Vous réalisez les études de projets d'équipement électrique de bâtiments tertiaire, logistique et industriels en courant fort et courant faible.
Vous serez amené(e) à :
- Participer au chiffrage des projets et à l’établissement des budgets (fournitures, heures…)
- Optimiser des solutions techniques et apporter votre expertise tout au long du traitement des affaires
- Réaliser les notes de calcul (sur Caneco et Dialux)
- Concevoir les schémas (sur Autocad)
- Concevoir les plans (sur Autocad et Revit)
- Etablir le dossier d’exécution des ouvrages selon les données du client et les informations des Responsables d’Affaires
Votre profil :
De formation technique, idéalement en électrotechnique ou GEII, vous justifiez surtout d'une expérience réussie en bureau d’étude sur des projets en génie électrique.
Vous maitrisez les outils de DAO (Autocad et/ou Revit) ainsi que de calcul (Caneco et Dialux dans l’idéal).
Organisé(e), rigoureux(euse) et autonome, vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
Vous faites preuves de réelles capacités d'analyse, relationnelles et le sens du service client.
Vous savez vous adapter rapidement aux contraintes et imprévus du chantier.

Au sein de l’activité Facility Management (FM), nous assurons l’exploitation et la maintenance des sites de nos clients (sites tertiaires, industriels, collectivités), afin de garantir des espaces de travail agréables et efficaces, tout en pérennisant et en valorisant le patrimoine immobilier.
Nous agissons dans une approche globale :
- Plan d’optimisation énergétique et technique des installations, avec une estimation des coûts d’exploitation,

Vous intégrez une équipe multi métiers de 6 personnes serez amené(e) à travailler avec le soutien logistique et administratif de notre antenne de Rennes. Sous la responsabilité d’un conducteur de travaux, vos missions seront de :
Réaliser des opérations de réparation et réfection sur les installations suivantes : travaux de menuiseries, placo, plafond, carrelage, cloisons, portes…
Participer aux réunions de chantier avec le client.
Appliquer les mesures de sécurité lors des chantiers
Travail du lundi au vendredi – horaires de journée- Itinérance principalement sur les secteurs de la Bretagne et des Pays de Loire.

Technical Services Manager
Equans is looking for an Technical Service Manager to join our team in Merseyside on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
Covering the North West Fire & Rescue portfolio of 16 PFI fire stations from Cumbria to Merseyside the TSM will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards within the contracts.
They will provide guidance to others on site, showing technical expertise in mechanical, electrical and fabric systems, to ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery. Manage a team of engineers to ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations.
What will you deliver?
- Planning and implementation of change to improve service and operational quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer focused service delivery, contractual and procedural compliance across the PFI contracts with regards to the following aspects of the Contract:
- Ensure the provision and maintenance of a high level of Mechanical / Electrical / Support to our Clients.
- Ensure up to date accurate asset management and support to the Life Cycle Manager in complying with the contract life cycle requirements.
- Manage a team of engineering staff in order to maintain the sites to contractual and acceptable standard.
- Form part of the RP/AP roles as required by the contracts
- Offer technical support as required to the business.
- Ensure all statutory obligations are maintained in line with current legislation.
- Management of Reactive works to ensure contractual timescales are met.
- Management of PPM to ensure contractual / statutory timescales are met.
- Management of the engineer’s day to day work schedules
- Manage the organisation of Statutory Inspections to ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
- Completion of Health and Safety audits in line with agreed programme including follow up action and reporting.
- Staff management including monitoring, induction and actions where necessary.
- Sub-contractor management.
- Ensure records are maintained, up to date and available via Contract Network Drive or similar.
- Understand and meet ongoing customer requirements, develop effective working relationships with business partners, suppliers and subcontractors.

Mobile Electrical Technician
EQUANS is looking for a Mobile Electrical Technician to join our team in Liverpool on a permanent basis at Knowsley Schools. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
This is a role for a proven HV Authorised 18th edition qualified Electrical Technician. Supported by a strong operational team, the focus is developing, maintaining and improving the Electrical systems across the Knowsley Schools PFI estate. The contract involves GSHP, gas boilers and chillers as a means of supply of heat, electricity and cooling to the range of buildings.
In particular;
•Demonstrate the ability to maintain plant and equipment to agreed specifications and operation
•Develop an in-depth knowledge of the relevant individual contracts
•Ensure paperwork is up to date and correctly completed
•Ensure all jobs are closed down promptly
Impact:
•Carry out the defined planned maintenance regime for all contractual obligations within the School Buildings..
•Ensure Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) are in place.
•Issuing of relative working permits.
•Carry out repairs, reactive maintenance and minor installation works on plant.
•Attend, diagnose and repair faults having due regard to customer care in this specific environment.
•Carry out proactive plant monitoring activities to ensure efficient utilisation of plant and equipment
•Interrogation of operational information systems to support daily operations as well as fault diagnosis
•Complete the relevant paperwork and report diligently.
•Any other relevant duties that may be required, some of which may be outside normal working hours.
You will be expected to undertake any training necessary to ensure that you are able to undertake your duties effectively.

