Qu’est-ce qu’un rythme de travail en 2x12 ?
L'équipe postée assure une permanence H24 - 7/7... chaque technicien assure 2 postes de 12h de jour (7h-19h) suivis de 4 jours de repos puis 2 postes de 12h de nuit (19h-7h) du lundi au dimanche.
En moyenne un technicien posté assure 2 à 3 postes par semaine selon la cadence.
Ce rythme de travail optimisé est la meilleure alternative pour conjuguer vie professionnelle et vie personnelle !
Quelles sont vos missions ?
Vous êtes rattaché∙e au chef d’équipe et vous intégrez une équipe d’une dizaine de techniciens postés en 2x12, en tant que technicien∙ne de la maintenance multi-technique, vous :
- Assurez la maintenance préventive et curative des installations techniques (électricité, CVC, plomberie, serrurerie et autres installations) : vous analysez, diagnostiquez et résolvez les incidents.
- Rédigez les comptes-rendus techniques faisant suite à vos interventions via nos outils internes de GMAO.
- Assurez des rondes techniques destinées à repérer des dysfonctionnements et prendre les relevés de consommation énergétique.
Vous réalisez toutes vos interventions dans le respect des règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’environnement en vigueur au sein de l’entreprise.
Et si on parlait de vous ?
De formation initiale en génie électrique ou génie climatique. Vous justifiez d’une première expérience en tant que technicien Multi-technique dans le domaine tertiaire et/ou industriel.

Vous contribuerez au développement et à l'industrialisation d'infrastructures de tests, essentielles pour qualifier les installations qui accueilleront les serveurs IA de demain utilisant la technologie de refroidissement liquide direct (DLC).
MISSIONS :
Depuis la phase design et jusqu’à la réception des travaux, vos missions seront orientées sur de la coordination entre les acteurs et interfaces du Testing & Commissioning :
- Réaliser une veille technique des équipements de tests disponibles sur les marchés français et européen, établir les contacts en vue d’une collaboration ;
- Participer à l’élaboration de protocoles de test pour évaluer les performances des systèmes de refroidissement liquide direct. Ceci passant par :

- Lister les critères d’évaluation de la performance des équipements et systèmes liés au DLC
- Proposer des scénarios de tests permettant de valider les critères d’évaluation

Interlocuteurs principaux :
Vos principaux interlocuteurs seront les directeurs de projets, responsables de lots techniques et équipes en charge des tests, essais et mise en service, l’équipe de la Direction technique (conception et étude de prix), planificateurs, Design managers, les Chef(fe)s de projets clients, Cx agents, ainsi que les fournisseurs d’équipements majeurs à haute spécificité technique.
Des déplacements fréquents seront à prévoir en Ile-de-France, sur chantiers.

These checks typically include:

- Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.

Commissioning Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Commissioning Manager to join our highly successful Energy Solutions business; primarily supporting our renewable energy projects.
Our Energy Solutions business oversee major renewable EPC projects across the UK. We design, install, commission and operate large scale solar PV farms for our clients. Supplying renewable energy from solar power plants enables local communities to reduce costs and reduce their carbon footprint.
Alongside our solar farm projects we are involved in delivering a wide range of energy solutions to secure a more sustainable future.
Key activities
The role will involve managing all aspects of the testing and commissioning process as well the interface with relevant stakeholders for the Company’s pipeline of solar PV EPC projects as well as potentially other energy generating technologies and related projects.
- To lead, on site and off site, all testing and commissioning activities in solar farms being delivered by the Company by managing internal and external resources required in order to perform all testing and commissioning activities..
- Prepare testing and commissioning plans and test procedures, outlining requirements (time, resources, equipment as well particular conditions to be satisfied) and test deliverables, associated method statements and risk assessments.
- Review test results against agreed contractual and normative criteria and to organise remedial activities if and where required, including the investigations, diagnosis and troubleshooting that may occasionally be required.
- Compile test reports in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable normative references.
- Provide input to project management, design, engineering, procurement to ensure that appropriate commissioning requirements are incorporated into all related activities in order to ensure operability, safety and performance.
- To provide asset performance, simulation, measurement and verification as well as reporting of PV plant performance for assets in commissioning phase and to initialise any required remediation.
- To keep abreast of technological and commercial market developments and to inform senior management of any salient innovation.
- Ensure the consistent high quality of services through management of and interface with third parties, sub-contractors as well as in-house resources.
- To effectively manage supply chain, to ensure supply chain audits are conducted and appropriate action plans put in place for improvements. To develop a professional relationship with key supply chain partners to ensure high quality service delivery for the Client.
- Implement the company’s corporate strategies, especially in the context of optimising financial performance, Quality Assurance requirements, Health & Safety good practice and statutory compliance.
Skills, qualifications & experience
- Must have previous experience of commissioning large scale Solar PV farms or other energy related projects
- Knowledge and experience of G99 and HV
- Solar PV operations & maintenance experience (O&M)
- Flexible approach with the ability to travel across various sites within the UK and working away from home

Subcontractor Coordinator
EQUANS is looking for a Subcontractor Coordinator to join our team based at Dungeness Nuclear Power Station on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Collate and coordinate 3rd party companies currently used on site to carry out a variety of tasks supporting the station facilities.
- Dealing with companies to ensure all required paperwork is in place and meets station requirements, prior to them attending site. Provide field supervision to these contractors when on site.
- Conduct in-field task observations across all Equans subcontractors to ensure compliance with site and company process and policy.
- Provide field supervision to support with annual leave and sickness.
