Contexte :

Afin d’accompagner la croissance de nos activités, nous recrutons un.e : Ingénieur.e Robotique (H/F/X).

De ce fait, vous intégrerez le Pôle OT d’EQUANS Digital : 550 collaborateur.rice.s – 80M€ de chiffre d’affaires.

Plus particulièrement, vous serez rattaché.e à une agence de 50 personnes, dirigée par Jean-Dominique Rousseau.

Vous travaillerez au sein du service installation robotique, composé de 7 profils, et sur des projets dans un environnement technique (orientés essentiellement machine spéciale). 

Nos projets à envergure nationale seront chez nos client.e.s industriels varié.e.s tels que l’agroalimentaire, le pharmaceutique, l'armement ou encore le manufacturing, etc.

Par exemple, vous pourrez être amené.e à programmer des robots spécialisés dans la constitution de packaging dans l'Armée.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Études et programmations en robotique, automatisme et interfaces utilisateurs
  • Essais et mise en service en atelier
  • Mise en service chez le.la client.e et assurer sa formation 
  • Interface client.e et fournisseur.euse

Votre profil :


De formation BAC+2 à BAC+5 en robotique industrielle
Expérience minimum de 2 ans dans le domaine (hors alternance)

Vos savoir-faire :

  • Maîtrise de la programmation en automatisme industriel (machine) et robotique SRS (Staubli) et Work Visual (Kuka)
  • Connaissance des autres marques telles que ABB, Yaskawa etc.

Vos savoir-être :

  • Sens du travail en équipe
  • Sens du service client
  • Appréciation de la bienveillance

Ce poste nécessite des déplacements nationaux en semaine (70% en atelier, 30% en mise en service chez nos client.e.s nationaux).

Le permis B vous sera donc requis pour ce poste.

  • Salaire de 40 à 45 000€ annuels brut fixe en fonction du profil sur 13 mois.

Vous rejoignez la Direction des Projets Globaux et plus particulièrement un de nos prestigieux sites, situé à Paris 15ème, doté d’une équipe projet et exploitation intégrée et pluridisciplinaire de 90 collaborateurs et d’une grande diversité technique de bâtiments (IGH , ERP, Pôle opérationnel) ainsi que de nombreux usages (bureaux, piscine, salle de sport, restaurants, crèche).

Nous recherchons un∙e Responsable de services GTB, dont le rôle est d’assurer le suivi et le bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des Systèmes automatisés du site : GTB, Road Blocker, Hypervision énergétique, GMAO, réseau Tétra…

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de site adjoint, vous pilotez une équipe de 2 techniciens et 2  alternants qui sont chargés de réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative des équipements GTB en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance du site.

Vos objectifs :

  • Assurer un taux de disponibilité optimal pour l’ensemble des systèmes : suivi des tickets et des éventuelles pénalités,
  • Suive le renouvellement des systèmes automatisés,
  • Proposer et Accompagner l’évolution des outils afin d’apporter des services à valeur ajoutée pour l’exploitant et le client,
  • Assurer une transversalité avec les équipes d'exploitation et l’Energy Manager pour atteindre les objectifs de sobriété énergétique,
  • Sourcer et animer des prestataires experts dans les systèmes automatisés,
  • Participer au Plan de Gestion de Crise en qualité d’expert GTB

Vos missions quotidiennes sont les suivantes :

Vous assurez la maintenance préventive et corrective principalement sur les équipements suivants :

  • Portes intérieures / Extérieures (portes, serrures électroniques, groom, huisserie, béquille…)

Vous avez une expérience dans le domaine de la maintenance multi technique et en serrurerie-Métallerie. Vous savez dépanner des serrures électroniques, vous maîtrisez les techniques de soudure (acier, inox…), la pose de menuiserie.

Summary

A heavy duty cleaner is generally responsible for:

  • heavy cleaning work including the cleaning of all hard floor surfaces;
  • extraction of broadloom carpets and the cleaning of all surfaces that must be reached by ladder or scaffolding;
  • collection and removal of garbage from drop points to a garbage bin or compactor;
  • snow removal using walk behind snow machines and manual shovel during winter.

Scope of duties & responsibilities

  • Dry mops, wet mop (wash/scrub) and polishes hard surface floors. The washing/scrubbing of floors is done with hand held or walk behind buffing machines. In large open applications, automatic equipment may be used to perform these functions.
  • Strips and finishes hard surface floors manually or with power equipment when required.
  • Transports garbage from drop points to garbage bins or compactor. The heavy duty cleaner will operate the compactor and will be responsible for cleaning the compactor at regular intervals.
  • Transports maintenance machinery, where necessary, between floors and job sites.
  • Removes snow from entrances and allocated sidewalks and puts fall protection down during winter.
  • Cleans glass areas requiring ladders, scaffolding or other extension equipment to reach.
  • Cleans washroom floors including washing, stripping and finishing.
  • Cleans stairwells and elevator cabs where ladders are required.
  • Other duties that management may assign.

Additional Possible Responsibilities

  • Washes walls, ceilings and dusts ceiling light fixtures and ceiling fans at established intervals.
  • Uses pile lifting equipment to restore certain types of carpet.
  • Shampoos broadloom and uses extracting equipment to clean broadloom.
  • Responsibilities may vary depending on the work site location.

Safety Responsibilities

  • Attends all required health & safety training.
  • Follows safe work instructions and assists in prevention.
  • Complies with H&S regulations and company policies.
  • Does not operate any equipment without prior training.
  • Use all required PPE where indicated.
  • Reports any unsafe conditions, hazards and all workplace injuries.
  • Participates in the early and safe return to work process as per our RTW policy.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Is authorized to work in Canada.
  • Ability to pass all background checks and security screenings per airport requirements.
  • Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment.
  • Ability to use auto scrubbers, burnishers and other carpet/floor cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to clean over 12 foot windows utilizing a tucker pole and lift up to 50 lb. according to Worksafe BC quidelines.
  • Good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English to respond to customer inquiries as required.
  • Ability to read and understand labels and instructions, particularly on the use and application of cleaning chemicals and products.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and solve problems independently.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System.

Summary

A light duty cleaner is generally responsible for cleaning tasks in designated areas of a building, including dusting, dust mopping,  cleaning washroom fixtures, spot cleaning, emptying and cleaning ashtrays and emptying and cleaning waste receptacles and vacuuming of carpets.

Scope of duties & responsibilities

  • Dust all office furniture
  • Empties and cleans waste paper baskets.
  • Collects coffee cups and leaves them in a designated area.
  • Spot cleans walls, partitions, light switches and doors, window sills.
  • Cleans and polishes chrome and other polished metal surfaces.
  • Cleans partition glass that is within arms reach.
  • Cleans and disinfects washroom fixtures using mild chemicals.
  • Dusts baseboards and low air vents.
  • Vacuums common  areas, carpet and  spot treats stains.
  • Vacuums cloth furniture at established frequencies.
  • Dust mops all office hard floor surfaces and/or vacuums all carpeted areas at established frequencies.
  • Removes full garbage bags from cleaner’s cart and places them in designated area for transport to garbage bin or compactor.
  • Damp mops small area hard surface floors.
  • Restocks single unit dispensers containing soap, towels, toilet tissue and sanitary napkins.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Additional Possible Responsibilities

  • Polishes wooden furniture at established frequencies, dust or wipe offices as requested.
  • Washes metal and painted surfaces of filing cabinets at established frequencies or on an as requested basis.
  • Disinfects telephones at established frequencies or on an as requested basis.

  • Removes snow from entrances and allocated sidewalks and puts fall protection down during winter.
  • Cleans glass areas requiring ladders, scaffolding or other extension equipment to reach.
  • Cleans washroom floors including washing, stripping and finishing.
  • Cleans stairwells and elevator cabs where ladders are required.
  • Other duties that management may assign.

