Vous aurez pour mission d’intervenir au niveau de l’installation, de la mise en service, du diagnostic, de la réparation et de la maintenance des équipements actifs de sa spécialité sur une zone géographique de plusieurs départements et/ou régions.

Vos missions principales seront :

  • Préparer techniquement et administrativement les interventions à réaliser en lien avec la coordination et les chargés de travaux,
  • Évaluer les besoins prévisionnels en outillage et en approvisionnement,
  • Lire et interpréter les plans d’exécution et/ou les instructions écrites,
  • Rédiger des rapports décrivant les interventions réalisées,
  • Analyser et diagnostiquer des pannes et dysfonctionnements,
  • Assurer les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative,
  • Respecter la Garantie Temps Intervention / Rétablissement
  • Faire un compte rendu des interventions au conducteur de travaux ou à la coordination maintenance
  • Renseigner la Gestion de Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur (GMAO)

Profil :

  • Vous êtes de formation Bac Electronique ou Electrotechnique
  • Vous disposez du Permis B
  • Des déplacements nationaux potentiels et des interventions de nuit sur réseau routier sont à prévoir
  • Vous disposez de l’Habilitation électrique BR
  • Posséder le CACES Nacelle est un plus
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et précis(e) dans vos interventions techniques
  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et avez une forte capacité à prendre des initiatives

Werkvoorbereider | Afdeling Brandweerdienst

Wat als jij kon zorgen voor de vlotte coördinatie en planning van brandpreventieve taken, waardoor de veiligheid van installaties gewaarborgd blijft? 

Voor haar afdeling Brandweerdienst zoekt ECS, een bedrijf van Equans, een gemotiveerde (en ervaren) Werkvoorbereider voor Doel.

Als Werkvoorbereider speel je een cruciale rol in ons team van ECS-collega’s. Je zorgt voor een optimale coördinatie en planning van brandpreventieve taken zoals controle- en testprocedures aan brandveiligheidsinstallaties (o.a. brandweerpompen, hydranten, sprinklers).

Zoom op jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • voorbereiden en plannen van werken: werkaanvragen en testprocedures, en optimalisaties uitvoeren waar nodig
  • technische en administratieve afhandeling van werkzaamheden in SAP
  • documentatiebeheer en up-to-date houden van standaardtaken, meldingen aan autoriteiten, onbeschikbaarheden, en procedures
  • toezicht houden op projectuitvoering en afwerking, inclusief post-job afhandeling
  • uitvoeren van FSO-taken met aandacht voor detail en kwaliteit

Jouw werkuren in deze functie:

  • maandag t.e.m. donderdag van 7:00 tot 12:00 en 12:45 tot 15:30
  • vrijdag van 7:00 tot 12:00 en 12:45 tot 14:45 (fulltime)

Mogelijkheid tot shifts in overleg met de Site Manager.

Wat heb je nodig?

  • A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring als FSO, met goed technisch inzicht
  • leidinggevende ervaring is een sterk pluspunt
  • je hebt interesse in of ervaring met het werken in een industriële en/of nucleaire omgeving 
  • grondige kennis van brandbeveiligingsinstallaties en hun onderhoud (bv. automatische blussystemen, meldsystemen)
  • kennis van PC-software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • affiniteit met brandveiligheid en brandweer
  • bereidheid om aanvullende opleidingen te volgen
  • teamspeler met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
  • instructie- en overtuigingskracht om medewerkers te motiveren tot nauwkeurigheid

Equans is looking for a Cleaner to join our team in Newcastle Civil and Family Courts, NE1 8QF on a permanent basis working 35 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday - Split Shifts

07:00/10:00 and 15:00/19:00

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.

These checks typically include:

  • Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.
  • Employment History (past 3 years): Any gaps will require HMRC statements for the period in question.
  • Right to Work Status in the UK: Citizenship or valid share code.
  • Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.

