Vos missions & challenges :
- Assistance dans le cadre des opérations M&A en France et à l’étranger (vérifications juridiques, aide à la préparation de la documentation juridique, audits, etc.) ;
- Assistance dans la gestion du secrétariat juridique d’un portefeuille de sociétés françaises et étrangères - Suivi de la vie juridique courante des sociétés du groupe, organisation d’assemblées et modifications statutaires notamment ;

- Assistance dans l’étude et la mise en œuvre d’opérations plus exceptionnelles (augmentations de capital, dissolution, TUP, fusion, fermeture et transfert de siège etc.) des sociétés du groupe ;
- Suivi dans l’ouverture et la fermeture de filiales, d’établissements secondaires, rédaction de délégations de pouvoirs et suivi des mandats sociaux des sociétés du groupe EQUANS ;
- Suivi des formalités juridiques ;
- Appui dans la tenue des registres légaux ;
- Recherches juridiques ;
- Suivi de l’actualité juridique et préparation de veilles juridiques.
Et si c'était vous ?
- Formation : Master 1 en droit des affaires minimum / en cours de formation juridique type EFB/PPI ou Master II en Droit des affaires, Droit des sociétés et /ou Science Po/ Ecole de commerce.
- Expérience : justifiant d’une première expérience réussie dans le domaine du droit des sociétés au sein d’une équipe corporate d’un cabinet d'avocats ou d’une direction juridique d’entreprise.
- Qualités recherchées : rigueur, motivation, aisance relationnelle, esprit d’équipe et réactivité.
- Bureautique : outils bureautiques courants, base de données juridiques.
- Langues : Anglais professionnel.

Tes missions sur le poste :
- Recrutement :
- Participation à la campagne de recrutement des alternants en appui à la chargée de recrutement,

- Administration du personnel :

Ton profil :

Equans is looking for a CCTV Control Room Operator to join our team in National Operations Centre Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST4 1AY on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,594.08 per annum and benefits package.

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

What you will deliver?
- Delivery of designs in line with health and safety requirements.
- Full accountability for the design of mechanical services for data center and other mission critical projects.
- Management of mechanical designers including review and approval of designs.
- Lead co-ordination of construction, mechanical and electrical design at all stages of the project lifecycle, including input from clients, internal / external designers, suppliers, subcontractors and commissioning agents.
- Lead regular design meetings with project team and provide effective communication and change management.
- Provide support to the technical strategy at bid and pre-construction phase.

- Effectively resolve installation and commissioning challenges.

Principal Mechanical Design Engineer

The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will lead high profile projects and mentor more junior engineers. This is a hands-on role which will focus on the delivery and management of design and technical support services to data centers, clean rooms, pharmaceutical and other mission critical projects.
What you will deliver?
- Manage and deliver design work throughout design and build projects in collaboration with the project teams and take full accountability for the design of mechanical services for data centres and other mission critical projects.
- Undertake design reviews and appraisals and provide technical advice/assistance to the projects teams.
- Guide and develop design team members and act as a mentor to assist the development of the team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Take responsibility for checking calculations and provide monthly design progress reports in each projects reporting on technical risks and opportunities.
- Provide design/technical assessment support of tenders and delivery high quality design solutions that address contractual obligations and mitigating technical risk.
- Be the senior engineer on projects and lead regular design meetings with the project team.

Principal Mechanical Design Engineer
Bouygues Energies & Services Industry, an Equans Group Company is recruiting a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to work in a design team, delivering technical services at bid, design, installation and commissioning phases.
The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will lead high profile projects and mentor more junior engineers. This is a hands-on role which will focus on the delivery and management of design and technical support services to data centers, clean rooms, pharmaceutical and other mission critical projects.
What you will deliver?
- Manage and deliver design work throughout design and build projects in collaboration with the project teams and take full accountability for the design of mechanical services for data centres and other mission critical projects.
- Undertake design reviews and appraisals and provide technical advice/assistance to the projects teams.
- Guide and develop design team members and act as a mentor to assist the development of the team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Take responsibility for checking calculations and provide monthly design progress reports in each projects reporting on technical risks and opportunities.
- Provide design/technical assessment support of tenders and delivery high quality design solutions that address contractual obligations and mitigating technical risk.
- Be the senior engineer on projects and lead regular design meetings with the project team.
- Provide engineering support to maintain technical audit trail through design, procurement, installation and commissioning stages.
- Successful delivery projects with high quality design completed on time and within budget.
- Delivery of design in line with health and safety requirements.

Who are we looking for?
- Recognised qualification in mechanical / building services engineering. i.e. BEng / Meng.
- Proven experience in mechanical services design in line with appropriate standards, guidance and client`s requirements.
- Experience of working on multiple projects concurrently and manage and communicate priorities with the team.
- Experience of developing team members and providing leadership to engineers and designers.
- An effective decision maker in consultation with projects stakeholders and use judgement to escalate the process.
- Proven experience of undertaking and leading the design of mechanical services, particularly for data centres and other mission critical projects.
- Experience in undertaking and managing specialist design and engineering services - Sustainability & compliance (BREEAM, heat, fume and noise emissions, Part L), mathematical modelling (CFD, FEA, etc) and services which supports our designs.
- Experience delivering and management of design in line with RIBA plan of work, BSRIA BG6 schedule of services and ISO 19650 requirement up to and inclusive of RIBA Stage 5.
- Experience working with typical design and build contracts, JCT, NEC, MF1 and others.

HR Advisor
Equans is looking for a HR Advisor to join our team covering the Southeast and Southwest of England on a 14 month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsible for the provision of HR Advisor support for people matters to a national multisite contract of circa 1600 colleagues. Supporting the HRBP, this role will specifically cover the Midland/Wales region and Support Functions circa 350 colleagues. Supporting the regional management teams to deliver improvements in culture, change management, compliance and cost control to drive improved engagement and financial results.
As a member of the HR Team, to provide an efficient dedicated first line support to the Mid and Front-Line management population within HMCTS supporting all on HR policy and practise such as disciplinary, grievance, absence & performance management.
What will you deliver?
- Advising and Supporting line managers in all people processes to ensure best practice and employee engagement is enhanced
- Coach line managers to build capability and promote ownership for managing their people and embedding a leadership framework
- Advice and support on grievance / disciplinary action including attendance at hearings as appropriate
- Generating attendance management reports and highlighting areas of concern, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery
- Monitoring of the annual SuccessFactors cycle, acting as a super-user and ensuring completion in a timely manner
- Tracking offline appraisals for front line unconnected staff
- Supporting with the month end reporting process ensuring that data is collated, accurate and provided on time
- Supporting the launch of new policies & processes, conducting workshops / Training where appropriate
- Advise line managers on employee engagement initiatives to ensure best practice and providing guidance on contract wide initiatives
- Support TUPE In’s and TUPE Out’s and act as initial contact
- Supporting the annual salary reviews, acting as the champion
- Compliance checking and review including clearances, adherence to governance and process controls and GDPR, to escalate any issues to the HRBP
- Co ordinating the REMCO process as required
- Supporting structural change and mobilisations on an ad hoc basis as required
- Adhere to and promote compliance with the EQUANS ethics policy
