Vos missions :
- Préparer, organiser, réaliser et suivre les travaux sur le chantier.
- Installer la signalisation et garantir la sécurité des zones d’intervention.
- Lire les plans, tenir les journaux de chantier et suivre l’avancement des travaux.
- Encadrer une équipe de 2 à 3 personnes et assurer la communication avec les clients, maîtres d’œuvre, riverains et hierarchie.
- Réaliser des travaux en électricité : câblage, raccordements, lignes aériennes et souterraines, postes de transformation et modernisation de réseaux.
- Conduire des engins type nacelle.
- Localisation des chantiers : Secteur Maine-et-Loire (49).
Votre profil :
- Formation : CAP/BEP ou Bac en électricité, idéalement dans les métiers des réseaux extérieurs (monteur aéro-souterrain ou équivalent).
- Expérience : Vous justifiez d’une expérience en électricité sur des réseaux extérieurs.
- Vous aimez travailler en extérieur et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe, votre sens de l’organisation et votre rigueur.
- Habilitations requises : BR, BC, B2T, H2V, TST BT, TST AER, Émergences, AIPR et CACES Nacelle.
- Permis B obligatoire pour vous déplacer sur les chantiers.

Sous la responsabilité de votre chef d’équipe, vous travaillerez dans le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité, sur des chantiers de travaux neufs et de maintenance en réseaux électriques aériens BT et HT (effacement, renforcement, extension) :
Au quotidien, vous devrez :
- Pose et dépose de poteaux;
- Raccordements de câbles sur poteaux ou façades;
- Mise en place d'équipements de réseaux aériens: boîtiers, coffrets, transformateurs;
- Réalisation de raccords d'accessoires de réseaux électriques souterrains;
- Vérification des installations.
Vous êtes notre candidat idéal si :
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac professionnel électrotechnique ou génie électrique et d’une mention complémentaire de monteur de réseaux aéro-souterrains, ou avez au minimum 1 an d’expérience sur des chantiers de réseaux aériens ;
- Vous aimez le travail à l’extérieur et n’avez pas peur du travail en hauteur ;
- Vous possédez le permis B ;
- Vous avez l’habilitation B1V minimum et le CACES Nacelle.
Votre + qui fait la différence :
- Vous possédez le permis C (voir CE),
- Vous détenez les habilitations TST.

Au sein d’Equans services Bâtiments & Infrastructures, une équipe commerciale de 5 personnes est missionnée pour développer les Grands Comptes Nationaux. Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recrutons un∙e Chargé∙e de développement Commercial Grands Comptes Nationaux, poste basé à Guyancourt (78).
Vous êtes rattaché∙e à un des 2 Business Développer de l’équipe et votre rôle est de construire, de A à Z, des offres innovantes (Facility Management ou Multi technique) en veillant à leur pertinence technique et contractuelle.
Vos principales missions :
- Comprendre et analyser les besoins des clients grands comptes : Tertiaire, Industrie, Premium …
- Piloter et construire les éléments de réponse aux consultations FM et/ou Multi technique : offre commerciale, soutenance, négociations, etc...
- Mener une étude technique pour chaque offre : analyse technique, offre de prix, rédaction du mémoire technique...
- Vous coordonnez les équipes internes impliquées dans les projets.

Key Activities:
- Ensuring that all work is carried out to contract specifications with regard to the quality of work, time scales, costs and is authorised and documented in accordance with company procedures

Skills, qualifications & experience:
- Previous project management experience within utility-scale ground mounted solar PV
- Experience in reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes
- Previous exposure to H&S, budget and programme responsibility
- Qualified at HNC level; relevant industry training (SMSTS, CDM, IOSH)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with client, supply chain and employees
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to multi-task
- Flexible approach to working, willing to travel; full driving licence

HVAC Engineer
EQUANS is looking for a HVAC Engineer to join our team in Hunterston, West Kilbride on a permanent basis for our EDF contract. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
The individual will play a vital role in Equans, working alongside an already established Hard Services team to ensure that the operations are legally and contractually compliant and represent excellence in service delivery. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a positive set of behaviours and a flexible approach to ensure contract compliance.
Impact:
Our HVAC engineers are responsible for ensuring the scheduled PPM is carried out in accordance with set schedules provided, reacting to emergent defects and failures, and delivering installation and modifications works.
You will be responsible for attending start of shift briefs, ensuring you read and understand all correct Risk Assessments & Method Statements as well as site safety documentation.
Complexity:
•Carry out PPMs in accordance with set schedules and feedback to Supervisor/Works Planner during and on completion of execution week.
•During PPM, ensure all defects, failures and observations are feedback to Supervisor/Works Planner so that they can be actioned.
•Conduct reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis on all report issues and help desk requests.
•Deliver installation, upgrades, and modifications of site AC systems to support site office & welfare refurbishment programmes.
•Client Quality Assurance procedures and behaviours are to be adhered to at all times.

Static Tech Operative - Mechanical
EQUANS is looking for a Static Technical Operative (Mechanical) to join our team in Liverpool on a permanent basis, this will be based at Liverpool Crown Court for our HMCTS contract. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Mechanical Buildings Services Engineering Assets, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and Equans processes and procedures. This includes Legionella control and monitoring activities.
Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to the electrical infrastructure and plant in accordance with Site task schedules and CAFM.
Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
Ensure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.
Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.
To develop a good working relationship with all members of Equans staff, subcontractors and the client representatives.
Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To include the wearing of uniform and PPE at all times.
Ensure the professional image of Equans is presented to clients at all times
Ensure up to date plant logs are kept at all times
Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of Equans are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
To arrange and provide holiday and sickness cover at short notice and be flexible in their working patterns.
To undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training.
Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate.
Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
Ensure CAFM system, e.g. Total Mobile, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.

Working to high standard of Building Maintenance, we require a fully reliable and competent Mechanical Technician who can work on own initiative, within a team or oversee subcontractor’s, producing high quality reports on their findings and work. We have an opportunity available for a static based Resident Electrician on the Peel L&P owned and managed Venus. The role would involve carrying out planned maintenance activities and reactive works on site Excellent customer service skills are required for this site.
Duties:
•Complete all statutory and non-statutory PPM in accordance with annual PPM planners and task instruction sets and customers SLA’s & KPI’s.
•Ensure all site logbooks are kept up to date with the relevant information and certification.
