce à une présence régulière sur le terrain.
- Intervenir sur des projets situés principalement en Hauts-de-France et Normandie.
Profil recherché
- Diplôme Bac+5 en Achats ou équivalent.
- Une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement technique (CVC, électricité, FM).
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et d’organisation, avec un goût pour le travail collaboratif.
- Sens relationnel et aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement transverse.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office, Excel, ERP, BATIS, COUPA).

Rattaché au Responsable SAV, votre mission consiste à assister l’activité SAV au quotidien.
Pour cela, vous êtes amené à :
- Réceptionner et traiter de manière réactive les demandes d’intervention de maintenance et dépannages de manière à respecter les délais
- Gérer le planning des techniciens selon un secteur
- Traiter les demandes de devis (demande de prix et délai fournisseur)
- Elaborer et transmettre des devis
- Réaliser les commandes et le suivi de pièces détachées
- Réaliser le reporting de l’activité (suivi facturation, formations en cours, suivi des causeries,..)
- Préparer et participer aux causeries sécurité
- Participer aux réunions de service
- Gérer le suivi de l’administratif (retour feuille d’heures des techniciens, transmission des bons d’interventions, etc..)
Idéalement diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac +2 tel que BTS Assistant de Gestion PME/PMI ou équivalent, vous possédez déjà une expérience au sein d’un service SAV ou dans une fonction similaire.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à gérer les priorités et respecter les délais en autonomie.
Votre organisation, votre rigueur, votre réactivité et votre aisance relationnelle sont des atouts essentiels qui vous permettront de vous épanouir dans ce poste.
La maitrise du logiciel SAP est idéalement souhaitée.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial, vous êtes en charge de décliner la Stratégie Commerciale, d’assurer la fidélisation du portefeuille client existant et la prospection de nouveaux clients sur le Secteur Nouvelle Aquitaine/ Occitanie.

Idéalement issu d’une formation spécialisée en Réfrigération ou en génie climatique (telle que BTS FED, Licence, IFFI, génie climatique…) une spécialisation en commerce serait appréciée, vous possédez 5 années d’expérience minimum sur des fonctions similaires ou bien vous possédez une première expérience réussie en gestion d'affaires chez un installateur ou sous-traitant dans le secteur de la Réfrigération.
Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer régulièrement (en ce sens le permis B est obligatoire).

Mobile Facilities Supervisor
Equans is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team of Cleaners overseeing operations in Southampton - based in The Courts of Justice, SO15 2XQ on a permanent basis. Part time Morning Cleaner
Equans is looking for a Part time Morning Cleaner to join our team in Reading Magistrates Court, RG1 7TQ on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 7.30 - 9.30
What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.

Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Basildon, SS14 2EW working on multiple sites including Southend, Ipswich, Great Yarmouth, Chelmsford, Bury St. Edmunds on a permanent basis. What will you deliver?
As a Facilities Supervisor/Cleaning supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract. You will also be the first point of contact on Management of Waste, Pest Control and Landscaping Services.

Resident Maintenance Assistant
EQUANS is looking for a Resident Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Macclesfield on a permanent basis at Alderley Park. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
The role of the Residential Maintenance Assistant will include carrying out several tasks on contracted customer sites These will include:
•Legionella Required Tasks, Weekly Flushing, Monthly Temperature Testing, shower disinfections, Hot water system checks, CWST inspections and testing, tank turnover recording, Testing and maintenance of TMV’s
•Proactive improvements to customers water systems
•Small repairs to pipework
•Reactive requests for repairs
•Plantroom cleaning and inspections
•Joining an out of hours callout rota
•Contractor Escorting duties
This role will involve hands on work delivering the services above with some customer contact. The successful applicant will build an on-going relationship with all customers looking after the needs of the site and making improvements where applicable.
The Engineer will report into their Manager and the Account Manager.
The right candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday at Alderley Park and may be required to work on other sites. Will also be required to work on a shift basis, working lates and earlies as required.
The successful candidate will be required to have legionella awareness qualifications, the candidate must have experience of maintaining, and repairing pipework, upgrading and repairing building plumbing systems. This is an active role, and the candidate would be required to walk in excess of 10,000 steps per day.
The successful candidate will also be required to join a callout rota and be part of the escalation procedure.
There will be training offered by EQUANS and Client for the right candidate
Impact:
The role has a medium impact on the company, responsibility will be taken by the candidate for the maintenance and repair of client’s building management systems acquired the impact will steadily increase, with greater responsibility taken for the maintenance and operation of systems.
Complexity:
The role involves gaining a good understanding of different complex technical control systems, and the ability to determine the cause of individual and multiple faults within each system.
The job holder must have the ability to learn quickly and approach problems in a measured and logical manner.
The role also involves the acquisition of communications skills to be able to explain and report on the above in plain and simple language to ‘non-technical’ clients.

City & Guilds / BTec / ACOP L8, LCA
NVQ plumbing qualifications
Experience in Legionella Awareness and tasks
