Zoom op de job:
- planning en coördinatie:
- organiseren en coördineren van transportactiviteiten om ervoor te zorgen dat materialen en uitrusting op tijd op de projecten worden geleverd inclusief inkomende en uitgaande zendingen
- optimaliseren van routes en middelen om kosten te minimaliseren en efficiëntie te maximaliseren
- naleving en veiligheid:
- zorgen voor naleving van alle relevante wet- en regelgeving, met name op het gebied van nucleair transport en logistiek
- implementeren en handhaven van strikte veiligheidsprocedures en protocollen om de veiligheid van medewerkers en het milieu te waarborgen
- transportmiddelen:
- beheren en controleren van transportmiddelen en -uitrusting om ervoor te zorgen dat ze in goede staat verkeren
- team management:
- aansturen en begeleiden van het transportteam, inclusief chauffeurs en logistiek personeel
- verzorgen van training en ontwikkeling van teamleden om hun vaardigheden en kennis te verbeteren
- stakeholdermanagement:
- onderhouden van goede relaties met klanten, leveranciers, autoriteiten en logistieke partners
- oplossen van problemen of klachten met betrekking tot transportdiensten
- documentatie en rapportage:
- beheren van alle documentatie met betrekking tot transportactiviteiten, inclusief vergunningen, verzekeringen en compliance-documenten
- rapporteren van voortgang, uitdagingen, uitgaven en prestaties aan hogere managementlagen
- risicobeheer:
- identificeren en mitigeren van potentiële transport gerelateerde risico's
- kostenbeheer:
- optimaliseren van transportprocessen om kosten te verlagen en efficiëntie te verhogen
- assisteren bij en controleren van inkoop, projectbudgetten en uitgaven
Daarnaast neem je ook projectmanagement-taken op:
- coördineren en beheren van projecten van initiatie tot voltooiing
- identificeren en beheersen van projectrisico's, waarborgen van naleving van HSEQ-eisen (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality)
- leiden van het projectteam, inclusief engineering managers en andere sleutelfiguren
- opstellen en bewaken van projectplannen, schema's en budgetten
- identificeren en beheren van projectrisico’s en -kwesties
- communiceren met alle belanghebbenden en zorgen voor regelmatige voortgangsrapportages
Wat heb je nodig?
- bachelor of master in logistiek, bedrijfskunde, projectmanagement of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- transport management certificeringen: certificeringen die specifiek gericht zijn op transport en logistiek, zoals een ADR-certificaat voor het vervoeren van gevaarlijke goederen en het vakbekwaamheid certificaat (of bereid deze te behalen op korte termijn)
- veiligheidscertificeringen: bv. een certificering op het gebied van nucleaire veiligheid en compliance (zoals NQA-1 of vergelijkbare normen)
- minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen transport en/of projectmanagement
- ervaring met risico- en kwaliteitsbeheer
- kennis van transportregelgeving en beste praktijken
- vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te beheren en prioriteiten te stellen
- uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- vermogen om problemen snel en effectief op te lossen
- bekwaamheid in het analyseren van gegevens en het maken van weloverwogen beslissingen
- sterke vaardigheden in projectplanning, risicobeheer en budgettering

What you need
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a procurement role.
- Preferably involved in procuring materials and services in the construction services business including electrical, communications, HVAC and Fire Safety systems will be highly regarded.

EQUANS are recruiting for a Joiner to be based in Belfast. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,620 plus van and fuel card and benefits package.
General Overview
- To undertake the duties/responsibilities as a Joiner to the standards set out by the contract.
- To carry out the duties as a Joiner in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures.

What will you deliver?
General Overview:
- Deal with service requests and processing Penalty Charge Notices
- Provide support to the Senior Notice Processing Clerk in the provision of an effective and efficient administration and Notice Processing service
- Need to be articulate, enthusiastic, committed and highly organised with a proven track record in contributing and working within a busy team. Flexibility and the ability to respond to the changing demands of the business as well as the ability to multi-task are vital

Key Responsibilities:
The role will focus on the following requirements:
- Council to progress cases to full debt recovery by enforcement agents, meeting all legislative and local deadlines

Part Time Afternoon Cleaner
Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Plymouth Combined Court, The Law Courts, 10 Armada Way, Plymouth, PL1 2ER, on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.
These checks typically include:
- Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.
- Employment History (past 3 years): Any gaps will require HMRC statements for the period in question.
- Right to Work Status in the UK: Citizenship or valid share code.
- Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.

Servicecoördinator Infra
Als Service Coördinator bij Equans ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse technische, organisatorische en administratieve coördinatie van onderhoudsprojecten en de bijbehorende vervolgprojecten. - organiseren van activiteiten voor collega's en onderaannemers op basis van contractuele afspraken

- technische domeinkennis toepassen op de projecten en objecten waar je aan werkt