FLT Waste Operate


Equans is looking for multiple FLT Driver and Waste Operatives to join our team in Coca-Cola, DA14 5DF on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 42.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £31,161.00 per annum and benefits package.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday 11:00-19:00

1in 3 Saturdays and 1in 3 Sundays 07:00-15:00 

What will you deliver?

  • Responsible for all basic Health and Safety rules, FLT pre -inspection checks and Balers pre – inspection checks.
  • Reporting any near miss, incident, and accident. 
  • Loading and unloading vehicles. 
  • Operating plastic and cardboard balers. 
  • Collecting waste from various waste stations in the CCEP factory. 
  • Processing waste and correctly segregating waste.
  • Correctly storing waste in the designated holding areas and keeping the area tidy. 
  • Transporting Staff drinks from the Process yard to the Dusmo.
  • Keeping the FLT track clean. 
  • Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to our client. 
  • Assisting with other duties inside the factory, when need it.

Security Officer (Mobile Patrol)


Equans is looking for a Security Officer (Mobile Patrol) to join our team in Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby, DN31 1HU on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £22,308.00 per annum and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • To work as a member of a multi-functional security service on a shift rotation and support all the different elements of the service with the provision of an effective and professional security service
  • The role will focus on the following job requirements:
  • To provide a mobile surveillance patrol to premises using electronic data recording equipment where require
  • To provide the first response to intruder alarm call
  • Respond to emergencies as requested via the Control Centre
  • To provide written reports on all incidents of crime & disorder

Social Value Officer


EQUANS are recruiting for a Social Value Officer to be based in Seaham and covering the North East & Cumbria area. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

  • To co-ordinate and deliver Social Value outputs on multiple contracts in line with bid commitments and agreed timescales
  • To ensure Social Value commitments on all regional projects are effectively and accurately recorded and reported consistent with internal processes.
  • To promote SV activity internally and externally to support understanding and buy-in
  • To support with content for Bids and Tenders aligned to regional and client objectives and priorities.
  • To be a collaboration, open and supportive member of the North Social Value Team

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate SV delivery, aligned to Covenants (eg EDAC, Care Leavers, Armed Forces), commitments on multiple projects such as site visits, work experience and Equans Engage Workshops
  • Support in the development of innovative programmes/workshops to address the needs of stakeholders and partners.
  • Attend and promote the company at employment and careers events.
  • Maximize internal and external awareness of SV successes (eg Social Media)
  • Produce high quality case studies for all SV activity to be used internally and externally.
  • Provide current and accurate information to the Social Value Manager aligned to Social Value commitments and identify risks and issues to the Social Value Manager in a timely manner.
  • Accurately record all activity on internal trackers and AIMS.
  • Produce high quality, accurate reports, aligned to internal requirements and deadlines for multiple projects.
  • Support on the production of bid content ensuring commitments are innovative, ambitious yet achievable
  • Develop and maintain effective networks with all relevant contacts to ensure the Social Value commitments are delivered in the most effective way.
  • Where required, represent the company on local focus groups in association to education, employment and skills developments and opportunities.
  • With the support of the Social Value Manager co-ordinate the full recruitment process for trainees, apprentices, and graduates (TAG’s)
  • In collaboration with TAG’s, their Mentors and Line Managers, support the Review Process to maximise successful completion study programs.
  • Maintain close relationships with all members of the SV Team across the North Region to promote collaboration, partnership working and sharing of good practice
  • Delivery against contractual SV commitments on all regional contracts in a creative, inclusive, and cost-effective way thereby raising the standard of operational delivery to our customers and communities
  • Timely and accurate recording to the Social Manager of all SV data and the production of internal and external reports
  • Raising and maintaining the profile of SV internally and externally
  • Understanding of clients and operational key aims and objectives.
  • Maintaining commitment to SV from key stakeholders within the business and externally
  • To be responsible with the support of the Social Value Manager for the delivery of agreed Social Value commitments on specific projects in the North.
  • With the support of the Social Value Manager identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders and partners to address Social Value commitments aligned to Client strategic objectives and priority groups (e.g. Hard to Reach Groups including Ex-Offenders, NEET, SEND, Ex-Military, BAME, Care Leavers, Women etc)
  • To ensure strong relationships are established and maintained internally and externally to support delivery of SV commitments.
  • Act as STEM Ambassador (STEM Ambassador Program) and Enterprise Advisor (Careers and Enterprise Company) aligning activity to SV commitments.
  • To be responsible for accurate and timely data capture, recording and reporting on specific projects in the North
  • To be a collaborative and supportive member of the North Social Value Team to promote excellence and innovation in Social Value delivery across the region