Small Works & Lifecycle Co-ordinator - FM

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Small Works & Lifecycle Co-ordinator - FM to join our Facilities Management team at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
The role:
- Reporting to the Lifecycle & Legacy Manager
- Manage the delivery of small works and the repair or replacement of the Mechanical & Electrical assets, building fabric infrastructure, furniture, fixtures and equipment inclusive of certain medical devices.
- Ensure that all small works enquiries are effectively quoted and actioned in accordance with the schedule of rates.
- Obtain quotations and delivery programmes from the supply chain and where appropriate ensure internal costs are included in the final proposal
- Prepare and obtain approval for the work submissions to support the programme
- Ensure that subcontracts/purchase orders are generated and issued prior to commencement of work
- Management of the supply chain to ensure works are delivered to time, quality and cost.
- Ensure the asset register, asset database (CAFM) and record drawings are updated
- Support the contract finance team with their preparation of the monthly accounts
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
The person:
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience of project management / administration is essential
- Essential to have good numerical and written skills
- Must have a strong understanding of I.T. systems; desirable to have knowledge of Maximo
- Previous healthcare background is desirable
- Desirable to hold a PRINCE2 qualification

Assistant Estates Manager - Passive Fire Protection
Equans is looking for an Assistant Estates Manager- Fire Protection Project to join our team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital on an 18-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role is to assist in the delivery of an extensive Passive Fire Protection Remediation project and implementation of an active fire solution.
The role is vital to ensure that the estate is maintained to a high and compliant standard, ensuring that all statutory requirements are fully complied with and documented for all services and facilities under the control of the contract.
What will you deliver?
- Manage the day-to-day Passive Fire Protection work streams on behalf of Equans whilst interfacing with a number of construction and non-construction parties
- Collate all information related to the PFP work & appropriately organise and store records in line with Equans record keeping procedures
- Managing and directing staff in a safe and efficient manner
- Participate in regular meetings with the Construction Contractor/Project Company & Trust to agree access for the construction team’s contractor to carry out remedial works
- Carry out Authorised Person isolations, in relation to both electrical LV and Medical Gases, where required to enable work to be completed
- Ensure all Equans Human Resource and Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are adhered to
- Deputise for the Senior Project Manager Passive Fire Protection during absence from site as directed by the Senior Management Team
- Ensure that all works are being carried out in compliance with: Statute, Contract Requirements, Regulations, ACOP’s and Guidance (HTM’s)
- Managing and resolving incidents of non-compliance across the project in line with Contract and Company Requirements
- Ensure adherence and evidence of all Statutory Standards and Regulations and Department of Health requirements
- Attend as required Health & Safety forums with staff and the client on a regular basis
- Responsible for bringing to the attention of the Senior Project Manager PFP and all Senior Management any unsafe working conditions, working practices, unsafe plant or equipment encountered during the execution of duties including reporting on the company AIM’s system
- Responsible for the execution of any other estates and facilities related duties in an emergency/urgent situation, as directed by the Technical Services Managers or Senior Management Team
- Hold Authorised Person (AP) status in Elec/Medi gas/Vent or equivalent as agreed with business need
- Participate in shift working where required to ensure the delivery of the PFP project
- To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the department as requested by the Senior Management Team
- To attend and participate in Training courses as required and to undertake any training in the future as may be required to ensure the duties of the post are effectively carried out or as required by the Senior Management Team
- Responsible for maintaining comprehensive compliance records
- Carryout Equans Management Safety Visits and compliance audits (MSV) across the project
- Carrying out inspections of site tools, plant, access equipment and first aid equipment, reporting on findings and manage resolution ensuring safety and compliance
- Ensure the project work does not impact on the delivery of the Equans services on site
- To actively identify continuing professional development requirements and demonstrate progress towards enhancing knowledge and training
