Dans le cadre de la réorganisation et de la nouvelle orientation stratégique de la DSI, le département SI METIER & DATA a pour objectif d’accompagner et de soutenir la digitalisation interne des métiers d’EQUANS France. Le département SI METIER & DATA souhaite renforcer sa capacitée à fiabiliser, standardiser et industrialiser les activités autour de le gestion des données. A ce titre, nous recherchons un(e) Architecte Data au sein de l’équipe DATA.

L’architecte Data conçoit et met en œuvre l’architecture des systèmes de données, assurant l’intégration et la gestion sécuriées des données. Il/elle collabore étroitement avec les équipes de développement et d’analyse (FR et SLS Data, ERP, etc.) pour optimiser les solutions existantes et proposer des évolutions.

Missions principales :

Conception et mise en œuvre de l’architecture data :

  • Définir et concevoir l’architecture des systèmes de données
  • Assurer l’intégration des données provenant de différentes sources
  • Garantir la sécurité et l’intégrité des données
  • Orchestration, configuration et optimisation des traitements
  • Validation de la qualité des développements et du respect des bonnes pratiques
  • Mis en œuvre du monitoring / supervision
  • Encadrer la gestion des incidents

Collaboration et support :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, d’analyse et de gestion de projet
  • Décliner les règles d’archituctures Data définies par l’IT Corparate au sein de la MBU FR
  • Fournir un support technique et des conseils aux membres de l’équipe
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Rédaction des documentations, schémas d’architectures, etc.

Veille technologique :

  • Se tenir informé des nouvelles technologies et tendances en matière de gestion des données
  • Proposer des améliorations et des innovations pour optimiser les systèmes existants

Contexte Technique : Palantir, Python, PowerBI, GIT, protocoles d’échanges (API, SFTP, MQTT, etc.)

Le(a) Data Analyst Finance est considéré(e) comme le(a) référent(e) Data IT sur le domaine fonctionnel Finance. A ce titre, il/elle analyse les problématiques et besoins métier du domaine et définit la modélisation fonctionnelle et technique. Il/elle coordonne et pilote les projets data en méthode agile. Il/elle assure la planification, l’organisation et la gestion des ressources nécessaires pour garantir la livraison de projets et/ou évolutions dans les délais et budgets établis ainsi que la bonne disponibilité des reportings Finance.

Missions principales :

Définition de la vision du produit

  • Compréhension fonctionnelle des problématiques et des besoins
  • Analyser les données pour mettre en évidence les corrélations et identifier les valeurs incohérentes
  • Spécifier les flux de données et les règles de gestion à implémenter
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir et communiquer la vision du produit

Gestion du backlog

  • Recueillir et prioriser les besoins des clients et des utilisateurs finaux

Supervision du développement

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement pour s’assurer que les fonctionnalités développées répondent aux besoins identifiés
  • Superviser les différentes étapes du développement et mesurer l’avancée du projet
  • Présenter les résultats des analyses de manière claire et assurer le suivi des recettes focntionnelles et des tests de non régression

Communication et collaboration

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers pour comprendre leurs problématiques et leurs besoins
  • Assurer la liaison entre les équipes techniques et les objectifs business
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les parties prenantes (filières métiers, IT FR & Corporate, SLS Data) pour aligner les attentes et les livrables

Suivi de la performance et qualité

  • Contrôler la qualité et la conformité des livrables
  • Suivre la performance du produit et proposer des améliorations continues

Votre profil :

Doté d’une réelle aisance relationnelle, vous savez faire preuve d’autonomie, de ponctualité, d’organisation et de rigueur.

Vous avez également su démontrer vos capacités à gérer les priorités et faire preuve d’adaptation.

La maîtrise du logiciel SAP est souhaitée.

Electrician


EQUANS is looking for an Electrician to join our team in Leiston, Suffolk on a permanent basis at Sizewell Power Station for EDF. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

General Overview:  
•Skilled operative to carry out PPM / reactive tasks and LV electrical installations. 
•Must have a good working knowledge of electrical installs, electrical repairs and fault finding. 
•Must have a flexible “can do” approach, be able to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

Impact: 
•Able to prioritise tasks from PPM’s and Helpdesk Requests, reacting to breakdowns and changing priorities.
•Safe system and work control system closeout
•Ability to stay calm during major incidents and relay accurate information to the Electrical supervisor.

Complexity: 
•Understanding the operational requirements of Sizewell B Power Station.  
•Able to prioritize works, managing a large workload, working as a team and while achieving financial performance targets.

  • Ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards
  • Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan
  • Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Local Authorities as directed by the Site Manager in the submission of all Building Regulation cards as required to allow the progress of the project
  • Develop and agree electrical submission and approval process with the client and design team
  • Be involved in the overall programming and planning of the build
  • Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports

  • Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management
  • Operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives

Reactive Supervisor


Equans is looking for a Reactive Supervisor to join our team at Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH) in Smethwick on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, based on a shift pattern that consists of working evenings and weekends. There is also an on-call rota. What will you deliver?

  • Daily monitoring of completion of reactive tasks and chasing Engineers
  • Assist in the ongoing management of the Maximo CAFM system ensuring it is up to date and correct at all times
  • Support chase through and completion of outstanding jobs, ensuring notes are up to date and first responses are met
  • Assist in the upkeep of O&M Manuals & addition of assets/PPM to the CAFM system following completion of project works onsite
  • Ensuring compliance of all works documentation
  • Ensuring LOP’s are in place, reviewed annually. Both electronic/hard copies are maintained
  • Monitoring reactive jobs and highlighting any that fall over the maintenance cap onsite
  • Assist the collation of information facilitate Damage claims with the client
  • Support the Contract Services Manager by producing monthly deduction and service reports, weekly failure updates, utilisation reports and any other reports as required
  • Monitor performance of contract on weekly basis to identify trends and minimise failures by providing advice, feedback and updates to the team in the promotion of best commercial practice in relation to payment mechanism deductions and SFPs
  • Lead the outstanding works sessions (where required) with the Technical Service Managers & ensure all workflow is chased & completed within contractual timescales
  • Contribute to company & contract plan by meeting own performance objectives and supporting others in achieving theirs
  • Assist in Service Audits on a Monthly basis, as per agreed schedule
  • Provide cover for the helpdesk & admin team, during absence
  • Managing weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting data in agreed trackers against all site KPI’s to feed into month end reporting
  • Recording Trust Works jobs undertaken on site and ensuring that, outside of those hours included in the contract, additional works undertaken by the site team are captured and recharged accordingly
  • Interface with Senior Managers and Directors within EQUANs and the Trust, attend and represent EQUANs at meetings as required

Electrician


Equans is looking for an Electrician to join our team in Somerset at Hinkley Point B on a permanent basis for our EDF contract. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:
The Electrician is responsible for delivery of all aspects of Electrical work that falls under the responsibility of Equans. This will consist of project related work, testing routines, enhancement work and preventative maintenance routines. All carried out within strict safety, quality, time and cost parameters.

• Preferable experience in working from Mobile Platforms inc’ IPAFF qualification or equivalent.
