Mobile Facilities Supervisor

Equans is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team of Cleaners overseeing operations in Southampton - based in The Courts of Justice, SO15 2XQ on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a annual salary of £27.500 per annum plus benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

with flexible starting and finishing time due to operations needs 

What will you deliver?

As a Facilities Supervisor/Cleaning supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential

Who are we looking for? 

Essential Qualifications/Experience 

• Driving License, UK Valid
• Previous experience of supervising and multi-siting. 

• Must pass BPSS security clearance. 

Desirable Qualifications/Experience: 
• COSHH Knowledge 
• BICS training or willing to undertake training within job role. 
• Additional languages desirable

Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Merthyr Tydfil Combined Court Centre , The Law Courts, CF47 8BH  on a permanent basis working 5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

These checks typically include:

• Right to Work Status in the UK: Citizenship or valid share code.
• Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.

Cleaning Supervisor

Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Basildon, SS14 2EW working on multiple sites including Southend, Ipswich, Great Yarmouth, Chelmsford, Bury St. Edmunds on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a annual salary of £ £28,750  and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00 1hr Lunch 

What will you deliver?

As a Facilities Supervisor/Cleaning supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract. You will also be the first point of contact on Management of Waste, Pest Control and Landscaping Services. 

This will be a mobile role covering multiple sites. A company vehicle will be provided therefore a full clean driving licence (valid within the UK) is essential. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential
