Wat houdt deze job precies in?
- preventief onderhoud en herstellingen: uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties aan koeltechnische installaties, met een focus op ammoniakkoeling en andere natuurlijke koudemiddelen
- installaties opstarten: de leiding nemen bij het opstarten van nieuwe installaties en het correct afstellen van de verschillende componenten
- klantenadvies: communiceren met klanten en hen adviseren op basis van jouw technische kennis
- materialen en gereedschappen: zorg dragen voor en zorgvuldig controleren van de benodigde materialen en gereedschappen voor elke taak
- rapportage en documentatie: nauwkeurige registratie bijhouden van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en onderhoudsbeurten

Key Activities:
- Reporting to the Contract Manager / Contract Director
- To ensure a standardised approach to the provision and recording of FM operational services and be responsible for the effective management and governance of Hard FM Services compliance within the building environments, inclusive of statutory PPM performance, compliance document management and control, adherence to internal directives and any associated business accreditations.
- To ensure that the site complies with all H&S management and compliance
- Responsible for delivering safety management in line with SHEQ policies ensuring company returns are reported within timelines; representing the contracts in the client Health and Safety meetings.
- As a part of the operational team, to implement, manage & maintain the necessary compliance tracking tool to ensure adherence to statutory engineering, SLA performance, and Business accreditations and continuity plans in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Proactively plan and manage the PPM activity across the contract ensuring that all client contractors are in place to complete the required PPM activities when due throughout the calendar year and that they are suitably inducted and supervised when on site in line with the client / site operational procedures.
- Provide accurate and regular updates/reports on compliance status to the portfolio's senior management team; ensure the accuracy of all Compliance Trackers and provide regular status updates on non-complaint issues.
- Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

What will you deliver?
- Undertake legionella risk assessments to a high standard in line with the latest version of the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 (Fourth edition) and its associated technical guidance documents of HSG274 and the British standard code of practice for Risk assessing BS8580-1 2019
- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments manually and electronically
- Drawing of schematic diagrams

- Ensure that Legionella Risk Assessments paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned within agreed KPI timescales

Equans is looking for a Mechanical Technician to join our team at Fife Victoria Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. This is based on a shift pattern that includes working nights and weekends. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

- Ensure all Reactive Works are responded to and completed in line with contractual SLA’s
- Ensure all Corrective & Remedial works are completed and duly recorded
- Report all Corrective & Remedial works that need to be undertaken by other skillsets, or external contractors
- Ensure that the integrity of the Critical systems is always achieved minimising downtime of assets
- Correctly & Accurately utilise PDA to accurately record information, data and details relating to all works undertaken and accounting for working day
- Complete all maintenance documentation (electronic and hard copy) ensuring full and accurate completion
- Assess, compile, and create safety programmes relating to Mechanical and Medical Gas works in line with EQUANS Safe Systems of Work and SHTM 02-01 Undertaking the duties and responsibilities as Appointed Person within the relevant discipline. Issuing of Medical Gas permits as required
- Issue Limitation of Access Permit to Contractors attending site outside of normal working hours, including working at height, hot works, etc.

Who are we looking for?
- Completed an HNC or equivalent in mechanical installation/Repair or Pipework installation/repair on heating and cooling systems
- Effective communication skills, and flexible attitude to work situations
- Full Driving Licence
- Excellent administrative and Software applications experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, PDA usage, etc)
- Familiarity with the Healthcare sector, and day to day operation and maintenance of varying types of building/premises (Desirable)
- Experience/Qualifications within a technical capacity relating to SHTM 02-01 Medical Gas or PSSR Appointed/Authorised Person and/or Competent Person (Desirable)
This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential.

Le contexte :
- Au sein de l’agence Maintenance, vous intégrerez une équipe dédiée aux courants faibles sur un site client industriel de pointe dans le secteur aéronautique.
- Basé directement sur site, vous serez un acteur clé des interventions techniques, en assurant la maintenance préventive et curative des installations en courants faibles.
- Vous travaillez avec des experts techniques qui vous assurerons un support pour votre évolution professionnelle et vous permettront de faire face aux situations techniques complexes.
Vos missions principales :
- Maintenance des systèmes de sûreté et de courants faibles :
- Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements de courants faibles : Vidéosurveillance ; Systèmes d’alarme anti-intrusion ; Protections périmétriques ; Contrôle d’accès et Obstacles mécaniques associés (portails, tourniquets, tripodes…).
- Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des installations.
- Diagnostic et résolution des pannes :
- Identifier les dysfonctionnements sur les systèmes de courants faibles.
- Mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
- Contrôles et conformité :
- Maintenir la conformité réglementaire des installations en effectuant des contrôles, tests et mesures réguliers.
- Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser la fiabilité et la performance des systèmes.
- Reporting et traçabilité :
- Documenter chaque intervention avec précision.
- Collaboration et relation client :
- Travailler en équipe sur site pour partager les bonnes pratiques.
- Être à l’écoute des besoins du client et assurer sa satisfaction à chaque étape des interventions.

- Vous avez la capacité de diagnostiquer et résoudre des pannes.
- Vous faites preuve d'esprit d’équipe, de rigueur et d'autonomie ; vous avez l'esprit de service.
