Les Frigoristes MCI sont en complète autonomie pour travailler chez leurs clients qui leur sont attribués. Ils peuvent s’appuyer sur les équipes support pour se concentrer sur leur intervention technique :

  • Le coordination qui réalise l’interface client pour la planification,
  • Le monitoring de Nuit qui réduit de 60% le nombre de sortie d’astreinte,
  • Des experts métiers disponible pour les accompagner dans leur problématique technique.

Equans in Roeselare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor Solar Technics to join our project management team in the newly created Carbon Shift organization.

In this role you support the Project Manager in all site implementation tasks to achieve the project execution within time and budget. This job requires excellent communication skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

As a Site Manager, you oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You serve as the primary point of contact on-site and coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients to facilitate excellent project execution. Focus of the projects relate to solar PV on industrial sites, combined with other technologies for decarbonization of the industry.

 

What are your key responsibilities?

  • project management:
    • manage day-to-day operations of the construction site under the guidance of the Project Manager
    • ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • team leadership:
    • supervise, motivate, and coordinate site staff and subcontractors
    • conduct regular meetings to review project progress and address challenges
  • communication:
    • serve as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
    • provide regular project updates and reports to senior management
    • address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site
  • quality assurance:
    • monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and design plans
    • inspect site for quality compliance and proper workmanship
  • documentation and reporting:
    • maintain accurate project records, including site logs, safety reports, and progress updates
    • prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports as required

 

What do you need to be successful in this function?

  • bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or preferably a related field
  • proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years
  • experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage
  • strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with strong time-management skills
  • demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to a team
  • ability to adjust to changing priorities, project requirements, and timelines
  • you are willing to work on-site at construction locations
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels in English, Dutch and/or French (minimum bilingual)

Security Mobile Patrol Officer


Equans is looking for a Security Mobile Patrol Officer to join our team, working on the Southern Water contracts in Otterbourne, SO21 2SW, on a permanent basis. This role involves working 42 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary along with an attractive benefits package. Shift Pattern:

4 on 4 off Day and Night shift

7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am

Position Overview:

The Security Mobile Patrol Officer is responsible for providing mobile security services across various sites
around the Otterbourne an Testwood Southern Water sites under the company’s control. This role involves patrolling, responding to incidents, key holding, visitor and vehicle management. The officer will be required to travel between different company contracts to provide a seamless and professional service. The role demands a flexible and proactive approach to security operations while ensuring the safety and security of all locations, assets, and personnel. The role involves physically patrolling demands in varying environments. Long periods of driving and walking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Patrols: Conduct regular mobile patrols to ensure the safety and security of all sites. This involves monitoring for any security breaches, suspicious activities, or maintenance issues.
  • Incident Response: respond to alarms, security breaches or emergency situations, following established procedures to mitigate risks and prevent escalation.
  • Call-Out Response: Be available for out-of-hours call-outs, responding to emergencies or security incidents at any time.
  • Covering Security Positions: Provide temporary cover for other security roles as needed, ensuring continuous and effective security coverage across all sites without disruption.
  • Key Holding: Manage key holding duties, including unlocking and securing premises and responding to out-of-hours call-outs.
  • Site Coverage: Provide coverage at various sites, ensuring that security standards are maintained across locations.
  • Transportation: Safely transport items, documents or individuals between sites, following all company protocols and ensuring secure handling of sensitive materials.

Requirements:

  • Full clean driving licence held for 2 years minimum
  • SIA Door Supervision Licence or SIA Security Guard Licence
  • Physical fitness
  • Ability to work flexibly and enthusiastically
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience with security systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions and drive to remote locations
  • Physical fitness suitable for mobile patrols and covering security posts
  • Attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in mobile patrol or response security roles
  • First Aid Trained, Fire Safety Trained, any other relevant security related training / skills
  • Experience with working in high-security environments

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager and team.

Manage escalation of calls, ensuring these are kept to a minimum.

Ensure repairs are undertaken in a timely manner by the most appropriate tradesperson.

Station Reception Officer - part-time


Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Station Reception Officer to join our operational team at Bromley Police Station. This is a permanent full-time shift based position working an average of 29.75 hours per week on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern from 10am to 7pm with a 30 minute unpaid break.

The role:

  • Reports to Facilities & Services Manager
  • Providing an efficient first point of contact for members of the public
  • Answer calls promptly and clearly before re-routing callers accordingly
  • Operate computer systems accurately to record enquires
  • Receive and administer property
  • To be responsible for the security, safety and tidiness of the station reception areas
  • Working an average of 29.75 hours per week on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern  from 10am to 7pm with a 30 minute unpaid break. 
  • May be required to provide occasional cover at other sites within SE London

The person:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a good standard of written/spoken English
  • Diligent customer service attitude

Equans Data Centers are seeking to appoint Project Engineer – Electrical, to support our growing Data Centre business.

We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Centre facilities and are recruitment a Project Engineer – Electrical to join our innovative team in projects based in Newport. The Project Engineer – Electrical will be part of the team responsible for managing the construction aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines.

What you will deliver?

  • Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards
  • Assist with co-ordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan
  • Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Local Authorities as directed by the Site Manager in the submission of all Building Regulation cards as required to allow the progress of the project
  • Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports
  • Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings in the absence of the Site or Project Manager
  • Assist the Site Manager in the management of materials
  • Record keeping (diary, drawing register, H&S, COSHH Assessments, As built drawings, Levels & Foundations records, site H&S file)
  • Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality environmental and safety requirements

Security Supervisor

EQUANS are recruiting for a Security Officer to be based in the University of Essex, Colchester, CO4 3ZU. This is a permanent full-time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,500 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: 

4 on 4 off Days and night shifts of 12 hour per shift 7 am - 7 pm / 7pm - 7am

Overview:

The Security officer/Concierge is responsible for security integrity of a student accommodation campus, with 1,260 residents. To guard, patrol and protect, buildings, liaising with the University’s in-house security team. To act as main front of house, welcoming and liaising with the residents, with the goal of delivering a memorable experience to all residents and visitors.

What will you deliver?

  • To deliver all aspects of security whilst providing a safe and secure environment for the student residents in all 5 accommodation blocks and external areas of The Pastures and operate within scope of site Assignment Instructions.
  • Support Reception and Helpdesk for accommodation, ensuring that every situation is handled in a courteous and professional manner and that all students and visitors are appropriately attended to.
  • Support the distribution of all post and packages, using the systems and software provided as and when required.

Essential Requirements:

  • You will be required to pass through a range of referencing and vetting checks.
  • You must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years with a 5-year work history unless you have been in education.
  • A background, qualification, or interest in the delivery of site security and/or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Successful candidates must meet the security requirements before they can be appointed. 
  • Possess a valid SIA License.

De functie

In deze functie ben jij eindverantwoordelijke voor alle activiteiten met betrekking tot HSEQ binnen Equans Nederland. Samen met je team ben je dé kennisdrager binnen de organisatie en wordt Equans gezien als toonaangevend binnen de sector.

Ook werk je dagelijks aan het voorkomen en beheersen van de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrisico’s door het initiëren, (mede) opstellen, implementeren en bewaken van het HSEQ-beleid binnen Equans Nederland.

Als Directeur HSEQ bij Equans speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving voor al onze medewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het proactief beheersen van risico’s en het implementeren van effectieve veiligheidsmaatregelen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen Equans, dat is gericht op het gezamenlijk verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Dit wordt bereikt door met afdeling Kwaliteit vorm en richting te geven aan het kwaliteitsbeleid. In diverse werkgroepen wordt gewerkt aan het continu verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en het waarborgen van interne compliance.

Equans Nederland gaat verder dan wat gevraagd wordt en onderscheidt zich door goede resultaten te behalen op HSE en Kwaliteit. Het is dan ook vanzelfsprekend dat je in deze rol mensen kunt meenemen en overtuigen om voor HSE en Kwaliteit een tien (10!) te score.

Plaats in de organisatie

In deze rol rapporteer je aan de CEO. Je maakt deel uit van het Leadership Team Equans Nederland, samen met het ExCom, de Algemeen Directeuren en de eindverantwoordelijken voor Procurement, Legal, IT en Marketing & Communicatie.

De collega’s uit het HSE team in Bunnik, de HSE(Q) managers in de bedrijven en de Manager Kwaliteit rapporteren hiërarchisch aan jou.

De HSE (Q) Managers in de bedrijven hebben daarnaast een functionele rapportagelijn voor alle uitvoerende veiligheidsactiviteiten in het eigen bedrijfsonderdeel naar de Algemeen Directeur van de entiteit.

Je draagt zorg voor bezetting en professionalisering van de van de HSSE -functies binnen het team. Coacht en begeleidt op een positieve wijze het HSSE team en ondersteunt medewerkers in de ontwikkeling van hun loopbaan. Organiseert met enige regelmaat team, - en kennisbijeenkomsten.

Programmamanagement

Je bent toonaangevend en inspirerend voor het identificeren en definiëren van nieuwe normen, richtlijn en de implementatie van nieuwe/ gewijzigde systemen binnen het aandachtsgebied en binnen de regio’s. Je durft hierin vernieuwend te zijn

Audits en rapportages

De uitvoering van risico-inventarisaties, de bewaking op de afgesproken procedures, de organisatie en het begeleiden van in- en externe audits, ligt bij HSEQ en Kwaliteit. Je zorgt voor de juiste verslaglegging en opvolging geconstateerde afwijkingen/ aanbevelingen. Je consolideert ongevals-, incident en andere (periodieke) statistieken Draagt bij aan diverse rapportages op zowel nationaal als internationaal niveau. Je bewaakt de opvolging op een positieve wijze

Netwerk

Jij hebt een waardevol in- en extern netwerk en bouwt aan langdurige en duurzame relaties met adviesbureaus, branche- en overheid gerelateerde organisaties, interne specialisten, etc. Je neemt deel aan overleggen met de vakgenoten in de bedrijven en binnen Equans geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies en treedt op als vraagbaak voor het eigen specialisme.