Inspecteur NEN 3140


Waar kom je terecht

Je komt te werken op de afdeling Technical Inspections & Solutions (TIS). Een leuke afdeling met een prettige- informele werksfeer. De afdeling zorgt voor een volledige ontzorging over inspecties en keuringen van technische installaties op het gebied van wet en regelgeving en normtechnische vereiste. TIS groeit hard en heeft de ambitie om de grootste inspectiedienst van Nederland te worden.

Als inspecteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van NEN3140 inspecties bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Daarnaast heb je een adviserende rol richting de opdrachtgever, om hen te helpen bij de elektrotechnische bedrijfsvoering.

Dit ga je doen

  • je beoordeelt de risico’s voordat er met de bedrijfsvoering van en werkzaamheden aan elektrotechnische installaties wordt begonnen
  • je legt schriftelijk procedures vast voor elektrotechnische werkzaamheden en verleent toestemming om met werkzaamheden te beginnen
  • je voert regulier overleg met de opdrachtgever waarbij je technisch adviserend optreedt
  • je schrijft elektrotechnische veiligheidsplannen, toetst de inspectieplannen van de installatie en bent in staat om complexe schakelhandelingen te verrichten
  • je voert inspecties (NEN1010/NEN3140, thermografie, netanalyses) uit bij opdrachtgevers waar je niet als installatieverantwoordelijke bent aangesteld
  • verder verzamel en beheer je de volledige keuringregistratie en je ondersteunt monteurs op het gebied van (internationaal) geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen

Dit breng je mee

Je bent uitstekend op de hoogte van de geldende regels en normen en je wordt regelmatig om een elektrotechnisch advies gevraagd, waar je niet alleen deskundig, maar ook klantgericht mee omgaat. Je bent een graag geziene gast, jij kunt immers menigeen voorzien van onderbouwde, (elektro)technische adviezen.

Daarnaast:

  • beschik je over minimaal een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van elektrotechniek
  • heb je dit aangevuld met ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring als inspecteur of servicetechnicus
  • beschik je over een NEN3140 diploma of een diploma installatieverantwoordelijke (of je bent bereid deze op korte termijn behalen)
  • heb je ervaring met het overbrengen van jouw expertise op anderen
  • kan je snel schakelen en ben je stressbestendig
  • Wij vinden het daarnaast ook belangrijk dat jij jezelf wil blijven ontwikkeling. Binnen onze afdeling ben je namelijk nooit uitgeleerd en stimuleren wij de doorgroei,- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.

IT SITE LEADER - LATAM


EQUANS Chile (EQCL), se encuentra en búsqueda de IT SITE LEADER - LATAM que cumpla con los procedimientos establecidos y cuya función principal será ser responsable de supervisar y administrar las operaciones de TI realizadas en nuestro sitio en Chile para respaldar múltiples líneas de servicio compartidas (SLS) globales dentro de Equans. Los SLS incluían ERP, infraestructura, CRM, datos, aplicaciones grupales, etc. Esta función implica garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los servicios de TI, respaldar las operaciones de SLS, reclutar nuevos empleados y liderar un equipo de profesionales de TI. El líder del sitio de TI trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de TI globales para implementar soluciones tecnológicas que se alineen con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