Additional Possible Responsibilities

  • Washes walls, ceilings and dusts ceiling light fixtures and ceiling fans at established intervals.
  • Uses pile lifting equipment to restore certain types of carpet.
  • Shampoos broadloom and uses extracting equipment to clean broadloom.
  • Responsibilities may vary depending on the work site location

Safety Responsibilities

  • Attends all required health & safety training.
  • Follows safe work instructions and assists in prevention.
  • Complies with H&S regulations and company policies.
  • Does not operate any equipment without prior training.
  • Use all required PPE where indicated.
  • Reports any unsafe conditions, hazards and all workplace injuries.
  • Participates in the early and safe return to work process as per our RTW policy.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Is authorized to work in Canada.
  • Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment.
  • Ability to use auto scrubbers, burnishers and other carpet/floor cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to clean over 12 foot windows utilizing a tucker pole and lift up to 50 lb.
  • Good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English to respond to customer inquiries as required.
  • Ability to read and understand labels and instructions, particularly on the use and application of cleaning chemicals and products.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and solve problems independently.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System.
  • Ability to pass all background checks and security screenings per airport requirements.

  • bestellingen registreren (order intake) en ingave initieel budget
  • aanvraag bankgaranties opvolgen
  • vorderingsstaten en aankoop-orders (PO) opvragen en klantvalidatie vragen en opvolgen
  • werven registreren bij de RSZ
  • validering, opmaken en versturen van de facturen en kredietnota’s naar de klanten:
    • installatie projecten op basis van vorderingsstaten
    • interventies (extra-works) binnen een onderhoudscontract
  • opstellen en rapporteren van de klantenbalans (ageing balance)
  • opvolging onbetaalde facturen: herinneringen uitsturen en klanten contacteren

Performance Manager


EQUANS are recruiting for a Performance Manager to be based in Oldham. This is a full-time fixed term contract for 6 months working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of up to £52,000 doe,car allowance, bonus and benefits package.

General Overview

This is a key role on the Manchester City Council Housing contract with a specific focus on driving performance within the teams.

This person will have the skillset to identify where lack of performance is occurring and the solution required to resolve. Utilising the EQUANS policy and procedures and exploring the need to develop staff where required this will ensure that the right steps are being taken, to resolve lack of performance.

This is a full time position reporting directly to the Partnership Director and working closely with the senior management team, key support functions such as HR and Health and Safety to support achieving an improved performance culture.

Key Accountabilities

  • Quality check the utilisation of EQUANS Policy and Procedures across the contract.
  • Monitoring client Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and identifying improvements required where failures occur
  • Ensuring that Sickness, Conduct and Performance issues are tracked start to finish working with the teams to take the relevant actions.
  • Identify development needs within staff and working with Learning & Development to identify training requirements.
  • Monitoring the performance of line management and staff across the contract.
  • Identifying any Key Improvements needed to improve the culture and service delivery of the contract.
  • Reporting the status of the above requirements on a regular basis to the Partnership Director and the Senior Management team.
  • Sharing progress updates with the Client.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably expected at this level.
  • All EQUANS policy and procedures are implemented and utilised efficiently.

Multi Site Caretaker


Equans is looking for a Multi Site Caretaker to join our team across all Rotherham Schools, based in Venture House S60 1RF, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,436.80 per annum.

Shift Pattern:

Any 8 hours between the hours of 6:00am – 22:00pm.

What will you deliver?

  • The role provides support across several education and leisure facilities where EQUANS provide services such as: maintenance; cleaning; porterage; and maintenance of the external site, including preparations for seasonal changes to the outside areas.
  • This role expects you to be a key holder and to deliver the full range of caretaking, maintenance, and ad-hoc cleaning duties, with responsibility of securing the site. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills.
